Good food, great atmosphere, and the service is impeccable. I also love that they do Karaoke on Thursday nights.
Was there at 10 p.m., fun atmosphere, quick drink service, dj was fun, I didn't order food but saw that a lot of people had and it looked great
Outstanding Italian food. Chicken Scarpariello was the best. Good selection of wines by the glass
Great location and great service.
A great place to take your family or just relax with friends. A welcoming ambience, paired with friendly staff, and superb food and drinks makes this the PERFECT restaurant for anyone!
Went twice in the last month. Food is outstanding. Drinks are awesome. Loved it!
Good healthy food, great atmosphere, fabulous service & experience - highly recommended.
Our go to spot for date night, special occasions or Sunday funday! Best food, staff & atmosphere!
The food was excellent the portions were large It was not that expensive for the amount of food you received
Food is amazing and the staff is incredible. The bartenders are friendly and a great time to talk to
Fantastic restaurant great staff and ambiance. Food is outrageously good Shrimp scampi fantastic, chicken Marino done right
Been here many times the food is always excellent. Great selection to choose from. Great service. Highly recommend.
This is my family's GoTo restaurant! We go for dinner and have enjoyed every entree we have tried from their Chicken Marsala to a delectable Bacon Wrapped Shrimp! All of the pasta options are to die for ..my fave is the Rigatoni Melezagna! The staff executes imppecable service...professional, friendly and attentive every time! And when we arent up for a complete meal, we often have an app and a cocktail at the very comfortable bar! Nick makes the very best Expresso Martini and coupled with a delicious pizza, it makes for a great experience and fun meal.
So glad they found this location to reopen. I can’t begin to tell you how good this food is, so I will say it’s as good as anything in Westchester or Arthur Ave. if not better. Plenty of selections and perfectly prepared enormous portions. If you want to know what great Bronx restaurants tasted like 60 years ago, come here and find out
The food and the service was awesome. Went there Sunday afternoon for my daughter’s birthday. She goes to school at Pace university in town . She is going to tell her friends and me and my wife are going to let our friends know they should check the place out
Such a fun place to eat. The food and drinks are amazing and the staff is so attentive. One of our favorite new places!
I was alone in town for a St. Anselm’s womens bball game. Sat at the bar and was welcomed by “a regular bar fly”. Super friendly staff Mikey and Joey (owners sons). Made me feel welcomed and had a blast. Tried the local app and best espresso martini. Will def be back if in town again.
The food and service was absolutely fantastic. You didn’t have to wait for anything because the staff was right on top of things. Wonderful experience. I highly recommend this establishment.
Ordered the chicken ala vodka and it was delicious!! The staff is very friendly and attentive. Great environment for a sit down dinner or drinks with the girls.
Hands down the best restaurant in Pleasantville! The food is AMAZING, the ambiance is great and the owner is the nicest guy! Been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience. Would definitely recommend!
Excellent atmosphere and service. Food was delicious - the filet of sole francese was my choice and not disappointed! Convenient parking lot alongside the restaurant.
Had a few drinks and apps while waiting out a rain delay for a Pace/Findlay University football game. Tash was top notch with service, personality and cocktails! Especially the expresso martini and pomegranate martini. Highly recommend visiting the Chatterbox!!
Delicious food. Attractive place. Can get very busy and noisy on weekends. Small ,so may be difficult to get in at times. No reservations taken for group of 2.
The atmosphere was great. Everyone was friendly. The bar staff was on point and it was just a great time.
Our new favorite place! Great food! Great service! Everyone there is super friendly ! Thanks for always accommodating us Joe!!
A bit loud at times, but gracious. The food is pretty good and the manages owners are lovely.
Absolutely incredible. Food was delicious, there were 5 of us and we thought of chatterbox at the last minute. Beautiful atmosphere, doors and walls were open to the outside. Great breeze, perfect weather. Couldn't have asked for a better night out with the family
Can’t say enough good things about this place, from the food to the workers. The food is absolutely amazing, never disappointed with every meal I get. Everyone who works there is so sweet, they are always so warm and welcoming every time you step food into chatterbox. And the drinks are out of this world, the specialty cocktails are my favorite!!! I look forward to every Thursday for karaoke night too!!
The food is Banging ! Big Mike and Joe-Joe are the Food Bosses of Westchester and they are good guys too. I was going to order my special fusilli but I went with the pork chop instead and it was so moist and juicy, I thought I died and went to Heaven ! There is no better Italian Food in Westchester than here ! Come and enjoy bring a friend or maybe 20 ! Salute !! Big N
Chatterbox is a class act. Have dined in and ordered delivery. Quality remains the same. Shout out to Joe and Mike for top notch service. Good food + good people.
Love, love love this restaurant. Everything I've ordered here has been delicious. I have to be gluten free and feel perfectly safe ordering anything from the menu. I've had the gf pizza which wasn't the typical flat boring crust. The gf pasta was really yummy. It's a happy environment where I feel welcome the minute I walk in. I can't wait to go back!
What an excellent experience last night for my wife’s bday and glad that I have a referral for my Westchester clients! Food was amazing and they give sizable portions. The chicken w/ escarole and beans tasted like my mom made it. It was thoughtfully made with baked chicken cutlets, vs. fried which would have overpowered the subtle flavor of the sauce that accompanied the escarole and beans. It had just the right amount of seasonings and the salt was not overdone. The drinks were perfectly portioned between alcohol and mixers and they have a wide range of priced liquor from high end to medium priced bourbon, tequila, etc. They were jam packed and still provided outstanding service. I will be recommending this restaurant to family, friends and clients for sure! #pegnaproperty
Juliana was hands down the reason why our group had such a great time. It stars yes from the moment we sat down. Whatever you’re paying her, ante it up! Great hospitality. We’ll be coming back. 5 stars all around!
everything was just great.. the weather and place were beautiful and food was amazing
Amazing Italian food! The portions are large so most of the time you have left overs! The nightlife scene is great especially on their karaoke nights on Thursday. A great place to go if you are looking for a great meal and a good time!
The food never disappoints, and the service is top-notch! I have celiac, and there are so many opinions for me. In addition, the staff always makes sure my food has no cross-contamination.
Food is excellent! Owners + staff are wonderful and always make me feel at home. A great night out spot too! Always so much fun!
Food was incredible and staff was extremely friendly and nice. My only wish would be that they took reservations for smaller parties and put the AC on for 90 degree days. We sat under the vent nothing was coming out even though they said it was on. With that being said, We 100% will be back and enjoyed this place very much.
This is by far the best Italian restaurant in Westchester and Fairfield county! They have so many delicious dishes it’s hard to decide what to order. The eggplant ala Pisa is my favorite appetizer and the Chicken Chatterbox is out of this world. The staff is warm and friendly. Great restaurant!
This place needs 10 stars - the food was absolutely amazing. I ordered the lobster ravioli and a cosmo for my beverage. The other people in my party got the escarole and a pizza, which they both really enjoyed. We went for the Super Bowl and had a great time. Our server was friendly, and everything came out in a timely manner. 10/10!
My girlfriend was dining here recently and during the clearing of the salad course, there was an accidental spill of oil that unfortunately went all over her jacket. Accidents happen, and that part was completely understood. I do want to specifically call out the waiter, who was absolutely amazing. He immediately came over with napkins and dish soap and did everything he could to help clean it and make the situation better. His response and attitude were truly appreciated. The only disappointment that evening was the lack of acknowledgment from manager at the time. He manager did not come to the table, and the only offer relayed was a cup of coffee — no apology or check-in, which felt a bit dismissive in the moment. That said, I came back the following evening and spoke directly with the owner, and this is where the experience completely turned around. Without hesitation, the owner offered to replace the jacket entirely. No excuses, no pushback — just genuine care, accountability, and kindness. That level of ownership speaks volumes. Very family-oriented, caring, and considerate. Going above and beyond like that is rare these days, and it absolutely earned our respect and continued support. We will be back.
Love, Love & Love. Really amazing service! Shout out to bartenders Mikey, Nick and Ian. Always exceptional service, quality delicious food, great atmosphere and adequate parking.
Had a baby shower here for my daughter. everything was perfect
Food was fantastic, from the penne alla vodka, to the brocoli side, to the olive oil used for the bread. As respectfully as possible, I was almost surprised by how good the food was, given the impressive rapidity of the service and the variety of the menu. A great find, a beautiful view of the sunset from our outdoor table, and staff was lovely as well.
This place is AWESOME! My server (Maeve) was so friendly and helpful. The food was great and the ambiance was perfect for a meal. I will definitely be coming back!
We went in to kind of check the place out, and only get a dessert, we were served bread and olive of oil which was very tasty. I thought the staff may be offended by us only getting dessert and also munching on the free bread, but they were not and were very friendly! definitely going back to this place again as they did a great fireworks/song for the other patron's birthday!! recommended!!!
I had made outdoor reservations for a party of 8 and overall, we had a fantastic time. The food was delicious, the portions were generous (I had the chicken martini entree and it will end up feeding me three meals) and the service was attentive. We will definitely be going back. The only negative to our experience was that they had no record of our reservation when I arrived, despite the fact that I had called to confirm and had the name of the person that I had spoken to. Fortunately they had plenty of tables available outside so they were able to quickly pull a couple together for us.
Food was phenomenal! I was there on a Saturday night, so I know I'm about to sound like a grandma, but it was packed. Tables are very close together, and I felt a little like a sardine. That being said, I will definitely be back. The food and service were awesome. Don't take my comments negatively about the crowds. Just keep in mind that if you want a quiet spot to chat and eat, this may not be the best choice on a Saturday. If you're looking for a lively party scene for dinner, then this is the spot for you 100%.
Update 03.30.23 They clearly have a great staff because the food was just as good, if not better than last time! I posted pics of our favorites. I forgot to post a picture of the delicious Zeppolis which was a great way to end the meal. As we did last time… half of us brought food home because the portions are large enough for 2. I’m looking forward to lunch tomorrow 🤗 The karaoke continues to be good. Some of these people should definitely be hired for events they truly are that good! What a great night to go. It was Karaoke night which I’m not usually a fan of but there were people with voices that should have contracts! Staff was friendly, portions were large. Enough leftover for lunch the following day. They also have great outdoor seating and a bar that seemed pretty lovely. Great spot to meet with your friends or sihare a drink with co-workers.
Omg where to start! The food was amazing and there are sooooo many menu options to choose from you have no choice but to get back asap. A group of us recently visited and everyone was over the moon with their meals. I tried the lobster ravioli, bacon wrapped shrimp, mussels, spaghetti carbonara, and the fried Oreos with cannoli cream. Everything was out of this world!
The food is good, although a little expensive, but the tables are very close together so the evening felt cramped and it was difficult to hear my family.
Great food, service, but very loud (insidel
Very good food not insanely overpriced. Gets loud once it fills up. Excellent service.
Great place for lunch. Parking is a little confusing. Service is professional and friendly.
The food is good, but there are better options in the area. It does have a nice vibe in there and the drinks are pretty cool, but the place is a bit overpriced in comparison to other restaurants in the area.
Food and service were both excellent, but the noise level was so high that I couldn't hear my dinner companion. We went at 6 and its was already a bit noisy but by 7 it was intolerable
Very nice Italian restaurant with a very large menu. The food is very good and atmosphere is very nice. They made a mistake on my order, service could have been a little more attentive. But overall a nice place to eat.
We visited for 2 dinners while visiting area. Servers are attentive. Food is pretty good. Love the menu style. Tables are packed in tight. Music was so loud the one night, saturday. We couldnt carry on a conversation. Peeked at the lunch menu it looked good too
Good food, great service, own parking lot for ease of use. Somewhat pricey, but what isn't these days?
I have to say we had a great experience here at Chatterbox. The food was fresh and delicious but you will pay for it; which I don't mind when it is really good. Server was polite and friendly. The place was alive but didn't interfere with being able to have a conversation. Will definitely eat here again.
The food was superb and a fantastic addition to the pleasantville Italian selection available. Hands down some of the besy Italian we have had in some time. Restaurant was clean and tidy, and ambiance was good. We are docking 1 star because the TVs in the bar area were a bit much for our liking, and bar staff was quiet loud then again we have been there during an off hour as we were the only guests at 430.
The mediocre food tastes worse when you’re overpaying for it. The great staff, strong drinks, and fun vibe doesn’t quite distract from the apathetic kitchen cooking disappointing dishes with lower quality ingredients. This would be excusable if they priced their menu to match. Then again, with a menu of over 100 dishes— it’s a zero-sum game.
The Chatterbox. Does it want to be a bar or a restaurant. One big room where the noise of the bar interferes with the ambience of the restaurant. Although the patrons of bar were not rude it was annoying trying to a pleasant dinner. I order the chicken cacciatore with potatoes. What came out was chicken cacciatore with limp potato chips due to being soaked in the sauce. Very misleading on the menu. I rate the restaurant a 3 stars but I would not recommend going there. The service was great The drinks were great Our waitress was excellent Our food was ok The prioblem: Dogs are allowed in dining area. We were having our desert when someone came in for dinner carrying a dog. The waitress told him he would have to eat on an outdoor table. He made a phone call and he apparently knows the owner of Chatterbox. The owner allowed the diner and his dog to occupy an indoor table. This is unacceptable and we will not return to dine at Chatterbox
Probably wouldn’t go back. We were early for our reservation as soon as we sat down the Manager mentioned to us that there was a reservation after us which was 2 hours after ours. About every 15 minutes after the manager spoke to us the server and then reminded us that we had a place our order quickly for the next reservation. Very annoying and rude.
The food was ok. Nothing too special. But the service was annoying. I was literally putting food in my mouth and the waiter reached across my arm to clear the table. He did the same to others. And the place was empty. We were all still eating and they were rushing us out asking if we were done and want the rest to go. Not good.
WAAAAAAYYYY OVERPRICED. You cannot justify $22 for eggs and french fries, $20 for 3 PLAIN pancakes, and $12 for a VIRGIN Mary even if there’s inflation.
Relatively overpriced and the food wasn’t worth it :/. Fish was beyond overcooked and drink didn’t taste right. The chicken vodka parm was good though!
Been there twice and overall just not impressed. The chicken scarp was not great. The potatoes in the chicken scarp were literally potato chips and the sausage I swear was ground beef. My friend ordered the same dish and thought the same. Give this place a pass
Not a great experience. Ambiance is blah . Food was ok took forever. Host acted like he was a Sopranos character. Way better options for Italian food in area
DONT GO, not with your time. Loud and over priced! There are so many OTHER great places in Pleasantville. We have been there twice, both times had fish dishes and were very unimpressed. The second time you couldn’t hear the person next to you.
Poor customer service and sub par food. Was looking for a nice place out to catch up with a girl friend for a early dinner/night out. The waiter was friendly at first however became rude when my gf and I were chatting and we're not ready to place an order yet. It was 6pm on a Thursday and when we asked for another minute to look at the menu we were flat out told "You need to place an order. I'm going to get in trouble if you do not order soon, because we are expecting a busy night". We were completely appalled. I have never heard of a restaurant be rude to current guests with the anticipation they might get more customers later. Honestly! We couldn't believe it. Mind you we were there till almost 8pm and it never got more than half full. We were tempted to just pay for our drinks and leave to go elsewhere. We were increadibly disgusted by the interaction. Now for the food. I ordered the fig and goat cheese salad which comes with figs. Less than Half way through I realized there were 0 figs in the salad. I asked the waiter and he said it didn't come with figs which it clearly stated it did. After questioning him again he said he would bring me a plate of figs on the side. He did apologize to me afterwards and said I was correct that there were supposed to be figs. The salad was soooo overdressed it was wilting. Don't get me wrong it was tasty but there was soooo much dressing I was literally squeezing it off. I was soo looking forward to trying this place as I have heard so much hype but I was extremely disappointed with my experience. In the words of my girl friend this place is definitely a "one and done". I am not one to write reviews but I starting telling some friends about what happened they all were shocked that the waiter did this so I felt it was necessary. Mind you the GM was there overseeing everything so this clearly was not on our waiter. Interesting enough I just read more reviews of people with a similar issue. A restaurant should not be run that way.
1 star to management! Walked in—multiple tables available—and they still sat us at the bar. During my entire time there, tables were still available without customers, and we had to eat at the bar. While OpenTable didn't take reservations for small parties, is this the right approach?
Me and a group of friends went for the supper bowl. I've also been once before for dinner. As like last time, I noticed the host drinking on the job. No judgment, do you boo, but it became very obvious since she was all over the place then sat behind the bar after her 5th glass of wine. Seems very unprofessional for an established restaurant. I was pleased with the Super Bowl specials
Would not take reservations for a Wednesday evening for two. When @ restaurant it was approx half full and was offered a bar sitting g at bar. High chair (my wife is under five feet or outside where wind was about 15 to 20 mph. Not acceptable .when I insisted that almost half the restaurant was empty manager had us sit at a w 0 person table. The initial a l way this situation was AZN f kept was unprofessional and u called for and it bSicaly ruined our 4q anniversary..we should have left upon initial contact with staff...food was a 6 out of 10. Veal marsala. 52 dollars not worth it quality was average...best part was desert. Will n r very go here again!!!
Please be aware I left a one star review after actually showing up to this place and the bartender tracked me down and left a one star at a business she thought I was affiliated "as a revenge" very tacky and horrible business practice will report to the Westchester Better Business Bureau.
Xenophobic place, the owners saw us speaking Spanish and we received a bad treatment ending up as the worst experience ever. If you are from outside of the country I don’t suggest you to go there where they want you to feel like trash.
Music so loud had to move outside in the heat. When mentioned to greeter, she said “ that’s why it’s called the chatterbox” Fish special so heavy in butter inedible. Salad had so much pepper
I was really hoping to try this place, but unfortunately it doesn't seem possible if you have a small party. My wife and I attempted to get seated for dinner last week on a Friday night at 6:30 PM, but we were turned away at the door because we didn't have a reservation and every table was going to be booked starting at 7 PM. I called today to attempt to make a reservation but was told that reservations are only accepted on OpenTable and if you have a party of 4 or more. When I explained the dilemma, I was told, "just come in and we'll attempt to accommodate you." Given what happened last time, it doesn't seem like this restaurant wants to accommodate small parties.
Have to be honest, was very excited to try this restaurant but the food was inedible (calamari was SO chewy, stuffed mushroom was horrible, meatballs were bad, sauce was awful, salad was fine) and the wine was warm and cocktails were watery. Was very disappointed, hoping they will step it up.
Horrible birthday lunch! I sent back the eggplant wrap as it didn’t taste right. Had the chicken wrap instead which fell apart and was tasteless. Waited a long time even though no one was in the restaurant . Went to the bathroom and no toilet paper! DONE!’ There should be no chatter about Chatterbox!
It’s a nice place to eat. food taste good! But employees are racist. If you’re black or Latin American I don’t recommend this place. With my own experience. One star for the food.
I don’t recommend this place at all I was there last week with a group of friends and we experience the time ever. They are very racist there were being so rude against Latin people. Anyway everything turn out to be a nightmare and the Police came and saw how they mistreated us. I cant believe that we still are going through racism’s like come on we are 21st Century. So sad situation
I wasn’t going to write a review until I saw some other reviews and had very similar experiences. I went here with a group of friends to celebrate a friend’s Birthday. I want to start off my saying that the waitresses are super sweet. However, I ordered the fettuccini with shrimp added and it was rancid. I noticed the second it was put in front of me due to the smell. Even my friends said that the smell made them nauseous from way across the table. I am surprised they even let the plate leave the kitchen. That is very dangerous because someone could get sick. Apparently, some reviewers already have! Secondly, the bouncer gave me off vibes. When me and my friend went outside to get some air after dancing for a while, he came over and directed his attention only to my friend (who is Irish, I am PR) and when I stated that was very nice of him to check on her, he gave me a dirty once over look, as if to say “I wasn’t talking to you”. I have read other comments about possible prejudice here and that’s why I added this bit. Honestly, I do no feel the need to return here because there are so many other great places to go that are close by.
We've been eager to try this new Pleasantville hot spot so went there tonight to celebrate my wife's birthday. As 36 year residents of the area we were happy to see a new establishment. She had the shrimp appetizer and then the halibut for the main course. My daughter and I had other dishes. Within a half hour of leaving my wife became incredibly nauseous and has had a serious bout of vomiting. I called the restaurant, more to warn them about potentially bad fish and Joe Jr at first tried to tell me that food poisoning takes at least 24 hours to kick in (that's not accurate) and that the fish was fresh today. Maybe, but it could have been unsanitary conditions, someone didn’t wash their hands etc. All I know is she felt totally fine going in and totally awful shortly after leaving. He then said he'd "do something for us when we went back". This isn't a money thing, it's about not getting sick from the food you've been served and a ruined evening. Having said that, the wait staff was fantastic and the place was packed. But that's small consolation for feeling absolutely terrible after the meal. for feeling absolutely terrible after the meal. UPDATE: The owner apologized and did the right thing by reversing the cost for the meal. This could happen anywhere but hopefully they'll be extra careful in the future. I appreciate how they handled this.
I would honestly leave no stars. But I'll leave one star because it was a very nice place. But that's as far as it goes. The tables were so small our food barely fit on the tabel, mind you we only had two entrees and the breadbasket and our drinks on the table . Drinks where very off and not good at all. Second issue was the staff was just basically rushing us out barely allowing us to enjoy our food. NOW THE BIGGEST ISSUE!!!! FOOD MADE US SICK! And the only reason we know that it was the food was the fact that we both had the same dish just different protein. And experienced the exact same symptoms. So unfortunately I will not be returned to this establishment
Very disappointing! From the moment we sat down. There was not one printed menu. Looking at a phone with a menu this long is very difficult, plus I had to share the phone with my friend because her menu didn't load. While the waitress tried, her ingratiating approach to service was irritating. When asked to sample a wine, I was brought over a tiny little plastic cup that looked like a medicine cup. The bathroom had no toilet paper, the food was mediocre and price very high for what was presented. The dessert carried 2 charges, one for the zeppoles and one for the filling. With no menu, how was one to know?? Then to add insult to injury, they charge a credit card convenience fee. Again, no knowledge of this in advance. It may be buried on their online menu but I did not see it. There was absolutely little kindness from the "owner". No offer to make our experience less offensive. This is a new place, where reputation should mean everything. I will not be returning, nor will I recommend it to any one else.
If Dorsia from American Psycho were a real place, this would be it. A restaurant so pretentious, trying so hard to be more than it is, but in reality, it's just a step above Olive Garden with equally unimpressive service. I made a reservation, and when we arrived, the man at the door--who never introduced himself--greeted us. He could have been a waiter, a bartender, a manager, or even the owner. Honestly, I couldn't tell because he didn't say who he was. He just seemed very self-important. After observing his demeanor, I'm fairly certain he was either a busboy or the owner's nephew, minding the store for the night. Anyway, he told us there was no reservation under our name, but when we showed him our OpenTable confirmation, he acted like he had never seen a smartphone before, as if the concept of electronic reservations was completely foreign to him. Why take reservations on OpenTable if you're not going to honor them? The restaurant was almost empty, yet he insisted on seating us at a high-top table even though we clearly wanted a regular one. The weird part is, we sat down at 6:15, and by 7:15, we were being rushed out the door. If you were planning to push us out in an hour, why not seat us at one of the many empty tables in the dining room that stayed vacant throughout our rushed meal? As for the food, it was a solid 2 out of 10, if you like pre-made, processed, microwave food--on par with Olive Garden. If you're looking for authentic, quality Italian cuisine, this is not the place. My Nona makes better Italian food, and she's been dead for 30 years. The only redeeming part of the experience was the drink. I ordered an Old Fashioned for $17, and while it was good, you shouldn't be paying Manhattan prices in Pleasantville. So, ifyou want to go and pretend you're experiencing a special, high-quality dining experience, this is your spot. It's a place pretending to serve great food in a great atmosphere, but that's all you're doing--pretending. The only thing they truly care about is getting you in and out as quickly as possible to free up the table for the next group of customers, who may or may not even show up. At least the busboy can show his uncle how much money he made that night. To be fair, every business wants to turn a profit, but not at the expense of making customers feel rushed and unimportant. People go out to eat for a unique experience, something they can't get at home. Your job as a restaurant is to make the customer feel welcomed and appreciated. Unfortunately, I felt neither, and the food was subpar. Enjoy the generous tip I gave you and use it to buy a clue! Maybe your regulars don't know or care about quality because this is supposed to be an "it" spot, but there are plenty of people who can tell the difference between real fine dining and just pretending.
This place is on the pricey side. Food is good. However, service/practice is questionable. First time I was here with my friend group in March. We had a party and everything was good. I paid $430 total for food and tips (I specifically wrote the total as $430 on the receipt, and took picture of it). But few days later I checked my bank statement, and "someone" (not sure if it's the server, or someone else) input the total as $430.65. I thought, okay only few cents, I'd let it slide. Fast forward to mid April, I got here for an early dinner and total was $121 for food and tips. Again, I wrote $121 on my receipt. This time I even put a dash after the number 121 to make sure nothing will be added to it. 2 days later, I check my bank and guess what, total is now $121.88. Even though it's less than a dollar difference, it is still unacceptable, since I did not authorize the change. I've never been to a restaurant where my total was changed after I left. I cannot believe such a restaurant like this has such a shady practice. I will not come back here again.
