Chick-fil-A

They say Chick-fil-A is a Christian place, and I could not disagree. The young man in the drive through today was very polite and considerate. Good attitude. I would just like to thank the young gentlemen and hope someone could possibly give him a good quality pay raise, I will definitely be back.

Stopped by Chick-fil-A and had a solid experience overall. The drive-thru line looked long, but it moved faster than expected, and the staff stayed friendly and upbeat the whole time. My chicken sandwich was hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, and the waffle fries were fresh with just the right amount of salt. Inside was clean and well-kept, and you can tell the team works hard to keep things running smoothly during busy hours. Definitely one of the more consistent spots in Big Spring when you want something quick that still tastes fresh. I’ll be back.

The food is good and my order is usually correct. My only complaint is sometimes the wait time is a little too long.

Very Sad to hear that they are not doing anything for veterans this year. Slightly less than average chic-fil-a experience as any other store in west texas.

Food wasn't that hot, but was okay. Staff are friendly and technically helpful, but friendly in a way that feels very over-the-top "forced" that doesn't feel sincere. Probably just a company/management thing, but it's weird.

I order the same thing every time. X2 Spicy Delux, waffle fries and chicken nuggets for my son. Somehow, every single time, they forget the nuggets. But overall the place is amazing and people are great.

The staff her is absolutely a notch above, but the quality of the food being offered by Chick-fil-A is not the same. The chicken breast is getting a more rubbery texture, and it’s actually gotten worse recently. Profit over quality always ends well.

I’ve never been to a Chick-fil-A in this country that was this slow and held the breading on the chicken was soggy

Slowest drive thru in town, 7:20 this morning I was the only vehicle in the lane and no customers inside at the counter, so I waited for 15 min for someone to take my money and aknowlage I was there, didnt happen, so I drove off and went to Sonic acros the street for breakfast, not the first time Ive exsperianced delays at this store but you can bet its the last time, wont be back

Worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. Arrived at 10:15 to order breakfast. One person working the register inside and another standing nearby doing nothing. Several customers besides myself and family waiting to order. The employee observing, finally asked to the man in front how she could help ( manager walked by several times) he placed his order and the lady stated “ breakfast ends at 10:30” the customer responded “yes, and I have been here for 15 minutes waiting…. It’s 10:30 now.” She said no breakfast it ends at 10:30. The customer was nice and responded “I was here at 10:15 waiting to order” - she said I’m sorry. The customer walked away and said forget it then “- manager looked directly at him as he was walking away and did nothing. We were there for breakfast as well but obviously knew that wouldn’t happen.. so we ordered one nugget meal with coffee. We waited 10 minutes for someone to hand us the coffee. Terrible customer service and extremely disappointed by the male managers response to the customers.

I have written, phoned, talked to managers and still the restaurant in Big Spring, Texas is the absolute worst I have ever been to. It is heartbreaking because this community wanted and deserved this establishment. 7 out of my last 10 visits my order was not correct. Everything from whole sandwiches to fries or desserts left out. Tonight it happened again. A simple internet order and the fries were left out. Up side is, at least they didn’t taste like old grease which has been the norm in the past. Maybe some of my conversations with managers has helped. I will no longer be a customer here. Get it right!!!

Literally have to get a dam microwave or something ‼️ I ordered a spicy deluxe with double pepperjack cheese & received my order with not just the cheese cold and hard but the bread as well i had a bad day at work and thought it would get better with a chick-fil-a order and i was wrong 🤦🏻‍♂️ i spend $13 on a dam cold order !! this place has a bigg 👎 from me will never come here again and definitely dont recommend it to nobody ‼️ (ofc to those who dont like their food cold) i hope yall get a Microwave soon because im sure yall will be getting more reviews like these 😴 (dam cheese came right off the burger)

It happens every time!! Never get the correct dressing & I’m always missing the tortilla strips and pepitas! I asked for bbq sauce for my son’s nuggets and didn’t receive any. No forks for his mac and cheese or my salad.

I’m outraged !!! That y’all have yalls poor employees outside in the cold get a voice machine we don’t need that much human interaction take care of your employees!
