Adobo is open! Ok - so they’re open til 3am. Thats crazy, there’s nothing outside of the McDonald’s and Westside market that’s open into the night. I can’t wait to try one of their lunch specials for $11.99 (check out the photo). It’s small, so likely is a good grab and go spot, but so happy to see a late night restaurant in the neighborhood. The guacamole is sooo good.

omg YUM! with GOOD PORTIONS! Got the queso, burrito bowl, churros, and birria tacos!! Queso - great flavor, a tiiiiny bit grainy but fresh chips with it Burrito bowl - better portions than chipotle and SO MUCH GUACAMOLE birria tacos - the sauce is FANTASTIC. the beef is a little stringy so may try the chicken birria next time but still very very good for 3 tacos Churros - my fav churros I think I’ve had. Well coated with sugar, dipping sauces weren’t too sweet, churros soft on the inside while crispy fried on outside very excited this place opened up great deals on the delivery apps too!!! will definitely order again

Super tasty and generous portion size rarely an I full from one entree. Sauces have great flavors and good variety. Staff is very nice, really glad I found this place can’t wait to come back

I had the Birria Tacos and they exceeded all my expectations as to what proper tacos taste like. Just a shame we discovered this a day before our flight out… as we’d have been back multiple times.

Every single aspect was great, from the staff to the crunchy tacos to the to-go box they were served in. They have more variety among the vegetarian options alone than I have seen in entire menus at other places, and I have a feeling every combination is well worth trying. I have no idea how a place like this survives without cutting any corners front-of-house. I would be here every day if that were feasible.

“ Mexican… ish “ I’m never going back to Chipotle. Not that I want there much. Flavor. Value. Quality. Quantity. Options. Service. Clean. Open late. What more do you need. Maybe a points reward system, because I’ll be eating here a lot. Note to self: The hottest of hot sauce makes you sweat a lil, but doesn’t knock your mouth out. Get the cilantro sauce. I don’t eat “Mexican” fusion bowls often, but when I’m feeling lazy and tired in a random weekday, this hits all the notes, especially when you can get a bowl for under $15. Am I the only one thinking it’s insane when $15 and up is the new standard? This is in the rotation.

Speaking of food, it’s packed to the brim — you’re not leaving this place hungry, I’ll tell you that. Try the mango sauce too; don’t tell me I didn’t put you on. The location here was very unorganized and had way too many ppl working but not skilled to even wrap a burrito properly or get the order correct. Food was not tasty.. worse birria taco ever! Don’t waste your money people!!

Very meh food, will not be back. The burrito was ok? aside from the protein which is pretty important. There was not much chicken in it and the pieces were small. I would never get the steak birria tacos again, the quality was very underwhelming. The meat was dry and seemed fake.
