I had an awesome experience at The Hub! Whether you’re a longtime collector or just getting into the pokemon, this place has everything you need. I came in looking for some cards for myself and my family, and the staff went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. They were super knowledgeable and even took the time to explain some of the newer sets and mechanics, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I loved seeing kids and collectors hanging out, trading, and playing. It’s more than just a store—it’s a great community hub for all fans. I’ll definitely be back for future releases and maybe even to join a tournament!

Currently, this is one of my favorite stores to go to for trading cards (especially Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh). There are collectable cards as well as toys and figures. Staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, there is usually only one person at the counter, but speedy and accurate service makes it possible I guess. Prices are reasonable. I would like to come ever so often to check to see if any new cards pop up.

He helped me learn more about Pokemon app to track my collections, helped work with me on purchasing vintage cards, and just great customer service. I highly recommend this place. Request Wally!!!! You can tell they actually care about what they do and want people to enjoy the experience. The owner is awesome—super chill, welcoming, and just a genuinely nice person. You can tell they’ve built a store that's more than just a place to buy cards but also a place for community. Fair prices too! If you’re into Pokémon cards at all, definitely check this place out

I’ve only been here once, still as someone brand new to the hobby of collecting I am leaving a review. Hard to get started with little knowledge of the hobby but I happen to show up on a trade night. The people working there were friendly and even gave me some advice on binders and more. I had about 2-3 cards worth anything but the people there were nice enough to trade with me anyway. The prices seem very fair as well so I picked up some singles. Thanks for the positive experience!

I think I came in on a bad day…tried asking the guy some questions but I was quickly dismissed & dude looked at me like I was an idiot for asking if they had sealed product for sale. Maybe I’ll try again another day.

I wanted to buy two items per one of the workers' statements about two items, and when checking out, the owner came out of nowhere to tell me it was one per customer. That’s ridiculous as a literal customer who is his homie walks out the door with multiple items. The owner got defensive and used the I’m the owner card. I still bought my one item, but I will definitely be shopping somewhere else from now on. ✌🏼

This place is absolutely horrible, gate is partly open. Return sign says 4pm. A man across moving stuff walks by might be an employee of The Hub says the guy will be back at 5pm. Don't waste your time driving to this place.
