100000% don’t recommend!!!! This Kennedy is posted online as a Mrbeast restaurant… not only are they up charging for the same dry ass old food … they not even getting the order correct to be able to give them the benefit of the doubt… I called and as soon as I mentioned refund all the sudden the guy can’t hear me anymore.. this is ridiculous and a scam! Don’t order from here or any of the mrbeastburger spots in the Bronx online. I’m pissed!

I order a a chicken sandwich with only lettuce and mayo. But instead he gave me tomatoes pickles lettuce mayo and ketchup. I told him he messed up and to give me a new one. Then he gives me the scene chicken but takes out the pickles and tomatoes but leave some ketchup on it. I came back and told them there are still some ketchup. Then he gets mad and told me there's no ketchup and show me. But clearly you could see the ketchup. I told him that there is still ketchup and instead of making a new sandwich he gives me the same one without taking the ketchup off. I'm never going to go back there again

Just outside the doors of that location is very dangerous, not a lot of food options here and counter service seems to need more customer service training as he was not friendly or inviting.

I ordered from here through DoorDash and was extremely disappointed. The rice tasted stale, the chicken wasn’t fully cooked through, and they barely added any white sauce. The burger was just okay, and the fries were plain with no ketchup or condiments provided. For a place that advertises halal meat, the chicken being undercooked is very concerning. I expected way better quality, and it’s frustrating to pay for food I couldn’t even finish. I really hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously, because I would like to give this place another chance but only if the quality improves. It would go a long way if they could make this right with a replacement or credit

Third day in a row i stop to get chicken and they tell me i have to wait 30 minutes oh hell no im never going there again why would you wait till a customer comes in to make the chicken outrageous I'm stopping there out of convenience not necessityy there are plenty of chicken places on every corner you think you have the power to make me stop my life for a piece of chicken for that i can make it myself do not recommend going here unless your trying to get away because they think you come to vacation or visit I'm done with this spot not worth my effort

So I ordered Lamb over Rice one night. I never got a call or text and after an hour and a half of waiting I gave up and went to bed hungry and annoyed. The next day I decided to order lamb over rice. 20 minutes later I get a call and they say “we’re not going to be delivering you the lamb over rice because youve already ordered before and didn’t respond to the calls or text”. I never got a text or a call so stop lying. Then they start saying “this company has been loosing money so we will have to be making some choices as the manager has said”. I used to order from here like 2 times a week, not anymore. Because your delivery guy doesn’t know how to use a phone and lied you gonna loose a loyal customer. Here’s the other KFC to go to that’s a few blocks away: 2310 Grand Concourse. Also I have a photo showing my proof. As you can see on Friday I made an order, and got a call from a delivery guy. Last night I made a call and did not get any sort of response. Today I tried to order again and got this level of disrespect. NEVER ORDER OR GO HERE!

This place is the worse I've had to cancel two different orders on two separate occasions because they never arrived and when ever I called they would say it's nothing they can do they aren't the delivery guy. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Besides the chicken being dried, I noticed that after I used my credit card here (only place I used it in over week), my information was stolen and someone tried to use to purchase a flight that same exact date almost an hour after. Would like to hear if anyone else has experienced that from this place.

This had to be the worst service i have ever gotten in my life! The driver was extremely rude and the delivery time was over 2 hours this was from a delivery off of grubhub. I had called grubhub to complain about how extremely rude they were expecially being that i am pregnant. Will not order from here again. Very disssapointed

They food late night is garbage . I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and French fries , and chicken fingers . When I opened my order the fries were old and oily as ever , and to top it of my chicken sandwich came wit no cheese and it look old as ever also. . Horrible late night meal very disappointed especially when I gave a tip for delivery ...😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😠😡😠. Never in my life I would order from there. Wasting my money on garbage .
