Their spicy crispy wings are so good. Their prices are so fair too. I love how they also gave food gloves to eat so we don’t have greasy fingers.

My new favorite burger place! Burgers are cheap, tasty, and worth their price unlike pother major fast food chains. I got a spicy chicken thigh burger for around five dollars and it was fresh, crispy, and deliciously seasoned. It’s a small shop, so I wouldn’t advise eating in, but it’s great if you just came home from a busy day and went to pick something up. However I do only think the burgers are worth it— for the wings, drinks, or fries, you’re better off with McDonalds or the vending machine. Menus are also a little confusing as the meals don’t match up with the pictures, so read carefully.

I say the entire atmosphere is above mediocre at best when looking at it outside and inside. Though the inside is slightly better than outside. Also, I find it a slightly strange that there's only 3 staff working there, and few people complained about the time it took to receive their order from reading the reviews now. And a year-old review about someone's dog getting food poisoning. Which brings me to question, how good are the staffs there? They are polite and swift when I place my order and in receiving my order. Although, a bit seemingly shy when I left the restaurant. My order didn't take long as it was worth waiting the 10 minutes for a crispy hot white chicken burger. This wasn't my first time ordering from here though. Speaking of the Chicken burger, it was crispy, hot, and white on the inside like I said. A delicious big burger that is worth the price for the combo from C1 (it's the burger, French fries, and a soda can). $7.50 + tax. And time, too, if you love chicken. I even ordered a Rose Milk Tea w. Pudding as a side, and it was delicious and sweet with jelly cubes. That's what the "Pudding" is. It's a frozen jelly that is sweet and easy to chew onto. Although cold during the time of the review (winter) so don't bring it outside if you aren't finishing it first without your hands getting cold. And when you need to use the toilet and staying outside for so long! It has TEA after all, and it will make you feel the need to use the toilet sooner later on. I didn't try other burgers out or any other menu items than the chicken burger, chicken wings, French fries, and bubble milk tea (and rose) so I can't give enough Critique for their entire menu. Almost forgot, the containers they use for the milk tea feels like it is ROCK hard so that's one thing I love about ordering milk tea from this place. It gives me sense of assurance that it will endure three falls from 1 ft height with milk tea before breaking and easier grip too. As I said earlier, this wasn't my first time ordering from this place taking two years ago. I ordered the same combo C1 when it was my first time. Then a second time with a combo C11 as an addition, for my family. I don't remember how long it took for them to make C11, but it felt like a minimum of at least 20-25 minutes range. After delivering it for my family, they all thought it was okay saying it was mediocre above average from what I can gather on their overall response about it. For atmosphere, I don't think the interiors have changed at all on the inside from the past, but they used to have a hot dog heater for some reason. I don't have a photo of it, but a person named Gene Kim who placed their review on the place do have it. The photo on their review would face on a wall saying, "Enjoy Your Summertime" with the hotdog heater or the photo facing toward the kitchen with the hotdog heater. Overall, this place is worth giving a try for if you want a big burger to fill your hungry craving for a burger. The price tag on the combos is well worth the purchase. As for the time on placing and receiving your order, it is worth the waiting when you order that crispy chicken thigh burger. What they make is well cooked and delicious. I'd recommend for anyone to try at least once most especially the crispy chicken thigh. Although the atmosphere feels awkward as if it was stuck in between of a fast-food restaurant vibe and a summertime vibe when it comes to other seasonal occasions. If you taste or feel something is off with the orders you received, tell it to the staffs there immediately. You don't want the same experience as the previous reviewees talking about food poisoning or undercooked chicken. Best tried on the spot when ordering burgers and on the go when you want a tasty drink or the appetizers. P.S I forgot to mention this. They sell sauce for $0.50 that isn't Ketchup or Spicy Sauce.

Great chicken burger spot, probably one of the best around. Burgers are always juicy and crispy and their fries are absolutely delicious. Have picked just those up after shopping and they're very affordable. Cramped store but worth it.

Love their $20 deal good for 2 person ! Their burger is big and juicy. What I like best is that the skin on the fried chicken leg stay crispy even when it cold.

they’re always super busy which is a good sign. the food is amazing and so crispy. it does take a while to get your food so order early. they speak english as well if you’re worried about language barriers

Call the order to pick up it was very pleasant. Food was ready when i got there, roasted wings was so good, wraps and sauce was on point, chicken thigh burger was little tasteless but sauces made it much better.

For reference, I usually go to Moon and Flower House, and their beef burger patty is twice as thick as Ace’s, for the same price point. The fried chicken is probably the best item on the menu. (Crispy and tender!) The sides (French fries, popcorn chicken) were okay though, didn’t have much flavor and not tender enough for my preference. The fruit tea is refreshing but leaves a bitter after taste. Overall, polite staff and chill atmosphere, but a tad bit overpriced.

My first time coming here i got a crispy chicken thigh burger for $6.30 and bubble tea milk for 4.25$ Crispy chicken burger: Pros: MASSIVE size burger Real lettuce Good portion of mayo Great service Took 10-15 minutes to get it Cons : a little undercooked A little too pricey (but the size evens it out) Bubble milk tea : Pros: very good for 4$ ( there is no size cups they only offer one size which would be a medium) The tapioca balls taste chewy and soft Cons: milk tea lacked sugar but it's perfect Service and atmosphere : The place is very small but there is still tables to sit in to eat. The cashier is very friendly and patient (speaks english) When you order they would give you a little paper with a # and they would call it out (don't lose the paper cause you need to show it) There is usually little people I would rate it 4/5 overall very good place (If I had money I would be a regular here)

I ordered 10 pcs crispy and spicy wings. They are more like made to order type of restaurant. It took 15minutes to get. Taste is just ok but when you place take out order... tell them open the cover. My house is about 15 minutes distance. It was kind of wet wasn't crispy

I'm a fried chicken lover, always tried different type of chicken. This place next with big Chinese market. Their interior is more like Japanese type... kind of weird. I ordered 10 pairs of fried chicken wings, but most of them were drumettes. It was terrible. This has happened several times already. Even reminding them doesn't help. A new 98k restaurant opened nearby. I'm glad they offer whole chicken wings, so at least I can get half of the wingettes I love. And it's even cheaper.

Love the place decor and the workers. The bubble teas is perfect and the beef burgers and fries are good BUT All chicken sandwich’s are undercooked which means it’s not fried correctly. I would rethink using a different chicken cutlet as well. I’ve tried two sandwiches from here and it’s the same experience. I would recommend changing the instructions for frying. The pictures I included shows me taking the chicken cutlet apart to show how undercook it. It’s very firm. This type of chicken should be easy to chew. I would eat here again if they changed their recipe. This can be a potential health hazard.

So before coming to the restaurant, I saw a bad review about raw chicken but there were a lot more good reviews so I had to give it a try. So I did but before eating I checked if it was raw. Although most was not raw. There was a huge chunk in the middle that was raw. I am giving this still a 2 star cause the bubble tea is good and for the price is amazing . I would just suggest to double check ur chicken before eating it.

The chicken is very dry, and the flour coating is quite thick ,not juicy at all
