Quick stop to sit, eat, and enjoy a coffee in between two clients for work. Streamlined ordering and pick up. Kosher should be listed as some traditional American food orders are excluded. Clean looking kitchen and seating area. Bagels are scrumptious, I ordered the sesame; and muffins look awesome.

I was left thoroughly displeased with our experience at "Buncho" today. Me and my friend thought we'd stop by for a quick breakfast having heard mixed reviews. Our request for toasted bagels fell on deaf ears, and our server simply forgot (?) to put any cream cheese on the bagel al salmone. Quite frankly the attendant seemed more interested in flirting with the customer in front of us (4/10 as well) than getting our order right. Factor in the prices we were dealt and we are discussing a situation that would be classed as a robbery in most south american countries. Finally, It would be a discredit to our rigid rating system to even bestow upon this meal a rating. 2 stars because we support kosher business despite this abomination.

I’ve been going here since I was a kid, and it was my favorite. But in the last 5 years (the food and) the service just went down the train. MULTIPLE messed up orders, happening more and more often, and totally not taking accountability, the cashier and the manager. The $2 you saved by not fixing my order made you lose a customer. I gave you enough chances.

To be clear, I’m ONLY judging/reviewing the bagels……..I’ve been many times. I really wanted to love this place, but sadly the bagels aren’t great. They’re small, and quite tough texturally in my experiences coming here. On Sundays the bagels are particularly poor quality, extremely hard and tough, and again, undersized. I’m guessing whoever is making the bagels is under-proofing them, and it really shows. Bagels should be crusty and chewy on the outside and soft and pillowy on the inside. These bagels don’t cut it. There’s a woman who works behind the counter quite often, she’s kind of cold and curt and it’s not welcoming. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

I had a very disappointing experience at the front counter. When I asked a simple question about where to place my order, the woman at the counter rolled her eyes at me and then completely ignored me. Fortunately, another employee standing nearby noticed what happened and kindly offered to take my order at the register. As I began speaking with her, the first woman kept interrupting and acting as if she couldn’t understand what I was saying, even though I was being clear. Her behavior was rude and dismissive, and despite my attempts to ignore her and deal only with the more courteous staff member, she continued to insert herself into the conversation in a very unpleasant and unprofessional way. Eventually, I felt so disrespected that I decided to leave without placing my order. It’s unfortunate to be treated this way as a customer.

I recently ordered the breakfast special from this store, expecting a delicious meal. Unfortunately, the dish was a letdown from start to finish. The bagel, potatoes, eggs, and salad tasted eerily like fish oil - a truly unpleasant experience. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund or replacement, the service was appalling. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns, and their attitude was dismissive and unfriendly. The combination of subpar food and terrible service has left a sour taste in my mouth. I cannot recommend this store to anyone and will not be returning. A disappointing experience from start to finish. Would not recommend!
