This place was SOOOO delicious! I’m from NoVa, and we have some pretty amazing Peruvian chicken spots, and I haven’t found anything comparable until now. My two friends and I got the 4 ribs and half chicken, with rice/beans and fries. The chicken was so flavorful. My friend who ate the ribs went silent and just chewed them up. There’s a little air conditioned outdoor area that is so vibey. The service was great, a very kind staff! 10/10, amazing amazing amazing. I do wish they offered two sides with the singular chicken quarter meal like other Peruvian spots do but it’s NYC and rent ain’t cheap!

I just visited this location with my son because the name called my attention. I ordered the 1/2 chicken with rice and beans for myself and crispy tenders for my son. The flavor of the chicken was spot on and the rice and beans tasted like home. My son was beyond happy with his tenders, they were super crunchy and a great size for its price. They gave us honey mustard for the tenders and boy was it good! Hands down the best fast food joint I have ever ate in. Will definitely come back!

Hands down one of the greatest chicken with green sauce is what you gonna find at this stop! Have been going there every day since last 5 days and I am about to order again after I finish writing the review. -Premium chicken quality -perfect seasonings -amazing freshly made fries -tasty green sauce that actually makes lick ur finger! Crazy delicious. Best chicken tenders of my LIFE and the quality gets better and better every time!!! It's so amazing finding a fried food that feels healthy. I love feeling full, at a price nobody can beat. Fries are sometimes softer than we would like but the clean taste is top notch. Tenders are light and large, never gummy or chewy, truly tender. I have come across small bones in the sandwich, once, in the many times I've come here, but that just goes to show how fresh and real the chicken can be. Rice and beans seasoned well. Buffalo ranch sauce is the best buffalo sauce we've had. Great service, food, and team!! They 100% deserve all their success.

I had an iffy customer service experience with Cecilia/Celia my first time around but today Alejandra made up for it. Great food is one thing but the customer service is ALWAYS MY prerogative. The food tastes very clean. I know how weird that sounds but the ingredients are really fresh. My go to thus far has been the chicken gyro combo and after reading the reviews I can’t wait to try the corn. The green sauce is top tier. Update: The lamb gyro was amazing. Ordered it by accident and I did NOT regret it. The corn was delish🥳

SCRUMPTIOUS! SCRUMPTIOUS! SCRUMPTIOUS! The Chicken Stop is home to the most delicious hand breaded crispy chicken tenders in the Brooklyn area! I suggest pairing it with their house made honey mustard. Their honey mustard is my new favorite sauce around. YUMMY! You MUST try this place! Thank you Chicken Stop for such a great experience.

Chicken Stop! Yes! This roast chicken was truly awesome (with one small quibble). The dark meat is pure perfection. The leg and thigh were fall off the bone tender and the skin was crisp and caramelized. Yes, true perfection with balanced and flavorful seasoning. A revelation. Anyone who understands roasting chickens know that it's hard to achieve this, but if you do, you risk drying out the breast. This chicken comes as close to achieving that nirvana of balance between white and dark meat as I've had in a long time. Truly impressive, but yes, the breast was just a tad dry. However, you can't quibble with chicken this good, so close to utter perfection. And, the remedy that makes this achieve that level of perfection, even with the breast, is the green sauce. Yes, I got an extra one for the fries, just because I love a good, garlicky, herby green sauce. And this one is good. Dip that breast meat into the sauce ever so gently and any issues you might have had about it's dryness just plain recedes into the distance. The care that the kitchen uses in preparing the birds bleeds over into the other menu items I ordered. Yes, on the green sauce. The pitas were warm and seemingly homemade. The fries were solid quality, but relatively unspectacular (until dipped into green sauce). But, the sleeper award winner of the order was the Cole slaw. Yes, I said it, Cole slaw, you'll have to order it believe it (and I'm not usually that big on cole slaw). All in all, winner winner chicken dinner. Run, don't walk, to this place (or just use the ordering app of your preference).

First time here , not at the franchise but at this particular store, customer service is trash but the food was good so 4 stars shall do. Ordered a small (6 piece with fries ) some of the Fries were alittle undercooked , but mango chicken saved the day

I ordered (delivery) four different flavors of boneless chicken wings and I can say that my favorite ones are the BBQ and the Mild chicken wings. My least favorite ones are Parmesan wings. I also ordered fries.

Nice store front that goes deep into the buliding for a cool hangout. Food was solid, service was pretty bad, waited nearly 20 mins for a chicken wrap with no one else there at the time. Definitely not the place to grab and go..

update: was in was in the area decided to give it another try. I tried the chicken gyro and yummy. It was better than the ribs. ( Minus french fries). I'm not sure why the put a couple of fries in the gyro but I took them out. The Caesar salad was so good I ate it all. It was fresh n delicious. ---I had the ribs and a baked potato. Very tasty.

I used to enjoy making this stop in between running my errands but today will be my last time the quality of the food has gone down this is the second time i got cold chicken then i got cold hard fries the following time my lemonade was watery as well…. this food cost entirely to much to slack on it even though its simple fast food that is unacceptable and i will not be returning i will go else where good luck

The food is good… the problem is as I was ordering 3 (THREE) separate homeless people asked me for money. The other two left somewhat cordially but the third…. She was THERE.

This place is called Chicken Stop so I had high expectations for the chicken, but I was disappointed. The chicken looked and tasted like the chicken I can make at home. The beans were excellent, but they’re the kind you buy and taste amazing right out of the can and I know this for a fact because I eat pinto beans often right out of the can. The rice tasted great, no complaints here. The green sauce was excellent. The pita bread was tasty, but it’s probably bought an not baked in-house. The lemonade I got was disappointing; was not very cold and did not have ice. Service was quick. Staff were courteous. Restroom was very clean. Had TVs with a wide range of sports channels and the staff put on the game we asked for. Overall, my only complaint is the chicken, which is meant to be the HERO of the restaurant. I will never get that chicken again and I am unsure if I will ever even be a repeat customer.

Ordered delivery on uber eats and they sent me someone else’s order. Nothing I paid for was in the SEALED bag even though it was labeled with my name!

The worst Wingstop in Brooklyn, please sort this place out. The staff doesn't work at all, people wait 40-50 minutes for their orders. This is very long for fast food, the staff works like a sleepy fly. PLEASE SORT OUT THIS!!!!!

Don’t even bother going here. The employees are rude and nasty. Even when you try to order via delivery apps, the employees clearly don’t care the right people are getting the right food. To wait over an hour for wings and get someone else’s order is extremely infuriating. They are playing with people’s food and their money. I spent over $60 on food I didn’t get. Plain ridiculous.

DO NOT ORDER HERE This location does not care about the preparation of your food. The will give you a half container of oil because they dont let the food drain. They will mix your order and leave items out. And when you call to tell them all they will do is block you from ordering from them. Instead of changing bad practices. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

The place was horrible! The people behind the counter wasnt even doing their job. They were all just sitting around in the kitchen. There was a ton of bags at the back but they didnt even call one! Eventually they just put the bags on the counter and made US call out the orders. My order was supposed to be ready at 4:05 but i ended up getting it at 5:45! I’ve been waiting there for like 1 and a half hour and didn’t get my food. Horrible!

I originally ordered on Uber eats and waited over an hour to finally hear they didn’t accept our order. I then go inside to place order and it’s another 20 minutes, ok no problem. I’m sitting around waiting and looking at them prepare food, the manager on site is digging in his teeth with the gloves on and commences to take different food in hand and sort and pack them. I asked if the manager can put new gloves on before preparing any more food and they got an attitude. I get my food and it’s the wrong flavor and they don’t want to change it. It was a horrible experience from the cashier to the manager. These young people have no respect for people’s business and I felt disrespected and disregarded

Never got my food . Took. My $1 . I rounded up for st.jude. t mobile had an special. 1 cent for 3 piece chicken tender meal. N this place was chaos. Arguing n yelling . Horrible

Lady at the cashier was disrespectful . She couldn’t honor the promo wingstop was having ended up paying 21 dollars for just 10 wings when its same pricing with the 20 for 20 wings promo and to top it off she told me she couldn’t refund me my money until Monday when the manager comes in. Never again am I ordering at this location.

If you want to eat grease, this place is for you. This is the absolute worst food I’ve ever tasted. The Minute Maid lemonade tasted like the machine was not cleaned. The lemon peppered and parmesan wings, along with the drink went into the trash. Lastly, the cashier was on his personal phone chatting, eating, and drinking while we patiently waited for Grease.

Absolutely horrible, we order 15 wings and we got 7! They misplaced our order and we realised home :( Also he didn’t want to give us our drinks even though we paid for them, we got them in the end after insisting.

First off the kitchen is full of tethers, so we’ll start there. Not hating just saying, I don’t think that the best of cooking anything with their own ethnic dishes. Wings were overcooked, hard and crunchy Items left out of the order. Not good

My first time going to a wing stop… and I’m sooo disappointed I went to this spot. I’ve always heard wing stop had good wings and wanted to try it for the first time. But the experience I had as a first timer was just terrible! I walked in to a rude cashier who just looked like she didn’t want to be there and hated her job. I walked up with a hello and she didn’t not greet me at all. The entire time I ordered she had an attitude. At first she asked if I want “bone-in” or “boneless” wings. I told her “bone-in” parm garlic and Korean. When my order arrived she goes “parm garlic, classic” as it’s my first time at a wing stop I thought when she said “classic” she meant a flavor and not type of wing. I nicely asked her if she meant parm garlic and Korean. And she relies aggressively with a crazy attitude “CLASSIC IS NOT A FLAVOR”. So… why didn’t you ask me initially “classic” or “boneless” instead of “bone-in” “boneless”. I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone. This happened around 10:30pm on a Thursday.

Despite only ordering a total of 5 items (two combos, two sodas, and a dessert), I waited over 25 minutes for a delivery order that did not come with one of the combos. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service of this restaurant and will not be visiting in-person or ordering delivery from here in the future.

I visited the restaurant on Sunday August 25,2025 after I attended show at the Brooklyn Paramount with my family. There was a sign outside the establishment pertaining to your lunch special. Upon trying to order what was on the lunch menu was not available. I asked the cashier what was the problem and she stated that only 1 item from the lunch special was available. She pointed to the menu hanging in the store that stated lunch special only from Mon-Fri. My issue is not about the price or anything if the sign states something that what I was going by. The cashier had a very nasty attitude and my issue is that if we don’t patronize your business she would not have a job. So at this point I will never patronize the Chicken Stop again and my family will also not patronize this establishment.
