Food is authentic, very flavorful and fresh. The young ladies that work there are very attentive and pleasant. Great margaritas. Best nachos I've had in a long time.
This restaurant is one of the best places as a Mexican! Their desserts are so good especially las fresas con crema and los churros they taste so good and so does the food! This place has never let me down and is one of my favorite places to go to!
Always take a look at their specials or ask the staff. It's easy to stick to a favorite like I tend to and end up missing out on plenty of awesomeness. I noticed that they had goat in red sauce as a special. I decided to try it and I was glad that I did. Everything I've had here has tasted muaaaaaah. Staff are always professional and cool, too.
One of the best AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD you’re going to find in NYC! They are not overpriced and the service is insuperable.
Best authentic Mexican food in the area! The staff make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door!
Where to start? The food was great, the horchata was amazing, and we were served by a very kind and helpful waitress. The food was amazing, just perfect. I don’t think it would be fair to write a review for I Love Guacamole without mentioning their superb guac. Delicious. Absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was nice, fun decorations and some seasonal decor (Thanksgiving, this part of the year) All in all, I enjoyed this restaurant, my family enjoyed this restaurant, and I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who likes Mexican food. 5 outta 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
A friendly, cozy and relaxed restaurant on fifth avenue with delicious food and reasonable prices. And the decor will make you feel like you are having dinner south of the border! We split a regular nachos and three enchiladas verde. The nachos were delicious (especially the guacamole!). The enchiladas would have benefited from a bit more chicken though the flavor was spot on! Definitely a great choice for Mexican food!
Excellent service, delicious and fresh food, I highly recommend it
Really glad we came here for dinner. The food and service were excellent, and the price is so reasonable in this economy! I can’t wait to go back!
Cute and cozy Mexican restaurant. Staff was attentive. Food was ready pretty fast. Food was a 10/10.
Authentic Mexican restaurant, great guac & salsa. Taco presentation is super cute and it’s functional! They look small at first but they are full of meat & guac! I had the chorizo & carnitas - both were great. Solid rice & beans and the tamales are LEGIT! Came back a few months later and it was just as good! I had the red chile plate which was short ribs in a red chile sauce - it was awesome!
The food is delicious, and server Ana is very welcoming. Def a new favorite in the neighborhood.
I’ve been here three times already since they opened just a few weeks ago. This restaurant will remind you of the best version of a neighborhood joint as if you were actually in Mexico. Every neighborhood deserves to have a place like this — in Mexico or not.
Excellent, fast service. Exceptional guacamole, of course. Just a nice neighborhood lunch spot. My friend and I arrived at 1PM on Monday and we were the only ones in the restaurant - it was nice and quiet and we had a great experience.
I had "huevo Ranchero " and they were delicious and no too spicy, and a good service. Thank you.
This place was amazing. The food was great and authentic, freshly cooked. The drinks not overly iced, so you get many sips a glass. I will return and inquire about bigger drinks. Looking forward to trying more of there menu. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

I always love eating here, I love the guacamole and the Mole enchiladas. I just de a catering order for the first time and everything was exceptional. The delivery was right on time, there is a huge amount of food and everyone enjoyed it.
I love this place! Our waitress was the nicest and on a freezing cold day the arroz con leche + champurrado (Mexican hot chocolate) tasted like heaven! Our dinner was yummy + lovely. Can’t wait to come back 😋😋😋😋

As far as Mexican Restaurants go they’re really good. Food was excellent and prices good value. I was just passing through the area but it offered a nice quiet place to do some work while waiting for an appointment.
Been here twice and we did like our orders more the 2nd time. I am not very familiar with mole but flavors were not for me. Taco and tostadas were mostly good. Liked their tamales verdes over de rajas; other tamales not available both visits. Substantial portions for the low prices. Preferred Steak, lengua. Pork feet and pig’s ears were chewy. Chilaquiles is a new favorite as a side. Choice of red or green sauce (i picked green with a little spiciness). Can be ordered with steak. Staff is very pleasant. Restroom available. Meter parking in front of
Cute place! Good decor. The food comes in big portions. It was good and fast but I feel like the chicken I got was a little dry. I came in an hour before they were closing though so I’m both grateful and understanding that maybe there’s a reason the chicken is drier than I expected.

The two of us came to eat here. The waitresses were very kind and cheerful. The cocktails were really well made, and both the starters and main courses were delicious. The atmosphere felt very warm and family-friendly. I definitely recommend it!
