Literally the best fish and chips!!! Everything was freshly made; The fish well seasoned, a order of crispy fries with the condiments garlic sauce, ketchup, and pepper sauce! Service was good as well. Will definitely be back to try the "juices", preferably the carrot juice :)

I love the salmon burger. They put a pineapple slice on it and that makes it for me. Can't speak about their other meals because that's all that I used to eat, but my family enjoyed their other offerings. I always have had to wait up to an hour for my order which includes food for my family, but I think when food runs out they just get someone to go buy it, and don't convey this to customers. If I ever go back to eating fish I'd visit them again. I just wouldn't go when I was hungry or busy.

This was my second time there. My first visit I purchased one of the Caribbean Smoothies I believe it was a seamoss and it was good. Today I ordered the a grilled whitting, rasta pasta, mack and 🧀and a 🐟 broth. The wait was about 15 -20 minutes. The meal was good but the Mac and cheese was bland and so was the fish broth. Despite these issues I would definitely return and perhaps order online. Business seems to be good they have a steady stream of customers and orders going out for delivery. Give it a shot y'all!!

The food was on point, great taste and value for your money. Staff was great and friendly. Will be odering again. Update so I just got in from Atl and decided to get some food. Placed my order got there, it was ready. To my surprise they got the order wrong, mistakes happened but I must say I'm very disappointed that when I called to inform Jus Fishy, some of their staff made some negative comments " like the owner not here I not dealing with that" and, I not talking to anybody that is their problem or I should order Uber eats. Remember it,'s a service that you guys are providing and some of your staff members attitude need adjusting.

The food there is inexpensive and the portions are large. A very friendly staff, especially the cook/owner- he comes out to meet you wearing a chef suite, and a big smile. He seems to be usually multi-tasking all the time- yet cool and calm. The food is very tasty, and yet low in fat- more on the healthy side. But I promise, it is very fresh, and cooked well. The homemade sauces, especially the hot sauce is amazing. Not too much space to sit, but it is more of a take out place,also there delivery guy is not always available- but it is worth the walk- I am totally satisfied with their style of cooking (a little bit caribbean, southern, and healthy).

To me, it’s a small hole in the wall type of restaurant. There is no seating to eat inside the store. You order your food to be made mostly . This ensures you get freshly prepared food. And minimize waste. Plan for a 20 minutes wait or order ahead and pick up 20 minutes later. I’ve e joyed my meals from here and k ow of several others that enjoy this restaurant. I’m hoping they can expand while keeping things authentic.

I ordered a take away. Some of the best food I've had in Brooklyn! I ordered grilled salmon with prawns, lentils and broccoli. Clean, healthy and EXTREMELY tasty. The lentils were the biggest surprise, they were so yummy! Portion size was great and I will be eating from there again 100%%%%

As far as the food goes....the salmon burger is off the chain. My favorite thing to get is the noodles, fried rice, red beans (kidney beans) or/and lentil peas (sometimes with a slice of salmon). Whatever you get, don't forget to get that white sauce🤣🤣

The food here is excellent!! The place is small so you can’t really dine in. But I usually order out and my family loves it! The food is very tasty from the fried fish, shrimp, to the salmon. They have a variety of vegetables that you can choose from to add to your food. The corn soup is excellent the best I ever had. The price is right for the portion of food you get. And you can choose from fried or steamed fish either way is great! I been coming here for years and thank god the food is fresh and tasty. I give this place a well deserved 10! I am new to NY and just wanted something on my lunch break. Went in and the dude was like “10 minutes for your order”. Came out in about 7+ so it was good! Got it home and LOVED ALL OF IT. The fries were good albeit a bit soggy due to oil from the shrimp. But they were delicious. Same with the shrimp. It was seasoned great. Came with 7 bigger shrimps. I just ate a few of em. I will stop by here again next week because this food is great.

Update: Went again yesterday and got fried prawn and fish. So delicious! I love the fried prawns, they were big and the seasoning was perfect. The amazing lady wasn’t there this time- hopes she’s there on the next visit. This is the best restaurant in Flatbush. We shared the fried shark and snapper which comes with chips, both were delicious, I’d recommend the shark as it was super tender and a bit lighter. The chips were cooked perfectly and seasoned well (not too salty). Next off we shared the grilled snapper with 2 sides. Fish was great and super fresh. The first side was pasta and it was good. The best part was the 2nd side we had it, I don’t remember the name but it was like a green spinach soup/ curry IT WAS AMAZING. Overall an incredible experienced paired with awesome service, the lady (most likely the owner) behind the counter was attentive, warm and made us feel special! Yes the service is slow, but everything moves slower when people are happy and take pride in their food- be relaxed have a beer and enjoy the wait. Please go!

Jus Fishy food is excellent. Very very taste. They give you large portions of food. The food is so good that I stopped cooking fish at home. I buy all my fish cooked from them. The only downfall is and that’s why I didn’t give them a 5 rating is because the service is extremely slow. Their food is so good that their over whelm with orders. Not enough workers to help with the taking orders and filling them. If you order , I usually order by phone if they answer two hours before I want to eat. Or I’ll go in person order my meal, go shopping and then go back to pick up my order.

I didn't go in, but dropped a friend to get food. We had a nice piece of salmon with rice and broccoli. Very tasty. I look forward to going back. And there's a live band on weekends.

It was good, made fresh to order. I had the grilled salmon and all steamed veggies. Nice flavor, flakey & nice & brown on the edges. Small space, a bit pricey, but they give you enough food to fill you up. I would definitely go back to try some other dishes.

I really like this spot... the food is good, fresh and natural tasting no extra just good seasoning which I like.. they don't abuse salt like most places. The portions are good and their shop is clean...the 9 to 12 bucks you pay for a fried fish or shrimps with fries is worth it. Hope they maintain for a long time! Yum!

This was very satisfying. Oversized fries, jumbo shrimp season to perfection with dipping sauce and hand made hot sauce. You won't be disappointed. They would have gotten five stars but their efficiency needs fine tuning. The spot is small so you can forget dining in. The payment system is on par with today tech so you can print a receipt or have it emailed. Call ahead of time to help expedite your orders, because the place is business.

The food itself is good but the wait is ridiculous. I can't. We were waiting 45 mins for 3 burgers and 2 punches. I am never going back. They need to get there act together with the wait times, or get a bigger place and make their establishment a sit down place. I don't even wait that long at a sit down restaurant. This is so riduculous. Even when you call ahead, they are still slow.

Pros: I ordered tilapia with fries, rice and cauliflower and salmon with veggie rice and cauliflower.. both times were good and fresh as far as the fish. I'm not much of a fan of a the rice, that I could do without. The veggies were good, too. Cons: Expect to wait for 30 mins+ before your food is ready, whether or not you call ahead to pick up or walk-in. Whoever the young woman with a nose piercing is (Situated at the front usually) , she isn't really friendly. You literally have to get their attention most of the time, and she almost always has an attitude. it's small inside and during the summer it's very hot and humid. During your wait, most of the time they'll be in the back for a while before they come back out to distribute orders. Timing and customer service could used work.

I almost never rate restaurants, but I had to. Worst experience ever. I ordered food at 6:45 I get several deliver updates until I saw 8:05-8:15 and I was tracking the driver who seemed to just be sitting at the restaurant, so I decided to call. No answer, busy, no answer, busy. I reached out to seamless, who ask me can I wait an additional 25 minutes and I received a discount on my next order, ok. I waited only to get another update of 8:35-8:45, then minutes later while tracking the driver my order is canceled 😳. I reach out to seamless to only be told the wrong driver took my order. The food is good but not that good never as again. I will never order from them again 😡🤬

Food is pretty good... just takes a grip. Might want to order in advance. Don't expect them to have everything on the menu. Like any fresh eatery, they roll with what's available. Bring your patience and appetite and enjoy the Soca music that's sure to greet you as you enter.

The food is great. Usually order via uber eats but every time I go into the actual establishment the staff is often talking about personal drama which takes away from the professionalism of the establishment. Plus I don’t want people talking that much over my food while they’re preparing it. Would have been 5 stars but please save your personal issues for your off time.

Never order delivery from here. My 1st ever at rating a restaurant. The food here is great if you are picking up. Which I have done many times. Highly recommend the salmon burger or grilled shrimp & rasta pasta. However, be prepared to wait 45 mins for your order & never order delivery from here. Food comes 2 hours later & cold. Ordered at 730 & it came at 930. Do grubhub for pickup & wait 45 mins to go pick it up. & don't call them directly. You will get a busy signal. There is no phone. I got a full refund from grubhub on my last order.

The fish was more salty than it should have been. The rice and peas and callaloo was ok. They probably grill the fish fresh because it takes a long time to get the fish. There are two usable chairs to sit on so if it gets crowded it can be uncomfortable. Don’t worry it won’t be crowded.

Like most folks here said, the food is good, but the customer service is very bad. It’s best you order delivery, don’t go there in person. If you order for pickup, when you get there to pick it up, you’ve to wait indefinitely because there may be no one in the front store to attend to you. They’ll literally insult you like it’s nothing, even if you’re being nice. It’s sad because it just makes you not want to go back there. I suspect a lot of the 5 star reviews here are fake or paid for, not actual people who’ve ordered there.

Food was good the 1st time. Second and 3rd time--- not so good. Maybe it was a different chef. Service is slow 🐌. Just came back from Jus Fishy. I was recommended by my cousin who has ate from there plenty of times. I ordered a Rasta Pasta and I was greeted by The cashier/server by the name of Adrian, let’s just say bad attitude. I asked to see the food and he stated he didn’t have on gloves which he should have had on from the beginning. Anyways he showed me the food with much displeasure and gave off the “ are you done vibes” I spoke with the manager who had a much better attitude but jokingly told Adrian to “be nice” 😏 I told him that Adrian and his challenging attitude is going to cost his business money. Overall the food was good but I will not be returning due to customer service. I like myself and many other prefer quality over quantity.

Not impressed and I’m being generous with my rating with the hopes of them being better. I ordered king fish and Rasta pasta. The Rasta pasta had so much liquid it taste like soup. The King fish was very small. This dish was way too much for what I have spent. I don’t think I would eat here again.

First time ordering from here. It was from ubereats. I liked the variety in the sides they give you. I ordered salmon,fried rice and rasta pasta. The fried rice didn't look and taste like any I ever had. The rasta pasta was also dry. The food also was bland. However I did like the sauce they put in the bag which made it stand out. I'm curious as to what it was. It's not the pepper sauce.

My Son thought he'd treat me to an early Mother's Day lunch when he came to visit this past Friday. He also treated himself. I started eating a few bites and asked him what kind of pasta it was. He said, rasta pasta. I've had rasta pasta before and made it once on my own. This didn't taste like it at all. It was lacking seasoning and kinda tasted like plain, oily pasta. Salmon, shrimp and rice was also on the menu. As I ate the salmon, it wasn't bad but I kept getting a stench, like something was bad. I began to sniff around my food, but my allergies wasn't giving me the full sense of smell. It seem like there was a smell but disappeared. Maybe it all in my mind. I took another bite. This time trying the shrimp. It tasted foul. It reminded me of a sewage smell. Ugh I didn't want to make my Son feel bad. So I told him to cover it and put it away. I'll get it later. He did. I was tired, didn't really sleep the night before. I took a short nap. Not even 30 minutes. By that time, my Son ate some of his food and shared with my daughter. I asked him how the food was. He said it was okay. Later that eve, after he left to go home, I asked my daughter if the food was alright. She didn't care for it. She found it to be funky and tossed it. I too tossed a full, well almost full container of food. My stomach was gassy the whole night, and by Saturday crampy and bathroom for the whole day. It wasn't how I wanted to spend my weekend. The only good thing that I can say, the amount of food was hefty. They are generous. Food can't sit out forever. At some point if it's not selling or sits out too long, it needs to be tossed or your jeopardizing the health of your customers. Please check and monitor your food. Don't sell spoiled food just to make a $.

Terrible, terrible customer service. I’ve ordered from this place twice. The first time I received an attitude from a lady on the phone after informing her I was missing items from my order, and the second time they didn’t have any of the items I ordered, after waiting 40 minutes w/o a call didn’t call from Jus Fishy, the delivery guy called me because he was informed to and told I need to cancel the order. I will not ever order from this place again. Overall, the food I ate the first time was good.

I would’ve given 0 stars if I could. I ordered the Jumbo Shrimp with two sides (rasta pasta & broccoli). The Rasta pasta was disgusting, reminds me of what Kraft Mac and cheese would taste like. They also had 4 different types of pasta noodles in it which was a surprise as if they ran out of noodles. Broccoli just bland but also found cauliflower mixed with it which was another surprise. The shrimp was the only thing that tasted somewhat good. This was my first time and will be my last. I expect rasta pasta to be good atleast coming from a Caribbean spot. Price wasn’t worth it either, very disappointing food. I certainly starved that day at work.

I placed an order they said 20 minutes when I arrived tell them I was there to pick up an order it seems to be taking a long time so I inquired about my order again I was then told that they did not have what I ordered mind you I called this order in and I also told them that I was there to pick it up no one said anything About them not having what I ordered. I’’m an Uber eats driver and this place never does the order in time. Feels like they start working on the order only after the driver arrives, not when customer orders. You can easily get stuck here for 30-40 minutes and they will lie about “its coming in few minutes”

Horrible customer service. I ordered over the phone 30 minutes prior to when I arrived. When I got there I was greeted by an older gentleman in the front that asked what my name was, I told him and he said my order would be out in a few. I waited another whole HOUR!! And finally stood up and asked “Where is my food, I’ve been here a whole hour”??? The older gentleman in the front raised his voice and said “You have not been here a whole hour”!! I said “do you want me to show you what time I called”? And he said “Yes”!! I literally showed him how long it was since I called and it said on my phone that it had been almost 90 minutes later!! The worst customer service ever. I ordered food for delivery and waited for almost 2hrs. They finally send a little girl to my door to deliver the food and lucky thing I did not pay first when I checked the bag it was not what I ordered. Of lately I have been having bad experiences with JUS FISHY I ordered two coco and fish and other item when I get my order no coco, no burger I don't eat talipia but they send talipia with fries something I never ordered, then the dont answer the phone the service is very bad for me this is the fourth time they screwed me up this is not acceptable. So I spent all this money and what I ordered never came, so what the heck. So I had to dump my food I tried to get a refund but I can't, many times they take the order but while you waiting the CANCEL WITHOUT EVEN CALLING YOU AND MY NUMBER IS THERE FOR THEM TO CALL AND SAY SOMETHING AM FREAKING HUMAN AND AM SPENDING MY MONEY.

After waiting an hour and a half for a $60 seamless order to arrive having it be delayed and then saying the food will be delivered in the next 10 min....two minutes later they cancel my order—after expecting it for an hour and a half. This is is actually the second time this has happened. Therefore it deserves a rating and review. You might have good food but the reliability of the food delivery is horrible. You guys really do suck for that and deserve this one star rating. Stop accepting online orders that you cannot fulfill. My family and I just wasted an hour and a half being hungry when that $60 could’ve been given to another restaurant who actually wants the money. If you’re not going to pick up your food from this place—do not rely on their delivery!!!!

POOR SERVICE AND BURNED FOOD! My friend and I stumbled upon this place before going to a show at King's theater.  The smell of alcohol was so intense we thought they'd just wrapped up a party. But apparently someone spilled a drink and no one who worked there bothered to clean it up.  We were nice but the woman behind the counter wouldn't even speak, she shoved a menu at us and walked away.  Yeah,  we should have left then, but we were hungry and this place was so close to the theater.  Well, we waited approximately 20 minutes for two,2 salmon burgers and they WERE delicious. So I was in Brooklyn again today with another friend who wanted a Salmon burger so I decided to give them a second chance. MISTAKE!!! We tried calling but no answer.  So we drove out the way and got the same poor service and even lonner wait. When the food came part of the order was missing the SALMON BURGER!!. So we waited another 20 minutes. We Got home only to find that the burger was hard and burnt. I was embarrassed NEVER EVER AGAIN!

If you like bad attitude, and no one paying attention to you then this is your place. My Father in law is pescaterian and was visiting this past weekend(03/3/2018 @ 9.45pm). Being that it was close to our place, and a friend recommended the joint, we decided to check it out. When we walked in, there was a young lady who was on the phone the entire time we were there. Never once did she even bother to say hello. After about 5 minutes and me patiently waiting, I finally yelled to get her attention. I asked for a menu and she replied I don't know if we have anything. There was another customer waiting for her order who shook her head in disbelief at what she was witnessing. We decided it was enough and left. Jus Fishy may have great food, but with customer service like that, it's a matter of time before they go out of business.

This place has good food but you either end up not getting your order at all, not getting exactly what you ordered or waiting an hour or more. The customer service here is terrible. I have spoken to the boss in the past about this when i ordered through yelp and never received my food. Bottom line...it doesnt matter how good your food is-eventually folks will chose other places with better customer service and delivery.

I use to really like this place but the cashier stole money off my bank card and ordered macaroons. I liked the food so I would come in with cash. Now you go in and wait over 45 minutes without being acknowledged. I’ve seen it happen to several customers. The final straw is my daughter waited an hour no order taken. The two ladies and bald head man that was there look straight at my daughter and didn’t take her order. They only worried about delivery order Don’t recommend

They said wait outside Because we are delivery driver Why they talk with us like that !! We are animals?

I ordered the veggie burger, rasta pasta and a side of plantains to stay with a young lady whom was fairly nice. When the food was ready an older rude man didn't let me stay and eat there and had me take it to go to. To top it off food was microwaved which was VERY DISAPPOINTING! Only thing nice thing I can agree with say is that it is very clean in there. Spend your money elsewhere.

the worst place, do not visit, one of the employees is a racist. while I was waiting for the order (I came first). He said let the black guy go ahead... I just had to pick up the order. I waited for more than 30 minutes.

My daughter ordered snapper with rasta Pasta for me. All the way from Las Vegas. I was so excited to get my food. But when I did receive it and I opened it up. The fish is so smelly and it seems the fish was Coke a day before. Because I'm a cook and I know about fish . This is disappointed for $27. Is really, really disappointed.

The cashier was very incompetent and slow at serving customers.

Today was my first and last time !!!!!! How did a clip from bread end up in my salmon burger I could only imagine !!!!!!! I’m truly disgusted and disturbed- I could only imagine what that kitchen look like behind those swinging doors. Do not buy food from here ! I also had salmon with lo mein and fried rice and I threw it away with the burger because just no thank you.

Our usual go to but every now and then they do something that makes us take a break from them. Whether it be cold food or no taste, etc. This time broke the straw on the camel's back. My man ordered in store for us. Only the Mac was good. Salmon tasted stale. Other container, it was ice cold except for the plaintain. Then after suffering through (due to being hungry while getting my hair done), end up finding plastic underneath my salmon and mixed in with the veggies from the lo mein. Who knows how much I ate 🤢🤮
