Came here for lunch on a Sunday! Food is good, lunch special is super cheap and MOST importantly its not crowded and loud. Also they have the green candies at the reception desk

It's small but very Japanese. I've never been to Tokyo but I imagine this restaurant is a perfect example of what it should be like. I really appreciate the effort and attention to detail here. They have something really special here and I hope they stay in business for a long time. We ordered lightly as we only wanted to have a late dinner here. My friend and I enjoyed our experience here. I'm considering coming back here soon for a bigger meal and more friends. I'm impressed.

great food, great service, sushi made fresh and on the spot. they follow exact requests! the place was empty and there was no music or anything so the atmosphere was bleh. I’d recommend going with friends family or by yourself! lots of variety

I love love this place. As someone who lives in the area, Koto Sushi has become a place my friends and I get takeout often. It's always consistently good, for a quick lunch or dinner. I highly recommend the, dragon roll, the beef teriyaki and Kani salad.

Koto Sushi has been a staple in this community for years! I’ve been a huge fan since they had their older smaller location. The customer service and food are 1,000 stars. I highly recommend this family owned and operated business. Value and service cannot be beat. Best deal is the dinner box and it gives you a chance to try a bunch of delicacies.

Due to an issue with seamless my order went through to the wrong location of Koto Sushi. Not only was the restaurant understanding and proactive in fixing the issue, they made a second batch of rolls since the first order sat around for too long. I really appreciated that, and when I got my food it was delicious! Would definitely recommend :)

Small, unassuming, but a great space to dine. I love this place and have been going for many years. The staff is courteous, attentive and kind. They are truly a community restaurant. There is never high traffic, since most of their orders are delivery, which makes it perfect for someone who wants to avoid a crowd. Get a good book, some good sushi and enjoy.

Have ordered from here for years - great sushi, awesome lunch specials, and great value and portion size. Strong recommend for pork katsu dinner box. Friendly service as well. Koto is my go-to for sushi, nothing really comes close in downtown Brooklyn.

The best sushi in America. Hands down their menu is delicious I have tried almost everything on the menu. Their shrimp tempura roll is amazing. I also like their who udon and Yaki soba. The staff is very friendly and they do not bother you while you were eating. The food was warm and fresh. The place was packed with people and that is a good sign.

We passed it on our way to our initial place and then walked back to try it. I got the sesame chicken teriyaki, which came with miso soup and white rice. Absolutely amazing. Also had the fried rice with chicken combination and that hit the spot. Great service. Food came out promptly. Caught the itis cause we ate so well. Definitely would recommend

I can't say anythign about what the place looked like because I ordered it for delivery. Even thought they were nice enough to call and confirm my online order, accurate and were very quick about getting it to me. The rolls I ordered were very skimpy on the fish salmon inside and the rice didn't really taste quite right.

Solid delivery choice. I had the tuna avocado and spicy yellowtail rolls, and the shumai appetizer. All very fresh + tasty. Will definitely order from them again.

The sushi was pretty standard, nothing too special. We had the shrimp mango, yam tempura, Alaska, and spicy tuna rolls. The spicy tuna roll didn't have any spicy sauce on top but was mixed in... it so they say. The Age tofu was decent but the sauce lacked flavour compared to other places.

My bf got food through Uber eats and fell violently ill. He had the runs after for 3 days at least and was severely traumatized. Please check the quality of the raw fish when you order.

Tried to order delivery and after putting in all information, delivery wasn’t available. So I tried pickup. Cash isn’t an option for some reason on pickup so I tried using a card and entered in all the information 3 times and their shitty system wouldn’t accept it and said there was problems with the billing address. I’ve never had a problem with the billing address before nor have I changed it. Wasted 20 minutes of my time.

Try this japanese restaurant twice because they have the delivery near my apartment! The fish look like old and smell stink! Every time my stomach feel sick after the sushi. We called in for reason but never get respond. So irresponsible establishment! Me and my friend stopped in next time back from visiting the doctor, and try to explain to them. The waitress very friendly listened to our problem then talked to the gentleman in other language . Then she told us sorry about the problem but their sushi is fresh, and gave us a coupon . So shame ! We returned the coupon to the girl. Then the gentleman talked to the waitress with bad attitude in other language. The atmosphere was just so terrible in that moment. We just wanna get out in hole right the way , as we know the gentleman is owner but not welcome about the customer like us. Very irresponsible and rude management. Just feel sorry to the waitress working with us! Never be back again.

Got severe food poisoning after having dinner here. Their cleanliness and fish quality is questionable, do not recommend.

I’ve ordered a couple times from this place before and it was pretty good but on wednesday night I ordered a bento dinner box and this was inside one of the california rolls. I understand that mistakes happen but finding a staple inside my food is unacceptable. I found this inside my mouth after biting on it, the damage that this could have caused would have been terrible.
