The pizza here was soooooooo good! And it only takes 2mins. Ate here about 3 times while on vacation. Came back repeatedly for my Backyard BBQ chicken pizza !

Second time visiting Pizza Studio after a very positive experience at the Bronx location. Tried the Firecracker Pizza special today (without the pork sausage). Wasn't as spicy as I would expect, but it was still delicious. Their cookies are certainly worth trying too--not too soft and not too crunchy, but just right. Looking to go back for a third visit to take advantage of their July 17th deal 😋😋

Good, quick, inexpensive fare with healthier options available. Manager actually greets customers, thanks people for choosing them, and asks about their visit. Workers are pleasant. Favorite quick service place in Gateway!

I was a little disappointed about the size of the "make your own pie" but it was delicious! I was looking for a full size pizza but this was only a tad bigger then a personal size pie. The complimentary cookie was good too.

Two minutes is all it takes for them to make you a pizza. The pizza is very tasty Good options from plain cheese all the way to vegetarian to sausage and peppers and pepperoni. Nice staff and management and they sell great cookies aside from that. Try it out you'll like it.

Being able to customize your pizza on a thin crust pizza is the main reason I love going to Pizza Studio. I only wish they did not remove caramelized onions from their topping choices as this was my favorite. Still the staff is nice and service is quick topped with a great pizza who can ask for more.

Love this spot when trying to find my idea of a healthy version of pizza. Absolutely love their rosemary herb option ..a must try and honestly the price is pretty reasonable....but has raised as of recent.

Great employees, they're all very nice and pleasant. Good, hot, fresh pizza. Drinks on the side are refreshing and taste good, too My only complaint is that the ventilation system sucks because no matter how brief you're in there, be prepared to walk out smelling like pizza all day long. It stays in your clothes, hair, and pores.

OMGGGGG I don't know what took me so long to try this pizza. I'm in love. It's light and fresh. I love that it's not greasy or oily. I feel good eating it. I can't wait for my next order. Pizza studio has an array of yummy options and some really helpful suggestions. The Pizza is fresh to order and perfectly done. I usually have the veggie pizza which is always a hit for me but today I decided to try the buffalo chicken pizza. I'm so glad I did, it was incredibly good. The other pizza we had was a pepperoni with bacon pizza. Super yummy as well. The pizza here is a thin crust so for all those who prefer a doughy crust....I say give it a try. You won't regret it. Sorry for the pictures some folks just couldn't wait lol.

About last night lol. And just like magic 💨, the pizzas are gone! We couldn't wait so I had to order something out of Smash burgers so we could sit inside and eat lol. Always fresh ingredients and just the right amount of sauce. We are muslims and we have been eating here for a little over 5 yrs and always get the spicy chicken sausage and/or beef. Every ingredient is separated and the workers wear gloves and used their hands to sprinkle on the ingredients so no pork ever touches our ingredients. Look how small my children were when we first discovered this masterpiece call pizza studio. 8 and 4 yrs old and now 13 and 9 yrs old and will be 14 and 10 both of them in July and making it 6 yrs eating at the Gateway Mall location. That many years should tell you a lot about this place. Only thing that has changed is the removal of that bench and table in the younger pics of my little ones.

It was my first time trying the pizza here and I have to say that I was very impressed. Quick, delicious, and an unbeatable price, what’s not to love? My boyfriend and I both really enjoyed that all pizzas a personal size because it allowed us to each get what we want. He was able to get meat lovers and I was able to get a veggie pie with cauliflower crust, both super tasty. On that note, they also have two types of gluten-free crusts available and goat cheese for those that may be sensitive to cows milk. Overall, a great build your own pizza experience.

Omg I ordered the sweet and spicy with extra mikes hot honey and it was amazing! I ate the whole pie! My fiance had the backyard BBQ and he loved it as well! The guy cashing us out was so friendly and funny. He even came to our table to give me extra hot honey on my 2 last slices. I love it and cant wait to go back again for delish pizza!

Really solid pizza! Thepizza came out hot and delicious and is run on a well designed system that made everything quite efficient. One of the ovens was broken when I went so receiving our food did take a while but the staff explained the wait and we're kind, friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend for good pizza and a chill vibe.

Good choice of ingredients. Pizzas are great. Some staff were chewing gum while working in food prep? 5 or 6 ppl working but only 1 person making pizzas when there was a long queue.

Visited way back in 2017. For someone from the UK, this Pizza seemed pretty authentic New York stuff (apologies to any New Yorkers offended by this remark). Still have great memories of that pizza, although no 5-star review as the girl at the till seemed extremely cheesed off - pun intended - and couldn't care less... When I asked her colleague what her problem was, he just said to ignore her as she had something wrong with her. Anyhow, I'm sure she's either fixed up or been relieved of her responsibilities.

Let me start by saying my #1 food is pizza, so how does this place stand to the likes of other brands? It doesn't (in a good way). This place is like a mini pizza factory without the clunks. Its straight forward, design your pizza and pay at the end of the process. The reason why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the size of the pie and the place is a bit too small for the traffic in this joint. Highly recommend this place for a couple or a small group of friends. One last note, they do have tables outside so it kind of makes up for the small space.

Personalizing the little pizza and watching them make it was kinda fun. It tasted fine. Not delicious or special. Just a novelty. But, the summer bugs are what keep me away. There has to be a better way to keep the place cool than leaving the doors open. And the trash bin situation needs improvement.

I got the custom pizza from this spot on a Tuesday evening around 9PM. It was a short wait followed by my decision on a pizza crust, cheese, and 7 toppings. I got the rosemary pizza crust with feta and mozzarella cheese. Sadly, the toppings were more limited probably due to the timing but I still got artichoke heart, small pineapple chunks, thinly sliced mushrooms, red bell peppers, sliced tomatoes, sausage and bacon. It took a few minutes to order and roughly 10 to bake on the oven conveyor belt. I was satisfied with the cheesy quick bite. The ingredients were plentiful and freshness was okay. I personally felt they were a bit stingy on the feta cheese so I requested extra mozzarella cheese since I like my pizza cheesy. It wasn't a bad idea for an extra dollar. Custom pizza total: $10.88

There's not much to say. It's a nice place to get a personal pizza. I haven't been here in a while. The service is typical. There's nothing jaw-dropping to say.

The pizza was yummy!! First time trying this place and they "misplaced" one of my pies. So I had remake it. Then they found it -_- sooo I left with 3 pies instead of two. #winning ...but do better Pizza Studio.

It was really good pizza my son loved it I havent tried all the pizza varieties yet so I cant give it 5 stars yet on food and the store was a bit dirty and garbage cans full but other then that had a great experience would go again and it wasnt busy so I'll try again when its busy and update my review but overall would recommend

Food is great. There’s not enough staff to accommodate a crowded place I’ve stood on line for over 25min with ppl were ordering 3-4 pies with 10toppings and it’s only 2ppl making the pizza. They never clean the tables unless u ask.

Oh my lord where do I begin? Absolutely amazing. Original and really close to authentic pizza and super affordable. The only issue is the size, I believe they only have one size, which is about a small pie, (I finished one myself which was surprising to me). There aren't a varying amount of toppings, pretty much the basics you cab think of but it's done well and it tastes absolutely scrumptious. The workers are really nice, very positive and patient, informative 9/10 (at least with my experience). I really do recommend and I am definitely going back. Great service. Staff extremely friendly, and everyone was masked up properly the day I visited. Spot needs a deep-cleaning though. Caked-on dust in inconspicuous spots (machines, register, etc). No indoor dining. Nice outdoor courtyard seating shared by several eateries in the enclave. Janitor crew keeps the outdoor area clean. Pizza ok. $8.99 create your own (saw $6.99 for pepperoni & drink on signage). Sauce from batch my pizza was made w/was bland. Veggie toppings bland too. Should season some of the veggies a bit, and add roasted garlic as an option. Overall good experience. Not the best taste.

Pizza was good, to be honest I was surprised. The pie is supposed to be a personal pizza but it can feed up to 2 people depending on your appetite. They prepare your pizza in front of you and it goes to the oven for a few minutes. The lady making the pizza seem like she had an attitude with people for no reason. Overall I would go back if I’m at the mall and want a quick bite.

I love the pizza but damm they slow I think they need more staff cause when I went on a busy day there was only 2 staff in front 1 taking the order and the other taking the money. But yet they have 2 stations to make pizza and only one is used when it's like 15 to 20 customers more workers need to be on the floor even the supervisor

The concept is kinda cool. Build your own thin crust personal pizza. Choose from a variety of fresh-ish ingredients. I don't know how long the ingredients have been sitting there in the open. Pop the raw pizza in a conveyor oven and voila! Pizza. The taste is good but with these thin crust conveyor style pizzas you always get the nice crust on the outside and the soggy middle. But those of you who have read my reviews know, I am big on customer service and Pizza Studio falls a bit flat. They weren't obnoxious but it seemed that our server should have taken her break a half hour before because she was hearing things I never said, suggesting things she doesn't have and getting annoyed to boot. Maybe she was overworked but not a good look when you have your hands on my food.

Okay, so I went there recently for pizza. I really do not eat pizza, but only once in a while. I think I may have had pizza last year. Pizza has too much sodium in it. Anyway, this store needs to improve on the pizza crust, it's very flat. It's almost as if they do not want to give you so much crust. In addition, they need to put more toppings on the pizza. They put a few pieces, a scanty bit of sauce and scanty cheese. I had to spend a dollar more for extra cheese. I bought a cheese pizza because I did not like the skimpy toppings, for a price of $8.99. Pizza tasted good, but they need to make a low-salt version pizza. I think I'll have to write in about that. One thing I really like is that they have a multi grain crust option. I do not eat white bread. I think I will just make my own pizza, the next time I crave for some. This way I can put as much topping and cheese as I WANT on it. These restaurants are getting too cheap with their food. Oh, by the way! I bought the cheese pizza.

Personal make your own pizza is a great idea. Pizza is quick. Personally I think it's over priced tho. They also dont give you much meat at all when you chose it as a topping.. Place is clean, staff is pleasant.

Honestly the pizza was not terrible but I was hoping the margarita pizza would be more authentic but it was literally just a cheese pie with a few slices of tomato. Still a good spot for a quick bite.

Came in yesterday 3/21 & the n customer service was horrid. The young & older staff was not attentive & had nasty attitude & also the guy making the dough was not the cleanliness. I watched a lot of nonsense go on during this shift from the person making the dough to the person making my pizza down to the register. I enjoy coming here cause i create my own pizza and it taste good but the service makes me feel like i can't enjoy my food.

The experience was OK I would say, the place is not clean and the service is very slow. I understand we still under covid guidelines and have to wait outside for at least half an hour due to a slow service delivery. I ordered a regular size of Pizza, half Pepperoni and half Cheese, but you have a variety of toppings choices to create your own masterpiece. The cooking process is faster than the Service received (under high heat for about 2 minutes). Finally sitting down to eat my pizza, and find out that it was Pizza Bread (thin and crusty) but not Pizza and they should advertise as Pizza bread to avoid confusions. The taste was actually good, which pays back the long wait. My recommendations, whoever is the Manager of this place, needs to level up the service delivery and ensure the place is clean.

Horrible customer service to the point where I got out of character. Told the lady my order once she was done with who she was dealing with and it was sitting right behind her. I waited for over 10 customers to come in and get their order before I started cursing and complaining. No regard for the customer at all there just shouldn’t be a carribean lady up there taking/giving orders she’s so rude. This is why I don’t order from carribean restaurants and I’m part carribean. Pizza was alright so I’m only giving a 2 sorry. Over 30 mins wasted when my food was already done when I walked in she didn’t bother to look. Do not order online I repeat do not order online.

Took the kids in for pizza. Ordered 3 pizzas. All 3 pizza were different sizes. We got a baby pizza a small pizza and a regular size pizza. Very disappointing being given the excuse that the pizza was so small because they ran out of dough and had to use a substitute but charged me the full price.

I usually love the pizza here every time my family and i visit we enjoy the welcome and the food i went there last night 8/1/2017 around 9 pm and the staff there was very rude with attitudes the dining area was a mess more like dirty the prep area was also dirty, pizza utensils were being thrown about it just was not sanitary last night, and i was not satisfied at all with there service the bath room was dirty and had flies. i know it was close to closing and i do understand that the staff could have been tired but it gives them no reason to treat paying customers which such anger and disgust. I did not get the young mans name but he had a chain that said JOJO he was extremely rude please alert the staff that great customer services keeps customers coming day in and day out.

Usually the service is great but this particular day the black woman with glasses decided to put back some toppings that fell off my pizza after her dirty hands touched money. I walked right out. It’s basic knowledge to wash your hands after touching money.

Walked up to rebecca to order 2 pizza one with veggies and one with half chicken half plain Rebecca started off putting little to almost no cheese on both pizza when i told about the cheese she said i have to pay 1.50 for more cheese and she barely put any chicken on the half of the pizza when I told her if thats all the chicken on the pizza she said the manager showed them how to do the pizza mind u i paid 30 dollars for 2 pizza amd 2 small sodas when I walked up to the cashier and asked the lady if she was the manager, she said yes, and I told her about the pizza she looked at me and said who was it and I showed her she called Rebecca and said what happened and Rebecca told her that I wanted more cheese and more chicken and she told manager what she had told me the manager tapped her on the shoulder and smiled and told there is nothing she can do the pizza is made and cannot be fixed ??? And none of the employees have no proper training everyone look rude and don’t want to work no customer service at all other people were there complaining too pls look into this nonsense amd train these people properly

I've been here before in the past when the service was wonderful. The young man who was working today actually seemed like he just didn't want to be there and had a bad attitude. After I told him what we were ordering he just had us standing there for like five minutes. I tried asking him a question but got no answer. Meanwhile the line behind us is getting longer. People coming to make orders. I became frustrated and walked out. I went over to smash. I felt like I wasted my time in there while on my lunch break. SMH

Who is the manager?! I waited for about 10 minutes to be serviced and when my turn came, a larger light complexion young lady began preparing a regular crust. I assumed it wasn’t for me because I had no intention on ordering it. She proceeded to ask for my order. When I specified that I wanted a different crust, she began huffing and puffing and slamming crusts around. I kindly walked out. I do not “punish” rude behavior with my money or a comparable attitude. I have not been back and have no intentions of doing so.

Horrible customer service, the man with the glasses always has a bad attitude and pretends to make us the pizza reluctantly. We are regular customers we go only because our twins love it, my husband and I have stopped eating at that location because the last time the man with the glasses prepared it for us with all his bad vibes and the food was super bad!

I ordered a pizza on 2/20/25 with green peppers sausage and bacon. Went home and ate the pizza. That all I had, a few hours later I started vomiting uncontrollable for hours. The only thing coming up was the pizza. It lasted way into the next morning. I couldn't go to work. I think something was bad, the topping or everything. They need to check out how long they've had these ingredients because this shouldn't happen.

He doesn’t want to be there and doesn’t care about what u want, it’s like he’s forced to be there and makes ur pizza as he rolls his eyes for absolutely no reason . Ordered to pickup at 2pm today so we waited to be patient because we know it gets crowded and very busy. It approaches 230 so me along with others that has been waiting for awhile just say "excuse me" to get the ladies attention to find out the ETA, that's all that was said was "excuse me" & she responded very loud & nasty saying "WAIT"! This is the 1st and last time I'll order from here.

There is a very aggressive manager in this restaurant , A dark skin lady with glasses . She Verbally threatened a minor and physically tried to attack her . Regardless of how angry we may become , attacking children is not the way to go about things . She is already always rude , but to physically attack people? I can not come back and support this establishment.

Went with special needs students on a nice planned school trip but whoever the short guy is behind the counter he made this trip dismal. Rude from the start, disrespectful to staff. Maybe he had an off day but we wont be back to find out. The kids were so excited until he started opening his mouth rudely to us.
