Perfect place for lunch. Good quality and tasty food for a reasonable price. Service is really nice and kind. They are patient and ready for helping in your choice. We’ll recommend it. Each poke costs 16$ (regular size).

The place is clean. The food is delicious and SO fresh! The staff is kind and welcoming. In an area where there is so much delicious pizza, fried chicken and burgers, it’s nice to have this alternative. I’ll come here more often now. I strongly recommend.

The staff and people are so friendly at this Pokeworks, it feels very neighborly. Me and friends all got the impact tuna vegan poke bowls and LOVED it! I’m the past I’ve only had poke bowls with tofu but experiencing it with something that mimics the texture of fish I feel like made the poke bowl taste how it should taste. Will def be coming back for more!

Absolutely loved my experience at Pokéworks in Williamsburg! The standout of my visit was definitely the excellent service provided by Maddy. She was not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She offered great recommendations tailored to my tastes and dietary preferences, which made the whole experience very personalized. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Thanks to Maddy’s attention to detail and superb customer service, I’ll definitely be returning soon and recommending this spot to friends. A must-visit if you're in the area!

I order Spicy Ahi for delivery. Tuna is fresh, sauce is good, nice combination. I try custom poke bowl before and somehow it just didn't come out right so this time I just decided to pick one that they already create and it is one of their popular menu.

Very low standard of food and service here. As a Pokeworks regular at other branches there’s something wrong with this particular branch. Food is stale or sour like it’s been left out for too long / isn’t fresh. So if you’re getting poke in Williamsburg I’d highly suggest the other poke stores.

Man who claims to be the owner of this franchise called me, mentioned he saw this google review, and spoke with so much disrespect on a level I’ve never seen from a customer service before. Strange that he initially claimed that his manager wasn’t in the store to deal with my order problem but then later claimed to be the owner of the franchise when he got mad. My order wasn’t delivered but the status says delivered so I asked him to officially cancel it so I can be refunded but he didn’t. Original: Not trustworthy for delivery orders. Unsafe for those with allergies/health conditions. They got my order wrong: gave the wrong rice (which I cannot eat due to health condition) and only gave 2 proteins when my order was for 3.

Worst Pokeworks franchise. The man in charge of this store is incredibly rude and dishonest. You’re far from having what it takes to run a business if you’re not capable of interacting with customers with the slightest bit of maturity, understanding, and emotional intelligence. When a customer is objectively owed a refund and you don’t issue it, and treat them with disrespect, word of mouth of a bad reputation spreads fast, and everyone who depends on you for this business to be successful is set up for failure because of you.

I rarely ever leave reviews but this place is so far from trustworthy that I have to. My bowl was supposed to contain 3 proteins but there was only 1. Missing items happened multiple times. Noticed they do this particularly with pick up and delivery orders because they can get away with it and refuse a refund. (Don’t take the risk of ordering from here. There are plenty of poke alternatives in the area that are priced better and you should direct your money to honest businesses.)
