The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Hima and Jane were really sweet. The room was really clean and the shower is luxurious! The view isn't great. It overlooks a Uhaul storage lot, but the location is close to several things, and the rooms are nice. Only wish the ice was accessible and there was a microwave in each room.

We took two rooms for an October Saturday and Sunday, having booked Hotel LeBleu largely for location and parking availability. We had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful with a couple of urgent requests. The photos accurately represent the contemporary, coherent design of the rooms, which were very clean. I loved the coat rack provided. The hotel, set back from Fourth Avenue, is quiet with little audible road noise; the blackout shades were also helpful. While once while in the hallway I could hear a loud television, I could not hear the noise from the rooms themselves. The frosted glass sliding door to the bathroom did not bother my husband and me, and I thought it a nice design choice and a great space-saver. Couple of suggestions: the towels (plentiful and clean) were a touch scratchy. It wasn't clear whether breakfast is provided as mentioned on the website; we didn't ask. But generally, a terrific place to stay and if we need overnight lodging in Brooklyn again, we will certainly return to Hotel LeBleu.

I booked a great deal on a 3rd party booking app and after much deliberation and not being too familiar with New York I decided to give Hotel La Bleu a chance. After a 20 hour roadtrip I was relieved to get out of the new york traffic and pull into my FREE PARKING spot where my car remained securely until checkout. Check in with Kevin went smooth and he and the rest of the hotel staff were the epitome of hospitality. They were kind to my visitors, held my retail and food orders and brought ice when I simply requested the location of the ice machine. So nice. Kevin from the front desk even brought me a blanket and covered me up when he saw I was chatting with a friend out front. I hadn't anticipated New York being so much cooler than where I'm from so I hadn't packed appropriately for the cool or rainy weather. I remember being surprised at how much smaller the hotel was than it looked in the pictures online, but that's not a bad thing. It's only five stories high with eight rooms per floor. The first night of my stay was in a king room. Immediately I was impressed with how large the rooms were compared to the tiny rooms I'd always gotten prior when staying in New York. The room was trendy and clean. I could even walk around barefoot and the soles of my feet didn't get dirty. The room was had small hallway a coat rack, a big comfy bed, desk, closet storage, lots of lighting (some dimmable), plenty of outlets, a fridge (no microwave, however), a nice big TV and even a balcony! But, it didn't stop there, the bathroom was just as great. It to was spacious and stocked with the expected toiletries and clean towels but the best part was the large, well lit walk in shower with both a rain style and detachable shower head. I loved that. Initially, I only booked one night in case I didn't like the hotel or wanted to move to another part of town but I was content and wanted to stay for another night. The second night I stayed in a double room on a different floor. It was just like the king room but with two beds, obviously, a slightly smaller bathroom and no balcony. I was just as pleased with the cleanliness and quiet as I was the king room. Overall I had a wonderful trip to New York and Hotel La Bleu was a major contributing factor in my overall experience. I hope to be back and stay again and would recommend Hotel La Bleu to friends and family in the future.

Hey First off Let me start off by saying this is Already one of my favorite Hotels to stay at in Brooklyn. The rooms are always nice, the terrace is my favorite part, the view may not be the best but how many hotels have a terrace in the first place? The Bathrooms are modern and the shower is great, easy to adjust the temperature and removable shower head for extra cleanliness. But aside from the rooms themselves the best part about staying there is the staff! Always friendly, always accommodating and helpful. (On that note for management)give Victor at the front desk all the raises! Always super helpful, great conversations and a great person over all! However back to the Point at hand you are doing yourself a favor staying here.

I’m a little delayed in posting, however, we enjoyed staying at Hotel Le Bleu, a little gem in Brooklyn. We stayed for 4 nights and then came back a few days later for 2 more nights. The room was extremely clean and spacious, the bed comfortable and the staff very welcoming. Albert, the manager was wonderful, and made sure that we were happy with our accommodations. Victor at the front desk, along with the rest of the staff, were terrific. Yes, the parking lot is small (we had no problem), but there is also street parking. Yes, back rooms overlook the U-Haul lot, but none of this caused any difficulties for us. The hotel is within walking distance of the subway, with a quick commute to Manhattan. There are wonderful restaurants nearby in Park Slope. Prospect Park and The Barclay Center are within walking distance. We are happy that we found this boutique hotel. We will return.

The room was recently renovated. We come to Brooklyn every 2 months and this is the best location. Compared to other hotels, the rooms are much larger and newer. Under $200/nt is a good price point. We paid $159/nt in Feb.

I must be honest and say that I was disappointed that the website's pictures and description were misleading. But on the other hand, the room was immaculate and newly remodeled. I spilled some water on the floor and my napkin was clean when I wiped it up. Best of all, the honesty of the staff. I left some family heirlooms in the safe and didn't realize it until I was on the plane home. I contacted them right away and was helped by Jane who made sure my things were held safe and sent back to me in a timely fashion. To me, that made the fact that there were no amenities worth the stay.

Easy check-in and room was very clean and had the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We drove, and we were able to park in the parking lot right in front of the main entrance. Thank you!

Everything went as planned. I want to thank especially the front desk people - all of them. They were helpful, accomodating and know the neighborhood very well. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in New York but this one is now my favorite. Thanks again everyone.

We had a great stay. The hotel staff were amazing and super friendly. They even upgraded our room. Free parking on site and the rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

This is my 2nd time staying at Hotel Le Bleu. Both times I have been totally impressed. First of all, they have FREE PARKING!!! As for the rooms, they are huge. There is plenty of room to maneuver, and the bathrooms have large walk in showers with a rain shower, and hand held. There are plenty of lights with many options, along with plenty of electrical outlets and charging ports. Also, the small refrigerator actually keeps things cold. Both times that I spent one night, the beds were comfortable and I had a good night’s sleep. I occasionally heard some noise from the U-Haul center in the back of the hotel, but not enough to interrupt my sleep. The heater worked with no problems. And when I made adjustments, the heater responded. The TV had a wide variety of channels, unlike some hotels with a limited number of channels. And to top it all off, the rooms were clean! Although the hotel is not in the best location, the neighborhood seems safe, and there are plenty of restaurants one block away on 5th ave. I recommend Table 87 at 10th st and 3rd ave. They have really good pizza. Both times I was at Hotel Le Bleu, the front desk clerks were very friendly.

I was so happy at my stay at this hotel in Brooklyn . The staff is very friendly. It’s in a great location close to Park Slope with great dinning and stores. My son lives very close and with his growing family I decided to stay at this hotel. I will always stay there when visiting my family.

The hotel is perfectly located at 4th Street in the park slope neighborhood of Brooklyn. You have free parking on site, the concierge was very friendly and helpful, we had a wonderful room right on top floor, with perfect view of the skyline of Manhattan. Super clean and perfect equipped, we will come back, Great deal!

It is a great hotel. We went over there for an event and my son enjoyed the room, but it will be good to have a microwave in the room. My husband went to the reception just to allow him to use one for our food.

Very nice hotel, silent, well situated and with a big room, beautiful and well decorated, with a balcony. Only details that could be better is that when you take a shower, water goes everywhere and the bathroom door is transparent and doesnt close well, which could be a problem if you are not traveling in couple. Also the tap of the sink was loose but it still worked fine. I would go back without hesitating.

We stayed at the hotel for Thanksgiving, when everything else in Park Slope was astronomically priced, and found the hotel to be a solid budget option. I think people who aren't familiar with NYC don't understand how expensive it is and therefore expect their money to go further than it actually does. This is an older building that shows its age, but our room was clean and comfortable. We were directly next to the elevator, but had no issues with noise. Our room had a wonderful walk-in shower with a rain head and handheld. We arrived in the middle of the night and ordered pizza that wasn't very good. We didn't realize housekeeping services are provided upon request, so we had food remnants in our room for several days, but absolutely no bugs. Breakfast no longer served. Staff is beyond excellent.

Beautiful hotel room and bathroom. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Beautiful decor and nice smart TV. We had the room with the Manhattan view balcony . Nice view but be mindful you’ll also see the huge UHaul warehouse next door. The view was still very beautiful nonetheless. Cons: very thin walls, heard the guest next door faking an orgasm; and the room’s air conditioner/heater was either freezing cold or dry and hot, no real in between. Free parking is a huge plus but be mindful there are only like 12 spaces. First come first serve on those, but considering it’s near prospect park and the heights that’s better than a parking ticket or no parking at all. Overall very pleasant stay, I’ll be back.

The location of the hotel wasn't the greatest and there was very limited parking. Thankfully we were able to get a parking spot. The overall stay of the hotel was pretty good. They had coffee and water in the room and some complimentary amenities in the bathroom just in case you forget something. The shower was my favorite part of the room. The bed wasn't the comfiest but we were able to fall asleep. Overall it was good. The people who checked us in and out were very nice and informative.

Great hotel for the price. They have some parking for free or their is a indoor parking for extra $ across the street. Room is modern and was super clean. We walked to a Diner recommended by the staff on the morning, close to everything. The only reason i am not putting a 5 star is because the shower had no hot water and it was inconvenient after 12hours on the road. I would go back for sure as soon as they confirm the hot water is 100% fix as i really enjoyed it.

Nice looking hotel rooms, clean and smelling good. only the bathroom is very close to the bed, bathroom door did not stay closed and was very wobbly noisey when closing or opening the door for the middle of the night this woke me up. As for the air conditioner needs to be updated that was also a bit noisy. Has a nice size balcony but no chairs to sit out there on. Service was great and I love the fact that they had parking Location was great kind of hidden and on a pretty quiet block.

Location is top-notch—right in the heart of Brooklyn (Park Slope area), easy walk to Union St subway (R train to Manhattan in ~20 min), close to Barclays Center, Brooklyn Museum, great restaurants/shops, and free parking bonus! Rooms were spacious, clean, modern with comfy beds, big walk-in shower, Keurig coffee, fridge, and nice touches. Felt boutique and relaxing. Service was solid—friendly staff at front desk, quick check-in, housekeeping kept things spotless. Great boutique vibe and value for Brooklyn—perfect base for exploring NYC without Manhattan prices. Would stay again! 4 stars.

Good but could be better! Late check in at 4pm. When I checked in and went to my room it was still being cleaned despite it being 4:15. The room was clean and had a nice balcony with a great view. However there was no ice bucket or ice machine. There was also only one blanket besides the bedsheets. However the lobby staff was very helpful and friendly and the hotel is in a great location! I also appreciated that the cars stayed in the parking lot instead of being valet. It was nice to be able to go down to my car when needed.

We've stayed here twice, once many years ago and once just recently. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the core structure of the hotel is solid. Unlike more modern places, which are built from timber, this place feels solid and the noise doesn't carry between rooms. That's great to avoid noisy neighbors, but the doors are still thin enough to let noise in. Its age is starting to show with elevators that have buttons that kind of, but don't really light up or change, making it sometimes difficult to figure out if it's going to go where you expect. The blinds they've installed aren't great and always have one side that lets in light so if you're a light sleeper, definitely wear a mask. And the teeny tiny balcony is there, but all but useless. Still, it's a spacious, comfortable, clean and highly accessible hotel that is priced not outrageously like many hotels in Brooklyn. If only it weren't right next to a U-Haul location that is always making a racket, it'd be even better.

Had a lovely one night stay. The only problem was I found some sugar ants in a few places in the room. On checkout I mentioned this to the woman at the front desk, not because I was mad but in an attempt to be helpful. I was expecting apologetic, but her response was annoyed - like I was being stupid or causing problems.

Wow I was very nervous after reading some of the reviews here but lo and behold my stay here was very good. I found a parking spot upon arrival. Parking is advertised as first come first serve so I guess if you leave out you also give up your spot as well. Anywho, check in was a breeze upon entering the room I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, no weird smell and contrary to some of the reviews, the bathroom did in fact have a sliding door that provided the necessary privacy that others said it lacked. I would definitely stay here again.

Stylish Comfort in Brooklyn – A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Le Bleu Hotel Le Bleu is a hidden gem in the heart of Brooklyn. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the boutique vibe and sleek, modern design. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with comfortable beds, great lighting, and impressive views—some even overlooking Manhattan or the Statue of Liberty. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The hotel also offers free parking (a huge bonus in NYC) and complimentary Wi-Fi, making it both convenient and budget-friendly for the area. The location is perfect—walking distance to Prospect Park, Barclays Center, and plenty of great restaurants and cafes in Park Slope. The subway is just a few blocks away, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. Whether you’re visiting Brooklyn for business or a weekend getaway, Hotel Le Bleu offers a relaxing, stylish, and memorable experience. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury.

Great staff, spotless rooms, and a layout that forgot we need bathroom privacy 🫠 Hotel Le Blue has some real highlights. It’s in a prime location / easy to access, close to everything you’d want in Brooklyn, and honestly one of the friendliest front desk crews I’ve encountered. They’re warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The rooms are also pretty clean— kudos to housekeeping. Also parking onsite which is always a huge plus .. but be mindful it’s only like 10 spots max and first come / first serve kinda thing. Now let’s talk about the layout. The rooms are modern (yes) but functionally awkward. The bathrooms are right there .. no soundproofing, no real barrier, and very little privacy. You’ll know exactly what your partner ate for dinner. Literally. Big ick! As a first responder, one thing gave me pause? Their balcony doors open fully, and there’s not much in place to prevent accidents. It’s a beautiful touch, but it could become a safety risk—especially if guests have been drinking or are traveling with kids. A locking mechanism or added safety feature would go a long way. TLDR: Pros: Excellent staff, spotless rooms, prime location for BK. Cons: ZERO bathroom privacy, oddly laid out space, and some legitimate safety concerns with the balconies. Would I stay again? Possibly … with a solo trip or someone I’m okay sharing everything with lol

My room had ants, the bed was uncomfortable because there was a big hole right in the middle. Overall I think this place has passed its prime. It looks like it use to be a very nice.

Falling Apart and no longer worth the cost. We've stayed here several times over the years, as it is a great location for us while visiting family. However this last stay was a huge disappointment. We stayed 2 nights and both mornings there was no hot water. I had to call down to the front desk, the would then restart the boiler and we had to wait another 20 minutes for the water to heat. This made us quite late one morning. The room was also falling apart - the handle for the water faucet in the bathroom came off with every use, the light switch was duct taped in place with exposed wires, and the sliding door to the bathroom did not slide. It just all felt a little trashy. I was told that the manager would get in contact, but that has not been the case. I have even written and called several times, but somehow the Manager is never there. Next time I'll stay in the Holiday Inn, at least they have a pool.

Avoid this hotel if you can. Have stayed here multiple times. One time the bathroom door was a piece of plywood, another time just a curtain. Shower curtains are 12 inches short so water covers the floor. AC doesn’t work in the summer. 90% of the time the whole place reeks of weed and people are partying all night in other rooms. Staff don’t care, won’t do anything about it. Try to stay anywhere else if possible.

R

The staff was very accommodating and the room was nice. But the bed was lumpy and incredibly uncomfortable. As were the pillows. It was also very loud, as I could hear everything in the halls at night. Given the most important aspect of a hotel room is sleep, I’m giving the room and overall 2 stars.

S
Sarah Putterman

Some aspects of this hotel were lovely, but I cannot give it more than two stars for a few of reasons. One is that the bath towels were seriously not much larger than the hand towels, and were in extremely poor condition including being stained and frayed. I thought about asking for new towels, but then saw "fresh" towels on a cart for room service, and they were all in terrible condition. I am a fairly small woman (American size 6), and I could not wrap the bath towel around myself. The second major issue with this hotel is that the bedding was also in terrible condition. The sheets were pilled and not entirely clean looking. I found hairs and lint in my bed, which completely grossed me out. The mattress was also extremely soft and sinking in the middle. Basically, all of the bedding and linens need a major refresh. The rooms are actually very well designed and attractive, but there are many issues that need to be addressed, including the fact that the bathroom door would not stay closed (it's like a barn door, but it just kept sliding opened and there was no way to latch it closed), and the toilet paper holder was broken. If these issues could be dealt with, I would happily stay at this hotel again. I do think it has a lot of potential to be very nice.

m
maria bezrodnaya

I see what people say about the beds. This is crazy. Not about preference of stiffness these mattresses are worse than garbage forget sleep can’t even just rest on them. Would be a pretty decent room if not for that. Good sized bathroom and decent to good water pressure(but I stayed here when it wasn’t too busy ). Only cable in tv in rooms, no YouTube or apps (can connect your own hdmi if you like .. I think )

My fiancé and I came across this hotel due to the booking website through travel points - booking.com. We were excited to come visit because it was close to the train station, in the location we wanted, and included parking. Trying to find the hotel was a little wonky because the maps took us to the U-Haul store right next to them. The actual establishment is small in reference. Check-in was a breeze, the room was clean, and was given our parking pass. By the time we came back later that night, we come to find out that parking was first come first serve. I asked the concierge about where to park and they were un empathetic, unapologetic, and lacked hospitality - he said to find street parking and that was it. The funny part was the security guard sleeping in the lobby. We weren’t informed of this during the time of our booking, nor during checking in, and not even told by the concierge while getting our parking pass. As someone who has worked as a concierge, it is to the best interest to keep the guests well-informed and accommodated. I have never received service like this before, and expected better.

The room itself was fine. Nothing special, but it was clean and had everything I needed for a night's stay. The issues I had were more with service. I already emailed the hotel directly twice and have heard nothing back in weeks. Upon arrival there was only one person at the front desk and came to find out it was his first night. Felt bad for him - he was doing everything he could, but there was a full lobby of people trying to check-in. Finally, someone else came out to help but only because there was apparently a patron calling from the elevator... because they were stuck in the elevator. Then, a manager came out. So while the lobby was full, and there were 3 people available they only had one *new* person at the desk and only came out because they found out someone was stuck in their elevator. Took over 20 minutes to check in. And then I had to walk up 7 flights of stairs with my luggage because the elevator was stuck. Luckily, I am able-bodied - but no one even asked if I needed help or offered any apologies that I'd be lugging everything up 7 flights of stairs. The fire department had to come while it was taking forever for me to check in, and I heard the manager complaining to someone on the phone angrily saying, "The elevator is not working AGAIN." So this is clearly not a one-time, bad timing type of thing. I had to go up and down these 7 flights multiple times during my stay, and the elevator was still not working the next day when I checked out. I wouldn't have bothered to leave a review if they had responded to my queries on their website. But no one has responded, so the service continues to be the issue there.

They are lying when they say they will refund the money they keep. I tried to contact them and couldn't. Has anyone had this happen to them? I am trying to contact you and how can I contact you? Write me an email where I can contact you. Explain to me that you rate yourself very positively. Why should I need to clarify something with someone? Your administrator clearly told me that the amount you kept would be returned within five working days and I am asking for mine. Why are you not returning the amount that belongs to me? Why are you appropriating someone else's money illegally? You have to figure this out. Why did I come out as a victim?

So our room didn't have a bathroom door, only a curtain to the bathroom where you'd normally close the door for privacy when you need to use a toilet! but that's nothing compared to what I discovered next! My towel was dirty with poop, so I threw it on the floor under the sink, not like it felt from the hook, guess what, we come back to our room late evening, took a shower and I grab a "clean" towel that was all rolled up like it's clean and been replaced and guess what I see, our dirty towel!!! How discussing it that?! So my hubby ran to the lobby and asked for a clean towel, comes back with only 2 towels when we booked 2 rooms and asked towels to be replaced in both rooms, thats 4 towels. they finally found 2 towels after 20 mins later!!! Unbelievable! So now I'm sure our previous towels were also dirty and our sheets as well. Other things to consider, the parking only has few spots to park, then you're on your own. Another thing, which is not their fault, but our neighbors were smoking weed the entire stay...

I had a horrible experience in this hotel! Myself and 5 others checked in and apparently there was supposed to be a marathon the next day which would close the road in front of the hotel prohibiting us from checking out on time the next morning. Not one time did the front desk staff notify us nor were there signs in the hotel lobby, at least giving guests a heads up and to plan accordingly. The next morning we come to find out we are stuck and road won’t open until 3pm! The front desk staff begins arguing with us and telling us she told us! All 6 of us are telling her she did not! If she did we would have planned accordingly! There was no apology or accountability! Rather insulting our intelligence as if we all heard her and just made up our minds to ignore her warning. Customer service is horrible and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel! The front staff we encountered need better training on customer service!

S
Sindis M. Kamhed

The worst place you can ever stay at. They told me I can check in early for an extra $35. I said no problem when I arrived they said we’re waiting for a room to get cleaned then they said we can’t check in early, my toddler and I were waiting in the middle of NYC’s coldest weather. I later came back and they said they will not let me check in at the actual check in time. They were racist and very very disrespectful. They denied that they told me I can check in early and lie to my face about it. Really bad and really rude. Extremely unprofessional. They said they have refund me but never refunded me I had to call my bank to get my money back. They literally tried to scam me to my face. Horrible.

Stayed here twice. The first time was great, the second was not so much. The room was nice but the trash was not changed from previous customers. The 100 dollar deposit was never returned to me, I’ve called and emailed, never got a response. I would not be staying in this hotel ever again and would not recommend.

Would leave zero stars if possible and we didn’t even make it past the lobby. Man working at the front desk quickly became rude when there was confusion on billing/ prices. We thought it would be a relief when his manager came over to help, but she was even worse. She started yelling at us, telling us we don’t understand and that she wouldn’t explain anything again (infront of a lobby full of people). By the end, she told us to cancel our reservation and find somewhere else, which we of course did and it was a great decision (with a seamless check in). I have never encountered staff/ a manager who became so nasty so quickly. They are not trying to help you, they are just trying to take your money. Avoid this place!

Hotel Le Bleu Stole my money. This establishment scammed me out of more than $300. I do not enjoy public complaining, but I feel I have been left with no choice but to do so in order to warn others about this business and their bad practices. Stay elsewhere. Months before my trip, I attempted to make a reservation on their website, which never sent me a confirmation. I followed up to confirm via a message through their website with all my contact information. No response. I called multiple times - their listed phone number rang and no one picked up. Frustrated, I sent another message via their web site contact asking to cancel, if indeed a reservation existed, again providing all my contact info. Nothing. More calls. Nothing. I wondered if they had gone out of business. Finally, I booked elsewhere at a hotel that answered their guests’ calls. Lo and behold, Hotel Le Bleu went ahead and charged me anyway! I called them and finally reached a human, although it took a few tries before they picked up the hotel's phone. This person informed me that the website was not working properly, and grudgingly agreed to refund my money. However, the credit didn’t show up on my card in the 5-10 business days they stated, at which point I filed a dispute through my credit card. The hotel responded by claiming that “the guest did not follow cancellation procedures.” Having made all possible efforts to cancel well ahead of time, which they were fully informed of, I am furious. They took my money and have wasted my time.

One of the most uneven hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The location is nice, but the actual hotel and much of its staff have lots of problems. The walls are paper thin. On one of our nights multiple rooms on our floor had some sort of loud party. This resulted in little sleep, the entire floor smelling of weed, and the fire alarm going off. The hotel staff did nothing about this situation. Worse yet, upon trying to check out for an early morning departure we found the front desk staff member completely passed out, with alcohol clearly on the desk in front of him. This was the most unprofessional thing I have ever encountered at any hotel ever.

Website said check in at 3 so we planned our whole day around that, got there and check in is actually at 4. Young guy up front was unapologetic, uncaring, unwilling to use any hospitality at all. And the pics are deceiving. Don’t stay here, there’s no indication they care about their property or customers enough have any standards Here’s an update we came back two hours after check in and THE ROOM STILL WASNT READY. Apparently they’re running with three house cleaners and they can’t keep up ofc and the owner doesn’t give a shit. TWO HOURS AFTER CHECK IN AND NO ROOM WHAT

Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Bleu was disappointing from start to finish. Check-in set the tone, as staff appeared distracted and inattentive. While not overtly rude, it did not feel welcoming or professional. Both mornings we were woken at around 6am by noise from a U-Haul/storage company operating directly outside our window, this made proper rest impossible and should be clearly disclosed to guests, as it significantly affects the stay. The bed was shockingly uncomfortable, the mattress had severe dips and impressions, clearly worn down from previous guests. It was one of the worst hotel beds I’ve experienced and unacceptable at this price point. The most serious issue occurred on our final night, I parked near the front entrance, only to return and find my car had been damaged. Front-of-house staff instructed me to email the hotel and provide photos while the car was still there, which I did—multiple times. Two weeks later, I have received no response whatsoever, the lack of follow-up, accountability, or even acknowledgment regarding property damage is extremely concerning. Overall, poor sleep quality, inattentive service, and complete silence after a serious incident mean I cannot recommend this hotel.

Extremely disappointing experience. I contacted the hotel well in advance simply to change the dates of my booking, not cancel it — and was met with a flat refusal and zero willingness to help. There was no attempt to offer alternatives, no explanation beyond rigid policy-copy responses, and absolutely no empathy or flexibility. The tone of the communication made it very clear that keeping the money mattered more than basic customer service. What’s most frustrating is that the hotel had availability for the new dates, yet still refused to make the change. This isn’t about policy — it’s about poor attitude and a complete lack of care for guests. Mistakes or changes happen when travelling. A professional hotel understands that. This one clearly does not. I would strongly advise future guests to be very careful when booking here, because if your plans change even slightly, you can expect no support, no understanding, and no customer service whatsoever.

I would like to have given this place a good review because it seemed to be nice, however if you’re under the age of 21 you aren’t allowed to stay here. I checked hotels.com where I booked to see if I missed something in the policy and it said nothing of an age requirement. I checked their website and unless it’s hidden somewhere I saw nothing of an age requirement either. On top of that I would’ve liked a full refund considering I had spent the whole day traveling to New York to stay there but no. My plans unfortunately were ruined because this place didn’t think to put an age requirement anywhere on their policy until you got to the hotel. On top of that, I was still charged for the first night even though I didn’t stay and now I’m not receiving my full refund.

This happened a while ago but I forgot to leave a review. It was 2/3 AM at night and I'm sleeping. Someone knocks on my door and inmediately enters the door. I jumped out of the bed and started shouting at him. He left. I am calling the reception, nobody answer. Next day, I complaint to the recepcionist. He claimed that it was probably security that heard something. Unbelievable, no much to add.

My girlfriend and I stayed 2 days & 2 nights at room 304 on the 3rd level. The front desk associates were very nice and supportive, but the room was mid. Quality of pillows were flat and hard, blinds were old and hard to close. I would have rated overall experience higher, but the shower room ceiling was filled with drain bugs (little black month like bug)… We noticed that there were at least 20-30 of them when we took a shower our 1st night. I sprayed them all dead down the shower drain, thinking I got rid of all of them. Next day we were about to shower again, and noticed another 10- 15 more. They fly all over ceiling by shower head and corners.. I think they have a major infestation of drain flies either in our specific room, or the whole facility I don’t know. I decided to stay here for my NY trip because of all of the good reviews, but my girlfriend was disgusted by all of the small moth like buga flying over us while we were showering. We had to be exterminators with the shower head and tried to kill all of them with hot water.

We stayed at the hotel in December over the holidays and booked it because it was presented as if it was a very walkable hotel with a rooftop bar. We figured we would be able to celebrate the new year there but there was absolutely nothing open or within walking distance. We also called at the end of the first day because no one had cleaned our rooms. They told us that housekeeping needed to be requested at which point we told them we would like services. After that they still didn’t come any of the days we were there. We were left without towels and soap and there was no water available in the room. We went out of our way to get towels downstairs but they wouldn’t give us bath towels and only hand towels. The entire hotel smelled of marijuana and the heat in the hallway only amplified the smell while the heat and AC in the room didn’t even work. Lastly we were never given back our $100 deposit and when we called to request is we were told the deposit was taken off of the total but that isn’t reflected on the receipt. Overall would not recommend this location. For $400+ a night it was inconveniently located, dirty and overall a bad experience.

I called to make sure they had availability for an extra night. No.problem they said its gonna be that much you don't need reservation i have plenty of room. It was night of july 8 to 9. I got there at 12.45 am and James probably not his name increased the price just like that good job! I guess they don't need people's there. keep your rooms empty never know if between 1 and 3 am you get more customers walking. Great customer service. You should say please do not comeback the first time.

Privacy and Security breach during my two nights stay at this hotel in April 2025. Shortly after checking in and while I was at dinner the hotel front desk checked two men into my room. They gave my room keys to two other guests and deactivating my room keys. When my cousin and I returned to the room, we couldn't get in and thought it's an easy fix, just a glitch with the key cards. As we turned away from the room towards the elevator, TWO men were coming out of OUR ROOM. The hotel gave them our room, with all of our belongings in it!! The hotel made no effort to quickly fix the issue and it's been over a month and I'm still waiting for the partial compensation that was promised. Everytime I called the hotel, the front desk tells me they can't do anything and to speak to the manager, the manager is never there. Terrible customer service, terrible management and terrible experience. I do not recommend anyone stays here.

If I could rate this hotel a negative 5stars I would this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in and I travel for a living . To start the front desk Attendant was extremely rude and disrespectful when i asked for a room switch due to the air not working and a clear bug infestation . I then asked for a refund which he told me that he would not give me a refund Because i did not book direct with them”although i made all payments directly to them and not through. Hotels .com” im not sure what his name was due to the fact he kept running around and grabbing things in the small lobby to keep from having a conversation about my issues only to lock himself in the small room on the right the only positive about this hotel is that it had free parking so seeing that I could not get a refund. We left our vehicle there and stayed with relatives for our 2 nights stay .
