Myself and my sister came from the UK to new york to visit. We went to brooklyn to find a carribean place to eat. Not only was the food cooked to perfection (I had the combo meal with mac and cheese) the atmosphere made me feel like I was eating at a family / friends place due to the kind hospitality shown to us. Not only are you getting real good food, you're also getting a lovely service from lovely people. DEFINITELY will be coming back to visit and have already recommended this place to 5 people haha. The food here is incredible if you are into the Caribbean street food thing. If you are not you should try it anyways. Substantial portions of delicious Jerk, Rice, Mac and Cheese, Try the Sorrel.

Wow...I'm very impressed. I was a little hesitant this being my first time, but the food was absolutely delicious. The jerk chicken was flavorful, moist, and tasted great. The rice and peas was on point and the cabbage was fabulous. No shade but usually when I get cabbage from certain spots it's bland and lacks flavors. Wadadli Jerk's cabbage was bright and so flavorful. Truly impressed and I will definitely be back again.

What a beautiful brunch Brodt served up today with his warm welcome on a snowy day. The Salmon and Jerk Chicken over rice and cabbage were delicious! I enjoyed with a pineapple soda and soursop juice--this was a great find, please support!!!

Pickup was fast, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Easily one of the best takeout spots around. I can’t wait to go back!

The vibes and food are great at the brick and mortar, but also want to give a shoutout to my catering experience outside of the restaurant - Brods came through in a pinch very quickly and delivered amazing food that was a hit at our party in a very quick amount of time. Grateful for the chefs and Brods, and to learn more about Antigua through the delicious food. Thanks all, will be a regular customer.

Food was banging and amazing portions. One order will easily last for two meals! There is a small seating area inside and outside, outside is very cute on a nice day. My only advice would be that the cashier is very cold and rude, we were taken aback by her attitude. She definitely made us feel unwelcome and like we were bothering her (we were literally the only customers for the 40 minutes we were there…)

I have been to 3 other jerk chicken spots so far here in brooklyn since I moved here... 1st chicken was bland and rice hard for 25.00 2nd chicken was dry and pasta was mush for 22.50 3rd... But this one has been the best yet. I ordered Jerk chicken with rice and peas, it came with some cabbage and plantains.. The chicken was cooked decent, a nice char with a well seasoned jerk sauce. You did get the hints of the different flavor profiles in the seasoning, not overdone and not underused. As a fan of spicy food (not complaining) it didn't have the heat, l that I'm use to with other jerk sauces and rubs, I have ordered from Negril and Montego Bay... But with that being said it didn't make me dislike the meal at all. The portion was way more than I was expecting for the price of 15.00.. that's a steal in today's economy... Service was quick and friendly, building was nothing but good vibes... I will def be a returning customer.. 9 min away is dangerous to my wallet lol. Thank you all for the food and your time preparing it.

Food was Fresh. Salmon and Jerk Chicken could be seasoned a little more to taste. Enjoyed the BBQ and jerk sauces. Rasta pasta was okay. Mac and cheese wasn't bad but could def be improved. Sorrel was ok, didn't taste as if cane sugar was used (maybe stevia or sugar substitute?)

I was looking for some smoke jerk food in Brooklyn and I thought to go here. Everything from the restaurant to smelling the smokers all week perfect. But I thought my food was so bland. I only got the jerk chicken platter and rasta pasta. The pasta didn't have no flavor and I think that because the sauce was watery. But add the flavor please. And the jerk chicken was okay but it needs moisture. The rice was flavorless as well and I don't understand because I feel like jerk sauce should be covering 50% of the meal. The food came out a perfect time and I ate it all maybe 10 minutes after I picked it up. So I ate it a good time. Maybe I had it a bad time or what but add the flavor. With everything, make sure it's traveling in every bite.
