😞 I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. To be honest, the food was disappointing. The chicken was incredibly tough—I could barely bite into it—and the fries were served cold. I waited about 45 minutes for my order, and by the time I got home—just five minutes away—the wings were also cold. It was a letdown, especially considering the anticipation. Given this experience, I may not return to this location again. I hope they can improve, as I know Buffalo Wild Wings has great potential!

Stopped by after a day at Knotts with a large group. Over all I have to give a shout out to MOD for helping out when I didn't have my birthday reward on app, I was still able to get my 6 wings for free. Tuesday night Service was drastic and place was almost empty… few servers to ask 3xs what beer did i order …😳 are u serious.. my dog can bring me the right beer to my couch and faster then flash.. cancelled one of the beers….plus wrong salad and hour later for the right salad… geez.. we got samplers…nicely n politely stacked up dirty dishes.. they noticed 15 mns later… what a waste coming around to this place on a rainy night… i could just imagine if we were sitting out in the patio. I Haven't been to this establishment in quite some time, and it has definitely changed, and not for the better. 1st, they dont have anymore wifi for their customers. 2nd it was so stuffy in there, I'm not sure why they couldn't turn the AC up. 3rd We had a large party of 20 people, and our waiter was struggling with our orders, but the manager never send anyone to help him. We tried to ask a waitress to help, and she just dismissed us. Needless to say, we won't be coming back to this BWW in the future.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Just went in and they told me to sit wherever. Never got a menu had to get it myself. It looked like they were understaffed and I’m a patient person and waited 30mins and still never went up to the table. After waiting the 30mins I left and went to Olive Garden, which I was seated immediately and got my order taken. Moral of the story don’t go to Buffalo Wild Wings and go to Olive Garden instead!

Service sucks. Very cold demeanor and once we were served she disappeared and literally been sitting here half a hour waiting to get our check.

Most people know how to make wings so nothing special here except the sauce. Got TERRIBLE SERVICE HERE many times servers with attitudes towards paying customers, called to place an order unknown employee answers doesnt address who she is, and the response "the system is down.....i dunno call back in half an hour"

Came at 4:30 on 3/1/25. Place was empty and still at 20+ wait . Service was bad location was dirty as hell . . It took 40 minutes for a chick to pick up trash from the front and she was just clicking in. The four waitress just walked by it . Under our table as bad after being seated . This location just keeps going down on over all service. Just read the comment from the owner . Acknowledging this post and apologizing doesn’t solve the issue . I should’ve have to submit a form so tables get cleaned .

Very disappointed in the chicken sandwich describing a “challah bun” looked great in picture!! When it was served to me it was a smashed cheap 79 cent bun from the dollar tree! Horrible ! Ruined the whole dining expirenced. 11.99. Will not return! Next time will go to KFC, Popeyes, even McDonald’s. We have loved Bdubs in the past. Definitely have changed for the worse!

This BWW location has gone downhill fast. Not only does it seem like many children work there with no adult supervision, it seems as they also do not have communication between servers and the kitchen. Our fried foods were soggy and barely even warm, all of our food that was ordered at the same time came out at different times and by A LONG time in between. My child’s meal was the last thing to come out a good 15 minutes, if not longer, after the rest of our food came. The beer was flat. And there was a piece of hair in one of our dipping sauces. Our server didn't come check on us for a solid 20 minutes and we had to ask other servers/food runners multiple times to get our server. We went in to relax after a long day of work and left there feeling more wound up then we did going in. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This chain offers all these deals and discounts to try and save their business and they still offer the worst food and service. They stopped putting sauce on their wings a long time ago, you order sauced wings and there's maybe a drop or two on there. Good luck finding your server, 2 people at our table got their food 30 mins before we did, and our server just randomly came by with our food later on with no apologies or anything. Couldn't find him again after that to ask for boxes or even the check. BWW is always like this, no matter the time or day or location. BWW will be one of the many failing chains much sooner than later

If you sit at the bar area they ask to put a card on file for your tab. That’s fine. When you check out you sign and get your card back. You think everything is good. Wait a couple of days and check your bank account and you find out they over charged you. Went in person to ask them to correct the error. They fooled me once by the manager named Andy saying he was going to rectify the error. He never did. Luckily the bank was able to take care of of it. Decided to give them another chance and they pulled the same thing again. Stay away from this location if you can and keep an eye on your bank accounts for the final charges they put through. Charged me for $73.16

Came in to get food with my sister and was asked to put a card on file for a $50 dollar order and this is the first this has ever happend at any place I have ever ate at massiel was her name and im sure this is not standard protocol she was completely rude and when I asked her if she would be billing my card that they quote on quote needed on file she straight up asked me if I was planning on running that is completely out of control and not a way a worker at a establishment should be treating customers never coming back here again and will be leaving a review on yelp and i would woulf also advise other to stay away from this location outside of being treated horribly the place is trashed and smells of vomit this experience was so bad that I had to request a manger to pay the bill to

bro waited 30ish min for a pickup order that was suppose to be ready . I understand if it was not and had to wait awhile not a whole 30 mins. I should have checked my food to before heading home because the tender were not it ! like literally garbage . One of the pieces were even scary looking . Yesterday we only ordered from here because it was wing day & you got 6 wings for free if you placed a $10+ order. My husband picked up the order at the time They said it would be ready by. He ended up having to wait another 20 minutes for it to be ready when he got there . They forgot to put the free wings in the bag & he didn’t realize until he got home. The fries were stale & cold the wings were completely hard & dry & the ranch was sour. I only ate a couple and my stomach started to hurt so bad and it’s still hurting this morning!! We had to throw the rest away! Completely disgusted with this location!

Went there last week with my family, I payed IN CASH, The bill was 50 something doallrs, they charged the card they had in their system 100 bucks more!! We were literally the only ones there and they made that big of a mistake! What a joke, never going there again, (food was good but cmon!!)
