Ordered ahead online after getting off work. Quick in and out. Not busy at all and this is at 1pm. It sucks that the flounder fish sandwich is no longer available. But I do like that they actually have condiments. Another location almost, always never had honey package for my biscuits or cocktail sauce for my shrimp dinner. None of that issue here.

I am lucky. I never have any problem with this location. Chicken is always nice, warm, and crispy. Great service every time. Workers with gray shirts, i assumed are managers, always kinds and helpful.

The people working the counter that day that I was in there were very professional very communicational and nice I really appreciate senses of humor as society is lacking that nowadays. I will continue to come back to that one as I had an issue with the one at the source and refused to ever go back there. Went into the restaurant, Ordered mild chicken nuggets and 2 thighs to go. Specifically asked for my order to be fresh. Told them I don't mind waiting. The employee told me they just made some fresh ones. Got my order, came home, they gave me a thigh and a leg instead of two thighs plus my nuggets were barely warm, not hot or fresh whatsoever. Later that day called the restaurant, explained the situation. Talked to Issac the manager who not only acted very professional and friendly, but also helped me resolve the situation. Very impressed. Awesome job, hope all restaurants have a manager like Issac who go above and beyond for their customers.

The lady who took my order was so nice and happy/friendly. That makes a huge difference. Service was very quick and professional. The manager on duty was not as friendly but very professional. I can respect that. However service seems to be the best when he's in charge. Great job guys.

First time at a Popeyes. The chicken tenders were crunchy. The mashed potatoes and gravy were excellent. The mac & cheese had the right amount of cheese. Yum yum all-around.

This was the best chicken I’ve had recently! The meat was white, juicy, and had no unpleasant smell. It was cooked perfectly—no red spots and just the right level of doneness. As for the service, I’m not sure since there was no staff at the counter, only a self-service kiosk.

First of all, customer service was very good. I didn't get his name, but the young man who was running the drive-thru was awesome. He spoke loud and clear, made sure our order was correct several times and was super polite. Once we got to the window to pay, he was thorough and welcoming. He seemed very organized with putting our order together and served it all with several smiles. It wasn't a long wait and our food was freshly made and tasted perfect. If any Popeye's deserves the business, it would be this one. He provided us with enough napkins, condiments and utensils. We had a great tasting dinner with no hassle.it was a good Friday evening.

I do love some spicy chicken. I love Popeyes extra spicy thighs. Not too thrilled with their french fries. Wish they had a regular french fry option. I do like their mac and cheese better because it's thicker version then KFC. I also love to get the chicken strip tenders and get their barbecue sauce which is also spicy and dunk away! So spicy and delicious I love it.

Sorry the sandwich was not cooked thoroughly. The chicken was raw in middle. Sandwich did not taste good. I love popeyes and I always get my same combo At every location I visit. I'm giving 4 stars as I'm sure it's a honest mistake. But can not give five for that reason here.

Delicious for a quick bite! Get the non-spicy chicken sandwich if you can't stand heat. The hotness doesn't kick in until the aftertaste! The burger may look small, but is actually quite filling. The chicken is flavorful, bread is toasted perfectly, and the coleslaw (salad?) within pairs perfectly. Do order up their curly fries as well!

I never go to Popeyes really... and the one time I visited cuz I was craving chicken like theirs, I was satisfied with everything. Except the person at the window. Kinda attitude-y. But that didnt have an effect on the order or anything. Just didn't seem too pleased to be helping a customer out that day. However, I do not know their lofe story or what is going on. So I will not spend my time judging. Life happens. And the food was still good.

I enjoy their spicy chicken and mashed potatoes. They have a Tuesday leg and thigh for under $4, no sides included. I always ask for hot sauce.and they always give me plenty with a smile, unlike other places who will frown. Lol

There spicy chicken is delicious! Their sweet tea is on point. I haven't tried all the sides but the Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes & gravy are tasty. The drive thru at this location is wacky. They should have wrapped it around the parking lot instead of running it through the middle. When it gets busy the drive thru blocks the parked cars from getting out. Customer service has been good so far.

If you plan to dine in, be prepared to wait because it takes a while. Use the drive thru instead. Food is great, dine in service is kind of slow, and they don't repeat what you ordered to make sure your order is correct. Also, I know it's hot out, but I feel like they purposely set the temperature inside to freezing because it was very cold.

Had never been to this location, excellent with a drive through. Fairly quick service, even though I had to park and wait for my order, it wasn't small. Didn't give it a 5 star because the price was a little higher than the one on state college but prices might have recently been raised because I figure all Tuesday specials prices would be the same, except for different counties.

They cashier, I think his name is Thomas, was very nice and polite, but the other girl not too much. After waiting for my food, she forgot my 7 biscuits. Not big deal to me, but it was for my wife. So I called and Jackie apologized and will give them to me today. Really good food. I ordered for 5 and nobody got sick :)

The new spicy chicken sandwich was soo frickin' amazingly delicious..down side was that no one could go inside because of the Wuhan shutdown and only the drive thru was available..not to mention it was also around lunch time so the wait was obnoxiously long..like 40-50 minutes. No joke! I was hungry too so maybe that played a factor but I want one or two more. The fries weren't great..kinda soggy..they gotta do better on those..step it up Popeyes!

I love Popeye's and have been craving it. So I picked it up on my way home tonight. I was sad when they were out of butter for my biscuit but even sadder when I got home opened my side and saw it only half full of slaw. Is that normal or am I remembering wrong? I thought it should be at least mostly full.

Food was good and freshly made. They ran out of regular chicken and had to put some spicy pieces in. Also, they had no plates for dining there. We ordered an 8 piece meal and had to eat out of the containers.

This place has items listed on menu but are no longer available, false advertising much, they offer ghost pepper wings in 2 different menus, when you go to order they tell you they are discontinued. Also tell you 20 minute wait, when you catch employees filling up on chicken orders walking back out of view,.lol ok not going back anytime soon.

Popeyes just isn't the same ever since the Honey turned into Corn Syrup!! Popeye's shouldn't ever run out of chicken especially the sandwiches and or side orders, But they might!! The parking lot is pretty big very accessible and they have a drive thru. It's a very clean place inside and it's a good place to sit down and eat.

Saturday October 09th, 2022 at 8:03pm - my order is $18.32 for 4pc spicy thighs, regular fries, regular mash potatoes ($3.49), a biscuit, a cookie (.69¢), and a large drink. I'm grateful for my food being hot and fresh it was delicious but what I don't like is the prices.

I don't know what it is about this particular location but every time I come here they are out of dipping sauce. Especially the barbeque sauce. They never seem to have any. The food is great and the employees are friendly though. They just need to better manage their inventory. What's the point of buying all of that chicken if there's no sauce to go with it.

This one is tough to review because the food that we ordered that was in stock was delicious. The problem was they were out of 3 of the items I attempted to order, spicy chicken strips, beignets, & ranch dipping sauce. No silverware was provided for the side order either, we had to go back in to ask for that.

I've been to this Popeyes branch several times, and I can't help but express my frustration. Despite the lack of customers in both the dine-in and drive-thru, it seems this location consistently struggles to get orders right. I've rarely received my order complete, properly cooked, or without missing items. It's baffling, considering the lack of business here.

To be fair I'll say that I'm not a big fried chicken eater. I tried the chicken tenders and they weren't bad. In fact, I believe that with the right dipping sauce they could be very good. I tried the Bold BBQ and the Buffalo sauces. They weren't bad, but I tired of the Buffalo sauce rather quickly and the BBQ, though tasty, wasn't satisfying enough to make the whole dish an inspired item for me. I also tried the side dishes, red beans and rice (good stuff), as well as the jambalaya (not bad for fast food).

Usually their food is pretty good, but this visit the chicken nuggets had barely any meat. They were all breading mostly and some pieces didn't have chicken at all. The Mac & Cheese was not as good as usual either. The must have just had an off day.

Food was solid popeyes and staff was friendly. Should be 4 stars. They lost a star for not having my catering order ready making tardy to an event I was going to. But hey, they gave me a free soda while I waited so I got that going for me.

Ran out of 7 weeks of expected inventory in 2 weeks. Great job on the new chicken sandwich total fail on being prepared, out of some sides, drinks, even straws at some locations.

I have gone for the last 2 weeks on 3 different occasions around 9:00pm-9:15pm and they never have chicken tenders available they only have bone in chicken. I am done going to this location and will go elsewhere from now on. I asked the person in the drive thru when they stop selling chicken tenders and they said whenever they run out. I asked since they close at 10pm why would they not have chicken to sell other than bone in chicken?? Person was like yeah that's just the way it is. Just ridiculous!

Service was crazy slow. The manager was taking orders with absolutly zero amount of a rush or urgency to take care of the long line (line out the door) of customers. 1st they forgot an important part of my order so I had to wait for them to get the second half ready and the chicken was in no way anything I would call "fresh", but i was already home so we choked it down. Will not return to this Popeys.

They take forever here and their frozen lemonade might be a little soapy?? One day mine Melted all to just liquid because it tasted funny and I noticed there was bubbles like foamy soapy bubbles at the top of the drink… they also are out of things. a lot… Supposedly but I also realized sometimes they’ve said they are out because they either didn’t want me to wait however long it was gonna take or they were just being lazy.. idk. They also have gotten me sick after eating here which is why I typically just go in for things that are really hard to under cook/ they have to cook frequently… the one good thing is that they are super cool if you come a min or 2 after close they’ve let me slide a few times. (if they still have food available anyways :) ) Also in regards to the people working here :: kinda rude( a few of them) kind of seem like they don’t mind that people are waiting up to 20 min in the drive thru lines . Because it’s not affecting them …even when they get super busy at night and I go inside, when I see big lines now (since I only order their lemonade most days). When I did finally go in it was only to find them moving as quickly as well a dmv office.. some days they’re really on it others not so much…

Come here every Monday for a while now and the food is great. However, I've been repeatedly delivered the incorrect order 4/5 times and still charged what I originally ordered.

Tenders were barely warm, rice and beans watered down just disgusting , mashed potatoes were decent. Manager was not very welcoming, there are better locations to patronize this one is not Popeyes experience you want

The chicken was good but the store was dirty there was not one clean table there was nobody in the store there's trash on the floor and food all over the floor the guy at the counter that took my order could not even tell me what was in a 5-piece box I had to clean off a table to sit down the pictures really do not do it justice it was very filthy

Waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes (the line was to the street). Upon arriving to order, I was told they didn't have any chicken but spicy. My kid won't eat spicy so this wasn't going to work. I asked how long for regular chicken but was told they had none. When I got to the window, I explained that I had waited 30 minutes and when I finally made it to the speaker, the cars were still lined up to the street so they would be waiting 30 minutes too. I asked that the manager go outside and inform those in line of the chicken situation. These things happen, but the only way to deal with them appropriately is to keep your customers informed so they don't waste their time like I did. The cashier didn't care. I've been a manager at a chicken place. This isn't how you treat your customers when facing this kind of situation. I waited in front of the restaurant for 5 minutes to see if the manager would fo the right thing and inform their customers. They didn't. Terrible, horrible way to conduct business. Have the guts to give bad news up front. That I would have respected. Won't be going back.

These kiosks are a joke. Staff will literally avoid helping you once you placed your order if your paying cash and make you wait before being bothered to help you. Will purposely avoid eye contact to pretend they are busy to not help you. You guys seriously have some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. This place used to be way better with customer service 2 years ago.

I usually ask for extra mayo, but this has never happened to me. Opening the bag looked like a crime scene, I mean who does this? It was empty when I went so it’s not like they were super busy. At this point it’s more mayo than chicken.

Not only did I have to wait 15 min for chicken that should already be prepared. They were completely out of soda and they had no syrups for them in the back. Your choices were Hawaiian Punch, Diet Coke, sweet tea. No sign up letting you know this before hand and the night before I came here and they were completely out of bone in chicken.

Was my family's favorite place to eat fried chicken! Who knew asking for ketchup/sauces to go along with 12 piece family combo required dirty looks from the store manager and I'm sure the worker got yelled at for doing his job. Yeah no thanks we meant it we weren't coming back to eat. You didn't need to stare into my car and give my family dirty looks. You sir suck as a manager.

Last time I went to Popeyes they were out of white meat so they couldn't give me the normal special which is 11 pieces of mixed chicken for about $16. They refused to give either a discounted price or any compansation and said my only option was to have the 11 pieces (all dark meat) at the same price. Mind you on Tuesday's they have a special with more chicken at a lower price because it is all dark meat. Anyway I go in and ask for the 11 piece mixed and they said they don't do that anymore, I look up at the menu above the person's head and the special comes up plan as day. I said, um it says you do right there. She again stated they don't do that any more and refused to give any compansation. I WILL NEVER, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE GIVE ONE MORE PENNY TO THIS THIS BUSINESS.

Ordered a 6 piece spicy chicken tenders and all tenders were so hard like they been sitting out for a while, I ordered through drive thru and live 10min drive away, so I noticed as I got home. Didn't bother to go back since I was hungry, but at least I tried the place and hopefully if I ever go back, I'm given Hot fresh tenders.

First, Great tasting chicken Second, horrible service. They constantly run out of chicken, the staff is really rude and the eating area is dirty, trash cans are always full. The drink station has a dirty wet towel smell and no one has even considered cleaning the place. The Bathroom are so bad, You are better off using a gas station bathroom. There is no manager to talk with and if you get anyone that can hold a conversation, they could care less. Very, very, very poor customer service

DO NOT go to this location. Never once do they ever get my order right. And this last and final time, they asked me to pull around to the front, where I waited. I watched the 8 cars behind me drive off with their food, and all I had gotten was a 5 piece tender. I went in after 20 minutes and turned out they had forgot about me. Quick to take my money but not quick to get my order. Manager said they were short on cooks as an excuse, but that's obviously not the case when everyone else is getting their orders. This location is a complete joke.

I found a hair in my chicken... A long black hair that definitely didn’t belong to me. I tried ordering the new sandwich that Popeye’s was raving about all over twitter since they said it was available nationally, but they said they apparently don’t have them at this location yet... that’s fine I’ll just order something else. The order was wrong since I ordered chicken tenders but got thighs and legs. I went home because I didn’t want to go back and correct them, and that’s when I found the hair. I once went there and they said they were out of chicken. How do you run out of chicken when it’s practically the number one thing you sell? I’ve given this place so many opportunities to get better and hoped that they were just having bad days, but this is consistently poor service. This place is poorly managed. It shouldn’t be that terrible considering it’s a relatively new location. I’m definitely going elsewhere for food.

The Chicken was not HOT I ordered a 5 pice one of the wings was so small a baby could eat 3 bites and it would of been gone.

I will give 2 stars for the food. The service sucks everytime I go. I have been maybe 6 times for the food. The restaurant is always out of random things like ketchup and Coke. Today was my limit. 2 cars in front of me. 20 minute wait to get my food. I ordered very simple. 4 mild tenders. 1 large fry. 1 kids meal. My wait at the window after a 10 minute wait was another10 minutes. I was given the wrong total almost 2 times my meal cost. I questioned. The kid was confused. Then he gives me an amount less than what it was when I ordered. I questioned again and apparently now the kids meal was not on my order. Anyway.. the food is decent but this particular store really needs some change.

I went to this place w my mom and sister. The girls infant are real mean and they in a bad mood. They see u standing and they walk away . When u ask for something they get mad and throw the food to u. Never going back again. Avoid this place

First time visit today, 3/4/20. Went through drive-thru. Very impatient person at the window. I made him aware it was my first time and was not familiar with the menu. Placed my order. Arrived to my destination five minutes later. No receipt, no fork for coleslaw, no napkins, food is stone cold. Got the store phone number, called. Disconnected, no other number available. Nonetheless, I am disappointed AND will eat cold food...no napkins, no fork!

Multiple times I've gone to this Popeyes with a pickup order and every time they manage "close the dinning room momentarily" and make lots of people wait in huge drive thru lines for pickups. This place is a joke and I suggest you go to another Popeyes unless you want to be waiting forever for cold food or have them close the dining room whenever they feel like it. Don't waste your time here.

"Sorry we don't make popcorn shrimp because we don't have a manager." If you want popcorn shrimp ... Go to a different Popeyes. If you want anything other than regular chicken, don't even bother... After not being able to get the shrimp we had wanted, we instead asked for apple pies. We wanted 2, but they only had 1 and would not be bothered to make more because they were "out." Apparently running out of items is "normal for this store." Very disappointed in this nice looking new store. Won't be going back anytime soon even though it's close to home, I'd rather go to either the Katella or St College locations. At least I know they always are friendly, efficient, and actually have food.

Absolute trash, food was cold, employees were cold. You can't even order from the counter. You HAVE to order from the Kiosk. The chicken filet from my sandwich looked more like a chicken tender. Definitely never coming back to this location.

Every time I come to this location they mess up. They either Charge wrong, or mess up the order. Today I walked in, ordered even says it on receipt! EAT IN. Dumb kid was running around like a headless chicken and put my order in the mobile order. A rush comes through, so I think wow maybe they are busy? But once the crowd leaves it’s been 12 mins. Finally realize something is off only to find it sitting in the mobile orders bagged, and tied up. Manager finds it scolds the kid, I’m there like can I have my cold chicken now! They forgot the fries so i went back in. The manager gets the fries. Drops the bag of fries picks it back up. Takes it back acting like shes replacing them. Nope. I can see her btw. And hands them to me. How dirty. The MANGER does that.

The place is clean. At about 2:45, not a lot of customers. Walk right up to the order counter. Order taken. Wait about 5 minutes for takeout. Got home and found my order missing the tender strips and the popcorn shrimps are just the crumbled of their leftovers. They have enough staffs to not make these kinds of mistakes. I am giving a one star because of the cleanliness.

This place is a joke. 15 min wait no orders taken then only to be told that they are ONLY MAKING SANDWICHES and when I asked for a one without pickles I'm told they are pre made. So the only thing you're making are sandwiches but you cant make one without pickles?

My family and I love this chicken. My mother wanted to try the widely advertised Buterfly shrimp so after work I went to this store to get some chicken and her 8 pc Buterfly shrimp. What a disappointment! Instead of shrimp, there were only bits of fried batter in the box!! They were directly to the garbage disposal. I understand I went to the drive thru late (10:20pm) but if you don't have shrimp just say it! Don't sell me the waste you're about to throw in the trash 30 minutes later. Huge difference from advertising to reality!! 😐

Imagine running a fast food establishment and not having any food, left an hour before closing and not being willing to cook anything while still having the drive-through open. Worse service ever. I went in trying to claim the T-Mobile 3 pieces chicken tenders deal. First they said I have order on the kiok. And when I ask them, how to redeem the code. The cashier said I have to download the Popeyes app and order on there. After I order on the app I pay $1.08. They charge my card, and the peoples there said my order is not in the system and refuse to give me, my order. I show my order receipt and that I was at the right location and that they took that money out of my account already. They still refuse to give me my order saying that my order is not in the system. I waste my whole 30 minutes lunch, just for them to tell me last minute that my order is not in the system so they can't give me my order.

Haven’t had Popeyes in years and was craving a biscuit, but to my disappointment the tenders were hard and stringy as hell. Little chicken all breading. And it was my first time trying the Mac and cheese. It did not look appetizing. The cheese was clumping up weird and it had a strong tap water after taste. Very disappointed. I'm at home and I see the commercial for the Chicken Combo sandwich on TV --- so I'm out the door --- who said advertising doesn't work!? So I walk in the door to the store and I go up to the counter to say, "Give me the mild chicken sandwich combo with a Pepsi! Pickles on the side with extra sauce." I wait at the counter and two girls are talking and they see me but don't acknowledge me. I don't say anything! After about 2-3 minutes, a Latino man with NO name tag, comes to the counter and asks me, am I ready to pay? I tell him no I need to order! He tells me this, "The only way to order is at the kiosks! And he points to the machine!" I look at the machines, and I tell him, "No, that's not the only way to order . . . and I take my order up the street to Wienerschnitzel and spend my $15 there --- where an individual worker takes my order in less than a minute! Mama always said, "If someone is going to give you money . . . be there to take it!" But in that same vein, she also said, "If someone doesn't want to take your money . . . go somewhere where they will!" No one was in the store at Popeyes when I went in; at the hot dog place just 100 meters up Magnolia, there were four people sitting down eating there hot dogs! And I still got my chicken fetish taken care of --- Der Wienerschnitzel has something called a "Bird Dog!" Chicken in a hot dog bun . . . and it was good! So when this recently built Popeyes goes tits up --- maybe they will understand why . . . cuz I tried to tell ya!

Went in today and asked if someone could take my order, because the last time I used the machine to place the order myself, it came out wrong. So the manager who was a hispanic man said no use the machine and I said well can you help us and I told him why. He then told a hispanic woman to help us and she had an attitude, I have NEVER seen customer serive like this before!!! When she gave us our food she was rood and so was he!!! I will never go back there again!!!! If you do not want to help people then they are working at the wrong place of business!

I'm so sorry, that was pretty freakin horrid! And I LOVE Popeye's chicken!! I usually go to my fave at Beach and Hazard, but was in Anaheim, so yeah.. but NO! First, I took out a piece to share with my dog. It was really the only good piece. Not too much crust, perfect amount for my mini schnauzer. But when I tried a piece of my spicy chicken, I could barely chew it. This spicy part of my order must've been under the lamp for awhile! Every single piece (4) of my spicy chicken was stale and hard to chew. Oh, when asked if I wanted to make a $1 donation and receive a free pie, I asked who or where the donation went, the answer was "the Popeyes Foundation"... um 🤔.. okay, so I'm left to wonder what the Popeyes Foundation actually does. Does it train sailors to become Popeyes? Will they learn to open cans of spinach with their pipe? BTW, I won't be back.

These are my chicken tenders after forgetting my fries . This place is a joke . Staff is very rude! Manager said he would resolve issue over the phone and in person laughed at the "chicken tender" size but said he could only resolve 2 out of the 3 fries that were forgotten. Won't be back to this Popeyes again!

Deceitful employees substitute wings for legs and thighs. 5 out of 8 pieces of chicken were wings on my meal. That cost me $22! Plus we waited for over 15 minutes for our food.
