Domino's

I love my local Domino's! Ordering is easy on line, and our pizza arrives quickly. The delivery people are terrific! Friendly and polite (remember to tip them generously, they just brought you your dinner!), and they always get our pizza here while it's still hot. The pizzas are great! Lots of sauce (we like extra), and they are generous with the toppings. There's just enough cheese for us; if you like a ton, you might want to get extra. We've been customers for over six years, once every couple of months, and we have rarely to never been disappointed.

Update second time ordering and the quality and quantity was a let down. I wish I would not have mixed it up😔

The pizza is good, the staff is nice ( especially Yahir and I assume to be the manager, probably Robert? ) and able to give my order on time. I'm satisfied overall.

I've ordered many times from here and it's a hit or miss. But today 10/24/24, the team that was on duty went above and beyond! I was just exiting the freeway to pick up the pizza, when my car completely shut down out of no where (never get a Tesla! I truly hate this car!!!) So I called to cancel, but they were able to actually deliver the pizza to where I was! And not just that, they provided me with water since I would be stuck for a while waiting for my tow truck driver to arrived. I was very touched and truly grateful for their empathy and thoughtfulness! Being stuck on the street with my two boys and having people go above and beyond in this time in society makes me belive in humanity again! Thank you whomever answered the call and to the driver Juan. You were angels sent in my time of need. May you be blessed with more!

I've ordered many times from here and it's a hit or miss. But today 10/24/24, the team that was on duty went above and beyond! I was just exiting the freeway to pick up the pizza, when my car completely shut down out of no where (never get a Tesla! I truly hate this car!!!) So I called to cancel, but they were able to actually deliver the pizza to where I was! When I got home I opened all the boxes and the "extra box" had 1 slice of pepperoni and sausage pizza. Really disappointed have no clue if they think it's a funny joke or what. Not funny.

First time at this location. Staff was helpful and friendly. I haven't had Domino's in years, decided to try out the new family meal. The dough was delicious, but the pizza was basically all bread. Hardly any sauce or cheese. So we basically a full meal of bread. I was very disappointed and do not think I will try it again.

Let me start off by saying, the food is here is good I've never had a problem with the quality of the food. BUT, I placed an order for delivery a while ago and I got a phone call saying that they don't deliver to my area? And that I have to order from another store, so I didn't think much of it. I've ordered twice since then, with no issues whatsoever. So I'm thinking the staff at the time was too lazy to deliver mind you I'm literally down the street. P.S I was also too lazy as well to do carryout lol. But still that wasnt necessary.

I have been ordering from this location for years. It’s always been lovely, The food is always on time it’s always good and the service is always friendly however the last time I ordered pizzas it was for my sons winning their football game. We stayed in and ordered four pizzas, The lady on the phone wasn’t very polite and kept mixing up my order so when I repeated my order to her to make sure everything was correct she seemed irritated with me. She reply “ yea I got it” Delivery was on time and the delivery person was very nice however all for pizzas were mixed up and wrong. All four!

We wanted to get triple mushrooms on our pizza but they said that they're not allowed to do that anymore. What the hell? What does it matter? How many mushrooms or any toppings we want on a pizza?

Domino’s quite literally sucks. This particular domino’s took almost an hour to deliver the pizza, and they didn’t deliver my drink -_- I called this store 3 separate times and no one answered each time. I don’t usually leave reviews because honestly no one cares and it does nothing to better the service, but i despise this company now. AND this is the case with almost every domino’s location I’ve used, so now I believe it’s a job requirement for the managers to be so terrible at their jobs so they can’t ensure even decent service from their employees. Two stars cause the pizza was okay and I enjoy the bread twists. BUT I NEEDED MY DRINK.

It's Halloween night and yes, I understand you're busy. I placed my order at 6pm for carryout. I was told it would be ready at 6:56. It was ready at 6:58. Awesome! I walked in, did pizza pass to notify them I was there, advertised with no wait etc. At 7:15pm I'm still inside waiting for my pizza. I guess they then decide to finally search for it when I question what's going on. The cashier had an extreme attitude and not even an apology. Like I get it, but I Don't. If you male a mistake on your end, at least acknowledge besides slamimg the pizza down.

Me and my fiance bought a pizza called The New York Pizza. We paid for it and waited about 20 to 25 minutes for the pizza. It was horrible and no cheese on alot of the pizza. It was also BURNT BADLY. NASTY STUFF.

Place the order through the app. Used the order tracker. Was outside waiting for the order. When the tracker said it was ready, I went straight in. Pizza is cold, burnt, and not what I paid for. Unless of course this represents extra sausage... I don't order from here often, Now I remember why.

With plenty of pizza options around, this is probably the last time I'd order from Dominos. I ordered delivery and got a wrong item. I called dominos and they said delivering the correct item would take over an hour due to not having enough drivers. So, I went in person to have my order corrected, since my pregnant wife was waiting to eat. The manager refused to refund the delivery fee despite the fact I had to come to the store in person and was dismissive to my concerns. She kept trying to walk away as I talked to her. I expected at least a refund of the delivery fee if not compensating the incorrect item or prioritizing the re-delivery.

Advice to all delivery drivers: if I give you a tip, take it and don’t expect more than I can give! A tip is never required by law! When I tip, I tip as much as I can but there are times where people could be short on money! Dominos need to train their drivers better so they know customer service is everything! By the way where I work I never force others to tip me! Stop being rude and greedy! This place is a joke!

It was my first time ever ordering from a dominos before and this store aswell and well i was on the phone with a employee at 5:36pm she sounded very annoyed even though i had just spoken to her for a few seconds. She also seemed like she didn’t want to take our order. When i was asking her for an order and asked for bread sticks the women on the phone didnt inform me that they dont serve bread stick. I even described the bread sticks i wanted, she had asked me if i wanted regular ones or pepperoni ones and gave me other choices. When she finished i described to her that i wanted the “salty and long ones”. Once we got the order i took it to my home. Once we opened the “bread sticks” box we expected actual bread sticks, but instead they gave us some type of bread. I called to ask if they gave us the wrong thing at 5:56pm.The employee on the phone had told us that they consider the bread as bread sticks which i hadn’t been informed as. I informed to her that the employee did not state that to us, And once i asked for a refund the employees made us wait twice and they both said they considered them as bread sticks, but i wasnt informed before paying. Once a employee was telling me she cant give me a refund since they consider it as bread sticks i asked again i want a refund and she asked if the order was untouched once i said yes she said she can refund it if we give her the whole order. I asked for a refund on just the bread thing since it isn’t bread sticks, She told me “ so you want a refund for your mistake” i said “excuse me” since i couldn’t believe she said that and she repeated those exact same words she said.They said it would have to be the whole order so i just kept the order since my kids were already hungry. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone since every employee i talked to seem very rude except the delivery driver. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

This place messes up on the orders and they will only give store credit which is dumb because there is no use for that. We trusted this place and we specifically said the order 3 times but the guy at the cashier clearly didn't listen he didn't look like he knew what he was doing. I DO NOT recommended coming here and I would suggest to get your money's worth somewhere else like pizza hut or little Caesars because unlike dominos they are more professional and actually listen to customers orders. And the manager at the Buena park location was rude. we will definitely not be going there again after this unprofessional experience. 😠

I Ordered an Extra Large pizza with some 32 Parmesan Bread Bites online for carryout on a Saturday night. 20 minutes later I received a call from an associate telling me they don't have boxes for extra large pizzas, and they don't serve it anymore. He asked if its OK to make a large pizza instead, and refund me 2 something dollars that I already paid online. I told him we are 5 people, and an extra large pizza would be better if they could make us one instead of a large. The associate was very nice and offered to make two large pizzas instead and I agreed. 5 minutes later while I am on my way to pick up the pizzas, I get a call and the associate sounded very upset. He told me that he got in trouble by his manager for offering two large pizzas instead of one extra large. I asked if they could make two medium pizzas instead, because one large pizza is not going to be enough. He politely told me to wait while he asks his manager. After a while he calls back and tells me that the manager said large pizza is all I can get. At this point 40 minutes passed since I ordered the pizza, and I was outside there store, still negotiating on the phone, over the size of the pizza that I already ordered and pay for. I really got upset and asked them to cancel my order. I was told I will get my money back in 3 to 4 business days. I have ordered pizzas multiple time from this location, and their associates are very friendly and nice people. This was the first time I had to deal with their manager indirectly, and the manager didn't really act like a manager.

Got a thin crust pizza and Philly cheese steak sandwich the pizza looks like the driver dropped it on the ground. Asked to speak to a manager and the customer service representative said she was busy and couldn't take my call. Called to complain wouldn't issue a credit or refund. Will not order again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, ESPECIALLY IF "T" is the one working the shift! We are repeated customers here, but this "Assistant store manager" said that's her name "T", Very immature, rude and deaf young female (?) She kept saying "huh,what did you say" Never had an issue but 2hr wait for 1 pizza and not even 1 call to let us know?!?! We Placed order @ 1040pm, "T" or anyone did not call us, not even after 1hr of starving, now the wait time for our pizza was more like 1230 or 1am!!!! I've used online ordering for this store numerous times without any problems. But tonight I tried ordering online and it says that I cannot order online from this store so I check the time the store closes and it says 12am. So, I tried calling the store FIVE times between 11:40 and 11:50 and somebody is purposely hanging up the phone each time it starts ringing. DOMINOES MANAGER.....whomever is working this night on 10-28-20 needs to be fired from there. Your employees are not only acting unprofessional but don't mind losing money for your store. I work at a 24 hour gas station and we do have to close for a half hour each night to do paperwork. But, if he knew I was locking the doors at any other time, I'd probably get fired.... Apparently they don't want to do their jobs 20 minutes from closing. Not only was I going to order a bunch of food, I literally live just shy of 2 miles from this store, just past Beach and Stanton. I'm guesstimating a delivery driver would only have to had driven about 5 minutes to get to my place........Pure laziness in my opinion on those who are working there this night.

One of the worst Domino's I have encountered. Ordered 2 medium pizzas and was told 1/2 hr. Arrived at the store and our pizzas hadn't even been made yet. When we did receive them I found a hair in the food. I asked the store mgr to redo the order or give me my money back. She refused. I couldn't eat either one dt finding the hair and they barely had toppings on them. When I placed the order the lady was extremely rude and kept asking the same question over and over. I ordered a pizza delivery at this location on Beach street Buena Park. The delivery was not delivered and I was not sent a message as to why not. Apparently the drivers are stealing or keeping the pizzas because when I called to ask where my order was and that it had not been delivered the person said that the driver told them my apartment number was not listed but I’ve ordered at this location several times prior and never had this problem. This is the second time that my pizza has been kept or stolen at this location. I ordered through my dominos account and double checked and seen that my address was clearly documented with the apartment number listed. The thing that irritated me most was the customer service when I called. She was argumentative and said that there was nothing she could do. I paid for the food and it was not delivered. She could have done something more than argue. I would not bother ordering delivery here or in store either swing that they have an associate with a lack of customer service. I’ve completely canceled my account here and have now been with Pizza Hut. They have better prices, better quality, and amazing customer experience. I’ve not had a problem with delivery in years of being with Pizza Hut.

Avoid geraldine at all cost, she's bringing down the morale of the store she does not admit her fault i called and spoke with her both times and she claims I never called
