Great service food was amazing! Staff was even better!

I brought my husband here for his birthday the day after Thanksgiving. They have free valet parking, which was very much appreciated by us. We were greeted by a very friendly staff. There was a coat checker who offered to take our coats for us. It was a very nice surprise. Our waitress Laura was super nice and very helpful and informative about the menu and daily specials. We ordered the Caesar salad, which was big enough for two. The kitchen split the salad onto two plates for us. Their dressing was so delicious that I wish I could buy a bottle for home. My husband ordered the filet medium rare. His steak came out rarer than medium rare. He said he didn't mind because it melted in his mouth, so he had no issues with it. I ordered the ribeye steak. The crust and flavor of this steak were absolutely incredible, and it also melted in my mouth. We ordered the fries as our side, which is more than plenty for two people. Our dinner here was top-notch. I honestly think it's one of the best meals we've had dining out in many of our years together. The restaurant decor has a very elegant touch with just the right amount of lighting. I'm really looking forward to coming back. My only advice to future guests would be to bring cash to tip the valet and the coat checker. We tipped generously because of the convenience that was offered. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this restaurant.

I got the filet, mac n cheese, and mashed potatoes and they were all excellent. We waited at the bad and the bartender Mitchell was great.

My wife and I have been to the BCH a number of times and the food, service and atmosphere has always been 5 star. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And this visit was no different. We decided to celebrate a friends upcoming retirement here and we had a party of 8. When making the reservation, I was taken back when they requested a $60 per person deposit. We usually get a table in the room at the top of the stairs. This time we were escorted to our table in a large room off the dining room at the top of the stairs that we never knew about. Beautiful large room. My wife and I may be back but we won't be having any further large gatherings here due to their deposit requirements.

First-time visit to celebrate a special birthday. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed by the attentive, professional service we received from James, our superb waiter! He made the sumptuous food we ordered taste even better. We are definitely coming back and spreading the word to savor the warm, wonderful food experience.

Great overall experience. The $50 freebie with my friends birthday was the cherry on top. Food was awesome too! I got the lamb chops and lobster Mac & cheese.

First of all let's give 5 stars to Mitchell. This young man must have a PHD in Customer Service. I was a customer on 11/15. I was celebrating my birthday with my Scorpio twin. We were joined by 2 of our other female friends. The service was flawless: from remembering everyone's name at my table plus the surrounding tables, always checking in never having to look for him.He personalized the entire dining experience. Always smiling and laughing along with us. He maintained his level of professionalism, while still being friendly. Ladies and gentlemen the MAESTRO of Customer Service was definitely in the building. Food and cocktails were good. The thicker cut of steak (filet mignon) was a little charred, but the remainder was very well prepared. Service was a little slow, but they accommodated a couple of requests on cocktails, so appreciate the attention to detail.
