I worked with Christy to help plan my wife's suprise 30th birthday party. She was truly amazing and it made everything so much easier on me throughout the whole process. We selected the kingpin package plus an open bar and everything was top notch. Communication was fantastic and everything went as planned. I had people tell me how awesome of a job Christy did all night. She made sure everyone always had a drink and even put our names in for bowling. The service was excellent. She went above and beyond for us and it made the night. My wife was blown away with how everything turned out, which earned me major bonus points for a while. So I can't thank you enough. Definitely reccomend if you are planning a party.

I attended a party this past weekend. The room was beautiful and the service was exceptional. Christy, Kevin and Taylor could not have been better. Fast, friendly and attentive. They kept the party running smoothly the whole night.

The food has always been great here. One of the best sports bars around. Had a private party in the new area. Donna, Liz and Emily were so awesome to work with. Place is huge, service was on point. Can't say enough good things. Used to be buffalo's best kept secret but people know now. It's awesome.

Great place to watch sports. Lots of TVs in all areas. Nice bar area and tables that can be reserved for groups. We watched a bills game here recently and staff was amazing!! Fun night!

Have to admit it's really nice inside Keglers Sports Lounge! It's sleek and modern. The staff were friendly and efficient. We were there for a party and occupied the space adjacent to the updated bowling lanes. The food was pretty good too. We were able to hang out at the bar, bowl and/or watch a variety of sporting events. This is a great place just to go with a small group or even better for a party!

Service was amazing.....my waitress was so nice and friendly. The specialty drinks options were good, but not all the bartenders are trained the same. I ordered three of the same drink throughout the night and each time it tasted different from the last.

Food was decent and bowling lanes are great but bartenders are the most miserable people I've ever seen behind a bar. Went in there on a few occasions and always the same experience with bar staff. I generally don't like to give bad reviews but the female bartender was so rude to everyone that I felt something has to be said. It's pretty bad when others are commenting on having the same rude service as you as you are in there.

There were 10 of us tonight for dinner, so they added gratuity automatically. It showed because our server (while nice) wasn't very attentive. We had to go to the bar to ask for drinks, flag people down for beers, and even had to walk to the bar to get our bill. She never even came over to grab our credit card, and we had to go back to the bar to hand it to her. Again, she knew she had the auto gratuity and it showed in her lousy service. The food was average tonight. But the service was terrible.

The alleys are great. Food is very good…too bad the mouthy rude young man working at the check in and where you pay ruined it.

I visited because of the habitat for humanity brewery tour book and walking in i was shocked at how modern and high end the decor was. the bartenders were not pleased to serve regular bowling patrons pitchers of domestic beer. nor were they helpful to me bellying up to the bar with my coupon in hand. typically i got a pint and a flight to patronize the brewery but this place was so unfriendly it was a one and done - feeding their stereotypes I'm sure. i had to work to get even a drink menu from the staff and then that bartender purposely avoided eye contact, so the bar manager had to come over to serve me a craft beer. she was pushy about ordering food and not interested in serving any customers herself. and the same went for the restaurant patrons who were in fine evening ware and snooty despite the fact its a bowling alley. poorly judged stop on a brewery tour when it has nothing to do with local craft beer on tap. pro: nice renovation and seems like the bowling alley is beating the odds con: judgmental people all around, i wont be returning.

I had order take out for the first day of lent ordered a fish fry which was good but the portion of the sides were a little insulting especially for paying 18 dollars for the meal and a dollar for the box. It’s almost like they are looking to save a buck. I had probably a dozen tator tots and the presentation wasn’t all there. I even gave a courtesy call and left a voicemail and never received a call back. So here I am leaving a review. My coworkers were excited to see what I brought back and when I opened the box that laughed and said I believe you got ripped off. I don’t believe I will go back there unless this is rectified. Which is sad because I only work 3 minutes down the street and I was hoping for a new lunch spot.

Average bar food but friendly service in an establishment that’s understaffed during peak times. The last thing I want to do is wait a long time for service on karaoke night!

Have been there many times before. Staff needs lesson on good customer service as they act like a bunch of Diva’s. We really don’t drink alcohol so our table gets ignored most times. Its like we were a bother. Never again.
