First time here, for dinner. 7 of us. Fairly busy for a Thursday evening. Our server was very sweet, knowledgeable & attentive. I thought prices a little high , the dinners included nothing extra. My fiocchi pasta very good, would have been better with some garnish or a small chef salad. $28 is a lot for pasta. The butternut ravioli also served with nothing else! &27 Next time may try the pizza & wings

The food was very good. My husband had a pork pasta dish, I ordered manicotti, and our adult had an awesome chicken sandwich with fries. We were a bit surprised that a serving of bread is not standard with any pasta dish; it's available as a side you can order. ???? I'm a daughter of Italian immigrants, and bread is served at every meal! The prices were as expected in our current economy. The service was excellent, and I would give our server a 5, but I had rated lower, on the behalf of the attitude of our hostess (older woman; looked like she had been working there for a while). We (3 of us) did not have a reservation. It was Saturday at 4:30. She paused, appeared disturbed, and then responded with 'oh, I have ONE table available.' There were AT LEAST 15-20 empty tables!! We were there for approximately 50/55 minutes, and just two of those tables were becoming occupied during our last 10 minutes there! I felt that was SO RUDE of her. I certainly did NOT feel welcome! We've been welcomed here before, but I'm not sure we'll be back there soon. I just felt so awkward with her. She needs to be retrained!

We went for early dinner. The restaurant is really nice inside. There’s plenty to order off the menu. I have the fettuccine Bolognese. It was wonderful my wife had the rigatoni à la vodka. She enjoyed that as well. The kids had a small margherita pizza they said it was OK but nothing special. Overall the meal was pretty good. Here’s my only problem. We ordered soda for my wife and kids, it came in bottles. For a fine dining location I thought this was very weird. Definitely felt off. With all the food we ordered over $20 you would think you would have soda in a glass. Overall the service was excellent from Donald G. He was pleasant and polite.

Three Words. Spumoni Bomba baby!!! It may be simple but, this dessert pictured absolutely rocks! An Italian speciality spumoni -gelato with hard chocolate coating , a little whip cream, and some chocolate chips in the whip cream is kind of perfect. I really don’t know any other restaurant in western New York that serves spumoni. For what Rocco’s is, they are great. They are a Pizza and Wing place with some tasty Italian food but, not necessarily fine dining even though the price is fine dining pricing. The wine list is above average and every know and then they have some great wine. It’s a very unique place and I’ve never been to another restaurant like it.

Casual cozy place, nice bar, Erica our bartender made great long island iced teas! Had a loaded pizza and their marinated wood-fired wings. We thought it was was very good! Something a little different than our usual traditional pizza & wings.

Chicken marsala needs improvement, did not taste the wine and no sauce on the plate. Chicken had no flavor. Pizza not bad, pretty good for what it is.

Walked in after looking online showing they had reservations available on resy so I didn’t book anything seeing the time we were in the parking lot there were tables but I guess they don’t seat black people here

What a warm welcome! We walked into this pizzeria/Italian restaurant located in a Valu plaza without reservations—clearly a criminal offense. The owner laughed at us (always a great start) and told us there would be absolutely no table available for over two hours. No apology, no courtesy, just amusement at our mistake. Naturally, offering the bar area as an option was far too generous, even though it appeared to be available. A simple “sorry, we’re fully booked” would have sufficed, but instead we got condescension and attitude. If you enjoy being laughed at before dinner, this might be the place for you. We happily dined down the street at Neat!

I ordered extra crispy chicken wings and they were soggy and tasted horrible. I also doubled checked and asked..”you guys can do extra crispy wings right” she goes yes! Not for nothing but spending 60$ on a pizza French fries and wings I expect A lot better also not for nothing but for the prices you could at least make homemade ranch instead of using that hidden valley garbage

Got the 16 inch margherita pie for $31!! What a terrible mistake-no basil-no fresh tomatoes and the worst pizza we ever got and it was cold. Sorry just telling it like it is and was. No more here-No thanks.

The new menu is horrible. We used to come regularly with our family of 4. Came in last night and ordered a pizza- $25 and SHOCKED when it came out it literally looked like a kids pizza. We each took one TINY slice and there were two tiny ones left over. The waitress was very kind and said they could quickly make a second, but $50 for 2 tiny pizzas? Uhhh no. Such a bummer. Waitress was so kind and sweet but we won’t be back unless the menu is brought back.

17 year customer. Never to return. The last 5 visits have been awful. Tonight, the final straw. Our last visit was so awful management paid our check and gave me a $50 GC to come try to give them another chance. I ordered a pizza and wings. I arrived early to a slow night. I gave the GC, the order came out late, burnt, and cold. Seriously, they want to lose customers. I give up. 5 strikes. We are never returning, we didn’t even eat the pizza, the wings were over cooked as well.
