First time at this location, and Kevin‘s customer service was absolutely amazing he 100% made this visit awesome!
I’ve always loved their food but Robert takes the experience to a whole new level. That dude is awesome!! It’s a finely tuned, efficiently run restaurant that serves you well. Autumn is a really sweet gal who works there too, totally adore. The people (like Robert & Autumn) are what makes this restaurant THE BEST!!
What can I say? My loved ones and I typically have a great time when we come here. 🤗 It's a relaxed , back patio grill with friends, or a fun date type of vibe. Prices are good☑️. Food is good☑️. Service is good☑️. Place is clean and doesn't feel cluttered or crowded even during busier hours ☑️. When I have a craving for Fuzzy's I have a craving specifically for what Fuzzy's has to offer. Breakfast items all day is a plus as well. ✔️
Fuzzy's is back on my favorite place for Tacos!!! The egg, potatoes and cheese tacos were Fresh and Hot!! So Yummy, Thank you! And the Oreo Churros were nice and freshly Hot!! Great breakfast this morning! Gratitude!
Fuzzy’s has been my families favorite restaurant to go to for several years now. The breakfast tacos that are served all day are delicious! And my wife and I absolutely love the frozen margaritas!
We always love Fuzzy's; good food, good atmosphere, friendly people. We normally have their awesome tacos 🌮 but this time we tried the enchiladas and they were hot, tasty and more than enough to eat. I had the Fuzzy's rice but I do prefer their lime cilantro rice.
This is probably the best place to go. The staff is super friendly. We told the owner once his toy machine took our dollar and he gave my daughter $3 out of his wallet to play with. Another woman working there gave my. 3 yr old daughter her own Shirley Temple when she over heard her crying about not being able to have some of Mommy's margarita. The food is also excellent. The steak fajita salad is soooo good and I've never had anything I didn't like there.
I attend a weekly get together at Fuzzy's and the food is always hot, fresh, and very tasty. The staff are kind and accommodating. They bring my food to my table and always ask if I need anything. The building has one accessible entrance, the front door. The restroom is also wheelchair friendly. The only draw back is in order to dine on the patio, you have to exit the building and then go in a gate.
Super fast service and excellent food! Super clean tables and condiments at the table were also clean and full. The guy who took our order was amazing! He was super friendly and made me smile... you don't get that anymore these days! Way to go Fuzzy's! Keep up the excellent work! Best Fuzzy's location I've been to so far!
Glad the previous manager is back. He is the goat at service, even remembers my boy's names!! We always walk out so fat n happy. Our favorite is the taco plate with tempura fish tacos. The atmosphere on the porch is always good with a margarita!
Friendly and courteous staff. Food arrived quickly and was delicious! Restaurant was very clean. We celebrated a milestone yesterday, and James surprised us with gifts! We highly recommend Fuzzy's Taco Shop!
I live their Shredded Chicken salad. $8... Giant... Fantastic.
I ordered a Baja fish taco and Margarita shrimp taco. The fish was the size of a fish stick covered in slaw and no cheese was on there. The shrimp had 4 “tiny” non-flavored shrimp covered in slaw. Not what I expected. Very disappointing.
I don’t have any pictures because I ate my food so fast 😩 I went on a Sunday evening and the parking wasn’t that great. I had to go around twice before finding a spot. However, the food is worth the hassle with parking. I ordered the taco combo with shrimp tempura and it was so good. It came with 2 sides so I chose the rice and black beans which was also very good. Everything was fresh, my food came out fast and the customer service was great.
Took the recommendation of the employee and tried the chicken quesadilla, fish taco, and their chips and queso. They were all delicious. The service was friendly and relatively quick. The atmosphere is a bit loud but in a way meant to make the place lively and not unwelcoming.
This review is of my experience on only one particular visit on my first visit to this location. I had pleasant interactions from the get go. I walk up to order my food and I wasn't very clear as to what I wanted. The young lady was very patient with me as I had my 4 year old granddaughter with me. She went over my order with me and got it spot on. The restaurant dining area was clean and I observed an employee picking up a small piece of paper and a separate employee keeping the tables cleared. I've been to several other Fuzzy's locations and the food at this location was consistent with all the other locations I've been to. I had a second interaction with another friendly and patient person behind the register, this time i was only asking for change because my granddaughter wanted to play the claw games that are in the restaurant. My visit was on October 4th, at about 8:00 pm on National Taco Day and this place was ready for any large groups that may have arrived before I was there or after I left. It was not crowded while we were there. My granddaughter and I had a great time, thank you for providing us a great experience.
Went here after getting off work. From beginning to end it was a good experience. We were able to quickly order and receive our food. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout. The elote tacos and side corn were delicious! The atmosphere was great - clean tables and good music low enough to talk.
As always great food, great customer service 10/10 would smash again!
Always love this place, it’s the top under rated place in Burleson. Friendly staff and you can find all kinds of small businesses, businesses cards on the pin up board inside! Thank you for the great food!
Best happy hour hands down. Great customer service and all around my favorite place to dine
Hats off to Fuzzies Taco in Burleson! The food is great and the service is friendly! They were more than happy to accommodate a large group at lunch! You guys rock!
Fuzzy’s absolutely saved my morning! I had ordered 60 breakfast tacos online for a work event, but at 6 AM my order got canceled because my corporate card declined (holiday spending strikes again!). I totally missed the email and showed up thinking everything was ready… nope. No tacos. 😱 The amazing lady at the register told me not to worry, she's got me. She went straight to the kitchen and the three of them whipped up SIXTY tacos in 20 minutes! I brought them to work, and they were a HUGE hit. Everyone loved them! Their kindness, speed, and customer service turned what could have been a disaster into a success. Thank you, Fuzzy’s!!
Really enjoyed my experience here! Jayanna greeted me and was super attentive and helpful throughout my whole time here, she gave great recommendations and had such a great spirit! 10/10 will def be back.
My wife and I had a little date night here and it was such a fun vibe! We loved the food, I got shrimp tacos and she got A chicken Quesadilla! Everything was great! Chad stoped by our table and got us the additional sauces we needed, it was so nice to not have to get up and ask for help. He was very friendly and made this experience even better! If you are around here I’d definitely suggest stopping by!
I just had a flavor fiesta in my mouth and I'm still buzzing from it. First off, the new Carne Campechano Taco and Bowl? Oh. My. Goodness. Prepare your tastebuds for an explosion of deliciousness! The flavors were absolutely explosive – the kind of party in your mouth that makes you want to do a little happy dance right there at the table. Trust me, this is the kind of attention-grabbing goodness that'll have you plotting your return trip before you even finish your last bite. And let's not forget the Tempura Shrimp Salad with Avocado Ranch. Fresh, vibrant, and with the perfect amount of crispy, succulent shrimp. That avocado ranch? Dreamy! It was the ideal light and refreshing counterpoint to the more intense flavors of the Campechano. To wash it all down? A Modelo fully dressed and a Mango Frozen Margarita. The Modelo was ice-cold – exactly what you want on a sunny day. Okay, maybe the pour had a tad more head than I'd prefer, but honestly, it was so tasty I quickly forgave it. And that margarita? Pure perfection! The mango flavor was bright and bold, and the frozen texture was just right. Of course, we started with the classic chips and salsa, and they were spot on – fresh and flavorful, the perfect warm-up act for the main event. Seriously, if you're looking for a place that delivers on fresh ingredients and bold flavors, get yourself to Fuzzy's Taco Shop ASAP. That Carne Campechano is a game-changer, and the whole experience was just fantastic. Go get your fuzzy on! You won't regret it!
We went here after worship shipping God at the wonderful Open Door Church!\n\nThe young lady, Kaitlyn, who took our order at the front register was wonderful! We will be back!!

The best, my tacos were stuffed full on the last trip. I love this place. Good prices, good food. This location is always clean and the service is very friendly. The ONLY reason it's a 4 and not a 5 star is to-go is often a bit messy. When you try to wrap all the tacoy goodness with just paper things don't really hold up well on the drive home all the time. Still just as delicious as long as you don't have anyone at home you're worried about impressing. Do yourself a favor and just eat in. Great drinks, great staff, and great tacos!
The food is yummy. The atmosphere reminds me of Cosumel. The staff is friendly. The beer is always cold. I love it. The diners are always friendly, too. Guess kindness is contagious.
First time at Fuzzy's last week. Experience, service, and food was very good. Was looking for a place to get breakfast tacos, and this place did us well. One star off because some of the patrons were disregarding the face mask policy and often times got too close for comfort at the drink fountain and restrooms, but otherwise seems like Fuzzy's is doing well on their end to uphold safety standards while serving up some delicious food.
Awesome food. The grilled fish and veggie are awesome lighter fare. The dining room is a bit loud. There is no noise suppression. Tip for the owner - carpet on the underside of the tables will muffle a lot of the noise. Also add some soft decorations to the walls. Decorative blankets / towels all add up to a more comfortable atmosphere.
Food was good. Spicy pork tacos weren’t so spicy, but ate’em all gone just fine. No complaints, but a thought. If the kitchen staff are going to wear masks, please tell them to pull them up to cover nose and mouth. A few folks were easy to see with their masks covering only their chin. If you’re not going to use it right, then choose your side and take it off. I can respect that, at least. Enjoyed our visit.
Manager is awesome and friendly. Most of the staff is friendly. The food tasted good, our potatoes were a little bit dried out. My main issue was the prices on menu for the sides are wrong. Typically, an apology or a price correct is wanted but neither was offered, which made it feel like “oh well”. Otherwise, like this place.
The dressing wasn’t dressing to me. I couldn’t pour it onto my salad because it was to thick. I liked the cashier I got on my 1st visit as well as the building itself. I’ve seen many of them but this one is designed so well for the area of BURLESON it’s in.
This place is excellent for a quick dining experience and cold beers. They seem to have a pretty vegan friendly menu and my kids can find things they love. Salsa and guacamole is delicious. Service is always great and they seem very helpful. Sometimes the cooks short the orders a bit resulting in some back and forth trips, but they always make it right.
Great atmosphere. Over the top friendly, accommodating staff. The food is absolutely delicious. Order time to eating time was about 20 minutes during peak dinner rush. I would rate 5 stars if they 1. turned the air up a bit to a comfortable temperature. (the temperature was 85 - 90 degrees inside). 2. Put different channels on the 5 different TVs, and 3. worked on the food prep speed. They also have very limited parking spaces available. had to park a couple blocks away.
The tacos are always good here. If you want to avoid or have a different experience than all the other Tex Mex this is always a family safe bet.

Let's just get this out of the way first... Fuzzy's is a taco shop, and gets that right in spades.

The food was excellent, but I don’t understand why I received such an attitude from the clerk. I wasn’t giving a hard time, just asked if the pico on the side could be replaced with guacamole, and decided against it when I was told the pico is inside the quesadilla. Was asked, “okay, so do you want a quesadilla at all?” It was unnecessarily derisive given my demeanor during the interaction. It’s nothing worth anything more than a point for the future, of course. You never know what others are going through in their lives.
Loud inside. Hard too talk. We moved outside to the nice patio, cool on a cloudy July afternoon. The queso is too runny; they need the queso recipe from the west Arlington location.
Haven’t been to this location in about a year. Surprised to see Fuzzy’s is still affordable so was looking forward to tacos, queso, chips and margaritas. But super annoyed by the behavior of the pretty Hispanic girl behind the serving counter when she rudely told me “you need to go pay for garlic sauce if you want it”. It wasn’t the fact that I had to pay for it, but it was the attitude like I should have known? Anyway, I already had my food so I had to stand in line all over again while people were ordering their food. The sweet girl running the register said it was only .25 each and she couldn’t charge my credit card for less than a dollar. She kindly took it out of her tip money. The whole thing was just ridiculous. By the time I got back to the table my family was almost done eating. The chips were stale too. Overall not my typical experience from Fuzzy’s.
Food was as always fresh and on point atmosphere going to get a 3 because although the food nd drinks are on point yet very hard to eat and drink when its 68* inside not cool at all...
The food is good but the front desk service need to turn down the music and LISTEN to people ordering.
Come here all the time but never had such a terrible experience. The cashier gave me hell for having to modify my order (due to allergies) then turned around and made my drink wrong. Then the kitchen lost literally, and I truly mean this, literally every order that had been made within the last 30 minutes. Every person in the restaurant was trying to figure out why their buzzer hadn't gone off. Complete catastrophe from start to finish. Whoever was working 11/5/18 needs to go through training again.
Food is decent; however, they seriously need to upgrade bathrooms & exhaust fans! Odor was so bad we sat outside! It consistently smells like a big dirty diaper! Finally went back after a year.... nothing has changed.
When I came into this place I first noticed the dim lighting which to me is a tell-tale sign of dark energy forces lurking the premises. I first decided to ignore it since I have heard great things about fuzzy's in general, but as I continued to the service counter in order to purchase my meal the overwhelming sensation of a dark energy presence washed over me and I began to panic. I powered through it for the most part, and finished my transaction with the young lady at the front counter (who by the way had a mild black energy aurora radiating from her, but that's neither here nor there). After I received my food I went to sit down with my wife and this is where the assault by some dark magic entity began to take place. A sense of unbearable anxiety, confusion, and panic washed over me as I completely froze, unable to move. My wife tried to ask me what the matter was, but all I could mutter was "leave now," and we did promptly that. We left without finishing our food (which was mediocre at best) and as soon as we made it out into the parking lot I felt a sense of relief that the survivors of the September 11th terror attacks must have felt the second they were saved. I will never be returning to this fuzzy's or any fuzzy's location in general due to the dark spirits that evidently lurk the property. A forewarning to all, do not come to this location unless you are ready to fight an ancient and evil entity thousands of times wiser and more powerful that any one of us.
Def the worst of Fuzzys…building smells of sewage. The house are limited for a Fuzzys. They close by 10pm most nights and just is not a vibe.
I want to preface that it is very hard for me to give a low rating; but after I ordered, the soda that my wife was wanting was out and was running clear. I let the person in front know and she said it would get taken care of, 10 minutes still clear, once we were done eating after around 30 minutes I finally went up and asked for a refund for the drinks, the same person in front let me know that the manager was busy (they were short staffed, I get that) and would be with me soon. My family goes out to the car and I spend another 30 minutes waiting for the manager. Eventually I notice the soda is working again and just fill up my drinks and leave. I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but this felt like the only way to rant and get it out. It was good food, I’ll come back again, but it’s just left a bad taste in my mouth is all.
So frustrated they updated their pos system a while back. Each time is a crap shoot if you'll actually get what you ordered. O-3 slump at moment but my fault for offering to return. But they do have the tip screen loud and proud as they spew some non sense not documented on the ticket. Like it's up to me to make it a quality visit.
We have ordered the family meal that is supposed to feed 6-8 people twice now and the first time we thought it was a mistake but it has now happened twice so I guess this is all the meal comes with but we have only received 10 taco shells/tortillas both times. How is it supposed to feed 6-8 people and everybody can only have 1 taco except for 2 people?
Went in for my wife 40th birthday dinner and after our order being skipped over 8 times we asked what was taking so long, the manager asked the cook (in Spanish perhaps thinking I don't speak Spanish) and he said it hadn't even been started. Asked to cancel the order and the manager refused saying it was coming right up fresh and hot they were just waiting on a couple tacos. Then it wasn't even complete. So be sure you get what you paid for. What we got tasted okay, but nothing special. Pricing was good for portion size. Parking was not limited, but cramped and tight spots. Staff was friendly and welcoming and as a whole it seemed to be very clean and a lively atmosphere.
Our brisket nachos were sparse and not a lot of cheese sauce and just a dash of feta. I was honesty upset but my grandkids didn’t want me to complain so I didn’t. The side of beans bought with a kids quesadilla was sparse with filling, almost flat and the side of beans were only 1/2 full and very little cheese. Felt ripped off.
Portions have gotten smaller, the tacos look like street tacos.Last few times I went was disappointing, if you want fuzzies, go to berry street TCU

Went Tuesday and ordered chicken tacos and pork tacos all four tacos had less than a tsp of meat and no tomatoes? Since when do the tacos not have tomatoes?? Order the kid's chicken strip meal …
Horrible customer service from the cashier. Hates her job for sure(Glasses with braids)Seemed annoyed because we were reviewing the menu and attempted to smile and say hello to her but rolled her eyes. When taking my order she spoke so fast and rushed. I asked her kindly to speak louder and she said it yelling at me and fast. Please talk to this employee this is the first impression we get from you guys??? Either way, to make it worse the food was terrible. Order the steak taco and the shrimp breakfast tacos. The steak is boiled and one shrimp for a taco.
Was looking so forward to going to fuzzy’s. This store was filthy, the brisket was so bad I couldn’t eat it. We left all our dinner. My friend couldn’t even drink the margarita it was so bad. I’ve never seen him not drink a cocktail of any kind so tells me it was awful . The staff, a young man checked us out and ask for a tip when all he did was ring it up. I couldn’t get my order out of m mouth because of his constant interruptions, very rude. I ask an older young man where the forks were , he started acting mentally I’ll. Swinging around and shaking his arm at them without speaking a word. I suppose to make me feel stupid because I couldn’t find them. The employees were all unkept and dirty looking. I’ll never go back that’s for sure. But improvements are badly needed or y’all will go out of business!
Hopefully the issue is because I ordered through door dash. I wouldn’t order again, I ordered the steak bowl and a shredded chicken bowl. I literally had 4 pieces of steak and both bowls had very undercooked hard rice. Rice was so hard you couldn’t enjoy the meal, but we both received lots of lettuce
Food has gone down hill, this time it was way to salty the hamburger meat had a lot of taco meat seasoning in it to the point it was mush. I ordered nachos they were ok but why feta cheese on nachos in what culture is this normal? Just keep it simple damn and save you some money on prep.
Wow. This place really needs a very good and thorough cleaning, repainting. Everything was very dirty .. the drink stating, the bathrooms, the floor inside, the wait station s, the floor outside and outer wait station. I do not like to give poor reviews but I have to say ... This place has much room to improve and offer more to the community. There are very nice and pleasant people working here. The food was not what I had hoped but was still filling, served promptly, and the right temperature. May the Lord bless all who are working here and Grant you your prayers. ✝️Peace in Christ
Edit: after receiving increasingly bad service over the past year, I must change my original five star review to ONE star. James is no longer there. Amelia is gone too. The service has gone way downhill. The prices have increased, yet the portions are much smaller. The last time I was in there (just a few weeks ago), my $9+ nachos consisted of a handful of chips, a dollop of ground beef, and a little feta sprinkled on top. When I commented, the manager (a girl I’d never seen before) only stated “we measure everything out”. When I asked for extra lettuce and tomato on the side, it was put in small condiment-sized portion cups, as opposed to the generous-sized bowls they used before. When I got home, I found that the nacho cheese was only filled halfway. After 10+ years of giving them business, I have no desire to ever eat there again. Original review: I used to go to Fastaco for my nachos...until I discovered Fuzzy's. I get way more food for a lot less money (Fastaco's prices are ridiculous!). If I have any complaints (which is usually only for not enough lettuce or tomatoes), the manager James makes it right. And with a smile! He now greets me by name, and makes sure that my nachos are made exactly the way I like them...the first time! They have my business anytime I'm craving Mexican fast food!!
Ordered door dash and food arrived ice cold and wasn’t edible. If you guys are going to work with delivery services you need to put in some effort to try and figure out how to at least pack it to stay warm if nothing else. This was absolute garbage and if you’re trusting a delivery service to carry your brand then that falls back on you which is why you’re getting this review.
Well, the girl at the register seemed annoyed that we hadn't memorized the menu and was short and impatient. We had the vegetarian enchilada covered in what tasted like canned chili. Seemed like the food tastes canned mostly. My daughter had two tacos and said they were good. Wonder how, why she got ranch dressing below her meal.
You just LOST regular customers. We ordered margaritas with our meals. We went to order more margaritas and were told there is no bar line. Gotta get back in food line to order. Ok let my food get cold waiting NO THANKS! We were gonna stay and have multiple drinks. Nope not ever again. You turned away us and another guy wanting alcohol refills.
I used to like coming to this location, but it seems over the last two years, the food quality has largely tanked on a lot of their items. Service is nice, but that's to be expected, as is food that isn't gross and inedible rejects. When you use points for a free taco plate and still feel ripped off, that's pretty bad. There's just no sort of real value with any of their meals here.
Love the location, love the food BUT, The husky young man at the register today 6/13/24 could use a massive attitude adjustment! Beyond rude to one of the delivery drivers picking up food and a total buzzkill! It’s not that hard to put a smile on your face even it is fake!
Ordered to go. When I showed up, no one was watching the counter. I stood around while employees ignored that I was waiting. Finally someone helped, and I got my to go order. I drove home about 10 minutes. The food was cold and soggy. It was, without a doubt, the worst meal I've had since moving to the area in March. Absolutely will not go back and would recommend against the place.
Grossest thing I can imagine. Ordered chicken quesadillas with a side of sour cream and sliced avocados. Got this mush, brown avocado inside the chicken quesadilla, just fell apart if you tried to pick it up if you could get past the unappetizing mush. Will never order from here again. But, I just had this same order from a Fuzzy’s in Irving and it was great. Yuck brown avocado.
Food is gross. Tastes fake. Rice is hard and not cooked.... Taco meat has the same texture as refried beans which have no taste... chips are hard and all broke up was sent bottom of a bag. Gross. My wife makes better food than this on a regular basis will never venture elsewhere again. 6-13-22
I ordered the nachos and they put the queso on the side but added all other toppings... makes no sense. The lady that answered when I call was rude and was not concerned that my food was soggy. Usually, when I get the nachos to go EVERYTHING is on the side. I paid too much money to not enjoy my food.
Absolutely not. I ordered through doordash today for lunch. Spent quite a bit of money for a brisket burrito bowl as well as other items for my family. Whoever put the bowl together filled it 1/4 of the way with the rest of the bowl empty. It's called a BRISKET burrito bowl yet there was hardly any brisket with a pinch of lettuce, cheese at the very bottom, maybe a tablespoon of cilantro rice, and tons upon tons of jalapeños (nearly whole jalapeños). Don't even get me started on the massive amount of liquid that was at the bottom of my bowl as well from what? I have no clue. Then the bag everything came in they literally just threw it in the bag so the ranch cups, salsa cups, and the jalapeño cups were all open instead of the lids being closed on them. They also didn't include my daughters little churro bites in her meal when it's supposed to be included in the price as well as little to no cheese on my boyfriend's nachos. Something that's smothered in cheese didn't have cheese and a complete mess. Make it make sense. Fuzzys used to be the best place to eat quality and quantity wise. Great food, great atmosphere, the servers at the time were amazing, and the food was inexpensive. Now it's the other way around and not worth spending your money at. You can't even walk in there without overhearing the employees complaining and crying about their lives and treat you like you're ruining their day because you came into eat. At the restaurant they work at. Total BS. Doordash is not to blame for any of this especially when the bags are packed, sealed, and ready to go for the driver to pick up. Sad to see this place ran into the ground the way it has been in the last 6 years.
Food was cold, as in the meat felt partially frozen, and margaritas were tasteless. We’ve given them so many tries and this is by far the worst fuzzys. It’s always dirty and smells weird.
I always order the brisket nachos because of the size portions! Always had to share but today and the last time I went there was barely any chips or brisket. Honestly disappointed with this Fuzzy’s location. As you can see in the picture provided..couldn’t even share with my husband because how little the portion was.
The experience just keeps worse by the week… I remember when my bag of chips would come full now I get half a bag half ass seasoned… Remember when my nachos actually came loaded now it looks like a high school cafeteria food you get what you get… You’re doing a great job losing me as a customer when I’ve always order from you guys for years… Do better…
Yea it's a no for me! First and last visit. The food lacked taste. The sauce on table had watery BBQ sauce texture....didn't see nor offered any salsa. The crispy taco was soggy on the bottom and filled with more lettus then meat. Hubby had Queso dip with beef and chips as you see they just tossed it on top.The queso lacked everything no flavor at all. Best thing out of this meal was the margarita.
If you order delivery beware, they have door dash deliver your order. If it’s late or cold Fuzzy’s will not help you. My order arrived 40 minutes after it was picked up, 15 minutes late, cold and my burrito bowl was turned on the side. I live 10 minutes away from this business. No excuse for this poor service from Fuzzy’s. Lost my business. When the driver arrived with my order I asked her if it was still hot and she said she didn’t have her AC on, but I could hear her condenser running and there was water on my driveway when she pulled away. Door Dash lost my business a while ago due to inaccurate deliveries, missing items and their unwillingness to provide any kind of customer service.
