They incorrectly processed my order. I communicated with them over the phone in a calm and composed manner, yet they abruptly ended the call. Considering the outlay of money, gas, and time to collect the pizza, the least they could do is refund me for that one pizza.

Could have done better. Food was not hot and 1/2 the order of wings included 7 tiny wings. See photos

Very disappointed in the wings. I ordered two orders. The wings were so small it was only 6 oz and the other order was less than 6oz. Will not buy the wings again. Pizza was great as always. Italian cheese bread was just ok.

Won’t give this place anymore chances! They don’t give a fudge about their customers I guess… anyways I ordered the half jalapeño cheese sticks and half pepperoni pizza. Only reason I got this was cuz after seeing the burned cheese edges instead of regular crust, I had to have it! Boy was I disappointed! lol not a bit of burned cheese crust… none! It did taste good though, I’ll give ya that!

I should’ve read the reviews before buying a pizza here ughhhh Disgusting tasteless pizza. No sauce and the veggie has uncook d ingredients topped :/ I can’t believe I biked for 5 miles to bring back this dumpster pizza. Caesars pizza, pay your employee more so they’ll actually make decent food.

This review comes down to this location alone. I've had great experiences at other little caesars locations. Point blank comes down to Management. Ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni". Is it too much to ask for what is advertised? Apparently so. I was told that the toppings are measured in cups but not really sure the size of cups that are used. This isn't the first time that this has happened at this location. Check out the pictures to see what's wrong. By the way this was after I asked if they could remake it.

I wish I took more photos. I was late out from work and my bf already order the pizza and I saw it in there. When I arrived I was about to go in it was 9:56 I think around there and they locked the door I saw the pizzas. So I went my car I regret not taking a picture of all of the staff looking at me around three guys and two wamen one with glasses and short hair another one a Hispanic lady looking at me with mean face as well as everyone. ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PICK IT UP AND PAY IT WAS ALREADY ORDER. I used to work at a restaurant even after closing we waited for the person because the restaurant needs the money right. I left not peacefully of course I honked that’s all. I’m still mad for that . They were like little kids.

People are deaf here, I ordered a supreme and I get a 3 meat lol... It was a woman who answered and she didn't even say her name so I advise you if you call and she answers, make sure you re check your order!

Both oh these pizzas are inedible. No cheese on them and they are burnt to a crisp. No telling how long they had been in the warmer

The pizza was raw and I called them and they said that they could only replace it if it wasn’t touched but we ate the toppings off of one piece so they wouldn’t remedy it. So I’m going to report them to the health department

Little Caesars advertises, hot and ready but those rules don't apply to the manager here. Don't waste your time. This location could care less if money walks out the door or not. Or if you have to wait 15 minutes for something at 12:15 p.m. in the afternoon should be prepared ready for people on the run which it won't be. Take your money elsewhere. This location doesn't give a damn.

First- tried to place a order online...wanted the fantastic 4. 6 times, the order would not go thru. Kept getting a OOPS response. Then called- was told they were having problems with the app. Said I would like fantastic 4 pizza with no Jalapenos. Was told they they weren't honoring the app price. Fine. Then was told they didn't have that pizza at that store. Fine. I said I would take a Detroit style square pizza. Half pepperoni/ mushroom and half sausage/onion and breadsticks. Was given my cost. We live in Joshua, so I fought my way down Wilshire around 530. Made it to the store....stood there waiting. The guy boxing pizzas, looked at me. He said nothing to me or tell a co-worker someone waiting. I had to go around the side to try and get the attention of someone. Both had the backs to the counter leaning against the table visiting with each other. Finally got their attention. Spoke with about the problems....she said sorry. Not explanation. I get home open the pizza box.....it's a round pizza. With an inch of crust exposed. Under cooked and dough.

*Finally got refunded today 3/10/26.* Never ordering delivery from here again. I ordered delivery and ended up needing to cancel the order. I cancelled the day before the delivery order so no pizza was made, no one wasted gas driving anywhere. This was in December. I've called several times and they keep telling me it's going to be refunded but it's up to the higher ups and nothing they can do but pass a message along. It's been THREE months and I've not been refunded. I called Thursday and was told for sure I would get refunded no more than one business day. Today's Monday after 7pm so two full business days and nothing. A refund shouldn't take this long.

Placed an order through the app and arrived 5 minutes after the order was ready. When arriving to the store the rude employee told me that the pizza was given away which never should have happened because they have a pizza portal but I guess it was never in there. So then I had to wait another 15-20 minutes to the workers to make a new one. During this time I saw the worker eating at the counter while customers were In the store and the worker in the back was on his phone while watching headphones. This business needs to get it together or the workers have a little care in the world about the service they are giving
