I went to eat with my family and they had amazing customer service. They had this cashier name Ashley and she was amazing

Food is very delicious! Love the Spanish music they play. Hilda has been super nice the times I have came. Absolutely love eating here. Their horchata is pretty good for it being kind of like a fast food restaurant. The Horchata is better than most Mexican restaurants I have eaten at.

Absolutely tremendous, at a fantastic price. I actually feel cheated I haven't been eating here all these years, their tacos pastor are absolutely insanely good. If you're looking for delicious mexican food at a great price, definitely check them out. No reason to ever eat taco bell or taco bueno again.

Food is excellent, extremely tasty. If you order the whole chicken be prepared to get messy but that's why it's so yummy (very moist, never dry) The salsa bar offers a variety and is great (the pickled onions are so good).

Very helpful cashier name Sergio was very thorough not only read my order back to me at the speaker but went over my order when I got to the window. He then showed me that all of my order was in the bag. He really went out of his way to make sure that all of my food was there. Very appreciative for people who are good at their jobs.

Jezus Morningstar Ahhhmoon. This place makes the best reggio bowl. Put all the spicy things on the side, Verde sauce pico de gallo guacamole sour cream, large drinks and abundance in your serving. Amazingly kind staff. Made when you ordered it. So of course you're going to scald your tongue, worth it! An absolute must in Burleson!

The chicken tacos are really good and it's not greasy. I really enjoy that there's unlimited salsa and chips. Parking is super easy and there's a drive thru. The salsas are super good and the habanero salsa is actually spicy. Chips are always fresh. The bathrooms are very clean and the whole place is kept up very well. The employees are sweet and detailed. Would definitely go again and is a place worth checking out.

Chicken was cooked and good but the star of the show was the rice and beans. So good and tasty. Only negative I could say is that we did not get limes but that's minor. If you have never eaten Pollo Regio you must not be a working man. It's good filling Tex Mex fast food. I always get half a chicken combo and I'm good to go for the rest of the day.

I've been here a few times already and the food was good every time. Sometimes service is slow especially with the drive thru but if the food is good I don't have any complaints.

The chicken flutas weren’t that bad. I’ve always gotten the half chicken. But that day I decided to get something different.

Cashier Henry was not friendly or courteous. It almost seemed that we were a bother. Otherwise the food was good although a little deceiving compared to the pic on the app.

This place is pretty good. I guess you would call it Mexican Fast Food. But more authentic than Taco Bell, and much better tasting. I ordered the Babacoa Burrito with rice and refried beans. It was pretty good. Also the food came pretty fast as well. The menu is pretty straight forward. There wasn't a lot of people here because it was after 9 when we got there. The place closes at 10 pm. I'd recommend this place for a quick meal. There is better Mexican food to be had, but at this price point, you really can't beat it.

The food was good but a little pricey for what it is. Nachos were great. The service was as bad as some other reviewers mentioned. They seemed annoyed that we were there to get food. Every interaction felt unwelcoming. As an example, when we were handed our food, the guy just closed the door without responding when my wife thanked him. Not super rude, just enough to know that they preferred that you didn't visit and order food so they could keep scrolling Tiktok or something. Multiply that by several more interactions and you see what I mean. Overall, I might come back at some point to give them another shot but I definitely won't be recommending the place to my friends.

You know, we like the food here. Usually pretty good. The wait time is always forever and it seems y’all are always understaffed, but tha aside we still went because the food was great. Today we picked up our food and I got my usual flautas that came in a plastic box and with everything on the side to avoid the soggy mess, well not anymore!! Everything came on top packed into a tiny paper box and the flautas were soggy and all steamed.. I do not like this new packaging, I get trying to not use plastic but atleast put the stuff on the side still, especially for to go orders! By the time you get home it’s all sogged up. So bummed:(

Chicken taste good even French fries. But customer service wasn't that good. It takes forever for chicken to get cooked. I waited almost 20 minutes.

I ordered food online for curbside pick up, for the platter and requested 2 medium rices. When I picked it up and got all the way home they have forgotten to provide the side rices. I called and the manager stated that they would provide the rices and the platter meal. We drove all the way back to the restaurant, and for some reason when the manager saw me from the back of the kitchen, she told the staff member to only provide me the rices and went back on what she stated.

As a chef (not to be pretentious, we basically cook for a living) I can tell these cooks dgaf. They probably don’t get paid well or something, unfortunately. We ordered from doordash, so we couldn’t ask about the mistakes. We haven’t eaten at Regio Pollo in a few years, and the food quality and the accuracy of the order was atrocious. We only treat ourselves to take out maybe twice a year, and now we have regrets. We should have cooked at home.

Chicken Flautas yes! they were upside down and messy and missing the guacamole, but the flautas were good. Loaded Fries yes! order was hella messy and only about half right, but there were parts that were really good. if I was eating there i would have requested a new order. ordering at home I don't have that choice. maybe this just isn't a take out place. oh, and do not pay for the mexican coke. it's not Mexican but it IS full of corn syrup. ripoff and false advertising. The quality of the food served is not under scrutiny as it is widely known to be satisfactory. However, it is imperative to draw attention to the subpar service I received. Upon approaching the counter, the attendant failed to acknowledge my presence for an extended period of five minutes. The attendant only acknowledged my presence after that time had elapsed. Additionally, my order was deficient as it was missing some items upon delivery.

Bad customer service. Took $175 from me and told me to pull up. Still sitting here 30 minutes later waiting. Walked In 10 minutes again and asked, they said they were packing it up and needed 5 minutes. You should ask someone if they mind waiting 30 minutes before you take their money. I had this same order a few weeks ago and they handed it to me in the drive through in 5 minutes total. Very rude lady working the drive thru.

There were bugs in the bathroom. The floors were slippery, and the tables were sticky. There was a white chunk that looked like skin in the beans. When I asked about it a female employee quickly took it and threw it away. Then I was told that it was pig skin. The young man at the register was very kind and did the best he could to translate for the manager and take care of the situation.

Avoid this place at all cost! I placed an order online 2 hours ahead and paid for it. When my Mom went to pick it up they said they didn't have it and made her pay again. When I called they would not refund my money I paid online they said to do it online. There's was not option to ask for a refund online. They apparently just steal your money! I will never return! I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. I will still not be back to this particular restaurant but the corporate office is excellent at dealing with their customers. Hopefully they can train the workers and management at this location to be better. They gave me my refund! Thank you!

I’m not sure if customer service is a priority at this location but it was clear that it is not implemented. I received the rudest response today while trying to place a drive thru order. The meat I had requested was not available per the gentleman taking the order. I had to call my spouse to ask what preference was due to this. I had person to give me a minute. He was completely impatient. He sighed. His tone and attitude while asking again what type of meat. I told him I was trying to find out and he proceeded to say horrible things and had the worst attitude. I said cancel and as I was driving off he callled me an explicit word. I am not the type of person to ever be rude and have high respect for people on the service industry. This by far was the worst customer service experience I have ever had and was uncalled for.

I wanted to leave a review because I was so disappointed today with the service I received. I always come to this Pollo Regio and service has always been good, but today my experience was horrible. I went today in the morning and I ordered my usual, a burrito with a side of rice. My order is usually out in like 10 minutes, and the location is always well staffed. However today in the morning there were like 2 people working and it took 25 minutes for my burrito to come out!!! I am not sure why this happened but I do not recommend people to go in the morning for lunch etc because it will take your food way to long to come out!

Ordered on here on uber eats. Ordered extra salsa and whichever ignorant employee made my order didnt put any salsa in the bag and i was really looking forward to it. I ordered from here specifically because i love the salsa here and was craving that and chicken. I threw the whole bag away due to the high disappointment. It took about 10 minutes at the speaker to get my order because the girl there could not hear or understand anything I said. Got to the window and got my receipt when I noticed half my order wasn’t taken. I asked to order the rest of it and still she couldn’t understand what I wanted even though it was a simple order of tacos. I decided to just leave after the third try. There was a sticker on the window asking for a google review and so that’s what I’m doing.

Pretty good food but the music was loud and not appropriate for a family environment. It was in Spanish with vwry sexual content and explicit words. One of the songs was saying "le dio la bellaquera" which means she got horny.

But most workers only speak to customers in bad English that can’t understand 90% so speak in Spanish. Then today she was slow to comprehend she needed to scan my Pollio Regio rewards app bar code. I had to explain 4 times what it was for. She had to get help doing it. Never apologizing for long wait. I kept saying forget it and I just want to pay since had my one salsa verde in hand the whole time. Once they guess figured it out (rewards scan) she still stayed on her phone a couple of minutes (I thought she forgot about me at drive up window) BUT comes back and says nothing but shows me a QR code on her phone. I had to ask what for then assumed said for me to scan. So I confused and did it to pull up Pollio Regio restaurant. So had to ask again what for and heard her say leave us a review. Big Mistake lady! I will write a this review. Tired of the same bad service. Rare to get someone that speaks decent English and is prompt and courteous to customers. Food is Great though! Service is “no bueno”.

10/14/24 my husband was in Burleson on his way home from work and we had company for dinner so this was a great option. We order Pollo Regio often but from the Gran Plaza location. Order was placed at the drive thru and we only needed 2 whole chickens not the sides but it was advised it was cheaper to order two with sides so that’s what he did. 2 whole chickens, rice, beans, salsa. He arrived home 30 mins later. No sides. Seriously? But okay, that’s not even half the issue since we were originally planning to make rice but halted on the beans since we knew we would be getting some. After serving 4 kiddos the adults sat down to eat and we realized 2 of the adult pieces were not fully cooked. One of my nephews then came over to say he ate most of his chicken but it tasted weird. We realized that his piece was NOT COOKED AND BLOOD OOZING FROM IT. Called the store and advised ir could be looked at if we could take it over. We are 30 mins away and company over for dinner. Was left on hold after asking how we can handle. Pointed out at that time that we didn’t receive the sides either. 2 of us ended up sick with stomach issues/vomiting later that night into the morning. Do not recommend

I came here last Sunday and unfortunately the service was horrible. It took about 10 minutes just to place my order and another 10 minutes to be charged. After that, we waited around 30 minutes for our food. When I finally got up to ask how much longer it would be, I was told it would be another 20 minutes. What was frustrating is that another woman who ordered the exact same thing received her food before us simply because her order was to-go, while we were dining in. After already waiting over 30 minutes and being told it would be another 20, I asked for a refund. The staff handled it in a very petty manner and didn’t even apologize for the long wait. I decided to come back today to give this place another chance, but the experience was just as disappointing. The worker who took our order had a bad attitude and seemed completely uninterested. There was no engagement at all while we were ordering. When we asked for plates, she only brought one. As I was asking again for plates when she brought the food, she walked away. When I went up to ask for them, she gave me an annoyed look. Overall, the service has been consistently terrible. The staff seem more focused on talking among themselves than attending to customers. I really wanted to like this place, but the lack of basic customer service and courtesy makes it hard to return.

Guy taking my order looked high . He was having troubling taking my order. Then to top it off I ordered two tacos on the side and when I received my order it came with no onions or cilantro and the guy said I had to pay extra for onion and cilantro. The guy also doesn’t even know what being made . My wife asked him what an item was and he just laughed and said “I don’t know “ paused for a minute like he was thinking then went to go get help. They didn't give me the red sauce I asked for when you get home savoring your food is because you imagine it as it is they always deliver it and whenever I order at this time I'm missing something! I'm very angry and hungry 😒

Pictures below are of two of the same salads && different location. The first pic is the Pollo Regio in Arlington is was amazing ! The second pic is in Burleson. It had little to no chips, no bacon, no tomatoe , about 10 pinto beans, the tiniest bit of guacamole , hardly any lettuce && the chicken was dry and had no flavor. SMH never coming here again. You can’t clearly see what salad is more appetizing. Spent about $66 dollars for a dry torta , 4 tacos , fries and salad. Never again.
