Excellent Mexican cuisine at a budget-friendly price. This is one of our favorite places to eat! The staff are so friendly and helpful, it's always a real treat when we go there.

A group of us went in for a bite before the No Kings march which was next door. They were so good to us. They sent out water and even some food items to participants in the march. Yea, Rosa’s!! You have my business and many others.

It's fast food with a restaurant kind of feel. If you like fresh tortillas, this is the place to be. They make them all day fresh and fluffy. They have special deals for Taco Tuesday And that's the only day you can expect long lines.

Amazing place. Very clean, prompt and courteous service, and really good food. I had the beef fajita salad and usually, at other places, they give you a lot of salad with very little meat, but this place, the salad had a healthy portion of beef fajita meat, which was great. I also loved the different types of salsas, and I must say that the sopapillas were a good choice to finish out the meal.

This is our new favorite mexican food resteraunt. Service was super fast, almost like fast food, but the quality of the food was legitimate. The tortillas were probably the best I've ever had. The fajita meat was amazing, along with everything else. We highly recommend this place for a quick bite to eat or even a sit-down lunch or dinner.

My kids love this place. I go in to eat just me and my 3 kids and no one seems to bat an eye that my kids are, well you know, kids. They don't misbehave but they don't always sit still. The food is amazing. I've never seen my kids enjoy food as much as they enjoy Rosa's!!!!

Omg fastest most reasonable Mexican drive through food ever! I love Rosa's because it's delicious! Their fajita meat is high quality. I'd put it right beside any dine in TexMex place. I've never once gotten an order there it was missing items. They are spot on when it comes to filling their orders. There's salsa is not the greatest um, so salsa. There is like a restaurant style, but it's not bad. You know, it's not runny or watery. Type stuff that you get in some of these restaurants, they try to call it salsa. But it's not, and you can't fool us, we're Texans, we know salsa!

Got the huevos plate. The eggs had just enough spice to let you know they where spicy, regular beans but where good and regular potatoes. For less price less than $8 with a drink. I will definitely be back.

Rosa’s has very consistent food. Each time I have been there service and staff have been great. The fajitas, tortillas and cake are good. They get really busy, but have efficient service and keep things moving. I’ve seen the drive thru line run into the street on more than one occasion.

I love Rosa's. They are definitely overpriced for the portion, though. It also never fails that they manage to forget something in my bag. But I do love their food, and most of the time, their customer service is on point.

Food is pretty good overall, closer to restaurant quality vs fast food quality. Food is served very quickly though so you can get in and out pretty easily on a busy day or a work lunch. Food costs close to restaurant prices but it's worth it overall and you don't have to worry about an extra tip like you would at a sit down restaurant.

Our first time here. We are here from Florida visiting family. It was ok. Confusing at first when you walk in as there is a big fake plant in the middle of where the line begins. I ordered a cheese enchilada cheese was hard, the corona was good and the tortillas obviously were the best. We brought home the left over shells and made breakfast tacos

Rosa's in my town is always reliable for consistency... good quality, fair price, fair quantity. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND STAFF. I would give 5 stars but it needs a deep cleaning. We eat there about once a month for the last 12 year's and everything always feels tacky / sticky to the touch... maybe it's the cleaner they spray? It's always clean as far as overall appearance... it just bothers me to pull out the chair and have that sticky feeling. The employees at mine are awesome so it's worth continuing my patronage. It's probably just me being weird. Taco Tuesday!!!

Great fresh Mexican food with tortillas made right at the restaurant. The managers and crew were friendly, and the place is very comfortable with a huge area. Nom Nom. Tortillas are top notch. Their grilled chicken is served up in large portions, marinated, tender and full of flavor. This was their grilled chicken salad.

The food is fair for a fast food type of service, but it's expensive. In my opinion, it's not worth the cost. The food isn't consistent. Sometimes the rice will have a decent flavor, but at other times, it may not have any flavor at all. Sometimes the tamales will be spicy and hot, but other times, it is more tame (which is my preference). The only times that we eat there is when our daughter-in-law is with us, because she likes it. Otherwise, we wouldn't waste our money.

Always a decent place for fast cheap Mexican food. What we like best is there salsa bar. Getting a nacho salad is a great option for your money and the use of salsa bar. Margaritas are cheap and decent. The tortillas with honey are the best fresh and hot. It is not your top of the line food, but offers more than a Taco Bueno.

Amazing food. The staff are always friendly, the restaurant itself has always been clean when I have visited, and the decor and atmosphere is excellent. A touch pricey but well worth what you pay. Would recommend!

We went for Sunday lunch today, Christmas Eve 2023. The young man checking us in was happy to get us a sliced avocado for our granddaughter. As he was about to hand it to us, a manager took it from him and threw it away. When I asked her she said it is company policy not to sell avocado only guacamole. Guacamole is too spicy for our granddaughter, she loves avocado. I guess the customer is not always right.

I normally enjoy the food here. I ordered dinner tonight for my wife and daughter. 1 kids meal, and 1 regular taco plate. I also got large chips and queso. And my daughter wanted a little side of guacamole. I order a small side of guacamole. They charged me almost $30 I felt that was a bit high. And the small guacamole was $4 + the food is not as good as they charge honestly.

Rosa’s Cafe today, January 11, 2025 at 1:26 p.m. went through the drive-through Order the beef fajita Fiesta meal and the chicken fajita nachos. and a chocolate cake and a dozen of chicken tamales and I did not get my chicken fajita nachos. It was left out of my order. coldest store apparently they’re so busy. They did not answer the phone and I left a message and they have not called me yet. about six months ago I ordered the same thing and the tortillas was left out of my order. 😔 I don’t think that I have to sit there and check my whole entire order. They should have someone who works in quality control checking every single order.

We are frequent customers if Rosa's, but they do not always fill the order correctly. This time I ordered the taco salad with chicken. They left the chicken off. It just gets frustrating to never know what is going to be missed with each order.

Went there for lunch, food came out quickly. It was decent. A bit bland and could have used much more flavor, I had the sour cream chicken enchiladas. A quick and easy lunch wasn't overpriced but wasn't a great deal either.

We go to Rosa's Cafe often, it's one of our favorite places. But the quality of food is going down hill...cold food and stale taco shells.

Food was fair. Seemed like low quality Mexican food. Honestly I prefer Taco Casa. Inside was nice. Self serve drink station was good.

The last two times at the drive thru we were met by a not so friendly staff at the window, seems like there’s always silverware or another item not included in the order. The girl was not very cordial and always questioned us if we request an extra item. Seems like management would put someone with a friendly personality at the window and not someone who acts like she doesn’t want to be there and unfriendly to dedicated customers. I had previously given a great review for Rosa's outstanding, consistent service. However, I must edit this review since I have seen a very sharp decline in service lately. I also have some advice for anyone reading: check your bag before you leave! Nothing is worse than fighting your way down Wilshire to arrive home to a hungry family and discover that you do not have taco shells. There was no apology, and it seemed like they believed it was our fault for not noticing. Is that the customer's responsibility? I guess. I am so thrilled at all of the new restaurants coming to the Burleson area, but I am disappointed that we can't rely on the ones we already have.

For fast food, this isn't bad........doesn't knock your socks off, but it does the job. Love their tea! Overall poor service consistently.

Pre ordered and paid for 2 dozen tamales two days in advance. On arrival 4 hours before closing,told they were out,to return in 2 hours. At 6pm still no tamales,and not making any more. Although this was Christmas Eve, we ordered days before. This also happened last year. Won't happen next year.

We spent $250 on catering for a Christmas party. Will never do that again. We arrived in town early(We don't live here but the party was in Cleburne and this was on the way) so we stopped in so I could pay for the food and wait for it to be made. We were maybe 20 minutes or so early. It took them forever to find the catering sheet with the order then they rushed to literally throw it together. The enchiladas weren't even fully rolled so everything was spilling everywhere and the it was pointless to even have the dividers in the trays because everything was all mixed together anyways just from them throwing it in there. We were screwed out of portions of the taco meat and the queso. We also ordered extra rice because that's everyone's favorite. We noticed they didn't give us all of them and had to ask them for it. I showed my receipt to show how much we bought and it wasn't enough. But we did end up getting it. Just 100% not worth the money we paid. We paid for extra food to insure there would be enough only for us to be screwed out of it and us not have enough.

Good food BUT, they have recently cut back tremendously. Barely 3 pieces of meat with a smudge of guacamole. Always had been a favorite place till now.

I was here on 1/8/24 with a couple family members It was 40° out with rain/sleet blowing in and they had the a/c on, blowing cold enough that my food was legitimately cold before I was done eating. The pickup counter was filthy, the counter under the drink despensers was sticky and disgusting. We notified a staff member of the sticky counter at the beginning of our meal, 45 min later no one had cleaned it. The floor was dirty, both with loose trash and spilled/dried messes. The cashiers were uninformed, didn't speak up and were all around unwelcoming. I understand this is 'just' Rosa's, I don't expect a fine dining experience by any means but I've had better, more friendly customer service at McDonald's and rarely see facilities this dirty. The food was decent, definitely on par with a basic tex mex restaurant so no complaints there. They just need to learn how to smile, clean, and work a thermostat!

They put 80 percent beans and eggs on top. The first picture is the Ultimate bowl. Smaller servings high prices slow service. The second picture is without beans is Huevos rancheros not impressed. The HR wasn’t half full.

I ordered the Fiesta taco salad. Got home and this is what I got. No shell. 2nd time recently. I guess I will have to check my order before leaving drive thru.

I love Rosa’s but I will not go back to the Burleson location. While eating my meal I bit into something really hard. It looked like a piece of a tooth, whatever it was it had no business being in my food. The manager didn’t seem to really care and tried telling me that it was probably a potato or piece of a plate. Regardless of whatever it was it shouldn’t have been in my food.

Calm peaceful atmosphere. Good service and food was ready before we even finished getting our drinks. But the food was cold, cheese was not even melted in the cheese enchiladas. The rice and beans on all plates were cold. What a waste. We didn’t say anything as we are in a hurry and not from this side of town. Fast isn’t always a good thing

Went for dinner. Definitely not my time to go. No one looks for their number so there is constant screaming so people will go get their food. Decided to get margaritas for us. At 3.99 I was not expecting the best margarita I have ever had. But, what I REALLY was not expecting was the margs tasting like a salt lick. Absolutely horrible. Never again.

Well let's just say that this place wasn't good but it wasn't so disgusting that I couldn't eat the food. Thankfully since it is the tortilla factory the flour tortillas were good but the rest of the food on the deluxe plate was...well, not even up to Taco Bell standards. The cheese enchilada sauce was sweet but thankfully everything had cheddar cheese and not American. The tostada shell and taco shell tasted like those cardboard-esque things you get in a box or bag in the grocery store. The tamale may or may not have come out of a can. The beans were okay, the rice was oddly flavored. The decor is super cute, love the atmosphere.

On 2.3.2024 around 8 p.m. I was drive thru order number 41 on my credit receipt. The girl working the drive thru said the beef fatijas would be 10 more minutes and asked me to pull to the side so they could bring out the order. After about 15-20 mins of me waiting and tryin to flag down the absent minded funny boy, I walked back up to the drive thru window for my order. 2 mins later I received cold fajitas odd tasting beans that gave me indigestion food poisoning all night. I’ve never had an issue at Rosa’s in Fort Worth or Mansfield. Since the store manager and Burleson location cannot manage these absent minded high school kids, I would highly recommend not eating at this location and dealing with food poisoning like I did for $15 a plate.

We placed an order for multiple family meals and were assured nothing was missing. Got it home (25 minutes away) to find out everything was missing from the fajita platter except enough meat to make 2-3 fajitas. I called the store and a few days later went in only to be given a 25.00 gift card. After spending 140.00 and to be missing that much is insulting!! I would have rather they remade the meal which I suggested but was given the gift card instead. We will give away the gift card and not return. I will choose to spend my money somewhere where that has better customer service.

They’re always in a rush in the drive through and always get my order wrong. The last few times I’ve been there I don’t even get the correct salsa I request or plastic forks. If you order through the drive through sit there and check your order because most likely it’ll be wrong.

We ordered two sets of nachos through the drive through and they normally come with all the ingredients separately... Not this time. Made a mess in the bag and my pregnant wife got soggy nachos for dinner. Anyone want to guess how tonight went?

This is the last time I will ever visit this Rosa in Burleson, Texas and their Franchise! They are horrible here! The food for a steak chicken combo is outrageous considering the amount of food they put in the order! I was shocked that I paid 17.83 for a portion size of maybe 8 ounces steak and chicken combined! On top of that, it was burnt! I couldn't even eat the meal. This only happens at the Burleson, Texas location. The other locations serve good portions and the service is amazing! We will NEVER go back to this location. This is the fifth time this has happened. I am done. Read my other reviews. I give fair reviews always. So my past reviews speak for themselves and this is how disappointed I am with the Rosas Cafe Burleson location. As Burleson grows, it is my wish you get it together, but I'll never know because I will never go back.

Food was decent but overpriced. I ordered a deluxe Mexican plate and received a regular Mexican plate. When I asked to speak to a manager the girl told me I got what I ordered even though I know I ordered the deluxe plate. Spoke to the manager who also argued with me and told me I’d have to pay the difference. It was $2 which isn’t a big deal except it was their mistake not mine. I should have received the missing items and apology not made to feel like I was the problem. Management and employees could use some training in good customer service skills! Very disappointed!

Out of the 4 times I've been to this location over the last 3 months, not once has my food been made correctly it's always half of what comes on the plate. Like today I ordered a huevos rancheros bowl. Comes with a tortilla on bottom beans potatoes eggs rancheros sauce and tortilla strips. I got eggs and sauce that's it. I shouldn't have to dig around in my bowl to make sure your employees have made the food correctly. This location needs retraining in what goes in each plate or bowl.

Employees were very rude! There's a SHOCKER! So naturally, the service sucked. There were only 5 other ppl in the whole place, so why the person going on break would choose to sit right next to is and turn her volume up and watch something truly baffled me. No common courtesy. They hadn't been open long, so why were there still dirty tables and your shoes would stick to the floor when you walked is beyond me. Food was barley warm and the rice was cold

They fill up the queso and salsa cups halfway when you get it to-go or through the drive thru. I know inflation is bad but come on, they’ve already over-priced everything anyways.

Went to this location on 12/26/24 at 9:57am and was royally ripped off. I ordered the 2oz queso which is 99 cents on the menu. I go to drive off and realize I don’t have the queso so I ask for it. I go home and open it to see that they didn’t even fill it up half way and she charged me for salsa (which should be free) so I end up paying $2.89 for something that they usually give for free and only get half a cup of queso. Do better!

absolutely terrible experience. my boyfriend’s order wasn’t made at all, and when he showed the receipt to the MANAGER, he literally laughed in his face and told him to “check his food bro.” when he tried to explain what else was missing, the manager just walked off and started laughing with a coworker. my boyfriend said “hey man, i’m trying to talk to you,” and the manager kept laughing. unbelievably unprofessional. when my dad went up there afterward, they handed him the food without saying a word. And it wasn’t even the right food. 😭 completely unacceptable service.

Every time we go here something is forgotten, literally every single time. I will be sure to check my food in the drive through if we decide to come back. Fast food is such an easy job, there’s really no excuse for not paying attention and doing your job correctly. I paid extra to have a burrito with lettuce, tomato and cheese and they gave me a small taco instead with none of that. Then they forgot my husband’s two steak fajita tacos and the kids 3 steak and queso tacos had no queso so basically we lost $18 for nothing looking at the receipt and what they charged (over $12 for the steak tacos and $6 to add queso onto the three steak tacos). Absolutely ridiculous when you pay $49 for fast food. Do better!

I really love this place and ALWAYS miss breakfast. I finally caught it today but it was short lived. This is the most disappointing and disgusting thing that has ever happened to me. I looked down after many bits of tortilla and I see a piece of gloves. Absolutely disgusting! They need to figure out why and who let this happen.
