Hash browns and the steak were my favorites! The crepe was super sweet/ greasy and weird…will not try again. Pan cakes were solid! Our waiter was super nice and attentive!

Honestly this hit. Got the chicken and pancakes and the chicken had the good kind of breading. Super duper crispy and the honey mustard was fire. For the pancakes I tried the new coffee cake pancakes and they were soooooo freeeeeaking goooood. I know other ihops lowkey skimp on the toppings with their flavored pancakes but here they went IN!!!! So many toppings I was in heaven.

The tacos were delicious. Quick service and friendly service. One thing I suggested no pets allow. I’m allergic to dogs and there was a dog under the table next to me with no service jacket on. Unfortunately I won’t return for I over heard someone say “quickly put him under the table.” I mentioned it to the hosts and he simply opened his eyes in surprise.

This is a great IHOP location, much better than others I’ve eaten at across the country. We had the breakfast egg chicken tacos, the breakfast burrito with sausage, fries, hash-browns and the chicken biscuit sandwich, & of course a side of pancakes. Everything tasted delicious. Only complaint was the biscuit fell apart immediately, tasted great but too crumbly to pick up even once. But again the flavor was good. Also, the coffee wasn’t that good but drinkable; it’s the same with every other IHOP. There was plenty of seating & we were seated quickly. The staff were very attentive. If you’re craving pancakes, or a consistent diner experience, I would recommend this location, and it’s open 24/7

We had to wait while talking. The tables were dirty, there was trash on the floor, and the staff seemed angry or something, but that's not my problem. The only good thing was the smoothie they gave me as an extra.

Very mid location. I’ve been to IHOP in Oklahoma and in Las Vegas and I had a good experience both times. But this time the pancakes tasted bland underneath the ton of cinnamon sauce (I forgot how sweet it is). They were also lukewarm… However the orange juice, while not being freshly pressed (it’s ihop after all) is good and it’s so hard to find good tasting ones that it’s worth mentioning. The glass is also quite big so the price is fair. About service, when I entered the restaurant I was greeted with a « Do you need something? » and it felt like I was disturbing the guy like… I’m here to eat isn’t it obvious 😭? Thankfully my server was lovely. She warned me that it would take a while to get the food and I appreciated that as I didn’t get worried by the waiting time. I came at around 9am and the restaurant was not even halfway full, there were many people eating solo like me and it was nice to eat in peace. I’ll likely comeback because it’s conveniently located and it’s cheaper than a lot of brunch places but I’ll keep my expectations lower.

November 132024 ; the food was served good ; tasted good and was done exactly how asked . The waiter had beautiful energy . The experience was pleasant. The second time I came which is four months later the service was quick the eggs was better but the atmosphere and the pancakes was off . To me the prices overall don’t reflect a cheap breakfast when we are paying for the same thing in the corner store . So it’s important that the coffee is good not just available which seems like the real struggle for I hops not the food or service but the endless coffee that’s just doesn’t sit right in the stomach . Would I come back yes to see if there has been any improvement because who doesn’t like affordable good pancakes . However both times the establishment was clean and nice sounding music .

Visually unattractive. Dated interior. Staff are friendly. Food is OK, but expensive for what you get. In summary, the place needs to be dragged into the 21st century.

I've previously been here about 7-8 years ago and decided to stop by again last week because I felt like some breakfast food. Upon arrival, my friend and I were greeted and seated. I love good customer service and our waiter was okay. The booth we sat at, the seat was broken on my friend side so we moved. The table we moved to had a straw wrapper, a napkin, and something else on the floor. A nice sweep was needed. The food was mediocre. I ordered the breakfast steak tips. The steak tips came with eggs, hash brown, and 2 pancakes 🥞 the pancakes and the steak tips were good but my eggs and hash browns were cold. A gentleman walked in alone, sat down and waited for someone to take his order and no one ever did. He ended up leaving. It looked like there was only one waiter there. The place wasn't busy either. I don't think I will be back.

I I really like IHOP and have tried it not only in the US but also in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Bahrain, and Kuwait. In the States, I have enjoyed it in Oklahoma. Up until now, I have absolutely loved all my experiences at IHOP. However, today was different. The food was bland, and the service was poor. People who arrived after us received their drinks before we did. Our order came out incomplete and bland; the pancakes were neither fluffy nor tasty. Additionally, it took a very long time to get our drinks refilled, and the coffee was cold! I will definitely not be returning to this IHOP.

Not sure what to say. We wait a little longer it looks like they didn't know who was suppose to take care of our table. Then food came . I just didn’t finish my eggs .. it wasn’t good. I mean nothing even the mashed potatoes 💁😒 We went there because my wife sees this brand all the time in movies so she taught is will be good. no No no. I won’t recommend and I won’t go again. The restaurant looks dirty and in poor condition when you walk in. It took about 20 minutes for them to come to the table and take our order and then it took almost an hour for them to bring it to the table. I had ordered waffles and eggs, they forgot to bring me the eggs and when they brought them to me they were all raw and inedible. The service also left a lot to be desired, I will definitely not be returning to this place.

I was born and raised in Manhattan. I have been to hundreds of restaurants and have walked out of several during my lifetime for reasons such as uncleanliness, poor service. Last night was the first time I was in a Manhattan restaurant and a rat ran past me. I’ll get to that part in a minute. Waited a long time for server to take our order. Was not overly friendly. My son ordered scrambled eggs and toast, my other son and myself the chicken finger platter, and a burger and fries w milkshake for my husband. Food arrived, and eggs looked good. I enjoyed my chicken, my son, not so much, and the burger was rancid. Server never brought the milkshake. As we were waiting for the check, a very large rat ran past, went under the soda machine, and into the area of the kitchen. We mentioned this to the waiter, and also asked him to not charge us for the milkshake that never came or the rancid burger. (The couple sitting next to us also noticed the rat and got up and walked out.) Server walked away and after waiting several minutes for him to come back with the check, I got up and walked over to him and said we would like our check. He handed us the check, and while he didn’t charge for the milkshake, he charged for a deluxe burger, which is not even what my husband ordered. We had him remove it, paid our check, and I gave him a tip despite our experience. As we were leaving the host said thank you for coming, and I said a rat ran past us and he shrugged his shoulders and said I’m sorry to hear that. I know there are rats in the city. I know that they make their way into restaurants. I also know that it is the job of the restaurants to make every effort to extinguish whatever rodent issues they are dealing with. This establishment seems very unconcerned with that, and I wouldn’t recommend eating there.

The service here was horrible. The atmosphere was also horrible. The food had crumbs of stuff which had nothing to do with my order overall, this is the worst IHOP during the nighttime the management should really look at the staff and question how they work at night

My experience at this location was absolutely horrible and unacceptable. This was my first time coming here, and I will NEVER return. I usually go to the Westchester location, but this time I walked in—and instantly regretted it.From the moment we entered, no one greeted us. I stood there with my children for at least five minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. That alone was a red flag. Once we were finally seated, I told the server it was my daughter’s 6th birthday and asked if they could do something special for her. She completely ignored me no response, no acknowledgment, nothing. The wait for our food was ridiculous, and when it finally arrived, it looked like it was thrown together with zero care. My plate looked like someone scooped eggs and dumped them on it. The server never checked on us, never asked if we needed refills, and never once asked if everything was okay. Then she threw the receipt on the table like we were an inconvenience.I handed her exact change, and she told me she had to “go to the store” to get change. When I politely asked for my change, she caught an attitude, rolled her eyes, and acted bothered—completely unprofessional and disrespectful. What hurts the most is that this was supposed to be a special day for my child. She was so excited to be there for her birthday, and instead, the experience was ruined. No child deserves that, and no parent should be treated this way.

Made the trip out of the heart of new York with some friends to try IHOP while we were here in the US. We had three of us present with a fourth on the way. We entered and were asked how many in our group and we explained that we had one on the way. They said they couldn't seat us until the whole party was present. Strange rule but fine. So we said we'd tell our friend to not bother coming as he was still 20-30 minutes away and that we'd just go with a party of three. We were then informed that we wouldn't be seated regardless as it seemed like we were just trying to skirt the rules and that our friend would probably just join us after anyway. We assured them that was not the case and that our friend was ages away and not going to join us. Only after further convincing and being told we were probably lying and that we were untrustworthy were eventually seated. I have never at any restaurant anywhere in the world been treated so poorly immediately upon entering a restaurant. How dare your employees accuse me of lying. More than half our party chose to not order anything as a result of this service. We made our way out to IHOP because we were interested in trying it but your employees actions made us lose interest immediately. I have to add that our actual server provided reasonable service. Nothing exceptional, nothing terrible. But I don't think any level of service could've made up for the actions of the greeter. From the one party member that did order food, it was pretty decent too but again. It's hard to come back from such an awful introduction. Extra note. As we were leaving, one of my party used the restroom and over the last 4 weeks in this country we have not found a restroom in worse condition. We've used the public subway bathrooms and they were better. Really thoroughly disappointed

I ordered delivery through Postmates, and my husband other ordered from Grubhub. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience I've ever had. My order included four Mexican Tres Leches pancakes, but not only was one pancake missing, but only the top pancake was actually Tres Leches while the bottom two were buttermilk pancakes. This is INCREDIBLY misleading, especially considering that customers are charged for full Mexican Tres Leches pancakes. My husband’s order from Grubhub included a Country Steak dinner, which was missing a side of two buttermilk pancakes. Frustrated, I called the store and was met with a rude attitude from the employee John. He sounded annoyed and too busy to help, merely suggesting that I contact the apps regarding the issues. I reported the missing items through the apps, but today I received a phone call from the general manager Michelle stating that the entire Grubhub order was canceled when I had only reported the missing pancakes. The caller was not only rude but accused me of canceling the order and insisted I should handle things with Grubhub since it was "my account." Despite my attempts to explain that I never canceled anything, her rudeness and her consistently accusing me forced me to disconnect the call. My husband decided to call back, only to receive the same rude treatment from Michelle and John, who even hung up on him during his second call. Michelle was very rude stating she was already speaking to Grubhub. I then reached out to Grubhub for clarification, and they confirmed that only missing items were reported and that the delivery driver had canceled the order because another driver picked up the order before him. Grubhub then contacted the store, and the store indicated they would call to apologize, but that call never came. This has been a disappointing experience, and I am sad to say that this will be my last visit to this location, especially since IHOP is my favorite restaurant. If customer service does not respond accordingly (waiting for a response), I won't be ordering from IHOP ever again. It's disheartening to see how poorly customers are treated. I hope this review helps others make informed choices before ordering from this location.

The crepes were very soggy and were no flavor. The pancakes were extremely dry and no butter was on top of the pancakes. I love French fries, any restaurant I go to I order French fries and this specific IHOP restaurant French fries were disgusting! The tender was overly crispy, it hurt your gums and the sauce it came with wasn’t even visible. The French toast was soggy and overly drenched in strawberry syrup, you could even see the bananas. It’s seems that the food was rushed and was not prepared properly. The restaurant doesn’t have many customers but they take forever to seat people. The restaurant smell is horrible and the bathroom is dirty. Seems like there’s only Four staff working plus the however many chiefs are in the kitchen. Last but not least my server Cassandra R was very unprofessional, unpleasant attitude, her aura was disgusting. When I first order a hot chocolate, her face expression was as if I shouldn’t be ordering that on a summer day. She made me feel uncomfortable placing any other order. She didn’t have any patient while my friend and I was explaining what we want, etc. I don’t recommend Cassandra R. And or that IHOP location to anyone, it’s not worth your money and time.
