What the Jack in the box today and they're showing their new super Taco. Showed it with all this beef hanging out of it strips of beef like a real taco. When I got the taco it was the usual greasy smashed down ground beef with a little bit of cheese no lettuce or anything else didn't look anything at all like the menu.

Place is good, but not a variety of veg options though. The desserts are awesome. And my fav is egg rolls. Everyone should try it once.

Dining area is okay. The area near the counter has horrible ergonomics. People get in the way of each other due to the layout. Drink machine and utensil area is often blocked by customers in line or waiting for their order. Food is fine... like any other Jack-in-the-Box.

Service was horrible. My wife went up to the counter and tried to order something and everyone ignored her. She standed there for like 15 minutes. They were all in the back chatting or something

This place was ok before now I don’t know if it’s just the younger employees. Or maybe not proper training. Not asking if we as customers want salsa or creamer sugar and then when we do ask for them, they get upset. Asking for condiments for customers is 101 for training. I used to work in the fast food industry and move myself up as a GM. I don’t know what’s going on hopefully, they correct correct this

Horrific customer service. I was completely ignored, then the women talked crap about me in spanish as I was walking out, thinking I wouldn't understand. Management really should address how the staff treats customers.

Place to mobile through their website for the drive-thru. The weight was incredibly long for there only being a couple cars in front of me. No one greeted me at the window and the communication was bad. When I got home and looked at the order, two items were missing. I called and asked for some help on a possible refund and there was poor communication and little help. For the prices they expect us to pay, I expect to have all my food and in good quality.

I'm raring it with one star for the customer service provided. I was disappointed with Jesus. No greeting or a thank you provided to me or the customers before and after me. It seemed he didn't want to be there. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable and the astheric of the restaurant was very poor. As I walked in the tables and floors were dirty. Then went to the restroom to wash my hands and was dirty and smelly. I know it's not five star restaurant, that it's a fast food place. However, the aesthetic and clean restaurant speaks for the ownership of the employees and owner's pride of the place. The manager was sitting (taking her break) and ignored what the restaurant looks like. She walked over the dirty tables, napkins and food on the floors.This was my first time eating at this Jack in the box and will be my last. The leader should take pride of the restaurant she's running and making sure ALL aspects of the restaurant are met by her employees.

Like I said. We went their early morning. We ordered. And they gave us the wrong order. And our curly fries was way over cooked. And the staff was .upset that we wanted fresh fries. 😌
