We really like Moe's. Friendly staff, good food,.good specials on Sunday and Monday, good loyalty program.

Good tex-mex food and very filling. The service is good and enthusiastic here. Food is priced fairly and the meals are filling along with the chips.

I recently became a vegetarian, and I was delighted to find out that Moe's has tofu as a meat substitute! The food is still delicious as always and I'll definitely come again.

I don't have much of an opinion outside of their Moe Monday experience, but they have very large portions and tons of choices. Under 20 bucks to feed 2 people and we are always satisfied.

By far the best food experience I’ve had to thanks to rob and cassidy. They where both very friendly and hard working and very polite even tho it was extremely busy. 10/10 will go again thanks to those 2!!

Welcome to Moe's! Lol that rings through my head all the time. Thisbisnlocated near our real estate office is Camillus so it's our #1 go to for burritos. Service is always friendly, the foods cheap and it's great. Some of the best Mexican around. Ordered lunch for our entire office today and everyone loved it!

The girl named Jessie at moes made me a fantastic burrito! I took it home and weighed it it was 10lbs! Fantastic service and incredible charisma. As soon as I entered I was screamed at welcome to moes! It woke me up because I was tired! Thanks again Jessie that burrito was massive!

Made my own bowl with whatever ingredients they had and scooped in. The price was just right and I really enjoyed the food... well worth it.

Welcome to Moe's :-) all of their items are pretty fresh and rarely do I ever get something that tastes like it's old. oh, and by old I mean more than a couple hours. Always a friendly staff and I've never had a problem with special requests

I love this moes. I place my order on the app and call when I get there and my order is on its way to me. No waiting no getting out of my car. The food is very good and you pay for what you get. I get 2 meals from one bowl. My husband get a burrito and he feels like he ate Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you Moes.

Food is always fresh and delicious. On a recent visit it was very busy but, I was so impressed with the way the staff just jumped in for each other on the line. Making sure people were served as quickly as possible, nice to see in this day and age.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I usually get their queso because it is my favorite thing there, but I also love their wraps . I have a good experience when I go to this Moe's

One of my favorite here is Moe's. Only complaint I have is the fact that I was overcharged $5 last month but I will always love Moe's no matter what. Customer service is EXCELLENT, especially at the Camillus location. The female manager is a great person and makes the place so much better. Only complaint is customer service on the 1800 number doesn't help you much with anything at all if you have any problems. Still 5 stars! Welcome to Moe's!!!

This is the best Moes in Syracuse. Good was made fast and good portions. The salsa bar was always clean and had nothing missing. Unlike some other moes in the area they put the mobile orders in line as doing walk in and not waiting till all walk-in are done

It's decent mexican food. The young staff at this location is a little disorganized but they haven't messed up my order. If I want a burrito in a hurry I don't mind stopping here.

Generally speaking, the food is very good. The service is pleasant as well. Interactions between employees can be off-putting, but they are very polite to customers.

Love Moe's cuz the food is good...service is usually pretty good too but tonight that was not the case. Was not greeted when I walked in...stood for 4 min before anyone even greeted me at the counter (I was the only person in line)...a lot of the food items on the line were out or she couldn't find them (because they had been removed). I mean, I'll be back; but was seriously disappointed tonight

Always have a good meal here. They have good portion sizes for the cost, and staff are always friendly.

Took my son here for the first time and they opened 15 minutes late but no big deal- totally worth the wait! Staff was relaxed and my son loved "welcome to moes!" We both had homewreckers and he told me he really like the chips and salsa bar. He also said he could eat his way out of the center of a pool filled with the queso so...... :)

The few workers that are actually present, are usually too busy with take out to acknowledge customers. Website makes ordering online difficult. Lose-lose situation.

Moes always has great food. Tonight, however they were especially swamped. The drink machine was not working right and the line just got longer. They were out of sweet tea so there wasn't even any other options while we were waiting for the soda machine to get back online. A little frustrating, especially for this American boy whose so used to getting what he wants when he wants it

Went for dinner as a family. The service was okay, but the food portions were very small compared with my prior experiences. The burrito bowl we got seemed very empty compared to what you normally expect. I tne dot like Moe's, but likely will go to other locations or other restaurants in the area over this location.

Food is decent (although not as good as it used to be). It would be great if staff wore masks properly and wasn't coughing while handling food. Wearing a mask properly isn't that hard... evidently the manager isn't getting after people. I used to love Moe's, but this is now my 3rd poor experience.

Good chips, and they now have tasty Buffalo queso to dip them in for an extra charge. It's a good idea to walk the assembly line to preview the toppings available before ordering because there are a lot of choices to be made. Overall, the food is decent, plentiful, and quick. However, unless you're in a hurry, you should consider driving less than a mile to Hinsdale and Milton where there is an excellent Mexican restaurant called Azteca.

Customer service was trash the two girls that were working and training someone were treating the trainee like garbage all the while the man that was working was outside the whole time we were there and only came in to take change out of the drawer and refill his cup

This location used to be good. For whatever reason it’s gone down hill. The employees don’t seem to care the last few times I’ve gone the soda machine soda was flat with no ice. I would call it an off night but it’s been the last few times same story. Somethings not right lately.

Food was bland. Tables and floors not cleaned up, trash and debris left. Drink area coated in soda and sticky. Disinterested employees don't even listen to what you order even when they ask what you'd like.

Steak burrito was tough and very chewy. Soda machine was not working again. ( This was the second time that I was there and the soda machine had problems). The place was empty at 1pm...I wonder why!!

Good was good but the fountain drink machine was not working properly. So after 15 minutes of trying to fix and and refill it, it still was not working right. Ended up with a coke I didn't want. Only about 6 choices, 5 were diet! Was never offered and alternative

Went on a Thursday night around 7:30 pm, the place was empty but the floors were very messy with napkins, pieces of ice and food. There was a lot of cross contamination of ingredients. This was my first time going to this particular Moe's and I don't plan to go back. I have had awesome experiences at the one in Liverpool so I'll drive the extra 30 mins round trip to go there from now on.

Maybe they were having a bad day at this location, but food prep area was a complete disaster, tables were all filthy, trash was overflowing, salsa bowls were emptied, and staff acted like we were an inconvenience although there wasn't a large crowd. If things are different next time there, I'll adjust my rating.

I placed an an order on line at 12:16pm for pick up at store. The time at the bottom of the receipt said the order would be ready at 12:35pm. When I arrived at 12:30pm my order had not even been started. When I received my order at 12:45pm the order was wrong. I had ordered 3 crunchy taco's and he gave me 3 soft shell and when I brought that to the cashiers attention he told me I would have to wait that he had to make more crunchy tacos. I did notice two containers of crunchy tacos in silver container covered with plastic on the counter in front of the fan. While I can appreciate it was lunch hour, they should have been ready for lunch hour. Also the salsa was not filled and the store was not the cleanest.

They used to actually put meat on their burritos. Now you have to ask for extra meat and they still barely put any meat on there. Been to a few different and they all do the same. Waste of time and money.

Always put in mobile order - order never ready when I come in. Ordered nachos today and had like 2 pieces of white chicken and not any queso. Will be sticking with chipotle

We went to Moe's tonight and had an absolutely horrible experience first of all the staff seemed less than enthused the floors were sticky and slimy then we got each a stacker was missing the top tortilla neither one of them sealed properly so it was a messy and hard to eating then when we brought it back up to the counter all he did was take out a new burrito shell and flop all the ingredients into the new show and put it back on the grill adding II tortilla on top that should have been there didn't say sorry didn't offer to make a fresh one with new angry deinse and didn't take anything off of our bill when I questioned him about it all she said was oh well I remade it for you 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 if i could give negative 🌟 i would

Literally sitting in the parking lot after eating my overcooked burrito with burnt steak and burnt vegetables I am absolutely disgusted with the service they didn't understand what I wanted and I don't think I'll be shopping at this restaurant again Moses actually starting to go downhill ever since management changed and it's also starting to resemble Taco Bell

I got food poisoning from a salad plate I got on Thursday July 27 for dinner at Moe's in Camillus. All the classical symptoms, plus some fever for 2 days. After 6 days, I am still not back to normal. My first and last time at Moe's!!! I must say that after I saw how sloppy the food looked, I would not have eaten there if I wasn't with other people ....

The woman that took our order didn't listen we ordered a stack and a quesadilla and she gave us a burrito and a quesadilla and then when I told her it was wrong she rolled her eyes at me and huffed and puffed. Then I said I wanted 2 cups of chipotle ranch and she again rolled her eyes at me. She had a major attitude problem. We used to come here a lot but the food has gone downhill and the staff is really rude and unprofessional. The quesadilla was so messy it was like slop.

I went in for a chicken burrito they were out of chicken the lady said it would be a minute before it was done, I said I'd wait. She said no like 10 minutes since our grill isn't working right. So I said steak is ok, she rudely tells another worker to make it as she walks away to do something else. The other worker then starts talking back saying she needs to learn to listen to him and other inappropriate thing. Very unprofessional! The guy behind me also wanted chicken and decided not to get anything. I walked out and went to chipotle instead.

Epic fail. I went into Moes today mind you I was the only one in the restaurant when I got there. The person took my order made my burrito right in front of me and I asked for a cup of queso to go. I got my bag and I left the store I get home and come to find out they put two cups of queso in my bag with chips and completely did not even put my burrito in my bag so now I have a bunch of queso and chips to eat and no burrito that I actually paid for. I can understand if they were really busy and things were crazy but I was literally the only person in the freaking place.ugggghhh.

By far the most disgusting Moes I have ever been too. The Moes staff lacks in the cleaning area. Not to mention they were out of half the things I wanted. I doubt they could pass a food inspectors test. Don’t waste your time here.

Walked in and was ignored the first 5 mins until I said Hello. Didn’t fell welcomed at all. Cashier was rude. Tables was dirty. There was no where to sit because the table was filthy.

I've enjoyed Moes for years but recently whenever I go to this one I get dirty looks from numerous employees. This has to be one of the most disgusting Moes I have ever been to, and I can feel my shoes stick when I walk along the floor (not that I'm even expecting much anyways). This place is dirty. It was our first time ever at a Moe's. I don't understand why people like this place. The food was barely edible. The place was filthy. Won't be going back to this or any other Moe's.

Worse customer service experience I think I have ever had and food was close to same. Had to leave work to go back two times just to sit back down and figure out that I was still missing stuff. Not once did the smug face employees even attempt to apologize for not doing their job!! If you can’t choose your ingredients and you have to take what they feel like you should have when you spend ya money the. They should just say so… home wrecker bowl is dry and disgust so ya self a favor and get something else or just go to a chipotle !!! Why didn’t I!

I would give zero stars if I could! This used to be a good place to grab a quick bite to eat. Tonight it was awful. We paid over fifty dollars for the five of us to eat. We would have been better off staying home! They were out of Coke products (not restocked), chips were so greasy that most of them were translucent we found a mystery chunk of chips the size of a fifty cent piece in them, salsas were very salty, food was understocked and restocked very slowly (the server had to go get lettuce, pork - which needed to heated which you so long we were half done eating before my husband's food was ready, burrito shells...) We were given only 4 of 5 cups and had to ask twice to get a cup for my husband, Door was propped open so the manager could smoke making the whole restaurant cold, all of the trash cans were closed except one, tvs were all "broken", and overall the food tasted bland other than being super salty. We will never go there again. Save your money or go to a different Moe's!

The girl was very unpleasant and I got like a 1/4 of a bowl rice was like burnt and the taste was nasty! She hardly put any thing in the bowl like pinch of this and that the worst dinner ever and I said to her really a little light on food I’m not a 4 year old I wasted 10 dollars omg so mad with money being tight and my husband was the same 2: dollars down the pipe !!!! And didn’t get to eat it !!!!

I have came to this location multiple times during business hours and they have been closed early. They were out of ground beef one day and told me it would be ready in 10 minutes, I wait. I go back in after more then ten minutes to be told it will take an additional 5 minutes. It’s super inconvenient when you’ve been at work all day and then go somewhere and they are closed when they are supposed to be open or to get told that something will be ready and wait for it for them to just say wait some More.

I often order from here through Doordash for lunch as I am unable to leave my place of work during the day. EVERY SINGLE TIME something off my order is forgotten, ie. chips, drink, queso. Sometimes multiple items at once. I have given multiple chances and even called to complain, but still seems to be no focus to get orders complete and correct. It makes me sad because I like the food, but I will not be ordering from here again.

This particular location is the worst. The queso I got was spoiled and made me sick. When I complained while still there they wouldn’t replace it. It was basically a “too bad so sad” attitude . When I sent a formal complaint I was told I would get a replacement/refund but then the store owner/ manager or whoever it was went back on their own word & decided I couldn’t get a replacement. $6.99 for a bowl of queso that wasn’t to “moes standard” cannot be replaced? But instead I’m strung along for this “replacement” all to be disappointed. LISTEN UP FOLKS…this franchise is willing and totally okay with losing business (over $6.99) rather than making things right! Never again…I’ll spend my money elsewhere like Chipotle. Let me not forget to mention how messy the place is, no clean tables, stuff all over theb floors, salsa bar is crusty & probably never cleaned, no one is wearing any type of PPE (gloves•hairnets•etc) , one occasion I saw the kid lick his fingers, another time the chick droppeda tortilla on the ground said “oops”picked it up and continued to use the same floor cootie tortilla.. SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE/ HAPPEN BEFFORE SOMEONE GETS SEVERELY ILLL OR ENDS UP IN THE ER!!!;

First of all, guy was very unpleasant, burrito was like a kids meal, half scoops of everything. Chips were stale, threw those away. Soda was horrible, salsa bar was filthy. Terrible experience. My son wanted to go there so I reluctantly went. Had steak tacos, was surprisingly good.

I want to start off by saying this was a terrible experience and I have been to this Moe’s many times. I do not want to fault the women who made my food. She had black hair and was very kind. We walked in and she was doing online orders and tending to the customers in line and being very kind. But, the other employees were standing around not trying to lend a hand and it was a mess every where. I had to get the bricks of burnt rice removed from my burrito, the line itself was disgusting. It was 5:30 and there was no fresh food available. The chips were burnt and the salsa bar was not even available. $30 for food that is en edible. Nothing was fresh. Looked like it had been sitting there for hours.

Didn’t receive what I ordered. I can’t even get into all the details of what went wrong because I honestly just feel bad. Chips burned tasted like burn popcorn, hard rice, its like they didn’t even read what was on the order. When I called to let them know they took no accountability. Just said that was the first complaint they got all day. I work in food service and it takes a lot for me to speak up when service is bad.

Ordered some food for delivery. My quesadilla was half full with half of one of my halves had nothing inside. Ordered 2 queso with chips, 1 bowl and 1 cup of queso. Received no queso at all. Just tiny cups of salsa. Some of the chips were also all soft and stuck together in giant clumps. My wife ordered sautéed peppers and onions in her bowl and the onions and peppers came raw. Now only raw but cut in giant clumps. Highly disappointing.

How hard is it to open your restaurant on time ??? Obviously a management problem! Your hours say 10:30 not 10:40 . A once a week customer who wanted to grab something at 10:30 to go. Will never return
