Clean location, staff was very accommodating and kind. I prefer this location over the one near the commissary by the gate; it is much more up to date.

Always busy so the food is always fresh. The staff are nice and friendly. But it's generally your typical panda express

Arrived at lunch time on a week day. It was packed with a long line of hard working Marines. This location is well managed since the place was spotless and the line moved quickly. My order had freshly prepared food, was hot and delicious.

I have been going to this location for almost 7 years. The staff is always friendly and greet every customer as they walk in the door. The food preparation has been very consistent over the years. I can only recall three times, throughout the years, that I had to wait for an entree ( the line was out the door during a lunch rush and they ran out ) but I was still out in less than 15 minutes. I have shown up many times shortly before closing and the food was still fresh and the staff pleasant.

The food is usually very fresh, considering how many people eat there all day long. If you feel like it's not looking as fresh as you'd like, they will cook some up and have you wait for the fresh stuff. They let you sample the foods, which is great because they frequently have new menu items. The line can get ridiculous, but even with it out the door on Christmas day (which they served for free) it only took about 10 minutes from the time we got in line to the time we left. They are always friendly, the place is rarely a mess, even in a rush. The food is usually on point!

Nice employees and good food all around a great place to grabe a bite to eat

Very crowded area so the tables were a little dirty but line went by fast, food was fresh but I felt smaller portion than usual or.it was just the person serving us the food. Got bunch of vegetables and very little meat.

I have been multiple time but on occasion I will get less then the regular serving at other pandas. They service is fairly efficient and the food tastes good.

The food is the usual but it is good. The staff are patient. I normally get by usual teriyaki chicken with fried rice meal. The 4 stars is because they took away the passion tea and other iced tea option for a beverage for just the fountain drink. I get it, it is cost effective but it was a great addition to a meal.

This place has decreased it's quality ! I'll drive 1-2 miles off base to get a fresher product and good customer service .

Food is exactly what you would want and expect from a Panda Express and I’m a regular costumer. However, I have a very similar order I tend to get and yet, every single time without fail, I’ll have to wait for a portion of my order to come out, though the exact food I’m waiting on changes from order to order.

My food was in the plate with the lid closed and she dropped it on the ground and didn’t restart my order, I’ve never had a problem with this panda and I will continue to eat here but it is extremely unprofessional and unsanitary.

As the years went by, this location feel into the same trend that military base restaurants trend to do- slowly they lose passion and get sloppy. If you're hungry, this is a way to stop being hungry. If you really want to love your lunch, go somewhere else. It's still better than any Manchu-Wok, which has all the same food options.

There are way better restaurants to serve you Asian food. But in a pinch it'll do.

They do not accept gift cards at this location. We sent our son a gift card to help him out since he was working long hours and hold not make it to the chow hall he hire it closed. Very disappointed that they do not accept gift cards and honestly think it should be illegal to do so. If you don’t want to accept company gift cards then change your name.

Kenny was the server. He had an attitude. Hardly gave me any meat with the broccoli. Won't come here again

Teriyaki chicken was bloody I called and told them to check it and didn't even offer to refund or remake our food to be honest I hope tons off ppl get food poisoning and they catch a law suit

Sold out of 1/2 of the items on the menu two hours before closing and wouldn’t make more. Very disappointed in the service and response from the staff.

Dont bother going, horrible management. So we ordered our food to go and didnt notice our server gave us the wrong order. When we realized what happened we tried calling them to give them a head up that we're coming and what had happened, but the line kept ringing and no one picked up for 5 minutes. When we get back to the store and explain things they just said that their server made a mistake because shanghai angus steak is an extra 1.25 and there was nothing they could do because the manager in training could not help and there was no real manager in that day. So we had to buy an entire entree (because they dont sell side entree ) for $5.55, when a 1 plate meal is $7.30. What kind of place is this? They admit to the bad employee training and mix up but refuse to fix it ? Plus the pirice for a small side dish is ridiculous, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Was the WORST Panda Express I have ever had. I was starving so I ate a few bites but threw the rest in the trash. The food was old, noodles were bland, spring rolls were mush. The whole thing was disgusting. I wanted to warn the people in line but didn't want to embarrass the staff. They were very friendly!

Dr. Peggy Cherng gave us two complimentary cards for a two entree meal. We presented them at the franchise at Camp Pendleton. We were told that they did not accept them no other coupons. They accept cash. Very disappointed. Doesn't equal serving the military and veterans.

You should close at 5pm if that’s the case. DO NOT go anytime near to closing if you want options to choose from.
