Lilly gave us excellent customer service. I had an accident with my drink and she happily made me a new one. I was very appreciative and will definitely be back.

The cashier with the septum piercing was such a pleasure to encounter this morning. Her customer service was so genuine, friendly and warm. I was there on a Tuesday morning, but they only had 1 barista making the coffees, so there was a bit of a backup. About 9 people waiting for their coffee. Regardless, the vanilla latte is delicious, but a little too sweet for me. I will have to ask for less sugar next time.

A good place to get coffee that you and drink...with a nice variety of cookies and sandwiches. Orders have been worked through swiftly and the staff is always having a smile on their face. Keep on rocking!

This is my favorite coffee shop. All the Peet’s locations I have been to are fairly consistent with quality, service, and generally nice environments. But this one has outdoor seating in the popular Pruneyard courtyard, which makes it extra special. It’s pleasant to sit under an umbrella and see all the people meeting up, chatting, and generally enjoying the space. There are kids playing in the playground while their parents mingle or sip their coffee. The atmosphere is so nice and relaxed, I go there sometimes to just sit and enjoy, rather than do the remote work I’m supposed to be doing :-)

Good nice coffee place in the sweet little town of Campbell. They have good amount of indoor and outdoor sitting space with cool vibes. Coffee was ok. Will visit again to try more items on the menu and see how they fare.

Parking is usually tough at this location. Friendly atmosphere and a beautiful store. The coffee itself was only filled 90% of the way and all of the condensed milk was at the very bottom and not mixed. I frequently use this location.

I have lived in San Jose for 18 years and we are going to have lunch at Pruneyard and we stay for coffee and work online. This cafeteria is large, right in the center of the shopping center, surrounded by restaurants, it has tables inside and - my favorites - 5 outdoor tables, each one with its umbrella for the summer days. There is a wide variety of cold drinks, coffees, small bites and pastries. I recommend the Caramel macchiato Coffee. The staff is very professional and helpful. I love supporting small or medium businesses, run by families, I prefer them to large franchises but I make exceptions. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing time.

Pros: spacious indoor, a little cozy corridor with 2-3 tables is a nice seating area Cons: while the store is surrounded by window walls, they are all dusty and you can see all dirt and spots

Really disappointed in my experience today. I placed an order for pick up on the mobile app. When I arrived to the location, I saw that there was another drink in the stand ready for pick up that had my same name, but a different last initial. My drink should've been ready by this time, so I waited for a minute just to be sure that someone had accidentally indeed grabbed the wrong drink. I see a woman come back in with a Peet's coffee in her hand, and I overhear her tell the barista that she did accidentally grab the wrong drink. She had made it all the way out, obviously left the establishment and came back to return it and get her drink. I waited to see what the barista would do, in my head it made sense to throw away the drink since it had left the establishment and was with a completely different person. The barista proceeded to ask the woman if she had taken a sip, to which she said she had not. I was shocked to see that the barista placed the drink that the lady had returned back in stand for me to pick up and placed a stopper in it. I approached the barista after the woman left and explained that I had a witnessed the entire interaction and that I would like my drink remade. The barista proceeded to explain that she was going to wait until I had come to pick up the drink to explain what had happened and ask if I had wanted it to be remade. I truly believe that the barista was not being honest because there's no way that she would've been able to track and monitor when I came to actually pick up my drink. I think she was just caught off guard that I had actually witnessed the entire interaction. I'm pretty disgusted as it was very clear that the barista was not wanting to remake the drink initially and if I hadn't been there to witness the entire interaction I would've had no idea that my drink had actually left the establishment and had been in someone else's hands for who knows how long. This is usually my go to for coffee and I always typically order on the mobile app, but I will no longer be doing so. I'm grossed out. I feel like this is food safety protocol #1.
