Excelente comida , las recomendaciones y atenciones de Chalo y Flores fueron de lo mejor 👌 una muy grata experiencia

Es nuestra primera visita,me encantó el servicio de Julio y Rodrigo. Sr. Julio excelente mesero,se nota un maestro de la vieja escuela,gran servicio,calidad en todo, platillos de excelente calidad y sabor. Mi hermano y yo trabajamos en la industria hoteler,nos llevamos una experiencia inolvidable,venimos por el cumpleaños de él,pero no le gusta que le celebren.Me encantó todo, sin duda volvería.

Fuimos a comer a la noche. Apenas entramos al restaurant nos sentimos sumergidos como en un viaje fantástico. Una decoración muy agradable y lindísima. Uno se siente como en casa. La atención es excelente. No hay un minuto en que las mesas estén desatendidas. Concepción, Farfan y Bass fueron nuestros camareros y fue un placer ser atendidos por ellos. Además, pasó Ovidio para saber cómo iba la cena. Realmente, atención de lujo. La comida fuerte es la carne. Nosotros fuimos por la pechuga de pollo y el cerdo ya que somos argentinos y nos gusta elegir otras opciones para no comer lo mismo que en nuestro país. El vino blanco, francés, espectacular. Los dos platillos fueron deliciosos. Las pechugas y el cerdo súper tiernos, con rico puré de manzana. La hora del postre fue una grata sorpresa. Pedimos un volcán de chocolate que fue una delicia!! Además nos trajeron un postre de chocolate en atención a nuestro 30 aniversario de boda y unas bengalas para celebrar el acontecimiento. Muy divertido e inesperado. Luego vino un azúcar rosado hecho como peluca de azúcar, riquísimo!! Nos sentamos fuera, en una mesa en la terraza con vista a la laguna. Luego nos sacamos unas fotos en una hamaca que hay en un puente lateral. Los baños son impecables y con muchos amenities.

En mi último día en Cancún visite Harry’s junto a mi familia. Definitivamente quede sorprendido con el lugar, desde la atención que nos dieron los meseros hasta la comida, y por supuesto el lugar era muy bonito. Ordenamos una diversidad de platos, un poco de todo y francamente todo estaba muy sabroso. Los meseros nos explicaron cada platillo y el servicio fue espectacular, no nos faltaba nada ya que estaban pendientes constantemente. Algo que recomiendo es probar los postres, los platos principales claramente son espectaculares pero los postres me dejaron sumamente sorprendido, en especial el helado. Definitivamente volvería, pero recalcó que es una experiencia lujosa que viene con su precio elevado, pero si lo vale.

Espectacular! Todo estuvo excelente. De verdad muchas gracias. Fuimos a celebrar por último nuestra luna de miel y nos atendieron de forma increíble. El servicio fue excelente, siempre muy atentos a nosotros. La comida, ni se diga. Probamos varias cosas y todo estuvo delicioso. Vinimos a comer nuestro último día en México, ya que vimos las reseñas, y sin duda un acierto! Para comer escogimos, la ensalada iceberg, una carne ecológica, unas patatas con un toque de aceite de trufa, todo a compartir para 3 personas. Gran calidad de la comida y sobretodo la atención por parte de Jose Luis, Lara y Gustavo fue excepcional, no nos faltó detalle, nos explicaron la carne y procedencia y luego nos obsequiaron en el café con un algodón de azúcar, es como volver a saborear la niñez, un gran detalle por su parte.

Muchas gracias a Flores y Concho. ¡Nos encantaron los restaurantes! La comida estaba deliciosa y la experiencia fue increíble. ¡Volveremos seguro! ❤️

Una experiencia maravillosa. La comida deliciosa y con sabor exquisito. El entorno de la laguna lo hace un sitio espectacular. Excelente servicio, célebre mi cumpleaños y mantuvieron toda la atención en los alimentos por ser intolerante a la lactosa, Arturo y Gustavo hicieron un servicio maravilloso, como nunca ante tuve. Mi restaurante favorito en Cancún definitivamente regresaré

Excelente lugar para ir a cenar principalmente si te quieres enfocar en pedir carne o un buen corte , tiene buen ambiente y además el piano bar está muy bien para tomar un drink después. El lugar no es nada barato pero si vale la pena el servicio……

Me encanta completamente el concepto y la comida deliciosa. La atención de los jóvenes Julio y Jesús excelente, quedamos contentos con la calidad de servicio. Sin duda volvería a visitarlos.

Para empezar hay que decir que el lugar es extraordinario. Esa vista que tiene su terraza es única. El servicio es impresionante. Fui con una persona que ha viajado mucho y asesora restaurantes y me dijo "el mejor servicio que he tenido en mi vida". La comida está extraordinaria. Los cortes hechos a la perfección. La sopa de tomate rotulado con sándwich de queso es increíble. Los postres son buenísimos. Un restaurante de altísimo nivel.

Auturo-Austovo. 😳. Fantastic fabulous. Nothing like this. We have dined all over the world. This by far is the best The service even surpassed my expectations. Our appetizers was wagyu beef on a hot plate. Our wine was from Italy. Shelley had too many expresso martinis. We ordered the fresh fish (which was a little dry). My salmon was fantastic. Really outstanding. Then the ultimate surprise was the Cotton candy gigantic egg on a stand. Oh by the way. I took a video of the bathroom which was over the top

Visited for dinner 01/07/26 as we were staying at the Secrets resort a few mins away. We were blown away by not only the food and atmosphere, but the level of service received. From start to finish everything was beyond our expectations. We enjoyed the snow crab and oysters for appetizers which they poured dry ice on at the table, and the bread served was so fresh. Had a bottle of Spanish red wine, 14oz rib eye and a filet mignon for mains with an array of vegetables as a side and of course couldn’t pass up on the dessert once we watched the ‘video menu’ we picked the Cheesecake and Harry’s pie. We were seated outside and the views of the water were beautiful. I want to make special mentions to our waitstaff Concho and Angel. They were exceptional. The manager (I can’t remember name sorry) also checked on us not once, twice which showed they truly value each patrons experiences. We are still talking about it and will certainly tell everyone. We will definitely return for our next trip out there. Thank you, Jena & Patrick from Canada.

We had dinner at Harry’s Prime Steakhouse and Raw Bar and it was an amazing treat. The Rock shrimp tempura was possibly the best I have ever had. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly and both the parmesan fries and lobster macaroni were delicious. The service stood out as exceptional, just like we have seen at other Anderson’s Group restaurants. Javier and Charly took great care of us and made our night even more special. We ended the meal with a fantastic carrot cake and were surprised with cotton candy as a thank you. A must visit when in Cancun.

Absolutely amazing all around. My wife and I experienced the king crab and waygu steak. Chalo, Flores, and senor Pratt made us feel like all stars. We are so grateful for such a wonderful atmosphere, service, and food. This review doesn't do justice at how excellent EVERYTHING was. Fred's USED to be our favorite spot to go, now it is Harry's. Looking forward to our next trip with this opportunity every year.

Harry’s was awesome! The service was the best I’ve ever seen, the place was beautiful and had different environments; indoors and out, over the water, by a water feature. The servers and staff were so kind and really seemed to care about our comfort and enjoyment. The food was very delicious and the way they served it was so classy. A lady at the next table wasn’t happy about her chicken being too tough and they immediately took special care to make it right with such kindness. Each server was like a butler the way they stayed nearby watching for anything that needed done and swooped in to cater to all our needs. The only thing I can think of to improve upon is the choice of music. They played nightclub type of music that wasn’t in sync with the elegant atmosphere. Some smooth jazz or classical music would be more fitting and relaxing. Most of the people there didn’t look like the clubbing type, either. All in all, my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would definitely recommend Harry’s to anyone wanting the best service, atmosphere and food!

The food was outstanding — perfectly cooked steaks, beautifully presented dishes, and cocktails crafted with care. Yet it was Rodrigo’s personal touch that transformed a wonderful dinner into a night I’ll never forget. Harry’s Steak Bar in Cancun is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fine dining, but if you’re lucky enough to be served by Rodrigo, you’re in for something truly special. He is a credit to the restaurant and the reason I’ll be returning again soon.

Harry’s was EVERYTHING & MORE. The service was amazing. The atmosphere was welcoming and the views were breathtaking. We were so happy to catch the sunset. It was beautiful! Antonio and Julio were our servers and they were always on top of everything. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Got a few cocktails and were amazing. Now the food? Wow! Everything was delicious from start to finish. We got the beef carpaccio, oysters, and a few other apps, a porterhouse with the Mac & cheese. The dessert was amazing, we got the Harry’s pie! Would be back again for sure! Thank you for amazing service and memory!

A huge thank you to Jerry, Jair, and Fernanda for their outstanding service — their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made this dinner one to remember. We started with the artichoke and crab dip served with crostini, and it was divine — rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. For the main course, I indulged in the Caribbean lobster risotto, which was beautifully prepared. The lobster was generous and tender, perfectly complementing the creamy, well-balanced risotto. Dessert was a highlight in its own right — a light and refreshing cheesecake topped with fresh fruit that ended the meal on the perfect note. I also enjoyed two margaritas, both expertly crafted and just the right blend of tart and smooth. If you’re visiting Cancun and looking for a top-tier dining experience, Harry’s is an absolute must. The food, ambiance, and service are all five-star worthy. Can’t wait to return!

The atmosphere is beautiful, makes you want to be a better person, everyone was over the top nice and cordial, just professional impecable. Service probably the best in Mexico! Came to Cancun to celebrate my birthday. And what a celebration it was at Harry's! I can't say enough great things about this place. It's a beautiful feast for the eyes. Our family really enjoyed our time here at Harry’s, and it was the dining highlight of our vacation. We were celebrating two birthdays and they made both of them feel so special. The service staff were exceptional and patient with our children (9mo and 4years) I can’t say enough good things about our experience. La comida muy rica, el servicio de primera! Comimos en la terraza y la música estaba un poco alta y los ventiladores no se sentían mucho, eché de menos algún taco de pescado y mas opciones en las lechugas de las ensaladas tipo espinacas , sin duda lo recomiendo y volveré, siento que pueden hacer algunas mejoras.

Visited Harry’s twice when we came to Cancun. The first time was impeccable, the food and service was amazing. We were however situated right next to a speaker which made it incredibly difficult to hear. The second time we visited it was still good but my partner ended up being ill and sadly it was our last day and flying home first thing in the morning. We would visit again. It is quite expensive but when you have a 100% fantastic experience it’s worth it. Not so much when it’s just good.

Beautiful decor and restaurant. Julio & Jesus were very attentive and gave amazing service. Not their fault the steaks and sides aren’t delicious. The empanadas were good. Steaks and sides were under seasoned. Vanilla nitrogen ice cream was a fun experience. Cotton candy was a nice touch just too sweet for me. Paying same prices as USD, was hoping for yummy meal, Julio and Jesus saved the underwhelming food experience by going above and beyond.

Ayer pedí en Harry’s el plato Caribbean Lobster Risotto, pero como se ve claramente en la foto, no había ni rastro del risotto de champiñones. No quise devolverlo porque estaba con otros comensales que ya habían recibido sus platos y, además, esperar otro plato siempre es incómodo… sin embargo, esto no justifica que falte uno de los componentes principales. El homard estaba muy bueno, eso sí, pero un plato que promete risotto… ¡no debería servirse sin él! Me decepcionó bastante.

El restaurante es muy bonito, PERO EL RUIDO.....¡ES-PAN-TO-SO!, es una lástima, porque vas a un cena romántica con tu pareja, a la orilla de la laguna Nichupté, la cantante espectacular en Harry's, y del otro lado (Porfirio's, que está conectado) a todo lo que da la música asquerosa de Bad Bunny, que para mí ese tipo de música es basura, porque si me gustara, iría un restaurante barato, no a Harry's, ¡eso se me hizo FATAL!, para jamás volver. Fue una gran decepción, como mexicana (Chihuahua) que soy, llevar a mi marido que es griego, quería que se llevara una gran impresión sobre la carne de mi país, y no, ¡la carne es estadounidense!, y de baja calidad, también tienen de Japón y Australia, ¡pero ni un corte mexicano!, donde mi estado se distingue; aquí en USA, mi marido compra cortes de carne añejos deliciosos, que ni comparación con los que te ofrecen ahí ("como lo mejor"), de PAT LAFRIEDA, quien es el proveedor de muchísimos restaurantes famosos en Las Vegas, Nueva York, etc, El mesero preguntó cómo le gustaría el cocimiento del corte, a lo que mi marido le dijo que medio cocido, con leve costra por los 2 lados, a 150F, el mesero respondió: NO, aquí lo cocinamos a la parrilla y ya, o sea, NO puedes escoger, es como ellos desean. 🙄😡 Otra cosa, no recuerdo que platillo iba ordenar, que viene con puré de camote, que no me gusta, le pregunté al mesero que si podía cambiarlo por puré de papa, y me respondió con un rotundo NO, aquí se sirven los platillos como son. 😡😡 El postre de la pera muy bonito nada más, porque el sabor es totalmente insípido. La presentación de los platillos excelente. Pensé que este restaurante era de lo mejor, pero no, mi marido estaba muy ilusionado por ir el último día en Cancún, y fue una gran decepción. P.D. CUANDO LES PONES UNA ESTRELLA Y MALA CRÍTICA EN OPEN TABLE, DE INMEDIATO TE MANDAN UN MENSAJE PRIVADO PIDIÉNDOTE TU NOMBRE Y NÚMERO TELÉFONICO PORQUE ESTÁN "CONSTERNADOS" 🙄 AJÁ, 😆😆🤣, POR LA CRÍTICA QUE LES DEJASTE, ¡JAMÁS TE LLAMAN!, PORQUE NO LES IMPORTA. CADA VEZ QUE LES PONEN UNA CRÍTICA MALA, ELLOS PONEN UNA DE 5 ESTRELLAS, SIN FOTOS, FAL-SA. 😆🤣🤣🤣 MEJOR OPCIONES: PUERTO MADERO QUE ES EXCELENTE Y CAMBALACHE.

We ordered an Australian wagyu steak and of course were excited because we were expecting a top notch steak. Instead, we got a steak that tasted like gasoline, not cooked properly and was tough. We complained to the server who did nothing. Also to the manager who again… did nothing. Charged us for it and even charged us for our dessert which they could’ve easily taken off as an apology. Won’t be back. Very disappointed.
