Maybe it was just a wrong day. Maybe it was wrong choice from a menu, but except location nothing was worth the visit. Meals under the average (though the prices are not), house vine can be perfectly used as “aceto” and the stuff is acting like they are the noble guests.

Servers were very rude because we didn’t order food. Said “of course just drinks”. Also, you could hear them talk about the guests. Fancy place with terrible customer service.

Not a place if you are a small family with a baby and a babychair. Not if you are dressed with a no fancy outfit. Not if you don't look upper class. Embarrased how they treat us. Just we sitted, in a sunny day with our baby of one year old enjoyng the village and the lake. The waitress just looked us, as it was obvious we bothered her eventhough we were calmly waitting and wanting to eat outside. Not any smile even we smiled her, not any welcome, just asked if we were there to eat, as soon as we asked if a babychair would be possible, she asked if would be for the baby, looking us very strange(????). Then she come back and ask us if we can move to the table of the corner. We just moved, and never came back with any chair. Honestly, we don't look, or neither behaive in any not normal way, we just asume we are not their "target" of clients maybe (???), then we stand up and leave beafore order even. It's a shame, maybe this lady don't have family or education, maybe she don't like her job or maybe this is the way they let you know you are not wellcome. Don't deserve even one single star, a really ugly treat. A clear example of a busines that live from the location and tourism visitors not from their work.
