Excellent service and great food. Manager is GREAT and very attentive. I would definatley recommend a meal here if your shopping in the area. Very clean and professional for a fast food experience.

Them 1/2 off slushies at sonic are hella good! there always great 👍 and they always put a lot of strawberries in the cup them route 44s are a good price from 2 to 5 yall should try them, im always going there after work in this heat.

We parked and the employee asked for our order, after we ordered, the food was brought to us rather fast. Sonic Cheeseburger was delicious, fries were seasoned just right, and cherry slush was soooo goood! Service was excellent!!

Good food and friendly staff. Ordered green chili hamburger and grilled chicken sandwich with tater tots, both delicious. The strawberry limeade was very good too.

Happy Hour all day in the app is my go to when I am thirsty! Sometimes you will get a promotion for a discount on new items as well as menu favorites in the app. Have had an issue with ordering an item on the app and then the location is out of stock, which is a bummer when you are craving it! This location is fast, the carhops are polite, and they always put napkins in the bags which is appreciated for those greasy fingers! Another nice touch is the stalls welcome you at check-in for an app order!

Save money, use their app everytime as they have 1/2 price drinks all day if you order through the app. plus specials. Just be aware if you park in the first row of parking stalls as you first drive in, you may be blocked from getting out. Better to drive to other side and park in stalls closest to exist so you are not stuck when you want to leave.

I just want to take the time to give a shout out to the Sonic on Desert Blvd West. I went in for a banana split and they kindly said they didn’t have any but offered to add bananas to my sundae. The gentleman that attended us was so well mannered. It seems with all that is going on in the world because of the pandemic people have forgotten to be kind. Thank you to the young man that attended us. Your customer service was excellent and you were helpful in satisfying this pregnant woman’s late night craving of a banana split! Thank you it was delicious 😋

Not a bad location. They messed up our app order, and the carhop that brought our food was hard to understand as he didn't speak get loud. Clean and quick.

I come here to get my onion rings fix. Haven't found any other place with better onion rings then sonic. Place is clean and staff was friendly, even if they couldn't combine two receipts for a total and fumbled with doing the math in their head. But to be fair, I was there pretty early in the morning. I miss the skates.

For a quick breakfast burrito, we stopped here at the Sonic Drive In. A good fast food burrito made tasty by their hot sauce. Tutorials tots and a cold drink worked well. Very polite service. Thanks.

Nice place but I got a quarter pounder the girl Jessica I think was her name said It came with mayo and mustard But all it had was ketchup and pickles Also she seemed like bothered cause I was asking maybe lots of questions about the burger but if you're going to buy something I think you're entitled to ask. I understand that being a Friday night it will be packed with people drive through or parking, but still at least one order right and come on 3 cherry stems in a vanilla shake other wise it would of been good. A star because it was a peaceful drive going and coming back 🙂

AND, here's the best part, from the time order was placed to the time we pulled out with our beverages, 40 minutes had passed...WOW

We were there for like about 30 minutes in those menus outside waiting to get our order taken,but we never got them taken.So we decided to leave and go through the Drive-Thru.This is unacceptable as a food restaurant ,we expected the best from them but we didn’t received it.

If you want one of the shakes, blasts, custards don't bother. Take the extra trip to the one on doniphan between thorn and redd, that location has employees that know how to prepare the desserts.

I believe his name was Brandon, he has bleach hair, skinny, tall. It took him 10 minutes while looking at me before answering the help request. Then he asked if I wanted my recipient and I said yes. He quickly crunched it up and walked up. Horrible service. I love coming here after a long day at work, but I dont know about him.

Tried going through drive thru but no one answered. Stayed there yelling out "Hello?" for a good 2-3 min before I decide to park and order via the drive in menus.

Disappointed! My burger was cold. It was old and probably had been sitting under the heat lamp from a previous order. I didn't return it because I was traveling and had pulled away already. I won't be stopping at this location again.

Don't use the dine in unless you like waiting. The workers seem to favor the drive thru where we where parked we could see the drive thru order box people where ordering and driving right thru. Our order we waited 40 minutes till we pushed the button to ask what was going on with our order " 1 Bacon burger and a American HotDog" . When it did come out it was cold. It was obvious they forget about our order altogether.

Sonic is my favorite fast food restaurant but I've stopped at this location a few times now to pick up drinks on the way home from the Outlets with dismal results. I'm not sure how you can mess up a Dr Pepper and Diet Dr Pepper but something always tastes off. Not going back to this location again.

People kept coming and going and we were still there waiting for our order. We would see them delivering a big order to others so it couldn't have been that ours was a large order. I got off the vehicle to ask for an extra bag and the girl acted like I had asked her a difficult mathematical problem. I waited outside the door and I could see her talking to two others. She wasn't moving so I went back to our vehicle. It took 2 more minutes before she brought the bag. By that time, we had already fixed things so that we didn't need it. My daughter had arrived in a different car. My husband and I went and parked in a aside parking space and proceeded to eat our somewhat bland chicken sandwiches. We saw our daughter go around. We finished eating and as we were leaving, we waived at our daughter who was still waiting at the drive thru window. She had actually been there for awhile because we had time to finish our meal.

I just went during lunch and it seems like they get mixed-up with so many orders. I order an all American Coney with no relish and medium onion rings. Well my Coney had tons of relish when the girl even replied no relish when I placed my order and I didn't know medium onion rings meant only 4 onion rings in the bag. Didn't even eat my lunch had to wait to get off work to eat.

Ordered two drinks and a cheesy tots to continue our road trip. The car hop was very polite. When on the road my teen opened her tots and found not only unmelted American cheese but the tots were old and extra crunchy and cool to the touch. Double check your orders before leaving.

I've gone a few times and there always getting my order wrong and they dont do my burger how I ask. There always on a rush and rude.. 😡

Canutillo sonic sucks. It sucked when it was on Doniphan and sucks just as much on S. Desert. I just got a Strawbwrry slush that's pretty much food colored water with a little bit of ice. We also got a lemonade that taste like water.

Worst sonic in El Paso. Takes 10 minutes to even acknowledge you at the drive thru when ordering. Then when you drive up to the window they take another 10 minutes. I showed up and wanted to make 2 orders and said they don't do orders for more than one card. Then I'm at the window waiting for my order and see the manager and everyone standing around laughing and relaxing while there are like 4 cars behind me that have been waiting just as long as I have. They don't acknowledge me waiting at the window after I was given my order because I had asked for mustard packets for my coworkers corn dogs and was told they don't have any. How does a place like that not have mustard? This isn't a one time incident. It's always like this. Since they told me they don't do more than 1 order I drove next door to Whataburger was acknowledged and charged for my order in under 5 min. I requested a couple of packets of mustard and explained that sonic doesn't have any and they apologized for not having packets of mustard but filled a small gravy container for my coworkers sonic corn dogs. I've worked around there for two years and every visit has been horrible. Only reason I stop by is to pick up an order for a coworker. I now just swing by any of the other quick and friendly places like McDonalds, Whataburger, Dairy Queen or Taco Tote for my meal. This recent occurrence was on August 10th. I suggest that you read the other reviews and avoid this sonic. Grab a burger from Whataburger, Dairy Queen or even McDonalds

Went to Sonic and ordered 3 #1 combos 1 with manias and extra onions and 2 with hickory which none were made right. I also ordered a #3 hickory since I can't eat manias and when they brought my order out to me all they brought out was the 3 #1s not made right when I told them that the sandwiches were made wrong and I was missing the #3 combo they took one of the sandwiches from the #1 and put manias on it and brought it out to me with the sandwich for the #3 combo with manias. I told them it was wrong again and I didn't have the full comb for the #3 so they took them back in and brought them back out to us the same way without even rewraping them and when I told them I couldn't eat manias again they finally told me they didn't have hickory so my exwife ordered the chicken sandwich and they brought me the #3 with mustard and the chicken sandwich and kept one of the #1s and charged us for the chicken sandwich this took us a little over a hour just to get this order. Worst service I've had from a Sonic and still didn't get my order write. This was at the Canutillo store

Hands down the worst, nastiest, dry, flavorless, non lettuce (well a speck of it) chicken sandwich ever. Wife's chicken strips were also dry, and very old rubber. And I was told the delay for food was to cook a fresh chicken, not even close!

They messed up my order then when asked to fix it they take the unwanted item off the burger and bring it back like it was a new burger. This is so wrong. Not happy with the service at this place would not recommend it to anyone.

Other than sitting for 20 min at the order box I finally went into drive thru.. waiting again another 5 min to take my order, while telling her my order she would stop and not say anything for a little bit, then I'd say HELLO then she say anything else.. finally decided to leave after waiting a total of almost 30 to 40 min just in line and repeating myself multiple times, and still left with no food!!!! Bad service! We were left standing in drive-thru trying to place an order for almost 15 minutes. Not once was there a "be with you in a minute","drive up" or nothing of that sort. We finally decide to pull up to the window behind the only other car. Once there we asked if the intercom was broken, the employees response, "i was busy".

This particular location is very poor. They have gotten my order, food and drink, wrong each time I've come here. When asked for corrections it seems to get worse the second time! Luckily, there are plenty of other options in the area and other Sonic restaurants around.

This is the third time in a row this location gets my order wrong. This time I ordered wings and they took over 20 mins to get them to my car. I ordered ranch and no ranch was provided nor was a fork provided. So this other employee comes out to another car and I stop her and ask for ranch and a fork she says ok, and forgets about it!! 5 mins passed my wings are cold now and I ring the button on the screen and ask AGAIN for ranch and fork! Very unpleasant and unorganized staff.

The waiting time was a little ridiculous taking into consideration there were no people waiting on the outside desks. Also, the service provided by the employees was rude and almost dismissive; at the moment of ordering there was no further inquiry as to the order and simple assumptions of the sides. I would not recommend this drive in at all to friends and family.

They weren’t very busy for how quick the staff tried rushing me out of the drive through. Ordered mozzarella sticks and they didn’t give marinara sauce, ordered a large fry and got it half empty. Plenty of other fast food services, if your employees can’t put in effort then they don’t deserve my business.

I don't know how she got this position if she has no customer service, people skills, sales strategies or charisma. For being a great location they do not try and make it stand out. Love Sonic... just not this location. I parked at one of the stalls right in front of the drive thru. I can see the drive thru line moving mighty fast but not once did they answer my call to order. Rang the button 3 times before I left, and went to Dairy Queen instead.

Husband and I Waited in the car for 30 min for two cold burgers. Wonderful. Husband had to get out and knock at their door and turns out they just forgot to bring our order out.

This location in particular is slow and poorly managed. For some reason it is understaffed after 6 pm. I always wait around 20 minutes but today i have been waiting for 45 minutes. Already ordered and swiped card so I guess I'm stuck here. I should ve sat down at a restaurant instead. The food is fine but the wait is beyond crazy. Upper management should pay closer attention at what happens after they go home. Huge disappointment.

Very slow place not a lot of customers and they took a long time to serve our order not only ours but the other cars next to ours. Hands down the worst Sonic I have ever been to. Consistently bad service. Orders take way too long and drinks are almost always wrong. I'm in your drive-thru currently and I received a slush with a broken cup. Took 10 minutes for the girl to notice us waving. Also took 20 minutes to get 2 burgers (no line). It constantly happens at this location and itsi really tiring. You guys need new management at this location.

Super slow and poor service. It took them 4 minutes just to greet me at the speaker box in the drive thru. And she just said.. "one second" . And it took even waaaaay longer to get my order to me. Not once did they peak out and say it was going to take long. This is all at the drive thru. I finally get my order and I told the girl they took too long and she just rolled her eyes!! Horrible horrible employees and very poorly managed.

Tried to order 2 meals and it took the person on the other end 3 attempts to confirm our dipping sauce...she sounded like maybe English wasn’t here first language? What’s worse is we were the only ones there so we decided to cancel the incomplete order and drive away to Whataburger.

It's lunch time and my burger was cold. I returned it and they brought me a second one same thing. The edges of the burger was cold. When I put my finger on the party I that I had bitten it was cold. I asked for my money back and the manager came to talk to me he would make me another. I told him no and he said this one will be very fresh. Don't think so. They missed it twice. I love Sonic but this was not a good experience.

My kid was having a rough day and asked for a hot fudge sundae. We got her one from this place and she didn’t eat it. We asked her what was wrong and she said it tasted funny. The hot fudge was like a rock and the whole thing tasted burnt. They must have chipped the burnt remnants out of the pot and served it.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this Sonic is always a frustrating experience. The speaker system is terrible — no matter how loud I talk, they can never hear me. Today I was here with my husband, and even after repeating the order about 10 times, the person was still confused. On top of that, they constantly get my food wrong. If I ask for something simple like no pickles or try to take a couple of things off my burger, it’s like they just ignore it. It feels like if you customize your food even a little, they just don’t bother doing it right. It’s really disappointing because Sonic should be convenient, but instead it ends up being stressful and frustrating every time.

My drink was made wrong so I asked if it could be remade correctly. The girl at the drive thru got upset and asked for my receipt, I showed it to her and let her know the drink also has light ice. Well she was so upset that I asked for my drink to be fixed that she filled the ENTIRE cup with ice then added the drink I paid for. She smiled and smirked then said have a great night. If you hate doing your job why not find a new one?

We have ordered on the app multiple times but any time after 9 pm they seem to be ignoring the drive-thru. We have waited 10 minutes and had to just drive up to the window to get our order even though no one is in the stalls or anything. They just don't answer. They had our order when we pulled up and my ice was half melted, but they never attempted to respond when we were at the drive thru. This has happened more than once in the same week and it's always later at night. I understand there can be staffing issues but no one answering at all when no other people are there to be served is extreme.
