Ceviche was the best we've ever had!! The Redfish, Avocado enchiladas, and Margaritas 🍹 were on point.!! Everything was delicious. I had Googled a restaurant over Lake travis, and well, we ended up here. We drove from San Antonio. Definitely recommend it!✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Nice restaurant with good views of the lake..the special of the day grilled redfish tacos were very good. Plan to come again to try other things on the menu!

Parking was accessible. Appearance of the building was attractive and inviting. All items on the menu looked appetizing. We only had the ceviche. It was fresh and delicious. Patio over the lake next to a pool with a waterfall made the atmosphere amazing! We caught the comedy night, which we recommend. All were funny and had good material. The price wasn't too expensive for the area. We recommend it!

My parents and I dined in this evening & we all throughly enjoyed our evening. London was great, and the food was delish. I recommend the Blue Crab stuffed Flounder! Perfect balance of flavors & so rich and savory!

Outdoor seating was wonderful! Food was excellent! Pecan crusted trout was delicious! Salmon salad well prepared and steak was perfect! Spectacular sunset views!

The food was outstanding across the board: the crabmeat flounder was perfectly cooked and flavorful, the salmon was fresh and delicious, the shrimp scampi was rich and savory, and the wagyu burger was juicy and cooked to perfection. We also loved the shishito peppers—a perfect starter with just the right kick. Top-notch service, amazing food, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend Canyon Grille and be sure to ask for Michelle—she’ll take great care of you!

Such a lovely evening for our date night. Good service, good food, lovely surroundings and showers from heaven! It actually rained. And the customers as well as the staff all came outside to drink it in, smiling and dancing! I know they had nothing to do with it raining, but it made the evening even sweeter. Husband had the Verde chicken and said it was outstanding. I really enjoyed the Fish & Chips. He had the cheesecake for dessert and said it was really good. (We forgot to take photos of the food! Lol) We will be back, with friends! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is one of my favorite places! The view is amazing and relaxing, the marina is beautiful! The Margaritas are so refreshing, made with good tequila and mixed with the right flavors. Our waiter was so friendly and professional, the salsa is definitely home made and the fish tacos are cooked at perfection, so full of flavor! There is always a soft breeze which we appreciate! The area is hilly and views of the Hill country are unique!

All around great place. The food has always been consistent, and it's relatively well priced for the location. They always have good specials/happy hours, and the view is top. It's no "5 star restaurant" but it isn't pretending to be. If you want quality food that's always consistent for a fair price with an amazing atmosphere then you can't really beat this place.

Taco bout a taco salad! When they say everything is bigger in Texas, they were lying. I tried to keep it somewhat 'light' after grubbing down all weekend but I don't think that's possible in Texas. The Canyon Grille's taco salad came in literally the biggest taco shell I have ever seen filled to the rim with pulled chicken, black beans, lettuce, shredded cheese, tomato, onion, corn, sour cream, and guacamole. I don't know what was better -- the food of the view overlooking Lake Travis. This was definitely a go to brunch spot on a sunny Sunday after. I knocked this place down a star because I had ordered one of their boozy frozen cocktails (can't remember the name) but someone had forgotten to turn on the machine in the morning. Our server informed us that it would only be about 10 minutes for our drinks to allow the machine to start working but it took over 30 minutes and the slushy was pretty watered down. The drink was still good so I'd imagine it would have been a lot better if it was fully frozen. Otherwise, this place was great with an awesome view and our server was very friendly.

You can’t for wrong with giant jalapeño margaritas and Hawaiian Kobe Burgers! If you’re a cinematographer this is the place to shoot the sunset on Lake Travis. It’s gorgeous overlooking Rough Hollow Yacht a club or standing the pool with the fountain in the foreground.

Our first time here and we will be back. Ordered appetizers - smoked salmon and shishito peppers - that were a great way to start the meal. The entrees were delicious too. A nice relaxing atmosphere and beautiful view.

Go for the view and a glass of wine. The food is average. You won’t be disappointed but you will not be wowed. The brunch food is the best and prime rib plus half price wine on Thursdays is a definite winner.

Really pretty view. The service wasn’t great but our server was pretty overwhelmed. We waited for over 30 minutes to have our order taken. The prime rib special was very good!

Very nice casual restaurant. Best Blanco Queso if had! Very good Tomatillo soup. Pet friendly out door seating. If any complaint, fans are needed for outdoor seating.

My parents live just a short walk away from Canyon Grille and have been loyal regulars for years—visiting monthly, if not weekly. As their daughter, I’ve been coming here for a long time too. I’m in my mid-twenties and recently visited with my brother (30), his wife, and my boyfriend. We’ve always had amazing experiences here: the food is consistently excellent, and the views are stunning. This most recent visit started the same way—with high expectations and excitement. Our server, Bao, was absolutely phenomenal. She was attentive, kind, and handled our table beautifully. Honestly, if it weren’t for her, the experience would’ve felt much worse. Unfortunately, what left a bad taste in our mouths had nothing to do with the food or our server—it was the interaction we had with one of the managers. When we arrived, there was a wait (understandably, as it was a busy Saturday), and the hostess encouraged us to grab a drink at the bar while we waited. The bar was packed—shoulder to shoulder—with only one open seat near the server drink station. Since there were four of us, we simply stood behind the chair so we could order a round of drinks. We were careful to step aside anytime a server came through, not wanting to block the way. While we were waiting, a manager came over to grab a drink for a server and abruptly told us to move because we were “disturbing the servers.” His tone was unnecessarily sharp, and the way he spoke to us felt dismissive and rude. My brother’s wife politely responded, explaining that we thought it was okay since there was a chair placed in front of the station. His response? “Obviously that’s not supposed to be right there,” followed by an eye roll as he walked away. We fully understand the importance of keeping service areas clear, especially on busy nights. But as loyal, respectful guests who were following the hostess’s direction and doing our best to stay out of the way, we felt the situation could have been handled with much more grace. Again, Bao made the evening so much better and deserves a shoutout for her incredible service. We’ll likely continue coming here because the food and setting are excellent—but I hope the management team reflects on how tone and approach can greatly impact a guest’s experience.

We used to love this place when it was under different management. This time the shrimp scampi was too garlicky, the fish and chips were cold, not crispy, and both the relish and the slaw tasted odd. The burger has a wonderful bun but was overdone. The cali club chicken sandwich was good. Fries were okay. Brussels sprouts were okay but nothing special. Our waters were never refilled. They used to serve fried battered Brussel sprouts with truffle dripping sauce were divine, but they are off the menu. Sadly, we won’t be back. We will miss it; it’s a really nice location!
