The pizza here is a must try! Pies are baked to perfection. I had the meat lovers pie with pepperoni, sausage and meatballs and it was very flavorful. The pesto pie was also delicious and I would definitely recommend this slice. This place is worth the wait if there is a line you won't be disappointed.

Best pizza in north county, best value for pizza overall in SD. The service is great, the workers always are super friendly and they are quick with the slices. The ratios are always perfect and they have so many good pies to choose from. I love how the bottom always has a great crisp to it. My favorites have to be the buffalo chicken and the BBQ chicken for their every day pies. Garlic knots and cookies are also very good. I also appreciate that they always have a pizza of the month special too.

Ok the food is great and staff as well. Daily deals are affordable for slices. We have bought 3 whole pizzas from there. Oh the garlic knots are amazing! We haven't been in a while. No work, no food 😞 was just thinking about one the other day. I hope i get a job soon

Delicious thin crust pizzas by the HUGE slice or in different sizes, great location with fresh ocean views and breezes, safe environment for kids to play and make new friends, crossed over Pacific Coast Highway to walk on the beach. ⛱️ Highly recommend East Coast Pizza! 🍕

Pizza is delicious! Worth every penny! They also have Barqs Root Beer! Cesar salad is a great compliment! No wings but the food was still amazing! My toddler loved it and she super picky haha! Definitely going to be my go to pizza spot!

I’m not the best judge of “true” east coast pizza but I thought they had some great pizza at the right price. For under $10 you can get a drink with 2 slices or a slice and a salad. It’s a pretty good deal for the location along with some people watching in the courtyard. Afterwards go get some pictures with the Carlsbad Kook across the street.

I grew up on Long Island, NY and love this style of thin crust pizza. They had a daily special of pepperoni, mushroom, fresh basil and garlic by the slice when I was there once in the past. Man, that was good. Recently remodeled and looking great! Very friendly guy serving. AND, Lost Abby Beer next door! Not open when I was there. Before covid you could take your slices there if you wanted. East Coast pizza serves beers on tap now too. Just go!

As a native New Yorker west coast transplant for 25 years , I stop here every time I’m back in Cardiff! Delicious slice , passes the ‘fold’ test and excellent crust, too!

These folks make legit and delicious calzones. I'm hesitant to tell everyone because East Coast Pizza probably does more business with their awesome pizzas, and I like to have my secretly amazing calzones. But here we are, and I have to share. Get a calzone! Freaking great.

The best artichoke pizza ever! Flavorful loaded topping, perfect thickness and crusty bottom. Enjoy from the first bite to the last and wanting another slice!

East Coast Pizza is such a wonderful, cozy, friendly, and tasty place. Their pizzas are top notch. Super tasty, fresh, and there is a lot of variety for everyone. I love going there with my kids, we always have a good time. Aside from amazing pizza options, they have great fresh salads, and sandwiches too. Portions are very big and prices are amazing. It is a win-win for us. There is a plenty of free parking available. Staff are super friendly, polite, and go an extra mile to deliver great food and service. The place has a lot of seating room as well, and outside of it there is a nice green area for kids to play. My kids love their ice cream too, it is always fresh and a good portion. I observed staff there, all hard working people, very polite, they are constantly cleaning their counter tops, pizza trays, soda and ice cream machines. My kids and I are feeling well fed, safe, healthy, and always welcoming when we go there. Such a wonderful place. Feel free to check it out for yourself. You will be very pleased.

I absolutely love this place! I had the BBQ Chicken Pizza, best pizza I've had. Cooked to perfection, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and they have a very laid back atmosphere!

Pizza was really good, ordered a large pepperoni. Id honestly say its better than the pizza place across the street or pizza port but that may be because I prefer NY style. 🍕Go there!

My friend and I discovered this place today. I rarely write reviews. This is quality pizza. I'm from the East Coast and I thought this pizza was decent. 👌🍕 It might not be exactly like "home", yet, there are not many pizza places I actually like in San Diego. But this one is excellent. Fresh taste from start to finish, every bite is delicious. I love the CHEESE it has the perfect flavor, the dough in the crust is perfect. My friend and I both commented on the crust. The marinara sauce tastes right, the right consistency, I saw a tiny piece of tomato mashed in there. Looked right. ☁️ This pizza is from heaven. I'll be back again. I also loved the pizza dressings that were on the table. All the dressings tasted fresh and clean. I load mine with oregano, black pepper, and chili flakes. Well executed in flavor and preparation. I love your pizza!!! I'm a huge fan now!! 😋🍕☁️😇

guy working the register was so unfriendly and borderline rude that i got flustered and accidentally left a pack of cookies behind. he didn't call or go after me, either. wasted over 7 bucks on that. and their bbq chicken slice had 1 small bite of chicken on it. can't imagine going there again
