This should all be about the coffee and it was a lovely cup. A world of difference with Costa. You don't have to be a barrista to make good coffee but it is too often so wrong. The milk was foamy and stiff not bubbly and airy, the coffee was tasty and the place was clean and inviting. Easy location just off from M4 too.

Five staff working there when I visited and they were all so miserable! Not a smile between them and borderline rude when taking your order.

The food and drinks are the same as every Starbucks, but the seating and layout is awful. Only two tables have comfy seats, the rest have hard back hurting wooden chairs. No change of relaxing in one of these 14 chairs. Old tables with half the varnish flaked off. This is not a place to come and relax in. Needs money spent on it.

It's Got to be going down hill now as the staff need retraining orderd a cookies and cream frappe which had no flavour at all asked them to remake it and once again no flavour at all every since these new people have been working the coffees have had no flavour at all. Honestly useless at making drinks that it makes McDonald's coffee look good

Very poor customer service. They have about 6 servers who just chat amongst themselves while you stand by the till looking like a lemon. Them your order waits until one of them decides to bother to make you a coffee. Worst starbucks I've ever been to

not the happiest of people serving , was here yesterday boiling day , outside all tables was empty apart from one and all covered in rubbish and we say her 20 mins before someone bothered to clean it all up ..disgusting.

Extremely disappointed customer service. Visited on 26th August 2024 at 17:53 pm. 1 star is way too many. I have long wished to share my feedback, as I find myself regrettably disappointed with my recent experience at your branch. During my visit today, I encountered an individual who deviated from the typical professionalism one would expect. I have been served by a young lady who seemed to be new in her role. My friend and I ordered 2 slices of the Pumpkin marble loaf with 2 hot drinks. When we received the loafs we noticed one of them had been smeared against the back wall of the display fridge with some of the cream and Pumpkin seeds stuck on it. When I politely asked the young lady to change the loaf with the nicely garnished ones, she was constantly discussing the situation with her other workers on the headset. This caused significant delays and frustration. Despite a long wait, another girl came to us with an extremely unpleasant attitude asked why I want a replacement. I explained the condition of the loaf is not acceptable and I believe its not hygiene to eat due to its contact to the fridge wall. She was constantly asking me why, why? Instead of respect to the customer and accept my request and do an exceptional customer service she was just trying to force me to accept her perspective, aggressively. She had no manner and had a very aggressive attitude. After a long discussion, she grabbed a plate with a loaf and threw the plate at me in an aggressive manner, which made me feel very uncomfortable as disappointed. This level of unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable and ruined the entire experience. When the full service is not provided, why should I pay the full amount?? If my cake has been smeared against the wall, why should I have to pay the full amount??? If you handle service in this manner, customers should have the right to pay less. So I had to ask to speak with the manager and I explained her aggressive behaviour. Regrettably, he wasn't helpful at all. I've never seen such an unqualified team at one place. Extremely disappointed with the service. The staff was unhelpful and rude. Better training for staff and quality control on orders would greatly improve the service. I won't be returning and would not recommend this place.

Extremely Disappointing Experience and Unprofessional Behavior at Starbucks On August 26th 2024, at 5:53, my friend and I visited Starbucks and had an utterly disappointing experience. We both ordered a slice of pumpkin cake, but when we received them, we noticed that one of the slices had been smeared against the back wall of the display fridge, with some of the cream and pumpkin seeds stuck to it. When we politely asked the staff to replace it with a clean slice, we were met with completely unprofessional behavior. One of the staff members told us that they couldn’t replace the cake. We explained that this cake was not hygienic to eat due to its contact with the fridge wall. Instead of addressing our concern, she responded in an inappropriate and dismissive manner. As a customer, I expected to be treated with respect, not to be spoken to in such a rude tone. When we asked again for a replacement, the staff member angrily grabbed a plate, and without care, placed another slice on the counter. This action caused a loud and unpleasant noise from the glass display, which was entirely inappropriate and disrespectful. Finally, we asked to speak with the manager and explained the unacceptable behavior. To my disbelief, I have never encountered such an incompetent and unqualified manager who lacked basic customer service skills and made no effort to resolve the issue. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I am unlikely to return to this branch again. Starbucks seriously needs to review the conduct and customer service training of its staff to prevent such unpleasant experiences in the future.

We frequent this Starbucks as usually, the service is decent enough and most of the staff are pleasant and friendly, but we won’t be anymore. The staff today were slow and downright rude. The guy with shaved dark hair who was there this morning watched us walk in, wait at the till to be served for ages, walking back and forth past us with a bad taste in his mouth, not even acknowledging us waiting, and throwing the hot food he was warming over towards the Drive through counter. He looked at us, several times, but not once has the decency to speak to us and say ‘Sorry to keep you waiting!’ Or, ‘We’ll be with you in a second!’ Nothing. So so rude. He looked utterly miserable and clearly didn’t want to be there and customers were just an inconvenience to him. He shouldn’t be in a customer facing job, and be been using this store for years, and he is always miserable, but today was something else! The other staff members also saw us waiting and failed to even speak to us. Shameful behaviour from front of house customer facing staff at a reputable coffee shop! Sort your staff out.

I asked for iced chai tea latte and this is what they given me i’m gonna be sick taste like i’m sucking on a tea bag and i asked for three pumps of vanilla and they didn’t give me any and the woman in the drive through didn’t have a clue what she was doing must have been training or something and my friends had a chocolate waffle frappe and it tasted foul these are drinks we have regularly and NEVER taste this bad. 0/10 from us
