I love this location! They always have my order ready on time when I arrive to pick it up, and they greet me by name (it helps that I go a lot for work). Everything always tastes great.

Got a greenie and I love it. Perfect place to grab a healthy drink and enjoy at the park across the street.

Always fresh ingredients, the staff welcomes you and thanks you for your business. They ask if you need anything else when you pick up your orders. Excellent customer service! Nice management and staff!

Delicious acai bowls, chocolate one and peanut butter one. Wow! Totally a dessert. Great for the bogo 50% off deal. I also tried the 2 day cleanse ($35 each day on sale) which was fine, but I didn't notice a difference afterwards. The regular acai bowl was ok, but the specialty bowls were superior in flavor. I'd definitely return as a splurge treat.

I wasn't able to pick up my order yesterday due to time constraints and the location being incredibly busy at my quoted pickup time. I returned today and was warmly greeted and offered to remake my order that I never received. The bowl was made promptly and with care. Thank you so much for making up for yesterday! Would recommend & return. Great customer service 👏

I arrived to pick up my order and it was not available, it was a missunderstanding and another person took my drink. The person at the counter was nice and remade my drink. Very hospitable

Great stuff, but taking a star away because their menu on Grubhub does not match their regular menu (the chia pudding add to the bowls isn't an option). No matter how much this is requested to be corrected, nothing is ever corrected. I'd come her more often, but it's a 20-min drive each way. Also, their juice cleanses are not organic. I'm not sure how it's a cleanse if the fruits and veggies used are not organic.

great healthy place. They have a lot of options for bowls/smoothies/juices, and you can build your own stuff as well. my favourite is the immunity bowl, and i just add a few things definitely recommend this place

I only go here because it's the closest juice place near my job. The juice is okay, drinkable. I would say that the service is pretty wack. That's right, wack. Once I ordered my juice and after almost 20 minutes, had to go back to the counter to check up on it. Come to find out, my juice was done and sitting on the counter for who-knows how long. I don't know why any of those kids working back there didn't even try to call my name or acknowledge that my juice was ready. Another time I ordered online to try and avoid a reoccurring incident as the last. The website noted that I could skip the line when I arrived, but when I walked up to the pick up counter to inquire about my order, no one came! The girl taking orders for people in line didn't acknowledge me at all so I just waited, thinking they would call my name when the order was done. A few minutes after my order time as scheduled online, I realized that I need to take action, so I stood in line, asked about my order and the girl walks to the back fridge and pulls out my order. Guess what? You CAN'T skip the line! If you don't stand in it, you won't get your order. Lame.

I ordered ahead of time using the app. When I arrived, they said there was no ticket because the printer ran out of paper or something. I looked at my app and only then noticed the order had been cancelled. I did not receive a notification. I waited another 20 minutes for them to fill my order. There were three very young ladies and no other customers. They did nothing to make up for the inconvenience but instead continued to charge me full price. They made at least one mistake with my order. Instead of being early for work, I arrived just on time and didn't even have time to have my breakfast. The employees could use some training in customer service. They were nice girls, but too inexperienced.

So I've ordered twice from this location, never again. I will just drive to the San Marcos location. First off that are not well organized and the service is so slow even if you order through the app. Then the serving sizes half of what its supposed to be. For example the bowl complete with toppings only fills half the bowl. Even the pictures show a more than half a bowl. The excuse was "we follow the recipes sometimes you just end up getting different sizes." Ummmm no not for 10$. Killed it for me after that, I wasnt in the mood anymore.So overall 2 star's because parking was easy

Placed an order through the app and called this location by accident and the shift lead yelled at me. I apologized for calling the wrong location and said have a good day and she kept me on the phone to yell at me saying not to bother calling the other store because they closed soon.

As if eating healthy wasnt bad enough already with a high price tag, customer service is also terrible at these places, with snobby ethnic persuasive people running it. Just reminds me to take my business elsewhere. I hope nektar gets replaced by another juicery. Not great, bland. This is my first time at this location. I got my favorite acai mango bowl. It was not good and bland. The San Marco's location makes it so bomb.

Always takes 20+ min for 1 smoothie. Service is very blah. Nothing that makes me want to come back. Price should match quality and service but does not.

Horrible customer exp, owner should be ashamed, sitting her as the girl with light colored eyes is Openly bad mouthing customers, came in, she was on register.. seen me and another customer walk in behind me so she turns her back to me and walks to to the counter and proceeds to eat her food with her back turned, thought it was just me and the lady behind me but nope every single customer walking in got the same service. I like nectar but this service completley disregards any policy of customer service your brand created, avoid this one, not just the girl with light eyes but the heavy set one with dark hair and the short one with dark hair all completley are bad apples that feed off each others laziness. The guy with the long black hair seemed to be the only one doing anything, the rest of the employees were all trash… sorry but it’s very bad… time to re staff

I ordered for pick up and the approximate time for pick up was given. I nicely waited and finally after 15 minutes after my estimated time the staff finally asked for my name on the order and finally started the order. This was 50 minutes after I submitted an online order.

It was awful! I got there at 8:50 am . I was first in line & ordered an açaí smoothie. I noticed the dark haired young man who worked the cash register did not change gloves to make my smoothie . When I said I wanted the other worker to remake my smoothie she did. She had pink in her hair. She told me she would give me a refund but proceeded to wait on 3 other customers. It was 9:22 by the time she gave me my refund.

First time experiencing Nekter. Asked the cashier what he would recommend, something sweet and fruity. He said I would not be disappointed with the Flamingo smoothie. I was confused by how awful and nasty it was. Let my daughter taste and she was confused too, like WHAT IS THAT??!! Threw it in the trash. Bad experience.

Ordered a smoothie with kale, but there must be almost no kale in it. Anyone who’s made a kale smoothie knows it turns very green from even one stalk of kale and has a very green taste, this one is purple and tastes like blueberries. Got it on DoorDash so it was $24! Very mad take a look at the picture and judge for yourself whether the smoothie has kale in it

Was really disappointed w/ my smoothie from this place. It hardly had any flavor which was very surprising based on the ingredient list. All 3 of us that went had the same opinion, that all of our's were sadly very bland. Especially for the price, there are better smoothie bars.
