Jack in the box have some of the best customer service. The order is always on point and the people are pleasant. Either on mack and Stockton road or Marconi always good service.

Drive thru was fast... Yes there was a crack head looking in my car not knowing I was in it due to my tinted windows. But the food was good.

Got in and out and our order was correct. Can't ask for much more now days.

Ordered a burger with extra pickles & unlike some other fast food places, which I won't name, that normally stack all the pickles in ONE spot in the burger, Jack's people put the pickles all over the burger, making for a great sandwich! Thanx Jack in the box!!

Apparently I placed a difficult order. I wanted the $20 chicken meal but on my spicy chicken sandwiches I wanted no mayo and the cheese on the side. The cashier attempted to make the the changes to the order but the system would not do it. The cashier said he would tell the chef. I received my order and it was correct and hot and delicious!

This place is always good food . It's nice and convenient. Sometimes drive thru has a small wait but it's a worth the wait. Prices are your average fast food price. This place has been here for many years. I suggest this place.

This particular Jack in the Box is great. I know the owner of this store located in Carmichael, CA; he also owns one in Fair Oaks, CA at Fair Oaks Blvd. and Greenback Ln. He hires great workers and trains them to pay attention to detail and give great customer service; he also insists that they keep the store clean. Someday, maybe our Governor will come to his senses and let him allow customers to dine within the store. The food is very good and always served hot. Enjoy your visit to the either store.

I was alone getting dinner for my family of 4. The fellow that took my order was so patient and helpful. I want able to use some of my coupons and I guess he felt bad and gave me 2 small milkshakes that someone ordered them didn't want and then helped me with carrying everything to my car. I will definitely be visiting again.

Perfect. Just perfect. The one lady at the cashier. SUPER NICE! We known eachother for a while and since she got terminated from another job at a car wash for no particular reason (its a long story) she now works here. And im glad she is now away from that crusty maneger that fired her. Anyways, we ordered our food around 4:10 pm. We had a coupon, and im glad yall give out coupons, and we saw her there. That's when we found out she was fired for like no reason. Then I came ans talked to her since its been a while. We never forgot each other. Forgot her name tho sadly. I keep forgetting things.. Also she gave me a small milkshake on the house. Super nice of her :D Thanks for the kind service, you deserve this as a reward. Hope it goes better here than the wash. Though crowded, I got a whole meal for 5 dollars, and enjoyed it. Ordering online made it a breeze to pick up my food and the atmosphere of this location is comforting and artistic.

Foods always fresh here. Good lettuce, fresh tomato. Not 5 star because sometimes they are short staffed and that causes service to be a little slow at times.

Food is delicious. Depending on the workers the food can be really good or not. The environment in the restaurant is not very clean at times and could use some work.

They are often out of my favorite salad, the Southwest one. They give less sauce packets that the one on Marconi and Watt sometimes. Friendly drive thru people, especially Wendy.

Went for the brunch. Pretty good except for the potatoes. Potatoes weren't bad just not as good as scrambled eggs and sausage. Friendly clerks. Fast..

This is a handy place to get a snack on our way home from evening church services. Seniors get a discount on their drink.

Jack in the box is centered in a very central location in Carmichael so I get a lot of business I don't go there very much but when I do I love their burgers and they have the best value meal that money could buy the Munchie meal so if you're in Carmichael stop on by Jack in The box and have some lunch.

Great service, however the bathroom is disgusting. There was a cockroach on the floor, and even thought it wasn't there fault, the man in front of me didn't even flush or put his seat down. Over all, this was a pretty good place to stop.

Delicious food, one of my favorite fast food restaurants as far as food. Just like every other fast food restaurant, it was expensive. We could have eaten at a sit down restaurant for the same price. Everyone enjoyed their food.

I fell in love with these for the first time - on the corner of Madison / Oak College (roads), I was there recently - the best. From the car, the girl shouted "I also love Jaсk!". Dare, people love you, but this place on the corner of Manzanta/Marconi (roads): the outside and inside of should be nicer looking.

They were super busy they even messed up on my order in make one of my hamburger is wrong busy is a word that has no problem making me a new one did he even ask the old one back can question me they just took care of me accordingly then they went back to their busy paste night they have ahead of them and even had a smile the whole time then we eat are dinner with out any complaints I would highly recommend it

Food is always good. But by the time I get it home it's cold. Reheating things with produce is icky. We need to be able to EAT out. Not just BUY out. Defy the governor and open up. New Sourdough Patty Melt. Yum.

Love their Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers. Easy in and out drive-thru as I'm usually coming down FairOaks Blvd. And turning on Marconi. It's a perfect stop and grab. Never had a problem with my order ever.

I only go to the Jack in the Box located on Marconi Ave., and Fair Oaks Blvd. The drive thru is wide enough for my truck and the food is good every time.

The food was great I got the jr bacon cheeseburger and that's my favorite from there also curly fries are a must! Best part about it!! I got the Jack's bonus tripple burger or whatever its called and it was okay but not amazing. And not NEARLY the size as advertised. It's quite a bit smaller then a double double from In n Out. And the service is not to good. They don't talk much and say have a nice day or anything like that and it's very rude. So yeah. Other then that the food was great and fresh and warm then again. I was there at like 8am so who knows how it is later lol but yeah the jr bacon cheeseburgers are perfect for the price. Not really big but taste great and is cheap enough.

I like this Jack! Food has always been really good! Love the ultimate cheeseburger and tacos thank you for not changing your tacos over the years! Sadly the changes that Jack has made to the ultimate cheeseburger over the years have not been good, the original was the best!!! If you haven't tried the teriyaki bowl it's really good too:)

The service was amazing. I went through the drive-thru to order my food (last week on two separate occasions), and both trips were a very positive experience. My order is always a little complex because of my families special diets. However, they got the order right, and I didn't have to explain it over and over. They were fast and friendly. The area is a little sketchy, with lots of questionable characters hanging around outside the building. And even though they may be harmless, it's still uncomfortable. Because of this, I didn't give 5 stars.

Customer service was awesome. Three different customers walked in after me at separate times around 10am and the crew greeted each one by name and knew they're order already. Food was freshly made. Bathrooms really clean. I dont usually post about fast food establishments but I had to after today's delightful experience. Great job to the crew.

I just ordered two bonus special double burgers from Doordash and for $6, they look like the junk you get off dollar menus.

Service was good. Food was as expected. The dining room was way to warm either because the A.C. was broken or to deter people from loitering.

It's been hit and miss at this location. There have been more then a few times I've had to go in from drive though to get my order fixed and at times they are kinda slow. When it's food though it's good and no complaints

They have really been messing up lately. 3 out of the last 5 times they have missed something. Either the cooks didn’t add an ingredient or the cashier missed an item. Check your stuff before you leave.

I went in to eat since they have a big sign on window saying dine in open.food was fresh but nowhere for me to wash or sanitize my hands before i ate.this is gross management.hopefully your employees have access to soap before they cook my food.

Jack in the Box changed their prices, but didn't let anyone know via their menu. When I went to pay it was alot more than what I was expecting. The manager said that is how it is that's what you owe. So I let them keep it. I'm not paying over $5 for 3 egg rolls.

Well this is the first time I've been to this particular jack in the box but for some reason the screen that is supposed to show you your order is not working plus the intercom system seems a little iffy and for fast food it took quite a long time for me to get my food wow I might not come back to this particular one again

I waited in the drive thru for literally over 10 minutes in the 105° heat, for a burger and a couple of tacos. My AC needs to be charged, so I'm currently without air conditioning until my mechanic can get my car in. Had I known it wasn't going to be "fast" food, I would have gone somewhere else. I was so frustrated! I wasn't even offered a free dessert or drink for my wait. It was obvious I was hot because I was soaked with sweat by the time I got to the window. It was as if one of the employees was kind of working at the same time apologizing, while the other was in the back laughing and carrying on as if there wasn't anything to do. (Yes, I could hear her loud and clear)! There were at least 3 cars behind me as well, and I'm sure they weren't happy either. I'll think about other options before I go to this location again. The only reason I'm giving a 2 star rating, is because the food was edible. Not great, the tacos were overcooked, but the rest was fine. My Dr Pepper was watered down when I got it, but I was so thirsty, I dealt with it. As I said though, I'll look for somewhere else to drive thru before I'll go back to this Jack in the Box.

Theyre quick making milkshakes and since thats the main thing i order everytime, thats why i gave them 3/5 stars.other than that, they have shorted me not just one item of food from one order but were talking two jumbo jacks short of an order which was only three jumbo jacks, a fry and a drink.and when we went back and brought it to thier attention all they did was argue with my friend and make very disrespectful remarks implying that she wasnt able to pay for her food even though we had the receipt showing that we indeed did pay for everything maybe ten minutes before.we left without getting our food.and this is only one bad experience, ive had so many bad experiences here in the past 6 years or longer even.its the only fast food place at the marconi /fair oaks intersection otherwise id go somewhere else but unfortunately im on foot , usually. Its super irritating how long they leave you standing there waiting for your order to be taken.idk how this place is allowed to stay in buisness when they basically steal your money everytime your order is short food or they mess up something and refuse to replace it.

I was exiting Raleys at 9am, when I asked a young black man if he was hungry. He was very polite and said, “yes Ma’am.” (Btw, he wasn’t asking anyone for anything, he was sitting in the corner quietly). So I went to the drive-through at Jack-in-the-Box (on Marconi and Watt) to buy him a coffee and a meal. As soon as I pulled to the window to pay for my order, Karla (the woman working there) opened the window and starts chewing me out about buying food for this unhoused man. No smile, no greeting, she didn’t even tell me how much the amount was. She just kept going on and on. I should’ve just left, but I paid for the food and gave it to the young man. As I pulled around the building to leave, Karla was out back with her phone in her hand, as if she was reporting him to the police or something. I’m not sure what that was all about, but nothing was happening. In fact, as soon as I gave the young man his food he started walking away from the area. I don’t need Karla to get fired or demoted for this Behavior, but she does need to keep her opinions and emotions to herself and gracefully greet the customers, not chew them out for their deeds.

Over the past 2 months, first time here their systems were down and couldn't take any orders.. 2nd and 3rd here waited 10-15 minutes in the drive through while only a couple (2-3) cars were ahead of me.

The sign on the front door clearly stated that the lobby opened at 6:30a.m.,I got there and the doors were still locked at 7:10 and it's the fourth time it's happened to me. Maybe they don't have laws about posting signs in Mexico, but in America,that sign becomes a legally binding contract when it's posted for the public,meaning,they have to abide by or follow what the sign says. Hire Americans,I guarantee that restaurant would be opened when it's suppose to be!I would never dream of returning to this location in fact im strongly considering bypassing Jack in the boxes all together just to make a statement. Had a rather large order, 5 meals and other side items. About $45 all toll, went through the drive thru seeing as thw dinning room was closed. They rushed us in our order and because of that, they messed up our order and when we tried to get it fixed they got rude and told us we didnt order the items they forgot, seeing as they didnt give us a reciept we couldnt verify it. They also told us they couldnt give us a receipt because they didnt have it.

My receipt says the name of the lady who took our order is Angelica. She was very terse & not managing the front counter very well. The dining area & rest rooms were filthy. Oh, to top it off they got my order wrong. Not a good visit at all.

Poor service. Manager was rude. She didn't want to serve us at first. She said our coupon was already used. Then i asked her if she was gonna take our order That wasn't true. Over all and all WE WON'T BE GOING BAK. I ASKED FOR NO SALT ON MY FRIES AND I HEARD THE 2 WORKS REPEAT 4 OR 5 TIMES NO SALT ON FRIES AFTER ORDERING THEM. THEY WAS LAUGHING AT WHAT I ASKED FOR. I POORED ORANGE SODA AND I GOT ORANGE SPOTS ON MY WHITE PANTS AND MY SANDLES. VERY POOR SERVICE...

Three times I’ve been to this location in the morning to get breakfast before work, all three of the last times I’ve been there it says they are open and no one answers me at the drive through and I sit there waiting a few minutes thinking maybe they’re busy but no customers inside or anything. The first time I came across this issue I got online to the contact portion of the website sent an email and never heard anything back! They waste my time in the morning and they waste my time telling me to contact them when they don’t contact you back.... hmm? Oh well there are different Jack in the Box locations that want to take my money I guess..

This heavy young Hispanic girl was at the drive thru acting like coupon Nazi. I've always been able to place double orders with no problems.. Til this Nazi said No you can't use more than 1 coupon and you can't make 2 orders.... Say what??? I said but I have more than 1 order. So when I got up to the window she just left the window closed and didn't even acknowledge me for like 3-4 minutes. So RUDE! Who trained these people in cust svc? Duh! Customer is always right and NEVER say NO you can't do that. ALWAYS greet them as soon as they roll up.

i know ads always look better than the final product. but this is totally unacceptable. i ordered chicken tenders. what i got looks like a long ass chicken nugget instead. seems like they got cheap and or ran out of chicken tenders and replaced it with something cheap and no flavor at all. because whats advertised for the chicken tender meal is not what i got. DONT ORDER THE CHICKEN TENDERS!! the grape powerade was on point though.

The lady that works there was rude. The young man there was very curtious. Steakburger tasted like it was precooked and warmed up.

I don't recommend coming to this location or to even use door dash for them. They are extremely rude and don't care at all about their customers. I placed an order through door dash (mind you not the drivers fault as they only pick up the order not make it) received my order and partial of it was missing. Carmen the manager is extremely disrespectful she has no customer service whatsoever. I've worked in the food industry for many years and I know for a fact that when a customer has an issue or a mistake is made YOU correct it! SHE STOOD THERE AND ARGUED WITH MY HUSBAND! At the end of the day I'm a paying customer and my problem should have been fixed with an apology for the mistake and a replacement or refund. It does not matter how I placed my order, if you make it you fix it!

The customer service here is subpar to say the least. The woman working in the morning dread there job and the same quality comes in the food. They dont unlock the door for customers standing outside 30 minutes after the door should be unlocked( work truck can't go through drivethru), give attitude and disrespectful on mutilple occasions. I write this after 10 similar experiences.

They didn't have the best customer service and the food wasn't any better. I ordered a wakey bakey which is supposed to have bacon on it and I literally had three small pieces of bacon bit size bacon. When I politely asked if I could have a little more they informed me that that's all they can give me because that's all they give. I showed them the three small pieces and they said sorry that's all we give. My Swiss Buttery Jack was worse. It was cold, the cheese looked like it sat out for a while before being put on my burger and it had almost no sauce. I had to ask two different people before I was able to receive more sauce. It didn't taste good at all. I also had to go to the counter multiple times to ask for things like napkins, a fork, and a knife. They gave me three napkins with my food and when I ask for more they stared at me like I was crazy and pointed to the three napkins they gave me. I have a 10 year old with me and I need a little bit more than three napkins. I got to my table and realized that they didn't give me a fork and they didn't have any forks out to get myself. I'm not sure if they expected me to eat with my hands or not. I also had to go to the counter to ask for ranch for my sons chicken nuggets that I requested when I ordered. It looks like it's family-owned and I absolutely hate putting in a bad review for a local family-owned franchise but this was bad. Jack is one of my favorite splurges from my cleaner eating. It was super disappointing.

This location is horrible only because of the staff. There is not one person who isn't Mexican and doesn't speak Spanish and they're all rude. I ordered 4 tacos and waited 30 mins to find out that they completely forgot about my order and served people that were there way after me their food first. I recommend not going to this location. If they hired new employees it would be better.

Piss poor quality. Ordered a chicken salad and only received a little box with chicken. Went inside to ask for the salad that comes with the chicken and was told that is extra. A $7.79 chicken salad that only comes with chicken. Manager on site refused to fix. Trash!!

I will NEVER go back to this restaurant again because of the owner, I stopped in for lunch but I had to visit the restroom pronto before ordering. No more than 1 minute later the owner is beating on the door. The moment i walked out of the restroom he started glaring at me like I was trash. So I walked out not ordering anything and will never return. I used to frequent this location often and it would be so much more pleasant if the owner just stayed home.

Retired senior that rides a Segway instead of a wheelchair was refused service. I got in contact with the owner and after some discussion he apologized. I have not returned so I don’t know if anything changed. Just a sad way to treat anyone let alone an old disabled retired veteran. I wasn’t asking for a handout, just trying to place a food order for my family and was refused service, Shameful.

In my honest opinion i have been mistreated in the past and have been forgiving to this jack in the box because it has been there for as long as i can remember over 15 years...but as of late...the service has gone to the dogs. I give you my money..others give you there money and the customers are who put it in your pockets...staff needs to remember that the customers pay the checks not the owners...we are the bosses. We are not dogs..and we expect great service..leave your personal issues at home when you come to work..otherwise non of you deserve your jobs...and honestly i boycott eating at this jack and the box your gas is better spent to drive to the end of Marconi and at Watt...for better service...i think after 15+ years it is time to throw in the towel your store is past its peak and needs to be condemned and to the lady who some how managed to become a manager....you should retire your job as you espeacially seem to be the most unhappy....i will never eat or let anyone i know eat at this jack and the box again and to my friends i will personally pay out of pocket to take you elsewhere to eat. P.S. would a real food critic please pay them a suprise visit and see if you support my statement.

I actually like Jack in the Box but this location is terrible. The soft drink machine was out of everything, only had diet drinks, and they wouldn't refill it. At least they grabbed me a drink from behind the counter, but it's very inconvenient when I'm almost finished with the meal. The food was typical Jack in the Box, though I noted that the patty was overcooked and seasonless. Whatever though, it's fast food. Their bathrooms were also very dirty and I wish their toilet had a lid. I hate public restrooms without toilet lids, it's disgusting having fecal matter fly everywhere.

I went to this Jack in the box to eat. I asked for no salt on my fries and they still put salt on them.. As I was about to leave, I went up to the counter to get my soda refilled and ask to use the bathroom. There weren't any employees at all! Finally an employee came in. I asked for a refill and told I didn't want any more ice in my cup. Instead, he filled it full of ice. I asked 3 times to be let into the bathroom. He ignored me the first 2 times then after my 3rd request told me I had say "please". 2 other customers had walked in during all of this. They said out loud that they weren't staying there to eat and left. I left after using the bathroom even though I had intended to order more. Also, the bathroom was filthy dirty. It always is there. I don't know how they haven't been cited by the Health Department. I'll never eat there again!

If you want to arrive home to find out half your order that you paid for is missing, this is the Jack In The Box for you! Since it appears that all but one employee is completely incompetent, I highly recommend that you check your order before leaving the drive through. I tried to call to inform them what happened and they won't answer the phone. I will never go back to this Jack In The Box! The one on Greenback and Auburn is great, get my order right every time! And with so many choices, why go to a bad one like this one?!

Ordered through DoorDash and my order was completely wrong twice (even after redelivery). Both times an entire meal/combo was missing, and the meal I did get was wrong: tacos came with lettuce + hot sauce even though I asked NO lettuce, I got regular fries instead of curly, and beef patties instead of chicken. To make it worse, the Jibbi keychain toy was missing both times, which was the whole reason I paid extra for the meal. First time felt like a mistake. Second time felt intentional. Never ordering from this location again.

For the first time, my small daughter said, "Take me out and order me French Fries." I went to here so it’s close to my home to buy a packet of soft French Fries and I told the lady’s about my child, she is hungry and cried at home and has not eaten any food just like French fries but unfortunately when I opened at home, the old lady’s gave my daughter very few fries in the bag I will never go/order food from this jack in the Box again. $3 ordered very few fries in bag. 😔😢 I have no needed to post the ordered fries in a hidden bag. She was not friendly with kid. 😔

What a useless team. I hope the manager sees this. Never go inside. Just had the worst experience of my life. I was the only person in line and had to wait forever to order. Then forever once again to get my food because the manager and her work BFF do nothing but talk while the young man does the food, headset, AND hand out orders. Once again, What a useless team. The lady who came in to order after me actually left because they took too long to get to her, and I wish I did the same.

Update: tried this location for the first time in 2 years again today. Went through the drive thru to pick up my order. They forgot my wings. The lady proceeded to yell at us stating they weren't in the order. Would not look at our receipt. Proceeded to yell at us and then would not give us her name. Realized that she forgot the wings then wouldn't give us any sauce. When asking for her name she refused to give it. Went inside and asked for a manager. The woman refused to give a business card or her name or the managers name. She stated she didn't know the mangers name then she didn't have one. Then she refused to speak to us or any of the crowd of customer in the store. This interaction was recorded and is on video and will be posted. Other patrons got video as well. This lady needs to be fired. Cant follow instructions in the order. Rude & unprofessional. You can really tell how lazy people are and how much they don't wanna work. Dude w the tattoos was super unprofessional. And YES jack I submitted a contact form. TWO contact forms over a week ago & STILL no reply

Not the place you want to order through app and pick up. I ordered and had my son grab it since I WFH and had a meeting. He went got orders and they did not give everything. Missing drink and 1 other thing. Immediately called and did survey. The phone rang and rang until it just hung up (called 3x). You have to go in and watch them and walk them through your order to make sure you get everything and go through the bags before you leave. Having the list right in front of them is not good enough.

Young man super cocky. Doesn't know the difference between a breakfast jack and a ham melt. Asked him three times if he got it. Of course not. Wouldn't have been a problem if his attitude didn't suck. You chose to work here not me. This location is terrible with the attitudes. It's worth the drive down to Watt ave for hotter meals and better service.

This is the worst Jack in the Box location I have ever been into and seen with my own eyes in my entire life. It looked like it closed down like 10 years ago. The soda machine had caution tape crossing it out, the bathrooms were out of order, then tables had trash all over them and the chairs were all scattered around haphazardly.. see for yourself in the photos I took.. im about to see if the food is good though..

Extremely rude woman working the drive through. Came by 2 minutes prior to closing for my pregnant wife and they rushed my order! Went too order the second meal, asked about an item on the menu and were abruptly rude replying with "I don't know". She kept repeating we close in too minutes. Soo I decided to take my business elsewhere. Don't believe I will ever be going back to that jack in the box, along with I will be spreading my word.
