I tried Mr Jim's Chicken Premier Pizza. The taste was really nice & different from pizza's offered by other franchises. I ordered from their website & picked up from n Josey Ln after 15-20 minutes. I also received a discount with their neighborhood coupon.

I recently received a coupon in the mail for a free pizza and decided to redeem it at the restaurant. I was pleased to find that the staff honored the coupon without any hassle, and I was able to enjoy one of the best pizzas that I have ever had. The quality of the pizza was simply outstanding - the crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was flavorful and the toppings were fresh and delicious. The overall taste and texture of the pizza were exceptional and definitely exceeded my expectations. In addition to the incredible pizza, I was impressed with the fast and efficient service provided by the restaurant. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive, ensuring that my experience was enjoyable from start to finish. I love Korean pizza and hate American pizza. I hated the bread that was too salty and thick and the toppings that weren't enough. Then I received a free pizza coupon from here and ordered it with the intention of getting a quick meal for free. But the pizza here was different. The toppings were incredibly rich and the thickness of the bread was not too salty and not too thick. I had really delicious American pizza for the first time. This is a story from just two days ago. I, who did not like American pizza, am now going back to eat pizza here. I want to introduce it to our employees. Thank you so much for letting me eat delicious pizza.

Classic jims, can't beat Mr jims pizza, dough is always really good and the flavor is way better than dominos and pizza hut. Its definitely worth it every time.

What great pizza! Being from Chicago, I consider myself a bit of a pizza snob. While this is not "Chicago style", "NY style", "Detroit style", etc, its just good old American pizza, very well done. Nicely made, good distribution of toppings, and really tasty! The Garlic and Parm breadsticks were fantastic, and the lasagne was great! Even the delivery was a great experience! He arrived way earlier than expected (bonus!) and we were chillin in the back yard. Rather than just drop the food and bail or anything else, he walked up to the other side of the fence and called out. Ran to the door with apologies and he was super cool and friendly. Top to botton, great experience, and to top it off; reasonably priced! We just moved into town, but Mr. Jim's will be on our short list!

I ordered the thin crust sticky fingers... crust was perfect. The sauce was very savory, and the toppings were plentiful. Probably one of the better pizzas I've had since moving to Texas. Plus, the guy who helped me out with the order was awesome. Very friendly and laid back. Even though this was my first time ordering there, he made me feel like I'd been a lifelong customer. Small lobby, only one person inside at a time. Masks mandatory! Phones busy so give a long time for placing a phone order! Ordering in person was quick and pizzas 🍕 were ready in 25 minutes. Taste was pretty good. Much better than other chains in the area. I recommend.

We ordered 1 large pizza and three different kinds of breadsticks, and they were all so good! The cheese bread was my sons favorite. The sauce and pepperonis have great flavor, pepperonis are under/inside the cheese, the bread from the pizza and stix was nice and soft. My whole family can’t wait to try it again. It’s tough to decide which part of the order was best, so I guess we will have to order it all again when we go back!

My family and I have been ordering from the Mr. Jim’s in Carrollton for many years. They are always friendly, reliable and consistent. This evening, I ordered my usual pizza with “less sauce” but when I got home, I found that it had quite a bit of sauce - I know, first world problem. I debated on whether or not to let the location know and ultimately decided to give them a call. One of the delivery drivers answered the phone, was BEYOND Friendly and nice. I asked if maybe my request for less sauce was missed, but he wasn’t sure. They remade the pizza and delivered it to me, Which was amazing because I am currently recovering from total knee replacement! The ingredients, the staff and everything at this location is wonderful. THANK YOU MR. Jim’s!

First time trying Mr. Jim’s Pizza and the pizza was fantastic! We ordered the Meat Eaters for delivery. Brian was friendly and helpful when he took my order. Delivery was promised for 30 minutes and it was on the dot delivered as promised. The gentleman delivering the pizza was very nice. All in all it was a great experience and pizza was hot when delivered and tasted fantastic!! We will definitely order again! Lots of different kinds of pizza to choose from! Vicki & Daryl

I accidentally placed a delivery order for the wrong day—intending it for today at 7:45 pm—but didn’t realize my mistake until close to 7:50 pm. Knowing the store was closing at 8 pm since it was Christmas Eve, I called I believe it was the owner who answered the phone, and he kindly informed me that my order had been scheduled for tomorrow. However, he assured me they could still get the pizza to me this evening and they did! He personally delivered the pizza after hours which truly went above and beyond. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is rare and I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Not to mention the pizza was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I needed. Thank you for making my Christmas Eve extra special! Highly recommend this location!

My favorite carryout or delivery pizza. Way better than larger chains and it makes me happy to not just support a local franchisee (most chains guarantee that) but to support a North Texas based franchise business (farmer branch corporate office). I would suggest if you've avoided chains km the past its worth a shot. The nacho Stix and the white sauce pizza and ultimate double cheese crust are all uniquely good products to try. Add to that bluebell for desert and you've got the ingredients for a happy family meal

The day of ordering a pizza over a counter, seems to be something that the stores have a problem with. I walk in to wait for a fresh pizza, just for that. Ordered my pizza and sat and waited in a designated area. Realizing it's been more than 20 minutes I went to the counter and noticed there was no pizzas in the oven or coming out. An attended came up and asked me are you here to pick up?? I said no I've been waiting for a fresh pizza. When I finally got home, the pizza look like it's been sitting cuz the cheese had already started to cool off and starting to hard. At $23 for a sticky finger with a cheesy crust, it was not. I guess you get what you pay for!

It's good. Some Different options than other popular chains. They do things a little differently for some popular items that others do. Haven't had any bad food here. The online ordering isn't the greatest, but I think it has recently improved. All in all, it's one of 5 options, in my area, for delivery pizza by the pizza place, and it's a nice difference from the 2 big names, Domino's and Papa John's. Side advice; Never use DoorDash for anything, ever.

You all need a better website. I ordered myself a gluten free pizza. The site crashed twice during my order and once more when I was trying to pay. I called the store to make sure they got it. The store off of Josey got my order, which was different than what I ordered online, and delivered it. I did not catch the mistake till I had eaten a piece. I am now uncomfortable and hurting. I understand accidents happen, and I am not upset at y'all for my own stupidity. I just don't think a site should crash 3 times while trying to place an order.

Got a large pepperoni and a thin crust pepperoni. Pizza dough is a bit chewy on the regular one but it still good. The cinnasticks were the best part of our order. The older gentlemen was a bit rude but the younger guy was great. Will be looking forward to trying it out another time.

Pizza took almost an hour to be delivered. Driver said they were down to 2 drivers, so they were running behind. Ok, fine. No problem. One thing. She forgot the drink. Through various calls with the store, I was informed she was told to go to nearest store and buy the 2 liter. After trying that, not finding one, she went back I am writing this review ONE HOUR AND 10 min after she left. I have been done eating for 20 min, still no 2 liter. I understand when your short handed, but that is ridiculous. Sending this review, still no 2 liter Update: 1 hour 30 min. Still no Dr Pepper

They are very inconsistent. This is my third order. First I walked in and ordered and it was great. Second one I ordered online and the quality was not great but they put extra toppings (probably by mistake) and that balances the quality issue. Third one same order same pizza is missing few toppings and what they put is also very less. Looks like they remembered their mistake of putting extra toppings last time and took away this time. Probably the owner is not watching what their employees are doing.

Gave only one star due to pizza and wings was fresh, but other than that it's a no for me in my Simon Cowell voice. This morning I check my bank statement and they have taken 50 for a tip vs the 5 I gave. Requested a refund and was told by Matt not possible. How is it not possible, to refund money stolen from a patron? Corporate will be hearing from me in the am.

Tried for the first time, called it in 3 hours early (1pizza) , hoping to pick it up on the way home, get there and he forgot to put it in. Waited and still paid full price. I manage a business too. After seeing other reviews I'm not surprised why the big chains are successful; at least their reliable.

Never in my life have I ever been treated with such disdain as a customer then I have with Brian at this location. I ordered my pizza online for contactless delivery, and waiting for my pizza I fell asleep after waking I still had no pizza. I contacted the store To inquire on where my pizza wings and sweet bread were...it had been over an hour since the order was placed. I was advised by Brian that the driver had just gotten back from my location where he delivered my pizza to me personally. I advised Brian that this was incorrect, I live alone and I have not had anyone come to my door. Brian was very defensive of his driver advising me that his driver was the best and assured him that he hand-delivered my pizza to me personally. Never once did I receive an apology for their mistake instead he said that he would put the order back in but it will take a while because all his drivers were out And I would have to wait another 45 minutes to an hour. After consideration I decided to cancel my order I called back and advised Brian as such. I was accused by Brian of being a "scammer"... This upset me more than anything because again Brian's lack of customer service and accusations of me lying about receiving my order were erroneous and at the very least disrespectful. When I asked for the corporate number to file my complaint he advised me that my complaint would not matter because ultimately the complaint would be addressed by him. I'm not only disappointed but I'm disgusted by the way I was treated.

First time ordering a pizza in the DFW area. Went with Mr.Jim’s. Boy what a mistake. It was the soggiest greasiest pizza I’ve ever thrown away. A large looked like a medium. Very little onions added. The box was drenched with grease that had soaked thru. Do yourself a favor and save some time skip this place. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was hands down the worse Pizza I’ve ever had. Period!!

Mr.jims has been a go to for pizza in my family's house all the way back to when it was right off Rosemead parkway...... the online session timed out so I went to call and order only to find out because I didn't know the coupon code I could no longer get the deal..... I ran a pizza restaurant and thats not how it works.... so for a lousy 6.50 or something they've lost a customer for life. What a great decision that was over a 6 dollar discount. It's a damn shame 25% tip was like 9.75..... you should learn some customer service at the location in Carrollton. To the owner that replied you are lousy at excuses I could type in just about any coupon by heart in my first 6 months of my first job ever........ such a lousy reply for a lousy owner

So consequently many of the slices had no toppings on them besides the meat. Will never order again. The included vegetables were tiny little pieces, think minced celery. Pizza Hut gives you lots of whole pieces of vegetables for the same price. In decades of experience, they always get the order right. My hometown Mr. Jim's was always excellent. Not the these guys.
