We had our stop on the way to Missouri. Food was fresh and delicious, and the service was amazing. Our server was ‘Sally’, a very kind and lovely person. ❤️

We always stop at pandas where convenient and parking for our truck and small trailer or if we are staying in an area for a day or two. Love the food. This one was a little skimpy on the rice and lo mein noodles but the flavors were good. Wish there was a Panda Express in Fredericksburg, TX. The town is full of tourists year around and locals dont have much of a choice for Chinese food. We would definitely be there a lot. I cook my own and it is good, but a lot of prep work. Locals have fought chain food but BK and chic fil a and several other chicken chains are there now. Get in early while land is still available.

My boyfriend & I went through the drive through and we had Maria, she was the best!! So happy and definitely makes you smile!! She deserves a raise for sure!

I got the family meal with two sides and three entrees. The quality of the food was good, and the service was very good. Sally was friendly and helpful. Panda in Carthage has improved in the last few months.

Good food and great customer service! Maria N. was our server, as per the receipt. She was friendly, spoke clearly, offered useful information so we could decide what to order, and was just a pleasure to work with. We were glad we stopped there!

We had a surprising 5 star service experience. The food was very low and some items were gone. My order was offered to be freshly made and while we waited, we were given free sodas. It took about 5 minutes which we were happy to wait was delivered to our table. I ordered mushroom chicken and string chicken and vegetable. All of my items were very tasty and delicious.

The food was hot, and they got the order correct this time. I think they have a new staff. They were very polite and acted like they enjoyed their job.

The food was good and fresh. Wasn't crowded and the staff was helpful and friendly. One of the best Panda Express I have been to. My son loves to eat here and I am glad we have this style restaurant in Carthage. They have done well to keep the quality food and service consistently 5stars!

I order online easy to order, told me what time to pick it up. Went up there at 7:20pm and pick up my food and they had it ready. I did double check my order and everything was in there before I left. My food was hot and fresh very delicious will be ordering more online. Highly recommended

Food is good, customer service is good but every time we have stopped they have left out part of the order. Other then that nice place to stop for a quick meal.

It's something different than Mexican or a Burger which is the best thing it's got going for it in this town. The staff is friendly and the store is clean, I just prefer other Chinese establishments over Panda personally

I recommend eating there anytime before 30 min to close- they are all about sales, and no waste for customers and are ready to close the minute it turns time.

Great food, well worth the money if you receive all of it, I ordered a big plate and egg roll with sweet and sour sauce, I didn't get my third entree my egg roll or my sauce. But the food was great.

They need to keep the food upcooked especially during peak business hours, waiting in the parking lot for 20 minutes is no fun when you go through the drive through, food is delicious though when you finally get it.

I am appalled at the way the crew on 8/13/2022 at 7:55pm treated my mother when she came from marshall to get dinner. The crew basically told my mother she could only order fried foods but that they only had half orders, which seems odd toe because the store doesn't close til 9. They couldn't even done in cuz the lobby was closed (I do realize sometimes restaurants lock their door by dark) . My mother is livid, I'm furious and the horrible customer service and lack of service. Too many young kids who don't actually care about their job or the customers. They basically wanted to sell us half the food for double the cost because she was trying to buy the family orders . And it was all fried foods... 😡😤

Long waits for the wrong order....twice in a row! Extra charge for shrimp entrees and limited shrimp (5). Ditzy employees, but a super nice manager (can't remember her name) made me give 2 stars instead of 1.

This is the third time going here. The first time chicken was burnt and we just figured with it being new it needed to work out the kinks. The second time we got all the wrong food again we just thought it's new it still needs to get their feet wet. We waited months later to try it and my husband's rice wasn't cooked. He literally had hard crunchy rice. All my food was cold except my veggie rolls. Overall we were disappointed.

I’m not sure if it’s nationwide or just this particular PE but this place seems like they are still on full lockdown. Last three times I have tried to eat here they don’t even have food or are deciding to close early. If you do order what they have available it’s old and been sitting there for a long time. I don’t know if they can’t get food delivered or the employees just don’t want to make it but the time before it was two hours to close and they had like four menu items available.

NOT SATISFIED! This place Panda Express here LOVES to clean up early then turn around and tell you that they're out of different foods! they're supposed to be serving at the time! NOT SATISFIED. Oh and I'm not pulling around. Thnx

Me and my son just left the Panda Express and one of the servers were coughing over the food. The other server was just laughing. We exited stage left. Please teach your workers the importance of Food safety, germs, customer service, food handlers, serve- safe certified etc

7pm, 3 entree choices only available. We asked for 2 cups for iced water and were charged $4.20. Their water spout didn’t even work, the manager laughed when I asked for my money back. Worst Panda Express we have ever went to.

Poor management, they open at 10:30am and today I went they said they are behind so they won’t be ready till 11. Are you serious, manager should have time management under control. If you can not open your store on time you need to schedule better or hide people who can do their jobs. This has happened multiple times, along with forgetting parts of orders.

Don’t think we will be back. Never thought it would take 45 mins to get our food! This place needs more training and management! Horrid service inside. Seems like they only care about the drive through

They make you think you can hit the drive through and get a quick meal. NOPE you find out you pull around the building and sit with all the other cars I the parking lot. Been waiting 15 min now. In five more I’m going to go get my money back. Either way I won’t be back

You have the worse customer service that I have ever experienced in Carthage Texas. Food is usually good for Panda Express, but they need a lesson in how to treat the customers.

We were expecting top quality service like most Panda's and were very disappointed. No forks to eat with, food was not warm, then to top it off, no cookie? That's like serving the Pan without the Da!! So sad....

I went through the drive-thru and placed an order for orange chicken for meand two orders of honey walnut chicken for my husband and mother-in-law. I get home and ready to eat and there's a shrimp in my chicken so now I can't eat dinner.

Thanks for the food poisoning me and my entire family is super sick now so that's cool. I'm pretty annoyed I'm gonna be honest I don't know what yall are doing but something is wrong. Trying not to be rude about it because I understand being a food service worker is hard but this is one of those things that could've been prevented.

Went by to get takeout on 9/17/22. They would not turn on drive through. Went to the window and no one would come to it. Went to the door and knocked. The three employees would look at me but not come to the door. Tried to call three times and no one would answer the phone. That was between 10:30 and 10:50 am. The sign on door says open at 10:30. I certainly will not bother going again.

100% of the time I have to pull around and wait along with several other customers, no matter the time of day. To top it off, I was given only TWO shrimp on my last order of wok-fired shrimp. Maybe the owner should be more involved... Update 2/27...tried AGAIN. Waited in line 12 minutes only to be told we had to wait 6 minutes for chow mein and pull around the building. NOPE

I absolutely love and appreciate the family deal that they're offering right now thru covid19. It was delicious and plentiful and affordable! *ETA2023* I won't be going back. Inflation is a drag for everyone, but the only way I would pay nearly $9 for a bowl is if I still felt like Panda still had the same quality and care it did a couple years ago. I ordered two Hunan Beef bowls. I got way less meat than I've ever gotten and the leather like texture leads me to believe my kid and I got the bottom of the barrel. With no employees seeing my order as worth making something fresh, they gave me what they had and sent us on our way. It was the worst and last order I've ever gotten from Panda.

Ordered 2 dinners and definitely needed broccoli and beef meal. When I opened the dinner there were 3 small slivers of beef. Also was not provided my receipt. Window service was not good at all.
