I have eaten at this location so many times in the past. It's a tried and true place to eat. Normally it's dinner but today I stopped in for lunch and managed to grab a photo. Ordered a beef enchilada with cheese sauce and carrots beans, along with their tortilla soup from the Build Your Own Combo. It was just enough food and a great price too!

Service was outstanding! Better than some expensive steakhouses I have been to. Very friendly staff. The food was solid and tasty. I was driving through and had to stop by. I’m a tourist so I had to see the place that was featured in the movie. If I am ever in town, I’ll most certainly eat here again.

A well established franchise with reliable eats. Food is consistent and flavorful. Service is excellent.

Our service is usually good... but this night we waited over an hour for our food (they were not busy) and 2 of the plates were wrong when they came out! Waitress said that'll be ok won't it? Then she walked off!!

The hostess was not friendly at all. She even had an attitude with the manager on duty. Food was hot and fresh. Waitress was friendly enough to us. Ice cream machine was working this visit. We will stop again the next time in town. Hopefully the atmosphere will be more pleasant than this visit.

Flauta tasted like a Crispito, from strips. Charro beans aren't charro enough super thick bean juice like thicker than ranch style beans. Rice was med, to much Cummins. Enchiladas were ok, crispy taco could use some moisture in the meat. Service was A1 very friendly and polite. Inside of the restaurant was clean.

This place used to be awesome. Then comes Covid, and it just went down line a kamakaze WW2 enemy plane.

Service was fine, manager walked around asking about the food & he was super friendly. The food just wasn't the best. I am used to Jalapeño Tree in Kilgore where they have fresh corn tortillas. It makes a huge difference in taste. The enchiladas were so tough you couldn't cut them with a fork.

Not really pleased with the food here. If your "enchiladas" are in flour tortillas, I consider them burritos. Fast service and food times (we came during lunch), but I can get that other places. Pricey for not really being what I consider Mexican food. They do make their spinach "enchiladas" with fresh spinach, so I'll give them that. Won't be back

Do not order brisket ANYTHING. My enchiladas were OK (really...how can you mess those up?) ...but... my husbands brisket nachos tasted like Wolf brand chili... My Mexican Old Fashion was literally water and tequila with an old orange slice. Not even a cherry. I told the waitress and the bartender just threw a cherry in it like that would somehow fix it. LOL, OKAAY. I haven't been here in about two years and now, I remember why. Only giving 2 stars because our waitress was attentive.

Ordered the nachos and it was the most disappointing plate of soggy chips smothered in shredded cheese id ever seen. Dont waste your time here. Tiny menu. Food wait times are long. The service is great. Super nice people. But the food is very sub par. Dont spend your money just to be let down like I was

They removed the old style nachos and won’t do them anymore. Instead they want you to pay $20 for 7 chips with less meat and toppings. Change this Jalapeño Tree
