Best place in East Texas hands down. This place literally brings back the late 80 early 90s vibe. They take serious pride in there food and the customer service is like coming home to mommas house after being gone for to long to a nice hot meal!! Recommended to anyone and everyone I meet!

You will love this place! We had chicken fried steak, smothered pork chop, cornbread hot enough to melt butter, mashed potatos & gravy, squash & zucchini casserole, salad with homemade ranch dressing, and ice tea. Everything was delicious and served at the right temperature. The pork chop was fork tender and the ranch dressing is the best we’ve ever tasted. Miss Minnie mixes it up with a quick wit and down home humor that will keep you laughing. We walked away full and happy!!

Love this place! No fake customer service garbage. Real people and the owner treats you like you were in her own house. The food was outstanding. When you think about a good ol down home cafe like you grew up going to then that's exactly what you can expect. Best burger I've had in a long time.

Miss Minnie's Cafe is the place for a truly hometown feel - no matter where you're from, we're family inside. I usually go in the mornings, having eggs over easy, tasty, thick bacon, grits, and the most golden, crispy edged pancakes I've ever had. Miss Minnie's short on the "huh," but abundant with sass and salsa (actually, not sure about salsa, but you gist). You'll eat well, share some laughs, and be treated like family (maybe family reunion family, but definitely family).

The pancakes were amazing. Perfectly cooked. Fluffy, light and crispy on the bottom. Will be back for more. I highly recommend the "all you can eat" on Saturday. We need a Minnie's in Dallas.

I'm in love with their sausage gravy and homemade biscuits. I buy take out. I asked them to put my gravy in a separate container so my biscuits want be soggy when I get home. They abliged. The waitresses are always nice. If I'm not mistaken, one of their names is Kristy she is funny and very witty. Made me feel at home from the first time I stopped there.

Miss Minnie’s gave the hometown diner feel with the wonderful food and family atmosphere. The biscuits and sausage gravy are to die for!! Drive on over and enjoy!!

Fantastic small town cafe for lunch! I had the fried squash and it came with wonderful fresh made creamy regular ranch and jalapeño ranch. Really great starter. I also had the lunch fried catfish and it came with fresh made creamy tartar sauce and great sides. Don’t forget the sweet tea was yummy! 😁. I will definitely be back to try their other favorites. The gravy is amazing, the meat and crust are perfect (especially with mashed potatoes and cabbage). They are not fast but well worth it. Take your time and enjoy your food at Miss Minnie's.

Breakfast was delicious, and the smell of the pancakes wafting through the diner will have you ordering them, even if they weren't on your mind to order. The staff was a true pleasure to deal with. We happened to run into some friends there on their anniversary. The staff was kind enough to dig out some candles and decorate their pancakes so we could all help them celebrate. When the food is wonderful and the staff make it enjoyable, it is a wonderful experience. It was our first time there, but definitely not our last!

A hallsville staple I mean ain’t nobody trying to come to hallsville for the night life; this place is a big part of the towns glue. Best southern food for miles around. I’m a tell you right now them chicken fried steaks not only make you wanna slap yo mama but beat your whole family’s butt. That’s how good it is.

Food was very good, service was decent as well. Our food came out quick. It was kind of pricey though for breakfast items. For my husband and I it was around $25. That being said they had some of the best pancakes I have ever tasted.

Food was delicious....it was the waitress that made me sick....she was rude and insulting and being visitor's from out of town it was really disrespectful. It was my Mother's Day Weekend with my daughter, son-in-law, and my grandbabies and she ruined our nice breakfast together. I don't get to see them often and I felt like I paid tobe abused. Never again!!!

Food was great, portion is awesome, service is fantastic. But when you check out, please be sure you let them know how much you wanna tip, cause they overcharge and then try to argue about it. That is why they went from 5 to 1 star with me. I ain't goin back. I didnt get a sorry, just an argument.
