Dutch Bros. Coffee

I'm not really a big fan of large franchise coffee shops. So I only ever take my nieces and nephew to them. But this one in particular has really surpassed my expectations of the experience. Very nice and helpful staff. I made a mistake on what I ordered and they overheard me realize what I did so they told me to toss that one and remade me something different that I'd like.

First time getting coffee here. I had a lot of questions and Christian took her time to make sure everything would be perfect. She had a bright smile and made an excellent cup of coffee. She eve gave me a sticker. She is an awesome barist!!!

Stopped by this location after having an unfortunate experience at a location in town and Brinkley and her crew took care of the issue and made me and my friend an amazing drink. The customer service was top-tier and I would definitely recommend this location to others!

I love finding places like this—quick, convenient, and seriously good coffee. I ordered a nitro cold brew and it was smooth, strong, and perfectly chilled. The service window makes it easy to grab and go, and the staff were upbeat and efficient. This spot has definitely earned a place in my morning routine!

Update: still the worst DB I have been to. I ordered on the app and still had to wait over 30 min's for 2 drinks. I don't plan on going back. I went to 7Brew today and they were just as busy and very quick. My drink was fantstic too. Management needs to put more than 2 people on shift. The employees were wore out! It was the slowest I ever received drinks due to only having 2 workers. They were going as fast as they could, it wasn't a problem with them. Other locations are MUCH faster.

Coming from NorCal, this isn’t a normal Dutch Bros. The employees are so un energetic and don’t live up to Dutch bros name. Literally thought I was at the wrong place at first. The drinks are so so hit and miss, sometimes right on and others crazy messed up. The good thing is, every-time I’ve been there the drive thru is empty so you are in and out in less than 5mins. If you have no idea what a Dutch bros is, perfect! If you have been to other Dutch’s in other parts of West coast (absolutely no)

Great coffee, but you may want to check your employees when it comes to tipping! I have noticed on more than one occasion the person taking our order just presses the recommended tip.. without asking if I even want in the first place.

Was really excited to try DB for the first time a couple of weeks ago. No waiting at the drive thru and the employee who took my order was very nice. However, I ordered a large Annihilater and it tasted like coffee with cream, no sweetener. I did ask for the sugar free option, but I have coffee syrups at home that are sugar free, but still have a ton of flavor. Unfortunately I was already down the Loop on my way to an appointment when I took my first sip, otherwise I would have gone back. Very disappointing 😞

I have tried the coffee twice maybe a third time will change my mind but honestly the drinks never taste very good. They always have a bitter after taste.

I usually go to Scooters but I decided to give Dutch Bros a try and the first time was soooo good it made me go back but this second time was so BAD water down coffee with no flavor. I ordered on the app so I showed up 2 minutes before the estimated time and as soon as I saw the coffee I knew it was going to be bad.

Waited 10 minutes in line for someone to take our order. Only one car in front of us - saw one girl inside making drinks and the other girl leaning halfway out the window to talk to what I’m guessing was her boyfriend or a friend the entire time. We even asked if she would come take our order and she just said “their drinks were being made”. Needless to say we left. I get we all have personal lives & I’m guessing they probably weren’t busy prior to us coming, so I understand finishing up your conversation. But window girls attitude & behavior was unprofessional. Talking is fine, but next time take care of your customers first - that’s what you get paid to do.

However, today I had waited more than 45min for a singular coffee (which I ended up not getting) only to have the guy with the iPad serve a different person who pulls into the second lane in front of me and three other cars who've been patiently waiting. I understand that the other lane is there if the line is long, but they need to do a better job of treating the customers who were there waiting first before others.
