Went to get pizza today and I'm glad I did! Had a small issue where the app messed up and changed my marinara dipping sauce to garlic sauce. I told the person the window and the fixed it fast and they were super friendly about it! The food is also fantastic! I will be back!

We relocated to Hallsville 1 month ago. I don't know what it is at this franchise but their pizza sauce, mozzarella and stuff crust is out of this world not like the one near our home in Dallas & I wasn'talways a pizza lover. Craveable & all ingredients taste FRESH! Will NOT eat other pizza restaurants. We've ordered 5xs. Don't understand why there is never a parking spaces.

Pizza Hut in Longview, TX Judson Rd is top notch! The beer comes out ice-cold at 32.9°, the wings are perfectly crispy, and the pizza is absolutely superb. The place is spotless, and the service is outstanding. I was there with my Sunday Funday friends Tuesday, and we had the best time! Have not ate at a Pizza Hut with a buffet since before Covid hit but today we tried the Pizza Hut on Judson and it did not disappoint. We got greeted and seated as soon we walked in by a very friendly waitress named Sam . The buffet was very nice had a great selection of pizza options including pasta and bread sticks… the service was excellent as well there was several waitresses that checked on us as they waited on other customers. The manager even came by Sara I believe… she made sure we had what we needed and the food was to our liking .. she even took the time to go to the salad bar to restock it with pickles and bring my daughter some which was her only requested item .. definitely will return

Our first time visiting this restaurant. The buffet was delicious. The workers were very friendly. The different varieties of pizza was impressive, you can also request your favorite pizza on the buffet. I would definitely recommend this Pizza Hut.

Oops. Pizza ordered for pickup was medium sausage and pepperoni. We used drive through and paid. The attendant told us the pepperoni was left off. She gave that one and had another fixed right. Happy smiles

I gave 4 stars because I walked in and stood a good 5-7 minutes waiting for somebody to seat me. Finally, I just had to seat myself. I was waited on properly and proficiently. My pizza was awesome.

I ordered a meat lovers pizza online. When I arrived at Pizza Hut the store was very clean and the employee got my order quickly. I will definitely go back. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because I didn't eat at the location, maybe I will next time.

I had to take my pizza back in because I ordered a large & they gave me a medium. Also order 8 wings got six but they did make it right after I brought it to their attention. It should of been check so I wouldn't have too. So now on I'll be checking my orders really good

We ordered mushrooms and 2 other things on our pizza 🍕 and they didn't tell us that they were out of them when we ordered. Had we known that, it would've been easy to substitute them. But we found out when we sat down to eat. I came back to the order taker and she said they've been out all day. Why did she all of a sudden remember that. Other than that, the pizza was good. Not great, just good because we were hungry!

Good on ya! This place took almost 2 hours to deliver my pie the other day. My lunch period had already passed and it kinda pissed me off. I called multiple times about my order and was told "its on the way". The guy gets here finally and doesn't have the receipt I'm suppose to sign. (To be clear he did return with the right receipt that day and we squared it away) 😡 I just let it blow by because people have bad days. Well, I look this morning and there was a debit for the amount of the pie on the date of purchase. This morning there was a credit for the full amount of my order. They made it right without my .Complaint. Needless to say, I ordered from there again today! Good on ya Pizza Hut! No one out Pizza's the Hut!

Ordered to go, food was ready within 20 minutes. Crust could have been a little smaller. Pizza was cooked to perfection.

Clean restaurant. Wait staff are pleasant. Did not get any refills on drinks which is not a big deal to me, but might be to someone else. Ordered a large pan pizza, but received two medium. They had run out of the large pan pizza pans.

Never had Korean food previously. Fried octopus was so rubbery it was difficult to chew. Soup did not have good flavor. Shrimp tempura appetizer was pleasing to eye and taste buds. Chicken dish was good. No wheelchair access. Probably won't be repeat customer.

Manager would not take two forms of payment for one order. Tried to split the order into two and was told that they could not do this due to minimum charge requirement on delivery orders even though both orders were going to the same location. I was then informed that it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes for delivery due to the restaurant only having 1 driver. I have never been told that I couldn't pay using multiple types of payment. I understand the minimum order price for delivery but not when the orders are going to the same location. This is silly. Also, only having one driver on staff on a Sunday night is poor management.

It seems like every time I go, they only set out 4 or 5 pizzas with 20 construction guys waiting for them. The pizzas on the buffet always look dried up. The waitresses are usually pretty good at keeping the drinks filled.

Waitress sat us within 5 minutes but seemed troubled to have to help and then only came back for drink refills once. The place was pretty empty so I was surprised by the lack of service The kids love pizza and it was pretty calm in there, just wish the service was up to par

Pizza was good and hot but salad was brown and not appetizing. The ranch dressing was weirdly sour.

Went to PH for the buffet a few weeks ago. There wasn't much pizza and zero cinnamon bread on the buffet. I ate what I could get. Supply was so bad that when a fresh pizza hit the buffet, it was gone in about 30 seconds. I could see the ticked off looks of the other patrons and disappointment on the kids faces. The waitress brought me 1 drink refill, but in her defense, they didn't have enough wait staff IMO. I will go back ONE more time to see if I just came on a bad day. If it's the same, I won't be back. Hoping I caught them on a bad day. Come on Judson PH! You can do better.

Went in for lunch buffet. Very limited options. Pepperoni on most of the pizzas. We requested some other options. Were told only one request per table. One of us eats jalapenos an the other doesn't. So we still weren't accommodated. So we had them make our requested pizza half and half. It worked but we don't feel like we got our money's worth. Our pizza was good put we never touched the buffet options. We did enjoy a side salad while we waited for the pizza. More selections would be great on the buffet would be awesome.

It seems every time I order to carry out it gets made wrong. I'm going to start driving further to not go here and have to wait for orders to get remade.

Make my order correctly. I called to complain that the crust had been switched on my order, they offered to remake, but I was too far away by that time to come back and get them, so they offered a refund. I have yet to see my refund.

I generally *really* like Pizza Hut but this was the worst one I've ever been to. The wait staff was anything but friendly. Our waitress did manage to grunt at us a few times while taking our order but that was extent of any conversation. The pizza was soggy and tasteless -- I've had off-brand frozen pizza that tasted waaay better. Take a hard pass on this one.

Tonight my son ordered 16 traditional wings, he was hungry! They were super small, so much for getting full! It was about the same or little more as a 8 piece... So disappointing...

This isn't the first time I've had issues with my order at this location.. I ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni and hamburger pizza with the white sauce (garlic parmesan) as my son is allergic to tomatoes and when the pizza was brought out both this most recent time and the previous couple of times it has the original marinara sauce on it.. the first time it happened I couldn't catch the waitress to let her know the order was wrong.. and my son luckily enough was ok.. this most recent time I was able to catch it before to much was eaten.. and she "gave us a small discount cause of her mistake" and put in a remake.. I feel the order should have been atleast discounted to half price.. but it still cost me 25$ with 2 drinks with the discount she supposedly gave me as I didn't recieve my itemized receipt.. this is coming from a struggling mom who drives 4hrs 1 way to see and spend time with her son every 2wks we wanted something different

Wanted all flats on an order of Buffalo Wings. Was told that they couldn't do that. This seems to be the case at all Pizza Huts because it messes up their inventory. The Pizza is decent but I get my wings from other businesses that don't have inventory worries.

9/29/23 - Had issues before with out-of-stock items. Tonight I went to order a pizza and pan pizza crust was out of stock?? How does a pizza chain know for the original pan pizza run out of pan pizza crust and doesn't know how to make one. If they're out of crust, they're out of dough...right?? They should be out of all pizzas or maybe they're too lazy to spin a pizza crust from dough. Reduced rating from 4 stars to 2 stars. Old review - Honestly, these guys are hit or miss. A couple of weeks ago, we had a near perfect pizza from there. Night before last, it was not so good. Also, they keep running out of crushed red pepper and parmesian cheese. Four stars but barely.

I ordered the buffet- mostly thin crust pizza, not a fan of it. I also had some pasta with not many meatballs in it. I only got one glass of water which only gives you a few sips of water because the glass is full of ice. The entire time I was there I never was asked did I need anything. I love the tv's, I love pizza and pizza hut but they need to do better.

The pizza was good but my order was wrong. I ordered and paid for the large 3 topping special that was supposed to have pepperoni, beef, and mushrooms. There were no mushrooms. I understand that I could have returned it but we were under a time crunch.

A friend and I walked in on our lunch break and no one was upfront. We waited patiently for a good while until my friend finally decided to yell out "Hello!" Even after yelling for someone, it took them another few moments to come up. There was no remorse, apology, care or hospitality given to either of us. We gave our drink orders and after that one drink, we didn't get another one until we paid and left. While we dined in Teresita asked a guy behind us, that came in after us, if they wanted a refill or needed anything. No one asked us anything. Do you want a drink, is everything ok, nothing was asked to us. I felt disrespected, neglected and discriminated. We were there for about an hr with one drink and dry pizza. We were very parched and had unreachable waitresses. The 2nd waitress Victoria helped us to check out. That was the only time I saw her in the hour we dined. Teresita was probably frustrated from having to work upfront alone. However, if you ask one person do they need anything, you ask all of them. Neither were very hospitable but Victoria was more accommodating when she made it to the front. The checkout experience was dry but she did muster up a "Have a Blessed Day" and I was finally given my second drink on exit. Service use to be much better but hopefully with critique and guidance things can be made better in due time. I like Pizza Hut...I'd hate to stop going due to one bad experience. I know this is fixable, everyone has a bad day.

I had an overproffed butter dripping pizza no stuffed crust not the topings i wanted. Everything about it was wrong and no time complain or goback and return it . So heres my review. Better of at cicis pizza. Whoever cooked that pizza needs to find a new job.

Horrible Costumer Service. Rude and disrespectful staff. First we stopped to dine in at this place due to rude staff and horrible service and now that we tried to just order for delivery they sent us wrong drink twice and each time gave us so much hard time to refund our money when we didn’t take the wrong drink and sent it back .

Customer service sucks. Charged us for 4 beers and a pitcher when we only got a pitcher (they poured 4 beers into a pitcher). Charged us for an individual spaghetti when it was a kids spaghetti for a kid. After waitress dropped off the pizza, we didnt see her again until we got our ticket. Had to get up and get our own drink refills only to be handed the wrong drinks and had to change them. Ridiculous

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. Do not waste your time calling in an order at this location. I felt compelled to leave a review after a second horrible experience. The first time, my wife and I arrived at the location after the 20 minutes we were told our order would be ready. We waited at the pick up window an additional 40 minutes!! No sorry or refund was offered! Today, my wife went to pick up our order after the 20 minutes our order was to ready and waited in line for 10 minutes...no big deal. When she had her turn at the window, she was told that the order was no where to be found and that the order would have to be remade!! She politely requested refund and she was told she would have come inside to receive it! My pregnant wife had to park her vehicle and ask for her refund! Don't waste your time with this place!

I ordered a large thin crust supreme and parmesan wings. The wings were ok, But the pizza was terrible. The crust was rubbery and cold. The pizza was the worst we've ever had. Ive been a customer of pizza hut for years and i have to say rhis was the worst i ever had.

Really disgusted with this pizza hut! I ordered delivery, supreme pan pizza was part of it. What I got was freaking bread sticks with supreme toppings!! The whole reason I order pan pizza is for the crust! Apparently at the end of the night, you get a Johnny's style pizza cut in strips. If I wanted Johnny's, I'd have called them! Come to think of it, I suppose I WILL call them next time. Funny, the delivery guy assured me my order was correct, that he cut it himself .... Guess he used to work for Johnny's.

I love Pizza Hut, however this was the worst pizza ever and waitress never returned to the table and we were the only one dining in, meanwhile in Jollier there was a 45 minute wait. While eating we noticed the cook entered the restroom while wearing his apron and walked out with it on. Gross!

Terrible, just terrible i have ordered from this Pizza Hut four times now, and every single time something has gone wrong with the order. My problems have been as follows: food is bone cold, they forget to bring part of my order, they they have "ran out" of one of the items i have ordered and try to give me something of lesser value, and when i call and talk to a manger she is very rude and refuses to do anything about my botched order. So i rate this Pizza Hut restaurant a one star out of five.

I had the lunch buffet. I got there about 11:40 and the pepperoni pizza was dried out, thin and awful. The chicken pizza was dried and cool, also awful. The fresh sausage pizza WAS hot, but didn't taste right, either. I lost my appetite for pizza afterwards. The dessert pizza was excellent, but not worth $11.99!!! I'm done with Pizza Hut. Frozen pizza is cheaper and WAY better!

We ordered two pizzas a big New Yorker and a deep dish with four items. The big New Yorker was overcooked and it tasted really funky. The deep dish was undercooked and it was super doughy very undercooked. Then we ask for breadstick sauce and they told us they didn't have any made up. How hard is it to take a few seconds to put some sauce in a cup and put a lid on it.

My family was not satisfied with their two pizza. One was the Supreme stuffed crust the crust wasn't completely done. It was stuck to the box and sloppy where you'll just throw the topping on there real fast. We had to use a splatter to pickup the pizza 🍕 everything was a totally messy situation. Very not please. Second pizza thin crust meat lover was totally greasy where you can squeeze it out like it was a mop. I guess you'll were in a hurry to closed. Because I used to love ❤️ Pizza hut but now, I'm very disappointed 😞.

Jesus is very rude and has very poor customer service. This Pizza Hut is incapable of getting orders correct, call in pizza get there at the specified time and it still isn’t ready. Find out they did not start cooking it until the arrival for pick up time. Not sure if these are new employees but they could use extensive training in customer service. I will never use them again and will tell all my friends as well.

So disappointed in this place. Service was horrible ! Waitress was rude and all the stuff were more worried about closing and going home. We arrived at 8:30 to dine in , the place closes at 10 but all the chairs were already put up so we had to sit in a booth with 4 adults and 2 kids . Waitress brought us our appetizers with no plates , and finally brought us some plates after the pizza came . Meanwhile the phone was ringing and one of the staff members would pick the phone up and hang up asap. Seemed like they had their boyfriends waiting on them to get off work . Also a customer came in at 9:40 trying to order a pizza and they turned him away saying they were closed . He was one of the customers trying to call. Hopefully the owner reads this and hires a better night manager , because right now this place isn't doing so good. Staff is only worried about going home .

Customer service is terrible and SLOOOOOOOWWWWWWWW…came in on a Sunday and people who were waiting to be seated LEFT because of how long it was taking. Keep in mind…it was not busy…at all. No one was checking the front. Customers kept standing up to find someone only to wait much longer.

If I could give this place zero stars I would . I am writing this review not only because of one time bad experience with this place but because of facing same issues more than 3 times . I tried to share them with the manager only but now I would like to share it with everybody. Each time we tried to have a family dinner at this place on weekends evenings we received lots of rudeness and poor service from the staff , they always close down half of the restaurant around 7 pm and make you seat where ever they want , they are most of the time run out of lots of toppings or bone less chicken . They ruined our family dinner many times because of their nasty attitude and gave them another chance by mistake. Do Not waste your money and Do not ruin your precious family time at this unwelcoming , poor service place .

I stood in line while people who came after me were provided with service. The buffet had 2 kinds of pizza, bread sticks and pasta for $11. I paid upon leaving and they were not even able to give me my change and wanted me to just be okay with it. If I could rate lower, I would gladly. Upon reaching out to the Pizza Hut chain, they simply sent me a professional shoulder shrug. Don't come here - but if you do - pay with your card. They do not have change.

I placed a customer pickup order through DoorDash and arrived at the drive-thru to pick up my order. The employee at the window repeatedly insisted that all DoorDash orders were required to come inside, despite me calmly explaining multiple times that I was not a delivery driver but a customer picking up my own order. I even offered to show my order details in the app while still at the window. This situation could have easily been avoided by simply checking the order receipt or verifying the order type. Instead, I was instructed to come inside based on information that was later confirmed to be incorrect. As a result, I was required to enter the store unnecessarily, which made me feel singled out as my explanation was not acknowledged. My mother was on the phone with me at the time and heard the interaction and was equally surprised. Once inside, another employee took the time to listen, review my order, and immediately notified the manager on shift. I later spoke with Tracy, who clarified that customer pickup orders are not required to come inside the store. I also called the following day and spoke with the General Manager on duty, who apologized and confirmed that this is not store policy. While I appreciate management addressing the matter, the overall experience was disappointing enough that I will not to return or order ever. Kaylee Waskom

Tried to order online but could not, wasn't given an reason as to why. I customize my pizzas all the time. So we Ordered the ultimate deal by phone, which was difficult as well. The lady didn't understand my order assumedly she was able to take it down. Got to the store and half of my order wasn't available bacon cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks which are apart of the ultimate deal. We instead got an order of cheese sticks no cinnamon sticks. Being already flustered with trying to order thru the app and by phone just wanted to get it over with, got home and the pizzas was made completely wrong. Returning all of it tomorrow. Probably won't be returning to this particular Pizza Hut!

The owner needs to know what’s going on here . Been going here several years only getting worse . The buffet is a salad buffet not a pizza buffet !!The salad bar is good but the pizza buffet has to get better.No good selection of pizza. Lots of people there eating no one was happy. The service isn’t good. Only two waitresses . They should have the drink machine out to where customers can get their own drinks and the wait staff could help customers or help make pizza . Time for some reviews to be placed to the owner of this Pizza Hut. Waited for over an hour for some thin crust pepperoni pizza from the buffet and a thin crust veggie pizza. We asked for these two pizzas when we walked in the waitress said she ordered it for us . Had to get up and ask for refills . No plates at the pizza side everyone had to get plates from the salad Buffet.This was on a Sunday after church no one was happy when they left . Changes need to be made and the owner should know . Not wanting to gripe just asking for a change like I said only getting worse each time we go.
