Great food! First time visit for us. The price is a good value. Lots of different choices. Taco bar, salad bar, fresh ribs served and ham too. Meat and tators amd much more. Pick your belly filler! We sat in a quiet section to take it all in and our server Adrian was on point. He was very polite and prompt with our beverages and keeping the table clean. Look forward to returning here another time. 5 stars.

My wife and I came in for New Year's Day dinner service. We were 40 minutes from closing and worried we might be too late but they kept food coming and fresh salads right up until everyone was leaving. At the restaurant in Stockbridge GA they would start packing up the salad and dessert bars 30 minutes prior to the closing time and if you missed out, too bad. So to see this kind of service provided here especially on a holiday when other restaurants are closed, made us feel special and appreciated. The service wasn't bubbly and cheerful, but they were at least on top of their service, so they got a good tip from us. Our server was Gloria and she made certain our drinks were full and our empty plates were taken away. But I don't think she spoke more than two words to us the entire evening, and they were not very busy. That's fine, I am not upset about that. If I had to harp on anything at all, the turkey was dried out after having been there all day. The guy who cuts the meat off the bird had to use two hands to yank meat from the carcass. At that point, it's time to put it in the stew, yeah? Otherwise, great experience as usual and we will come back again.

Great place for weekend morning breakfast! They open at 8 am Saturday and Sunday. A buffet of yummy breakfast stuff! They have a very awesome wait staff and cooks! They have little white/chocolate milk for kiddos. Never have to wait to be seated when we have been. Very affordable 🙃

Golden Corral had great food that really hit the spot. I had the roast beef and mashed potatoes. The desserts were better than ever, chocolate pie, key lime pie, and bread pudding.

Our server Brenda did such a great job in keeping our drinks filled, offering assistance and making us feel so welcome. She had no idea the time of grief we were in the midst of, and made us smile with her attentiveness and gracious smiles. Thank you so much.

They we're able to accommodate a large group in super timely fashion. Food was good. Had a small issue with change and management stepped in right away to help make it right. Please tell staff I'm Sorry I got upset, and that was one of the teachable moments. Server was on top of things handled group drink refills mid cup. Love when you keep my tea full!!

Took my autistic (and very picky) son here on his birthday, great selection of all kinds of delicious food and desserts. There's definitely something for everyone. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. And we even had nice conversations with some of the other customers. It was a great choice for the occasion, and we will definitely come back again.

This place should be called the Greasy Spoon! Eating here weekly has caused my cholesterol to increase , as well as mother and my husband. We have been eating here 2-3 times daily a little over 5 weeks because they have a large variety of food etc, but that’s about to stop. The health department needs to do their job and check whether these restaurants are using the correct and required grease etc. and that it’s not just a bottle labeled gluten and cholesterol free and the bottle is filled with another type of bad grease. However, this isn’t just Golden Corral issues it’s 95% of the restaurants in Longview Texas. The food everywhere in Longview is too greasy! You have to put it in a napkin to help drain the grease off of your food.

We actually really like eating here. The food is good! The waiters and waitresses are very friendly. We've never had a bad one. The first time we went in, it appeared to be rund down and we thought we would never be back. However, we have been back several times and it is pretty much our go to "after church" meal. The inside could definitely use a lil shining up, but everything else is pretty well on point.

Food is good quality and selection is wonderful. For the price I think it's a good value considering all the great choices and the amount of food one could potentially eat. The only complaint I have is the lack of sauces for a lot of things. I had fried shrimp with no cocktail sauce, fried fish with no tartar sauce, pork ribs with no barbeque sauce, a taco with no taco sauce etc. I'm a sauce guy and I don't enjoy a lot of things without the appropriate sauce to go with it. Other than that it's a great buffet.

Normally don't dine at Golden Corral. However, it was my birthday 🎂. Met a few family members there to celebrate. Met a amazing server name Brandy. She provided outstanding from Beginning to end. Also conversated with other customers. Great Atmosphere. Great service. Great food. Would definitely recommend to others 👏👏

Not everything is always perfect, but in general I give it 4 stars, whenever I go, the food is hot and just for that reason I give it 4 stars.

I haven't been to a Golden Corral in several years and hadn't had a good experience the last time I went. The Longview location was very good in general when we visited yesterday. The food was hot and fresh and the service was outstanding. Some of the food options were only ok and some were very good. That seems typical of a buffet. It was very busy, but the staff kept it clean and the buffet filled at all times.

I like eating at golden corral when I get a chance since we don't have them where I live. Been to this one several times, it's always hit and miss on the quality of food, but this time it was good and the wait staff was way more attentive than in past . Maybe manager position has changed, don't know, but the restaurant smelled better and looked cleaner than other times I had visited before. Hope this is a trend. Keep up the good work!

When the atmosphere of a place feels crowded and difficult to move around in. And, when a place that is popular for seniors has so few handicap parking it detracts from the visitor so that it’s difficult to be any more positive than what I’ve rated. I consider 4 Stars actually pretty generous considering the price and the environment.

The Hostess and server were very nice and friendly to us and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had what we needed. The food was decent for the price we paid. Honestly not the greatest. I didn't have any, but the desserts looked amazing-huge selection. My biggest concern was cleanliness. I cycled through 4 plates on the stack before I found a clean plate! Kinda ruins your appetite seeing such filth. Rolls and honey butter were amazing but the shrimp was tough and the food was cold. It was a Sunday at 1pm and the place was very crowded; not sure how the food had time to get tough and cold, but yeah. It wouldn't be my idea to go back.

This was our first time eating at Golden Corral. The selections are abundant. The food tastes okay but not purposefully seasoned however, that may be due to the clientele. They may try to stay middle of the road to please such a wide variety of palates. There were lots of families eating together and children, bless them, will be children; meaning it did get noisy a time or two. There was nothing bad about the restaurant; it's just not a first pick for us.

It cheated me on my ticket. I am a rewards member. It is one point for each dollar spent. Our ticket was $33.30. It only gave me 2 points. This is the second time this has happened to me. Also, the ice cream machine was broken. I brought this to the manager. She said. "Sorry, too bad". This made me lose a total of 66 points.

The last time we came, the food was amazing, and we’ve been here several times before, but tonight the food was not good. The steak was overcooked on the outside, but raw in the middle, the roast was bland, the chicken my husband had was raw, but the piece my son had was overcooked and dry. The mashed potatoes were lumpy and bland. The only reason I gave the extra star was that the salad was good as well as their banana pudding. I reasoned that every other time that we’ve been was lunch, so maybe they’re better for lunch service - we definitely won’t be back for dinner.

Dang this place fell off . Yellow water chewy weird steaks , even the broccoli was chewy and no cheese sauce in sight . Catfish was great actually but couldn't find tartar sauce but it really didn't need it after I took a bite . It was the only thing on the buffet worth eating. If I was at a catfish place I would rate it a 10 out of 10.

The place is a nice place to sit at. Plenty of room even while crowded it wasn't too loud. Took about 5 minutes to move through the line to pay. The food selection was decent but the quality was low. Catfish was undercooked, rice dishes were overcooked and some items were cool. I will give a 4/5 for the maple bacon cornbread, it was a nice sweet treat I've never seen before. The carrot cake looked and tasted like it had been soaked in water giving it the texture of mush. This buffet used to be a go to place for my family. This was the first time we've gone in a while and was disappointed. I'm hoping tonight was just an off night.

After a movie, my husband and I decided to have an early dinner before heading home. Upon entering, I viewed a notice on pricing increase to become effective November 23rd due to the cost of supplies. Once through the door, the line had met us but moved quickly. Finding a table I placed my drink and proceeded to the buffet for my meal where I was faced with a disappointing sight of burned food, dried out foods, empty food pans, and what few things were available were not very pleasing. Not to mention, the floors were filthy, dishes were not washed correctly, and the bathrooms were a health hazard! I would not be surprised if someone contracts an STD or the Norovirus. The only positive was our server, who was constantly busy, on top of keeping our drinks refreshed and did not hover over us!

I have been to this location twice now (once for a lunch and the other was dinner. Both times it's been not so clean, things on the floor everywhere. A very big deal to me was both areas where clean plates are kept, they were dirty! It's supposed to be all you can eat but when you get your plate there's honestly not enough of food you want to get to go back for more. I was disappointed in the desert bar. There was little to nothing to choose from. It wasn't worth the price we paid. Our waiter was nice and helpful on the other hand.

The Food Great, but we where there for a party that start at 4pm. We had to wait untill exactly 4pm. Instead of them letting the previous party know there was a party after them so they could leave at a proper time and the restaurant would have time to clean them room, They had us wait untill exactly 4pm to have the previous party leave, and clean up which took away time from our party, and the sad thing about it the lady who was supposed to help us had an attitude. We will definitely not be having another event at this location, even some of our party had left.

The sausage and peppers were cold. The roast was too. To top it off, the manager came to our table and made my wife go pay for another drink, even though we already had 2 drinks on the reciept. Even if there was some issue with the check, don't interrupted the meal like that. We got all of our cups at the front, but the machine was down. The waitresses filled our cups for us, so its not like we had the chance to sneak an extra cup anyway.

My husband and I decided to come here for breakfast, which is served Fri-Sun only. Upon our arrival, the restaurant wasn't very busy, it was quite, & staff was very welcoming and nice. I will say there was small-med selection of food to choose from ranging from scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc. Our 2 biggest complaints was the food was cold and dirty plates mixed with the clean plates. I will say the manager did come over address the issues, but it was still cold food. My husband and I only came here due to the reviews on TikTok. We were so disappointed. We spent $30 for cold food. We would love to give them a 2nd try if the food is hot and fresh.
