I liked several old items better than the new - taco salad, Mexican pizza, and spicy tostada (to name a few). Since they don't have the older items I grew up with, I am forced to find substitutes. However, this location has some of the best customer advocates, starting with the manager. RIP Ray 2024

I moved here from the Dallas, TX area about 11 months ago after surviving cancer & even Hospice. The Cancer had left me with a bit of dementia & neuropathy. The employees at this Taco Bell go out of their way to help me if when I need help figuring out the ordering process & make sure I get my favorite Meal Items. This location is always so clean & has a Big Screen TV always tuned to some very positive or uplifting News TV Programs. I Love making my trips there pretty much every Sunday evening. They are the Best!

It was a fantastic experience from the point of making my meal selection,engaging in conversation with staff, waiting briefly for my food order to actually tasting & consuming the delicious food items that were prepared for me.

Very polite counter workers and the young man who waited on us on mother's day was exceptionally nice to everyone. This place is a bit tucked away and not directly on Judson road but if you know where Firestone is at its easy to find because it's right behind that area. Food was simple, fresh, and actually good for a fast food place. Having Kentucky fried chicken there also offers more food choices. We definitely recommend going here especially if you're in a hurry and need a quick, tasty bite to eat.

The team remade my order after DoorDash severely messed it up. Everyone was so incredibly helpful and polite. I’ve never had such a positive experience when ordering out anywhere.

Compared to the appearance of the establishment, Im always a little hesitant to buy from this Taco Bell location. So far their food has been good and the service is great.

We were just traveling thru and made a slight detour because we specifically wanted Taco Bell. The food was fresh and good, but it was wrapped up sloppily. 2 of the 5 orders we had were messy. I know time is important at drive thrus, but maybe slow down just a little bit?!

Most of the time, I'm a TB fan. Love Mexican food, usually fast food is a must. (Can we agree, some fast food joints are NOT fast?) This particular TB was super fast, like, if I didn't know better I'd have sworn they read my mind. They literally had my order ready before I got to the window. Could it have been a tad warmer? I ordered the nacho box without pico. When asked if I could have extra guac in place of the pico, I was told it would be extra charge??? I could understand if I was getting extra in addition to the pico. Nothing was taken off of my total for what I didn't get!?!! Tele's OFFERED extra guac since I didn't get the pico. I wasn't charged anything extra!!!

Always order a taco with no lettuce and they always put lettuce on it. Asked for extra red sauce. Looked in bag wasn’t there so I asked again and they said it’s in bag when it wasn’t.

the experience here is usually okay for drive thru, although they can be a bit slow. when i’m here for dine-in, the workers pretty much ignore anyone in the lobby waiting to order. i’m all for using the kiosk and i did and got my order. my friend ordered through the kiosk too and they forgot her drink. she stood waiting for at least 10 minutes for them to come up to help her. they ignored her and other people in the lobby. it seems they are understaffed. i understand these struggles but i would like if these workers would make their customers feel more welcomed! :))

This location has good customer service and I've never had any problems with them. My only complaint is that the interior dining area isn't very clean. I know it takes a lot but the entire floor needs to be soaked in degreaser or something and it just needs a good bleach bomb. They do clean this place so don't get me wrong it's just a older location and needs some TLC/updating.

We have ordered from this particular Taco Bell several times. We’ve gotten home three different times just this month missing part of our order. Very frustrating.

You are guaranteed to wait no less then 15 minutes for your order. Have this place the benefit of the doubt more than a few times and they are consistently slow.

Had to wait over 30 minutes to get my meal after online ordering for immediate pickup. But does get a bonus for getting food prepared quickly after requesting.

Asked for simple order with no cheese no sour cream. Wife is lactose intolerant. No cheese or sour cream on half the burrito, until we found it all crammed up in the end. Simple order simple instructions, still screwed it up.

I ordered some food for a friend and when she opened the bag the taco and chalupa were ice cold. The chalupa shell was practically frozen with very little meat inside. Try hot food for better service👎

I was the only one in the drive thru and after adding 3 more items to my order they asked if I could come inside and do that. They told that there is only 2 of them. The only thing me coming inside would do for them is that they won't have to take the order and just make it. This was not ethical to interrupt a customer mid order at drive thru and tell them if they can order inside. I understand jobs are tough especially in the morning, but to act lazy enough to tell the customer to pretty much do your part of the job is wrong.

Super slow. I guess we caught them on a day where they were short staffed. As soon as you walk in, they don’t want to take your order, and want you to order on the kiosk. One person came in I assume from drive through and waited just as long as us, no other car in the lot, and still waited about 30 minutes for food. However, they were at least helpful in checking the drinks for us since the fountain was not dispensing correctly. Overall, don’t come here if you are super hungry and in a hurry. 😅

Usually everything is good. But tonight I ordered a couch wrap supreme w/ jalp. I asked to toast it 2 times. They did not toast it hardly at all and it appears they forgot the jalp. Til after then they just threw some in the open part. Which isn't supposed to be open. It's so falling apart that I don't want it. Very disappointed this go around. I wish they would let you do 0 stars! I came through the Taco Bell drive thru today at 2553 Judson Road in Longview Texas and ordered 2 chicken soft tacos with sour cream and a nacho supreme. I then pulled into a parking spot to eat as I usually do. I immediately noticed that the nacho was thrown in on top of my tacos and was leaning sideways. Not a huge deal, but then I picked it up out of the bag and immediately realized there was nacho cheese on top of the taco wrapper. At that moment the nachos fell down on my console, gear shifter and it's housing, and all in the cupholders and floorboard. The container was not closed at all. I went immediately back through the drive thru and who I am assuming was a manager was called over. When I explained to her what happened and showed her the nachos all over the inside of my car she simply said we will remake it for you. No we're sorry or anything came out of her mouth. She seriously acted like she did not care. Then I had to ask her if she could give me some napkins to clean it up and she literally only handed me 4 napkins. Luckily I had a roll of paper towels under my seat. I then pulled around to clean the rest of the nachos out of my car. I then opened the bag and literally the only thing in the new bag was the nacho and the 2 tacos. No more napkins! Then I go to open one of the tacos and it is literally just thrown in the wrapper. I just figured I would let you all know just how horrible of an experience this was. More worried about speed of service than quality if you ask me.

The manager was super rude. Walked in to use the electronic machine. The machine froze for some reason so we asked for assistance on what to do. Manager said “what are you looking at me for?!”....like it wasn’t her job. They did not care to help us. Just very poor customer service. Could have been a tad bit nicer.

Was finally told by the lady standing there making food that we had to order from kiosk. Started punching in food and there is no option for dr. Pepper. Asked if they had dr. Pepper and she said yes. We told her that it doesnt give an option for it. And we were ignored. So we left including the power linemen that were on break. So we all went to jucy tacos.

I love Taco Bell, I’ve been going since I was a child. But one thing that really bothers me is when a manager or a team lead can’t own up to their team members making simple mistakes and instead gets frustrated with a customer, I’ve gone here multiple times and only once since moving to Longview this month have they ever made my order correct, this last visit I made they made a mistake, and I wasn’t too upset I just called them to let them know so they can fix it, I’d be happy regardless. But the woman who took the phone was rude and went back and forth with me about what I did or didn’t do. I’ve never eaten somewhere in my entire life where this has happened. Not going back, there is better cheap food elsewhere. Thank you for correcting your errors but learn to not argue when mistakes happen Regardless of who’s fault it is.

Went into lobby to place order for dine in. Placed my order at the kiosk, then went to the counter to pay cash. Front counter girl told me that she has no way for me to pay with cash and that I would need to go through the drive thru to place my order for dine in. This is ridiculous. I wanted to submit a survey about the incident but I didn't receive a receipt. Also asked for a water cup and never received it.

This was without a doubt the sketchiest taco bell I've been to. The food wasn't bad(tasted like taco bell usually does), but the parking lot was a little creepy, the staff took forever to even meet us at the counter. Eating inside made it worse. The tables were all dirty and the bathrooms were covered in something (the ladies room) and my boyfriend came out of the men's room looking like he saw something dead. Good for a drive thru I suppose. Don't go inside.

I love how the place is remodeled, everything is clean BUT, The managers there are very rude and have bad attitudes. Had one of them tell me I can't substitute chicken for beef, she said it in a rude way. If I am paying for something I should be able to customize my order however I want to. I Will not be coming back to this location, I will stick to the loop 281 location in Pine Tree.

This was the most awful TB I have ever eaten at. The dining area was disgusting. The employees looked like they just rolled a bowl. My food was put together so sloppy and by the time I left there was throwing up. I have been sick throwing up and number 2 for half a day now.

First off, the whole order manually is pure lazy!! They didn’t make my food right and when I added steak and sour cream to a taco I see it’s not on the taco ask them to fix it politely and then wanna try to argue and say I didn’t pay for it, all I had paid for was cheese sauce Ha no ma’am I paid a whopping .49 cents for sour cream and cheese sauce. The point I’m making is America is LAZY .. y’all wanna complain about having to do your job that took 5 seconds out of your time bc it’s past your “clock” time to run the register but yet you work at taco bell bro.. I will never eat here again. There was a Murder of the night manager and they opened the store back up a few hours later. It was some of the most disgusting, insensitive, greedy, and disrespectful display of human compassion not only to the deceased, who put in 15 years of service to this company but to the family and friends, and to those poor employees who had just watched a murder happen right in front of them. I can't and I won't ever support this company again. This company should be ashamed of themselves!

If you want your day ruined each time you go, make sure you visit this Taco Bell on Judson. They are also stingy on the sauce packets. This specific manager in mind is not mentally mature to be fit for management and should immediately get replaced by someone who actually wants to do their job.

Everytime the staff is so rude, especially the worker with red hair. closed inside early and then had the audacity to be mad at us for brining business, DO NOT RECOMMEND

Thought I'd try the new queso, got nacho cheese instead, ordered on app and asked for 13 mild packets, got 0. Bag was wet so it ripped apart before I got in my house.

Here lately they are very rude and lack respect for their customers especially the late night shift . They don't even type up your order correctly for it to be made correctly. Repeated myself multiple times and asked the lady are you sure there's no sour cream on anything she said yes ma'am. Order wrong once I got my food went back for a remake and they didn't give me everything they got wrong so didn't replace whole order like I was told they would. Called to talk to manger and his rude ass gonna say there's other taco bells sorry we can't help you. After explaining to him his people messed up my order multiple times. And this isn't the first time. They have made it wrong with even the order taken correctly . there are only a few places open at the time I take lunch since I work nights. So don't have very much of an option. I will be contacting corporate. This is very unacceptable

I had an awful experience with an employee, I’m assuming she was management. I went in and asked for my order and she handed me the order. I confirmed the order on my device and began to walk away. She began yelling telling me I have to show her my device. I was walking to the door. She began yelling even louder and demanding the food back. She followed me outside continuously yelling and I turned around and asked her to leave me alone. She then begin to yell saying I was no longer welcome and begin to write my license plate number down. At this point, I feel uneasy and I asked her to call the cops and have me CT as she stated. She was demanding my name and told me she was going to get me fired from door dash. She went into the store I went in to get her name so I could report her. Another employee told me I was no longer allowed to door dash there. I told him that I needed her name. I left and have never been treated as a their and so unprofessional at this establishment. The order was late to the customer and I had to explain. Following me and being aggressive is very unprofessional as a manager. Threatening to have me lose a job is diabolical. I will no longer enter this establishment.

Literally not a single one of the workers could do basic math had us sitting for 10 minutes trying to figure out the change for a $20 for a $9.07 charge. Learn basic math skills.

Never again. I work in food service myself. It is NOT rocket science. This location can't seem to get an order correct, THREE times. In one visit. With a simple request. NO TOMATO on ANYTHING. That's all. Lesson learned.
