Great, delicious bagels that are always fluffy fresh witha perfectly baked crust! The team here is always polite and friendly! Prices are more than reasonable and the line moves relatively fast. Great selection of sandwiches and "by the bakers dozen" as well!
Really delicious food! My favorite is definitely the Texas brisket & Nova Lox. We love their lemonades as well as the variety of cream cheese they sell. The staff is always awesome!
A good location next to Starbucks and plenty of free parking. This location only has outdoor seating. I have been to this store plenty of times before for their onion and garlic bagels!! So good!! Blueberry muffin was small but very good. Farmhouse bagel sandwich was pretty good but not really big either. Pictures look bigger! We also ordered the Big Breakfast Burrito but my husband ate it so fast that I didn't have time. We like going here for a Saturday breakfast date and get their fresh bagels. I love their Cheddar jalapeño and everything bagel! You can definitely taste the garlic in the everything bagel and we just get this as an avocado toast or plain with cream cheese. A good selection of cream cheeses, too. Super strong onion and garlic go a long way so I only spread a thin layer. Service is good and always willing to customize my order. Their bagels are soft and not super dense like many bagel places or at super markets bakeries. I will alway recommend Noah's Bagels.
Laura is such a pleasure to see, she's always smiling when my coworker and I arrive after working all night. She always makes sure our order is right since one time our order was wrong and we didn't know till we got home. I would give her more than 5 stars. She goes above and beyond for us when something up front is not avaible for purchase. We love the fresh bagels and I've been going for years from previous jobs. The bagels always fresh and serves with a smile from Laura. Thanknyou for such great customer service, it's very rare these days. We love being your regulars a week after a long work week. We love the everything cause no salt or pepper is needed for a made at home breakfast sandwich. Just the noahs fresh bagels everytime. Also get the cinnamon roll, sweet treat, reward yourself. 😋
Their Jalapeño and Blueberry begal is the best in Fremont😍great customer service and garden veggie smear is top-notch.
Place is tiny but has everything you need for a decent breakfast. Even late in the morning (I got here at 9:30am) this place was packed. I had their Farmhouse on Garlic bagel with 2 eggs and hot coffee (options to choose) and all for under $10 and the portion was actually enough to share. In side there are only place for 6 people to sit and eat but there are tables and chairs outside (patio seating). Highly recommended if you are in the area and haven't tried it.
One of the best bagels in fremont area! We get dozen of Jalapeño flavored bagels. Their mobile app generally have offers such as $5 discount if you buy gift card.

I've visited this location since 2017, I've seen this staff get through Covid, short staffed and STILL put a smile on!! I trust the staff to make my bagels for my family and co-workers. They always do their best to make all customers happy! Ms. Laura and JC in particular are amazing! Professional, friendly and have great communication! They make customers feel welcome, and like part of the Noah's Crew when you walk in that door. They take pride in their work, and it shows!! They both deserve a pay raise and promotion, but please don't send them to another location! 🤣
Visited Noah's Bagels after a long time. Went on a very busy hour on Saturday morning. Had to wait for 30+ mins for bagel 🥯 but the wait was worth of food they served. I ordered for Garden Avocado 🥑 and it was yummy 😋
Noah's has the best bagels in town! All the food and drink is tip top. No complaints there. It's so good that people wait so very long to get their food. The shop is tiny. With covid they only allow 4 customers at a time come in. You have to wait outside while they make your order. It takes so long because they make all the food when you order it. Nothing is prepackaged. They spend a lot of time doing each bagel right. They sure are slow though! They don't have a lot of employees because they literally can't fit any more in! But ohhhhh the bagels! They are plump and chewy and flavorful. Noah's makes them fresh everyday. It's worth it! They close at 2pm.
I heard good things about Noah’s Bagel. Their bagels tend to be fresh and soft. They also serve specialty bagels making it as a bagel restaurant as well as other types of bagels. They don’t have indoor dining, but you can simply dine outside of the restaurant. The place is rather small, but I wish that the place is medium sized in my opinion. Based on what I ate so far, the food is kinda mediocre, but at the same time good. They smeared the Jalapeño bagel too much with cream cheese. The Santa Fe bagel actually tastes good. Wonder if that’s chipotle sauce. Also, the service is good. The lady was very nice when taking our orders especially when she gave me a Vanilla Cream Cold Brew. If you’re looking for getting bagels, I recommend going to this place. Yes, it’s quite pricey but still worth coming here since the food quality here is above average
Jalapeno bagels are the best moving bagels in any Noah's bagel shop and I am not sure why they always run out of this. In the weekend its always 30-40 mins wait for the Jalapeno bagels and still they run out of it by 10.30AM

Phenomenal service! We came in about 30 minutes before closing, and they still had a fresh selection of bagels. The staff greeted us with enthusiasm, and even though the bagel my sandwich comes with was out, the associate offered great recommendations that made my day. I ordered the Noah’s Texas Brisket Bagel, which was absolutely delicious, and treated myself to a Noah’s Maple House Bagel for later. 🥯 The store was clean, organized, and smelled amazing! I even grabbed a few extra bagels to take home. It’s been a while since I’ve been to Noah’s, but this visit reminded me why I love it. Thanks to my coworker for the recommendation

Service : Cashier was quick to take order, but she was lost. Forgot the bagel count with in 2 mins She acted weird and confused when I told her they ran out of medium roast coffee! Bagels and Cream Cheese were good! Most of the store, food and arrangement looked Einstein Bagels
Not as good as Einstein bros and Bagels. They have the same spread I think. The bagels in Einstein bros and bagels taste better. Add egg if you can. Its pretty good. The place is super small and busy. The server sometimes forgets to put everything in your order so check before you leave. If the bagels are good 4 stars. Service is good. If its better 5 stars. I like the place though. I’ll go again.
It was okay but the order seemed to take quite a while. I do like that they cook eggs fresh there, instead of just putting them in a microwave. The bagel I got was really tasty. I like the variety of pastries they have on offer as well.
The bagels are great but I think they need to improve the service and atmosphere. I often find myself having to repeat my order because they ask what I want but when I start with my order, the person would turn away to take care of something else and ask me again. Kind of annoying. The last time I was there, the floor was very sticky for the entire stretch of the waiting line.
The staff is good. You can see they’re doing their best. What you can also see is that it’s lacking efficient management. I’ve been coming consistently for a few months and only my first visit was good. Sandwiches were delicious. Keep coming back to get the same sandwiches and today is unsuccessful try #5. Please make more jalapeno cheddar bagels in the mornings because you’re always out. Pre-ordered a brunch box and 4 sandwiches. Order was confirmed. Waited and waited. Finally notified by worker that they had to cancel because they dont have bagels or muffins and then told to stand in line and ask the cashier to cancel my order. Why should I stand in line after already waiting so long? Why confirm an online order without checking your inventory? I drove here and waited for nothing. Please make the slight but necessary changes so your good staff don’t get overwhelmed and quit.
We’ve been a regular at Noah’s bagel but in our order today, we noticed that there was hardly any cream cheese in any of our bagels. Unsure if they have new staff but recommending they fix this. I like that they have a separate shelf now for order pick up for online/app orders.
Unfriendly staff. Gave me the wrong order and upon returning, they blamed me for picking up the wrong order
The bagels themselves are good but my bagel sandwich was so-so. The outside eating area badly needs a couple of trash can and more attention to trash pickup and cleaning.
I ordered from here not too long ago, and as I was in front of the register ready to order, a young girl just stood with her eyes glued to her phone while she was behind the register. That experience has never happened to me, I found it quite rude because I acknowledged the two workers there when I walked in so they knew I was in there. I thought I would be greeted with good customer service but I guess her phone was more important. I do not bash the company instead I hope the workers here know to value their customers in a professional manner.
They hardly put any cream cheese on our bagels which is atypical compared to other bagel shops. It was the lightest smear. I got the jalapeno bagel and there were multiple layers of jalapenos bunched up on top instead of spread out nicely like other shops. Could have been better.

This place used to be something decent. But just like everywhere else, their food standards have been rapidly declining. My order from this morning solidifies my decision to never return here. The quality of food is poor, the serving sizes have significantly declined, and the misrepresentation of the menu keeps pissing me off. I don't know why you changed a good formula, but it's garbage now. I'm done ordering from here. Remove the "New York Bagels" from your wall; you pale in comparison to NY bagels, and it's ridiculous that you think you can compare. It's an offensive disgrace.

The food (especially Bagels) is very fresh, delicious and tasty. The problem is the employees always change the direction of the customers queue (line) and they confuse the customers every time. When we asked the one of employees about that then he said it is much easier to organize the coffee drinks even though Less that 20 percent of customers order coffee. One more thing is, employees are trying to make things easy for them not for customers which will lead for having dissatisfaction from most of customers. I hope if they can solve this problem and pay more attention to make things easier for their customers.
Not at all a good experience this morning. I had been enticed in by a discount on an order of $7 or more. I used the mobile app and curbside pickup. I parked in the curbside pickup area and turned on my hazard lights as requested. After waiting 20 minutes in the car with no one coming out, i finally went in to see what happened. The order was sitting on the counter. No receipt attached to it so I could not see if I actually received the discount and the employee said that they could not reprint it. The app is not great either since it does not keep a detailed copy (with charges) of your order. They also forgot to include the free coffee they were promoting which I had ordered. I only gave it 2 stars because the bagels are tasty but I don't know if I'll go back. It's too bad because I had a much better experience the last time I ordered curbside.
We’ve come to this location 3-4 times now, each time progressively worst than the last. The wait is always very long and the pick up area is pretty disorganized. We ordered a coffee with our sandwiches and when we asked to clarify if the drink on the counter was ours, the reply was “I have no idea.” We ended up leaving without it since we weren’t sure if it was ours or someone else’s. Staff seems to be disorganized and the manager (I’m assuming) was so stressed out and not in the loop of what was happening. There was also an employee repeatedly touching his hair with his gloves on and not changing his gloves before touching the food 😖 We’ll be finding another Noah’s location to go to.
The two ladies were very friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, they got almost everything wrong. I ordered a bagel NOT toasted, and it was toasted. They replaced it while I was still in the store, so no big deal. Then I got home and noticed that my sandwich had regular eggs and I had requested egg whites. I can live with it, so Still not a big deal. Finally, opened up the Cheese pizza bagel and they put pepperoni on it. That IS a big deal. How do you screw up everything? Probably because they're not paying attention.

Bad service. Even though I pre-ordered, the order was not ready (after 30 mins of the order) and had to wait for another 15 mins. Then, the order was missing items (hash brown) but they didn’t offer a replacement or refund until I went back and asked for it!
Recent visit: Sadly, employee "S" doesn't value her job, her management or coworkers. No sense of ownership, customer service and openly offers a negative attitude towards customers. And yes, I emailed the non-existent customer service number and contacted District Manager who also doesn't bother to reply. It sad that Noah's corporate and customer service line do not care about customer service... Nor do they care who represents their company either. Bagel are good, and price is decent. Just hope they hire staff members that take pride in how they present themselves.

I've been going here regularly for months, mostly because my spouse prefers it to McDonalds and has to be at work before 7pm rather than my own choice. When this place is good, it's pretty good. That is not a tall order for a bagel place. This place is rarely good. It has the highest turnover rate of any place I've ever frequented. They routinely fail to open on time - recently opening as much as an hour late. Employees are not trained well, there is no sign of management and no one is polite. Onions find their way onto all the bagels that you get with schmear, mostly because the employees use the same knives to dish onion n' chive cream cheese and the honey almond. Our orders have been messed up more than once and overall the quality of this establishment is nonexistent.
Incredibly slow service. Do not ever order in person here. My bagels on a random weekday took over 40 minutes, I could have ordered steak at House of Prime Rib and received faster service. Only reason I came here was because posh bagels across the street was closed for the holidays. Now I know I’d rather go hungry than to wait forever. Appreciate the food workers working through the pandemic, but management needs to figure out a better customer experience.
I keep coming back here because it's close to where I live and I regret it every time I come in. Bagels are bagels, nothing special about them, definitely nothing like NY bagels. Employees are inattentive, they touch their faces then your food. They wear gloves but they grab the gloves by the fingers. They are either not trained for cross contamination and food safety or they just don't care.
This store has difficulty getting orders correct. Two of my last three to go orders they have not given me what I paid for. The day we came home from nearby Washington hospital we ordered two power egg white sandwiches. When we get home we realize they forgot the turkey sausage. Today we ordered the same sandwiches with a side of twice baked hash brown. When I got home I realized they didn’t give the hash brown. Advice to others, double Check your orders
This location doesn't like to make hashbrowns for some reason. Been coming in for more than a year, never once got a twice baked hashbrown that i paid for. Not once. Otherwise, chewy bagels, good amount of schmear. 2/15/25: Took a long break and decided to go back this morning to see if much changed. Nope. Still no hashbrowns provided and rude staff that will ignore you at all costs.
I placed a mobile order. I was waiting for curbside. I waited over 25 minutes and so I decided to go in. The manager said they couldn't fill my order. I ordered the $12 Monday special. Prior to me going in 7 other people came out with the bagel boxes. I was informed they ran out of bagels...i got a refund. There was 4 employees and no one came out to tell me. I can only imagine how long I would have waited if I didn't go in. Highly disappointed. Well not do business here.
Ordered a Jalapeno bagel with cream & cheese and waited for 38 mins. The guy from the kitchen tells me rudely, they are out of Jalapeno bagels. I asked for an everything bagel, he said we are out of it too. They could have told me that, when I placed my order.and not waste my time. Please organize yourself and be polite to the customers.
Cashier was quiet. Men making the bagels especially the guy in the shirt covered in Marijuana leaves was load and abrasive. Talking to the other guy working there cussing laughing. Very unprofessional. There was no one in front of us yet they were all making orders. Apparently those orders Come before in store customers. Took over twenty minutes. Of course when we arrived home everything was wrong. Literally Ordered four items and they were ALL wrong. I like to say this was the only time it’s happened. Unfortunately this is the new norm.
Store should be open till 2pm everyday. We got there at 1:25pm. The door was lock, and all the bagels all gone. Didn’t put anything sign up or anything. Basically just close without notice. Like why? At least putting a sign letting customers know you guys close early. Customer service sucks.
The cashier doesn’t pay attention or simply doesn’t care and serves you whatever she wants.
We walked in busy morning they had an older man standing there for 20 minutes while one employee was making only DoorDash. The other employee was taking orders and making bagels. while I think that the manager or owner and another man were just walking around and not helping. The poor girl that was doing the register and making peoples bagels, was really trying her hardest ! if you wanna wait two hours for a bagel this is the place.
Placed an order for delivery, but that shouldn’t matter. The order should be correct. They gave us plain bagels for both sandwiches even though that’s not the type of bagel ordered. One of the sandwiches has the specialty bagel flavor in it’s title. You’d think they would get that one correct. The receipt even stated the correct bagel types. The lox sandwich was missing capers (they come with the sandwich) and no bag of chips, which again, comes with the order. Also, I haven’t ordered from Noah’s in a very long time, but when did you start putting cream cheese on only one side of the bagel sandwich? The whole order was not acceptable. The filling portions were very wimpy and add that to the wrong bagels and missing items, I will never order from here again. I called multiple times to let them know what happened, but each time they were “busy providing excellent customer service” to their customers and could not answer the phone. Click
My boyfriend and I like coming here and placing online orders. But there's been 3+ times where they are overwhelmed and there's a lack of responsibility from management. Not staff, Management. This past Sunday they were struggling with a new staff, and not a general manager assigned to this store. Another time they only had two staff members who came in and they had to lock it up because their managers wouldn't turn off doordash/online orders. The food quality is great, the staff are doing their best, but you can see and feel this location is not supported. It's disrespectful seeing staff treated like this, and for customers to not receive the best service. This one star is meant for corporate to see - fix this location and support your employees.
My kid and I were the first customer at 6 am. I opened the door expecting a good morning. I said good morning pleasantly, no response from the two young ladies working the front. One girl with her back towards me talking to the other facing my direction. I said, good morning, a second time. Nothing. I gave them a few seconds to perhaps finish what they’re talking about. The girl facing my direction just raises her eye brows at me. I said I’d like to order a half dozen please. She says, what? A half dozen. She seemed confused. I said a half dozen bagels??? Proceeded to get a bag and everything as normal after that. Seems they’re oblivious to what just happened. I get that I’m 46 and getting older. I’ve had my fair share of jobs that focused on customers service. So, I know and recognize when people are going above or below what is expected by the masses. The new generation now just is not up to par when it comes to customer service, not just here at Noah’s Bagels but everywhere.

One burnt and one not tosted, no greetings, no receipt provided. Next time, when I feel like having one I will be going to Costco to get fresh bagels and toast it myself. This is completely a waste of money.
I had a horrible experience here. The customer service is extremely poor, management is worse. The prices are ridiculous with the service and food portions we are receiving. I’d rather cook at home than ever come back here.
Noah's Bagels? Awful. First off, the texture. Imagine biting into what you think is going to be a delightful, chewy bagel only to find it's more akin to a stale piece of bread left out for a week. Disappointing doesn't even begin to cover it. The flavor? Non-existent. You could use one of their bagels as a canvas because it's about as bland and tasteless as one. Cream cheese? Don't get me started. It's like they took the cheapest, most generic brand they could find and slapped it on there with all the enthusiasm of a sloth. Service was equally underwhelming. The staff seemed as enthusiastic about serving me as I was about receiving my cardboard masquerading as a bagel. And the price! For what you get, it's highway robbery. You're paying premium for what feels like a factory reject. In summary, if you're looking for a bagel experience that leaves you questioning life choices, Noah's Bagels is your spot. Otherwise, steer clear unless you enjoy culinary letdowns.
