I am so grateful I tried this restaurant!! From the moment I walked in I knew that the owners were Turkish and I was correct. They have done an amazing job at bringing delicious mediterranean food to San Antonio!!! I had never tried their food before so they let me sample three types of meat so I can make sure that I ordered something I would enjoy. I will definitely be going back. Everyone was so friendly when I walked in. And they have a machine that seals your food when you leave So there’s no mess in the car.

Such a good place! The young lady and her mom working the front were so nice and funny! The young lady explained to me how to order and what to try as it was my first time eating there. The serving was huge and everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. I’m usually a chicken girl but the beef looked yummy so I got both proteins and let me just say the shredded beef was phenomenal, wish I would have got the full beef portion! Must try!

The food is always fresh, delicious and fast. The employees are always very nice! I love to get my curry chicken bowl after Pilates class. Also very nice (big) portions in the bowl.

The food was good and area clean everything done right in front of you, seems to be a new spot not sure they have a variety of drinks to choose from and make your own bowl and wrap definitely will be coming, it advertised that they are Halal only the gentlemen attending us couldn't confirm, also maybe more side options with the wrap would be good but just a suggestion.

Update: i no longer live in SA so it took me a while to cash in the owner’s offer of a bowl. Today I met Bri, she was super wonderful. 5/5 customer service interaction. The bowl was filled to satisfaction, the food, as always was delicious. This place is very clean. I commend the consistency. Have I mentioned I love this place? I’m here all the time. When I don’t feel like making food it’s fast and convenient and yet not with the junk at fast food chains. I love this place. It’s delicious. The owners are always friendly. However, it’s inconsistent with portions. When the owners are there, they fill up the to go bowls. When the you g kids are there, they’re half way full. I get the same exact bowl every time. And there are significants in portions between the younger kids and owners. I got a side of rice with my build your own bowl and 3 almost 4 bucks for a third of a small bowl. Last time the owner nearly filled it. Love this place but today after getting served by the two young dudes… I’m still hungry. And off all days I forgot to ask for extra pita bread. (It’s wonderful) Update 1: I did not see the owners response before I returned to bowls n go. Which makes my updated pic more impressive. My bowl was stuffed to the top. Thanks! The owner listened and fixed my small issue. I love this place.

I stopped by Bowls N Go in San Antonio and was blown away by how fresh and flavorful everything was! I ordered the build-your-own bowl with yellow rice as the base, topped with shredded lamb, spicy hummus, garbanzo beans, mixed veggies, and a generous drizzle of their spicy tzatziki sauce. Every bite was a perfect blend of spice, texture, and freshness. The lamb was juicy and tender, the hummus had the perfect kick, and the veggies added a nice crunch. It was filling, healthy, and incredibly satisfying. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the portions were generous. This place definitely knows how to make healthy food exciting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious and nutritious meal option in the area!

Hidden Gem! We need to do everything possible to get this place more traffic! It’s absolutely amazing! Assembly-line ordering. They have their special bowls and wraps but you can create your own. Everything looked SO FRESH. My husband and I both tried the grilled chicken. It was so juicy. I loved all the topping options. The green beans were probably my favorite and the spicy hummus is phenomenal. if it’s your first time, be sure to let them know and the staff will assist you and give great recommendations. This is so close to my house, so we will be back forever more!

I have been going here since they first opened. The food is wonderful and Consistently good ! Super healthy and great variety. We need this place in Alamo Ranch! The carrot and feta dip are really good as well as the tender chicken. I Only gave 4 stars because they seem to be giving less food than when they first opened and went a little up on price. I do get military discount and appreciate that. The amount of protein is good and fair, but lately seem to be adding only small amounts of other topping you pick like beans and cabbage.

Food - solid. Vibe - yeesh. Love the food and come here about once a month. Being able to build your own Mediterranean bowl is a good time for me! But dang... Walking in feels like you're stepping into misery. Lightly decorated with decent seating. No music... Just the constant buzzing undertone from ice machine. Service, no smiles. Would love to see a little cheer in this place. But hey, they have to just listen to the buzzing ice machine all day so I'd probably be a bit unpleasant as well. Then the misspellings that pepper the menu - I really just find it interesting but nothing that takes away from the experience. It's almost like playing a Find It game because they are pretty egregious misspellings - almost seeming intentional. Kinda just a laugh there. But hey, go here soon if you like good build-your-own Mediterranean - hurry, cuz I'm not sure how long they will last since everytime I come they are pretty much dead. Wishing them the best though.

I went in very excited to have a Mediterranean place nearby. The fragrance of the food hits you in a positive way as you walk in. It Wasn’t anything out of this world but not a bad spot. I had high expectations and would try them again.

We love the food here the gentleman that I have encountered here are always great but recently a young lady started working here and she is so rude and has an attitude problem makes me hesitant to want to come here this is the second time I have encountered her and she was rude both times I don't expect people to be all smiley and extremely happy but I don't need the attitude she also didn't give us our bread and skimped on the servings

Go to CAVA instead. The employee I interacted with seemed very disinterested and barely acknowledged me beyond a quick “hello.” She seemed inconvenienced that I was there and didn’t offer any help when I asked for assistance selecting items. I could have just ordered my own bowl because she provided no guidance. I also found their policy about giving back your leftovers extremely strange. When I asked for a lid to take my food with me, she refused and insisted I hand back my bowl so she could seal it in a machine. One of the menu screens was out, and there was no clear “build your own” option like other Mediterranean spots offer. On top of that, there’s a “convenience fee,” so my $12.99 bowl ended up costing $16—and it only had four items in it. I love Mediterranean food, but I’ll stick with Cava instead. Overall, awkward, frustrating, and overpriced experience.
