Friendly and excellent customer service at the West Ave location. They took the order and processed it quickly via the drive thru. They offer a variety awesome beverage selections. I recommend the Stop light drink from the lemonade menu which consists of pomegranate, passion fruit, and kiwi. The second choice is the green apple from the smoothie menu selection.

Came for the first time ever and got a Cocomo. It’s coffee with coconut flavor and mocha. Loved it so much decided to go back about an hour later and tried something else! Got the palm tree tea with green tea. Beats Dunkin and Starbucks, no doubt. Has options for every person! Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and much more! Must try!

This is the newest location which opened on 12/3/21 in Castle Hills. The coffee was very good. We ordered two small Golden Eagles, one hot and one cold. The coffee was very light and tasty, just the way that I prefer. Beyond that, the two ladies that assisted us were super helpful and super friendly. They asked if we had any questions about their coffee or their brand and since this was our first time ever at Dutch Bros, they made us feel very welcomed and the conversation was great! Looking forward to our next visit!

For my first time since it opened had a good experience and should be given a try. Got some drinks for my self and the family. Drive through was a bit busy but someone was outside to take my order. Drink were all good they did mix my drink and took away from the photos. There are a couple of choices for kids as well. Will be going back for different drinks

Literally just left this location. Ordered 3 Boba drinks for my daughter and friends before going to school. One drink had 2 gnats inside.😩 The line was pretty long to order so we were running late and I couldn't go back. I tried calling to let them know but only the headquarters number is listed.

I went out of my way to grab a coffee from Dutch Bros but ended up being disappointed. I ordered the Golden Eagle and it just had a funny flavor. There was a bad bitter aftertaste that I thought might have come from milk that was heated too high. I ordered a large and it took me about 3 hours to drink it because it tasted so bad. I was wishing I had just grabbed Dunkin'. Between the bad drink & the overall vibe, I probably won't be back.

Love the coffee but the waiting line in the morning expect to wait 20 minutes because they are busy and move slow. 2nd time coming at 7 am for a quick grab... Never again

Why say that you can order ahead to skip the line but when arrived the drinks were not being worked on and then people walking up to place an order received quicker service. At the end of the transaction I asked about the sign. Genuinely wanted to know exactly how to order "faster to skip the line?" They kinda laughed and said sorry but no real explanation. Ordered a jingle nog and it tasted like coffee.

First time at this location. Not my usual location...however the barista who took my order outside was nice but not really engaging....drove up to the window....no one greeted, no good morning or acknowledgement....just talking amongst themselves...not until my order was given is when the barista said have a good day. After going to my usual location and the engaging they do everyday and then experiencing this with very little engagement, disappointing and there was no line so it was a factor of it being busy. I will never come back to this location

Tool 22 minutes to get one drink, employees seemed lost and didn't really care or apologize (or offer a reason as to why) about the wait. The coffee tasted bad, one of the worst dutch bros I've been to

Waited 25 minutes and then when I get to the window, the guys is pouring some energy drinks and trying to give it to me and I’m telling him that’s not my order. The line took so long and there is literally like six people just sitting there and watching a video or something making this one guy just work all by himself while he’s just crashing and burning made me late at work. We never go back to this location ever again.

You guys keep disappointing me! I am not sure if you all are reading the screen of what the customers orders or doing yalls own thing. But this is the third time the person making my drink doesn’t pay attention. I kept saying at the window that’s not how I ordered my drink. And she obviously still didn’t listen. I will still to my favorite location by my house. Seems that would be the best thing. Hope yall start to pay attention.

I hate that when I use my free drink options everytime there is some mess up with the drink or not made as it was ordered. You ask for something extra so they hardly put anything in there. They don't offer you a straw. They let your drink sit on the counter for 2 minutes, uncovered and unfinished while finishing others when there's nobody in front of you. Not to mention once again the drink doesn't even taste right... Needless to say, after stopping almost literally everyday to get a the same large drink from this location for the last 6 months, I won't be coming back. Your customer service slipped hard today. Though my lack of returning means nothing to you, I do hope other people will reconsider your location.
