Amazing service. All the teammates were very courteous and friendly, and the service was prompt. The order was accurate and superb. Just what you've come to expect from Chick-fil-A. Hands down in a different league than most other fast food chains.
Quick and friendly service during the lunch rush. Both lanes in drive thru were full plus a long line on the inside. My food was served quickly, hot, with a smile and their well known " my pleasure" tag line when they are thanked. Don't let the long lines deter you from eating here. You won't be disappointed.
Always on point. Service is always great, and my order is never wrong. The only improvements this location needs is fast service. The wait for the food was longer than any chick-fil-a I ever went to, and they were not busy.
Was a very chaotic Chick-fil-A driving in to order and pick was tricky if you're in a big vehicle do not recommend this one. Literally an obstacle course should be nascar certified if you wanna order. Soup was cold and the drink was bitter not my best experience.

Our Cedar Hill Chick Fil A is awesome! Even though they're always busy, they are always fastest with curbside and my order is always correct. Even in pouring rain they gave excellent service! Definitely one of my favorites in our city and best service.
I don’t usually go to this location because it’s always so busy, but my toddler needed nuggets quickly. They have three drive through lanes, and they got us through very quickly. All of the employees were kind and helpful. I’ll come here more often now.

This store is my favorite. They are very fast and friendly. The sandwiches are very good and fresh every time I go here. I think they do more business than other stores because every time I drive by the cars are backed up at least 3 to 4 cars in each of the 2 lanes. Their parking is kinda small but it doesn't seem to slow things down.
Very fast service. My order is always correct. People are good and friendly. Short wait. Not busy when we went today. Just me and my lady getting some food. Love the spicy chicken sandwich. No photos ate food too quickly to remember. LOL
Amazing food and amazing staff. I love how they have changed the services a bit to help speed things up. In addition to the cashier's at the front, they have one in line placing orders as well which helps the process tremendously. Love the atmosphere. Very calming. They play awesome classical music in the background and it is just a peaceful place to enjoy a meal.
Most times the food is great. Occasionally it isn’t. Their customer service is amazing and they are consistently the best with correcting orders and fulfilling all requests. I absolutely love this location especially their mobile ordering.
The employees at this location are ALWAYS absolutely amazing. I came through the drive-through yesterday (July 16th) as I normally do to place my order, and I have to say that Jayvyn blessed me so!! His energy was genuine and very professional. Just based on our small talk, I can tell there's a special anointing on his life. I know his grandfather is peacock proud (in my churchy voice), and the sweet and kind Mali was a joy and delight! She served with purpose and a smile! This location is consistently good, one of the best. I was never a fan of this chain, those long lines always Kept me from going, then the menu is so limited to chicken. But don't be afraid of the rush, this chain does all the right things. In the end its rhe cheapest place to eat the best chicken sandwich.
I love the staff here. They are always so efficient and have such a good mood all the time. The quality is top notch and the speed is unbelievable. It is almost as if they are ready as soon as you make your order, but its not stale as it is still made fresh. I go here for breakfasts and sometimes dinners as it is on my way to work. I really enjoy this place.
I have never had a bad experience at this location. It seems like they love what they do! I make a new friend every time I come here. The lines could be so long during lunch rush and you will never wait longer than 7min in the drive thru! If you are in a hurry I recommend placing a mobile order through the app. I have been coming here for years and I absolutely love it to this day! Keep doing you CH CFA!!!
I don’t often review fast food establishments because they tend to be inconsistent at best. I have to make an exception today because my experience at the cedar hill chick fil a was exceptional. The kids played for hours in a clean play area. Seating was available with a good view of the kids which I appreciate. The restroom was clean and a step stool was provided for the kids. Most important was the staff; they could not have been more accommodating; just nice people working hard to provide a good experience for us. Five stars to them!

My daughter and I love this place! The service is always friendly and fast. The food is always fresh. The only problem I've ever had is when I ordered a 6 piece nugget kids meal for my daughter and they only gave me 4. I told the cashier and she promptly replaced it and the new one had about 10 pieces in there, which I greatly appreciated. The play area is always clean and doesn't have any odor like some other places I visit. Overall a great place to enjoy a quick meal!

I don't eat meat, but their service is always 5 star. We have to wait a bit and I didn't say anything. They just brought the food out and handed me a gift card with apologies. I have no idea why I was shocked because Chic fil A literally needs to offer customer service classes.

Loved our service at this Chick fil A. We had ordered sandwiches from Jimmy John’s but the forgot all the toppings and we had already drove a few miles away. Stopped here and they were willing to sell us tomatoes, lettuce and pickles for my daughters sandwich. They didn’t make us feel silly for just ordered toppings and they were friendly and fun. They even threw in some REAL mayo! My kid was very happy. Thank you for being kind!

Nancy is the most kindest lady ever, she went above and beyond to help stop traffic so we could get my mother to the truck due to surgery. She filled our cups non-stop, gave us bags to pack up our remanding food. The service here is Top Of The Line and we Do Not Go anywhere else but to This Chick-fil-A. Attitudes are always in good spirits! Way to go everyone!!!!

My first time here. I always pass by and it’s always full. Today I stopped by during the beginning of lunch rush and I was amazed. The team here is great looks like a great atmosphere work and my food was hot and tasted amazing. Will for sure go out of my way to come to this location.

People don’t realize how difficult it can be to do simple things when you drive cross country in an 18 wheeler. Tonight I was delivering to a place behind the plaza and was excited to see the restaurant as I drove past it. Once docked I walked from behind the plaza and across the lot only to find that only the drive thru was open. I was so disappointed because I’ve been turned away by many places for safety reasons of standing in a car lane. Anyways I started to just turn and leave but decided to tell the young lady taking the drive thru orders that I can’t fit my truck through the drive thru and am so hungry. She told me not to leave she would take my order and have someone bring it out to me. I was over the moon happy. 10 hours of driving and this was my only real meal since breakfast. I wish I had gotten her name but I can tell you she was the only female outside. My order #2692007 9/13/25 @8:57pm register 52 if you can find her please thank her again for me. The food was wonderful as always. Thank you to everyone. Bless you all.
The Cashier being trained, I think his name was Christopher or Christian, but I kept calling him Chris, was very polite and patient. I had 3 girls with me after practice and we stopped for dinner. They were a little indecisive and hesitant, but he allowed us to look over the menu a few moments. When we each started to order, he asked us all what drink we wanted and asked which sauces we would like. He didn't rush us and made our drinks when his trainer stepped off to assist with drive thru. She came back shortly and completed the transfer of the drinks and assisted him as he cashed out my order. He showed me where to scan my app and where I could tap my card for payment. We ended up sitting down and waiting in a booth because we asked for our order to go. Another employee brought our food to the table. It was about 815pm when we walked in so the dining area was closing soon. They gave us a 10min warning so I believe it closes at 9pm. The store was clean and the employees nice. The food was hot and fresh. Great location.
I’m guilty of being a Drive Thru person. And now with the app… drive thru & app (which I love) But today I saw a video on TikTok & wasn’t able to mod it from the app. Thus a required go in, order & ask. The gentleman that took my order handled it without a blink!! The store is squeaky clean & everyone working looked as if they were having a great time. I love seeing this. I’ll still be that person in drive thru but today I’m happy I walked in!

I have always had a good experience at this Chick-fil-A. I always do the Drive-thru. Persons taking order are always cordial, friendly, ready to do their work. Even though the lines are long, there is no long wait time. GOOD INFRASTRUCTURE; BEST LOGISTICS. They keep it Moving. Delivery was on point also, when I was in a neighborhood that did Delivery.
Maybe I’m being overly dramatic/sensitive, but I came here 7/30 at about 6:45 pm with my 3 year old. My daughter spoke to the drive thru cashier like 4 times and she never acknowledged her. So I said “hey my daughter is speaking to you” she responded, “oh okay, your total is…..” So rude

When my wife and I come here I usually have a spicy deluxe but this time we had 2 milkshakes, which didn't expect them to have. I had vanilla flavor, which was ok and my wife had a peach flavored one which she says it was great her taste buds. So leave a Comment, telling us your flavors you love, ok.

Mobile ordering here is pointless. Placed my order at 7:58a get to the location at 8:05a scanned the QR code sat in line behind drive thru vehicles then told to pull up as those in the drive thru who weren’t even in the drive thru when I pulled in received their order. I think it’s better to just do a regular drive thru order if time is of the essence for you.
If you go before 7am on a weekday they will give you an old biscuit and if you complain they will swear it’s not. I know what a fresh biscuit vs and day old one looks like and tastes like. I always forget and try to give them another chance and get the same disappointment; day old biscuit and chicken, that’s not what I’m paying for people. Great service though!
I really try to patronize places where I see teens working! I will sometimes tip them as well! But I think I will not be going to this particular establishment after 7pm. The kids really weren't paying attention to their work. They were laughing, playing and bringing wrong orders to vehicles! They brought me two orders that were not mine! All the time my frozen lemonades are turning into lemonade milk! That was not pleasant, not to mention my food is getting cold! When I finally got my order after sitting in the zone for 10 minutes it was wrong! They were somewhat apologetic but really wanted to get back to their conversations! I love some Chick-fil-A but I may have to break from them for a minute!

The chicken strips have been overcooked, almost burnt, the last couple of times we have been to this location. The salads contain wilted lettuce and do not appear to be fresh.

I am regular customer and bought a chicken sandwich meal last night. I up sized to a large fry and lemonade. The sandwich is noticeably smaller, smaller bun, thinner chicken. I was served less fries that had a stale chewy texture. The lemonade was good and service was great. I really need to rethink spending over $10 for this meal. I may only stop by for a lemonade every now and then.

Update: I was somewhat displeased with my service today 10/03/2022, because I pulled up to redeem my points in the drive thru to be told I could use them because the scanning system was down... 😔 So I left thinking to myself why didn't they just say you can place the order online and still redeem your points that way... So now I had to turn back around and place my order online while waiting on my curbside pickup order... 😒 And another thing I've noticed is that the customer service at the Cedar Hill Tx location is beginning to get worse and worse... And this use to be my favorite location Especially since it's right up the street from my home...
Order: 4 Chicken Minis and a coffee. Wait time 11mins. Watched 6 cars behind me get their food before me. The wait to place my order was already unusually long just to be serviced by a rude and rushing associate. I just moved to close to this location and sad that this will be my new chickfila.
I get Chick-fil-A pretty frequently and the inconsistency with how the frosted lemonade is made has been really disappointing. Today my frosted lemonade was so thick I had to wait for it to melt to even get it through the straw. There was also a slight taste of lemon but mostly just vanilla. However, my frosted lemonade prior was made differently. It tasted like actual lemonade and was way easier to drink. Was not enjoyable this time.

Had to wait 20+ minutes on a order I placed online way before I got there. Parked in the appropriate space the app told me to. While watching cars that came well after I did get there food and leave no one came to my car and asked me what I had or needed. I agree with Kemetra review a week ago. Chick-fil-A drive thru use to be a 5 Star service on my opinion. But since adding the mobile order lane and to send customer back to the other lane is a total reject to customers. We left the store not buying anything there…was a customer since 2012!!! Even if many customers come to the wrong lane, there use to be representatives there to redirect traffic! That is what a 5 Star service looks like! If truth be told, cars use to wrap around this building all day long. Now today, I see at most 3 cars at a time. THE CUSTOMERS HAVE SPOKEN!!!
I'll start by saying, I LOVE Chick-fil-A. But this particular location is by far the worst one I've ever been to. The chicken is always soggy, no matter WHAT you order and they refuse to cook it a second longer.. In addition to that the service is horrendous. The people who work here have nasty attitudes and get visibly aggravated when you simply ask for a receipt. Unfortunately, this is the closest Chick-fil-A to my business and my employees often request Chick-fil-A when I buy lunch for everyone. And when I ask for a receipt to account for my per diem, the people who work there wave me off and tell me it's in the bottom of my bag. When I look and it isn't in the bag , they actually roll their eyes and huff at getting the receipt. One person actually demanded I hand the bag back over so they could dig through it and find the receipt! It makes one wonder why the people who work there are so miserable.
I have never had o check my food with Chick-fil-A but on Saturday evening I feeling a little nauseated ... So I decided to stop in & as usual the drive thru was very busy.. so I went in & placed order.. now get this my ticket had just what I ordered but never the less my order was incorrect .. so I'm not really sure but it was a lesson.. not to underestimate..oan I was charged for a large cup of Water.. despite me purchasing breakfast... Do disappointed... It's seem like they're geared towards the same as the others & I'm just going to mention Chick-FiL-A was above the others...
Firstly, i am a fan of the chik-fil-a brand. Because their employee are well trained. I visited today to grab a meal, and for some reason unknown, the employee said my card didn't work but i was charged. I further pulled up my account to even show the employee the charges on it. He was nice enough to address the situation. Though I wasn’t giving the food, i left and called my bank to rectify the issue asap. And i was told the card was perfect by my bank. Only for me to drive back to there just 5mins latter, the employee( Anthony) who attended to me was overly rude, no culture at all, very disrespectful, angry face, ill mannered. I said to myself its the last time i will visit this branch. And i noticed it wasn't just only him, they were two of them standing together talking to each other while they were meant to take care of their customer.
I have for many years had great service at Chick fil a. I love this place. The Cedar Hill location is the only location I always have problems with. I have a hard time understanding how it is that I can get a Cobb salad with an extra 5 piece nuggets and extra egg on my salad at every location but Cedar Hill. SN: The app also offers extra chicken and egg on your salad. So not only did they not want to fix it right, the manager Cindy offered to bring back out my old salad that was taken and approx. 4 employee was breathing on. She also told me their location doesn’t offer it on the salad. She had no interest in getting it right for the customer. She then share with me her experience with other customers who did not believe they put five extra nuggets on their salad. I highly suggest you let corporate know of you special menu so that customers don’t waste your time stopping at your location if the want extra chicken on their salad. You guys may want to get with corporate on the special menu for Cedar Hill Tx. However, about 10 -15 minutes later, I went to the Midilothian TX location and I ordered on through the app and I got my salad perfectly made, it was exactly right.
My mother came to order a market salad after me showing her a pic of how good my market salad looked from another location in Addison. The lady who took her order was really nice… and she added a chicken strip kids meals. When getting her food… she was very disappointed to see that the salad greens were not the same. Nate was very rude with the exchange of words and could have handled the situation better when she was wanting an understanding of the difference.
I was 1 minute late. Literally 10:31am and they wouldn’t honor my to go order. Nathan the manager specifically! Not very nice at all. He was RUDE!!! Like come on. Even Jesus himself would forgive 1 minute. Not like it was 5 or more minutes. Never coming here again!
It’s becoming a frequent occurrence at this particular location that my order is always messed up. Either it’s missing an item or I’m given the wrong item and these order have names on them so if the name on the item doesn’t match the name on the bag don’t put it in the bag, this is second time this has happened. I’ve had two back to back occurrences at this location within a week time frame and the manager or owner of this location claims the incident didn’t happen at his location, but I have proof and provided proof that it infact did happen at this location. I don’t want the little free food items you give for doing a survey either, just please pay more attention to what you’re doing. You never know if a customer is allergic to a certain food item and you mistakenly give them the item they can’t have. As for the owner of this location, constantly saying “I don’t think that happened at this location,” in your response email is unacceptable. Do better!!!
Ordered breakfast last minute, like 10:20, app said it placed and completed the order. I ordered ahead for carry out because my schedule is unpredictable with a baby. Showed up about 45 min late to pick it up due to having a baby that needed changing feeding etc. They said they threw away our food and refunded us. This never happens to us at any other Chick-fil-A, as we do this every time we order breakfast. Ugh.
Ordered a Cobb salad and there was a dead bee in it. Went back to the location and they told us to pull up to the front of the drive thru line. waited for over 15 minutes. No manager came out to apologize, they gave me a new salad with a sweet treat card. Got back to my job and there was no egg in the Cobb salad. Won’t go back to that location.

Employers place people in positions that may not reflect their talents. The treatment Hailey provided today was unacceptable and needs to be addressed by corporate partners. I ordered a burrito with 2 salsa packets and a black iced coffee with 5 creamer packets on the side. After I drove off, I realized there was cream all over the bag. Upon review, there was no salsa and only 2 creamers. I drove back and explained this to Hailey. She seemed frustrated already but said they will change the liner on the wrapper. I asked her if they can make a new one as this one will not be fresh and I don't want my food to be toyed with and there to possible be cream on it. She insisted they will change the liner as the burrito will be fine and she wouldn't be the one doing it( she missed the point) It wasn't until I asked 4 times pleasantly and I am sure seemed to get concerned that she rolled her eyes and walked away saying she would have them make a new one. I asked for a manager and she said she is the manager. She went back and forth with me on that. My point with explaining this is not for other consumers to read but to get the attention of leadership. This was unacceptable and could have been done so differently. The complaint could have been avoided. The call to corporate could have been avoided. The request to have my points returned could have been avoided. All of this from placing the wrong person to deal with customers. Her disposition made me uncomfortable. People dine at CFA because of the service level. Check your order before you pull away. Today must of been short the customer night. Car in front of me returned fries that I’m sure were not enough and my order. I asked for a only strawberries and oranges fruit cup for my toddler. They literally emptied the fruit cup and left me strawberries and oranges. I had to tell two employee’s that I would pay the difference if needed but it took two of them to explain why they shorted my order. Yet charged me full pop for the medium cup. I could have done that my self!!! I finally just left. Terrible service. Will make the trip to Midlothian location before I return here. They actually take care of their customers. Take notes Cedar Hill Location!
On June 6, 2023 at around 8pm my mobile order was poorly done. They gave the wrong condiments (honey mustard instead of honey roasted), zero straws ( I had 2 soft drinks) or utensils (I had a fruit cup and ice cream cup). It was slow and group of 4/5 outside workers and 2 or 3 inside were just having social hour. They are too busy laughing it up not focusing on filling orders properly. —— The milkshake was gritty, icy, bland; sort of like they scrapped the bottom of the barrel before serving it to me. I really don't want to write this review since daytime service is perfect as is the food. Please look into this.
We enjoy Chick-fil-A, but this location doesn't provide pup cups for our dog, so we will not be back to visit anymore. There is NO reason why this shouldn't be offered because most other locations gladly give them out.
Always check your order! They will give half order of bad fries! Then no condiments even if you ask for them. Slow their line down because the quality control is not up to par! Two orders of fries dumped together barely make one order plus all pieces no whole fries plus cold! Just to move u along! Also other Chic Fila i have Rated have responded to me. This franchise won’t read this review or respond! In CH we have 14 choices for chicken… avoid this place!
Today was veterans day and both Cedarhill locations said they were not honoring the veterans today per the manager. The Dallas locations on Wheatland and Camp Wisdom did the honor the veterans with a sandwich if you presented your ID. Well Cedarhill will not get my service any more.
This was a mere mistake that ended hideously. I don't frequent this store often. The day 7/3 I returned to this location for lunch right around 11 AM. I pull in the drive thru area unlike the previous set up or the set up at any location that I've visited, their drive thru is divided and shared with mobile online orders. With that being said me being the first person in line I drove into the first lane closer to building. Unfortunately, for me it was the mobile order lane. Now before I could get an understanding after no one coming to take my order. I let my window down and ask if someone was working over in this lane. The rep responded "that's for mobile order you have to drive around" I looked back and now there's a line (a crowd). I asked is there someway you could just take my order I don't have the time to go back and stand in that line. Answer "No" you have to go around. I requested a manager, ask him the same question answer "No", Asked for his manager "Aisla" companies by another manager answered the same question "No." I drove around parked in nearest parking space got out of my truck and was met with a gang of Chick Fil A manager and teammates yelling "you Can't park here, You can't Park Here" there were parking spaces and I am in a hurry under the circumstances, so I took pictures of parking spaces, got in my truck went further around and there were more parking spaces. I then got out proceeded with my point of business which I had desired with chick-fil-a. My thoughts, customer enter into the improper lane to order drive thru, in most cases people Monday- Friday are on some sort of business engagement. So time is of the essence, I would have explained the matter, honored customers request to proceed with order, making it clear that customer understood the mistake that was made! And for first time customers making it clear that this lane Is ONLY MOBILE ORDERS AND CANNOT SERVICE ANY OTHER ORDERING OF THE SORT.
